National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] Complaints & Reviews

I have made a transaction through UPI (*99#)(Via UPI Registered mobile number ) on 15 April at 11:54 (approximately) but transactiom got failed but amount has been debited from my Account. .I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response .

I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common mans problem.

I have initiated Three (3) fund transfers through BHIM application, details are as follows. The transfer was declined, but the amount of Rs.[protected]+10000+10000) was deducted from my account. Kindly credit the amounts.

Dear sir I Have Linked My Aadhaar[protected] With My Bank Account And LPG Distributor. On 18 febuary and 26 febuary i made an payment to [protected]@ybl of rupees 1112.85 and 598 respectively. from my upi virtual address [protected]@pnb the amount has been debited from my accont however due to some technical problem the said amount was not credit to the beneficiary account .i have submited complained about the matter to my bank and to the online site myantra, till now i have not got any positive result from both side.

Respected Sir, My name is Mohammed Showab, I have linked my Aadhar Card
in Bank as on 2015, they have given the same in writing. from bank side my Aadhar card is linked to my LPGID. And also from LPG gas agency has also linked my Aadhar No. as well. I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account number ([protected]) . But when I checked the status of my aadhaar for bank linking status it says "your aadhaar is not linked to a bank". I checked with bank they told me that its already linked at their end. Its seems like npci has not updated my bank details against my number.

I have not been recieving my LPG subsidy amout since June 2016.After re seeding aadhar at bank as well as LPG distributor still no success. upon checking at UIDAI site it was showing that it INACTICE. below are my details:

Hi, I incorrectly transferred money to another person for which I have been chasing NPCI regularly through calls and Emails. NOBODY ever picks up the helpline number even by mistake.
They asked me to email them, have emailed at least 25 times, NO REPLY, not even once.
I don't think we are ready for a cashless nation yet, especially with no customer support, cards will not be a good option.
