Hi sir / madam,
I am mohammed mohideen, i having an account in sbi bank, adyar kasturibai nagar branch, chennai, tamil nadu.
My sb account no :[protected].
I have transferred my amount rs.2000/- to my another account (Canara bank, kallidai kurichi branch, tirunelveli. Account no:[protected] trough bhim application (Bharat interface for money) transferred id :[protected], date : 20 march 2017, time : 13:44:23.
The transferred amount was debited from my sbi account, but not credited to my canara bank account. I have registered a complaint regarding this issue but there is no response from my sbi bank side, so please check and clear this issue as soon as possible.
