Received my guess subsidiary in bank

Active my addharno in npci

Before may 2017 i have received my guess subsidy. But still that bank a/c is
Closed now i have open my new a/c in
Allahabad bank. On date 06/10/2017
. My previous u. C. O bank a/c also available

I sent 500 rupee to my friend bholanath sharma but he do not receive it and the amount is detected from my account . This transection I done with the help of tez app. upi transection id is[protected]

I had done a tez upi ifsc transaction on nov 1st money debited from my account and didn't credited in recipient's account
Please return back my amount. Please solve the issue as soon as possible
