National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — gas subsidy credited in wrong account number

Hi,

I am thirupathi reddy. M receiving gas subsidy in my axis bank account from 2016 even though my aadhar number is linked with my 3 bank accounts axis bank, hdfc bank and icici bank.. Later, i had opened a new icici bank account on september 2017.

But at the time of gas connection, i provided only my axis bank details so that the subsidy would credit to that axis bank account. Today, i went through hp gas website and i found that the subsidy is credited to icici account acc no: xxxxxxxxxxx05 which wasn't mine (Attatched the screenshot named gas. Png).

I walked to nearest icici bank and enquired about the above account number and came to know that the account number doesn't belong to icici, but showing the account number as icici account in hp website. Again we spoke to hp gas representative and the answer from them was "the data was given by npci. So, kindly please contact them."

Also, in uidai website after entering my aadhar number, it showed that the aadhar number is mapped to icici account on[protected]. (Attatched the screenshot named aadharmapbank. Png) but didnt show to which account number it is mapped.

My actual icici account number is : xxxxxxxxxx94

So, kindly please let me know in which account the subsidy is credited/will credit and please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

My Aadhar Card No. i.e.[protected] and I have linked with my Bank Account (Baroda of Bank) but till date the status shown NPCI not mapped Aadhar No. with Bank. So Please check and do the needful step in this regarding. My present mapping is showing with ICICI bank i want to mapped with Bank of baroda.
