This incident happened on[protected]. I got a mail from [protected]@naukrireference.com stating a reference no. and asking me for a payment of Rs 2000 in the account no specified in the mail. Then I got a call from [protected] and they offered me a job at DLF and also said that they will assign a separate HR person to handle my profile who will arrange the interviews and make sure that i get the job and also said that it would be done within two days if I pay an amount of Rs.2000 in some other account instead of the above mentioned account details.
They even asked me to send my updated resume, address proof, passport size photo, and highest qualification certificate.
Considering it as true I made the payment on[protected] and then I didn't get any further calls and even they didn't pick my calls too.
Then on[protected] I got a call from [protected], saying they have fixed a telephonic interview with DLF and again I need to pay another 6200 Rs for further generating some reference code for getting the interview with DLF.
I feel that they cheated me and are trying to lure people for job and just taking the money and do nothing. If they see someone has paid them they again ask for some more stating some other reasons.
Apart from the above I also feel that if its some fake guys doing these in the name of Naukri. Com then they may use the documents provided by me for some wrong purpose. So request you to do the needful at the earliest possible, so that any further mishaps could be avoided.

I got a call from naukri saying that, they will get me a job in ashok leyland, if i pay 1835 rs. I trusted and paid the money just because its NAUKRI. After two days they again asked me to pay 5400 rs. After i paid total of 7235 rs, now they are asking me to pay another 5000. I clearly told them i dont want to proceed any further and refund my money. But i got confirmation letter from ashok leyland. When i contacted ashok leyland they said its fake.

Please refund my money. We are all giving our HARD EARNING money to you guys hoping that we will get good opportunity. But now i am regretting for trusting you guys.

A person by surname Mr. Aggarwal who is a manager in Naukri has asked my wife to register in fast forward. My wife has denied to pay any amount for the said service. On hearing this, that manager told my wife clearly over the phone "I WILL SEE HOW YOU GET A JOB". From that day onwards, she is not getting any call for job from any company. We believe that Mr. Aggarwal might have blocked her number or might have done something so that she will not receive any call for jobs.

My sincere request to the authorities that such company should be barred from running as they do lot of damage to individuals who are unable to pay.

i would like to inform you that, i have took naukri fast forward paid services on dtd. 13-Jan-2016 but after that i haven't received any call from recruiters.so that i need to be some changes in my profile also required same in your data. but after many followups i am not getting proper positive response from your staff. now i have completely fed up from your response.

kindly could you explain. that it is your working style or company strategy. because of your services have facing troubling to customers.

please conclude of this matter ASAP.

Myself kahkashan shaikh been trapped by naukri.com authorities, they asked me to register on naukri by paying 1880 rs, then after that i thout thats it i dont need to pay any money, then they ask me to pay 4867 for verification cirtificate, then they ask me to pay 11190 for job training and security, then they ask me to pay 16365 for cover letter, then i thougt finally i will get a job but i was benn betrayed then again asked me 19950 for security for document release, i have PAID 19950 twice because of them only, mohit chawda who is hr manager as he said to me, he will pay 19950 by his pocket if i have a problem to pay, so i borrowed money from neighbour and payed 19950. they are again asking me to pay 11209, to get refund of 19950, these are all cheaters and frauds name, 1)ravi agarwal -refund team head 2)mohit chawda-hr manager 3) aditya and deepak bhalla [protected] 4)jatin bharadwaaz, hod of naukri.com 5)

Not even 5% of service satisfaction. I have tried repeated mails & calls but no progress. Nobody is ready to answer anything & even no number is provided by customer care to escalate this even after a month. Total services are for a period of six months & still 5 months to go, Its total cheat & request refund of my amount paid to them.

Myself M Ashraf, by the force of naukrigulf fast forward executive I have opted resume spotlight service, paid 4800INR for this service on 14th Nov 2015 (CUSTOMER CODE is 151114CS2374561). But from the day one I haven't received a single job response. Naukri team sending fake monthly reports of profile views, in fact naukri team itself download/view the profile and they send report for that. Not any other client will view the profile. And many of the jobs listed in naukrigulf are apply through company website only.They have taken money and not providing any service for that. I registered complaint to naukri service/customer care team to cancel the service but no use, they are using we can only give this much service and can't cancel the service or refund the amount.

I am requesting naukri to cancel my service & refund the amount ASAP.

I applied for manager position on 2 feb 16 in larsen & toubro company through naukri.com and then i got an interview letter on 2 feb 16itself by 8 pm and the concerened person name was mr. sanjay singhania which said that i have to deposit 8455 rs by today positively... and then I came across some fraud articles of L&T and now i want naukri.com to look into this matter and want confirmation at your end ... please contact me asap and i want my money back at any cost.. because i trusted the company letter in the name of naukri.com...

I want the refund asap

I have rcvd a call on 09-Jan-2016 about job opeing in L&T powai for back office profile.They arranged my telephonic round with hr karthik & they asked 42000.00 Rs in total till 24-Jan-2016.They promised me once i clear the telephonic round they will mail me or courier me offer letter.but till today i have not rcvd any offer letter.its more than 15-days.the person whom i spoke her name is preet.she is in contact with me since 09-Jan-2016.she is just postponding the date when they will send the offer letter.its to much.i cant wait anymore.i need my 42000.00 ASAP or else i will take my legel action.i will go to consumer court, media, TV, all news channels & spoil the name of naukari.com.iam giving you 24-hrs timeframe if i dont rcv any response from you guys then i will go ahead n take my all legel action.i will file FIR in police station against you.i have all the mails & chat that i did with you guys as a proof.i will give all this info to news, media, consumer court, police station.so RESPOND ON THIS ASAP.

I am not happy with your service. I could see that

1. You have given us only Gulf service however deal was for both Gulf and International market.

2. As communication, you should not start my service until my notice. I have noticed that you had already activated my service.


In addition, there is not response for any of my mail. When you had to sell your service, I had been getting every Hr. call from you and now attitude is complete different.

I'd like to cancel my service if you will not give right support.

Sir, first of all they call([protected]) me and told your resume has been selected for the SAMSUNG, only you need to submit your document like photo, cv, higher education, and ID proof on " naukri.[protected]@india.com " by "AMIT KUMAR ". There will be a telephonic interview followed by technical.Technical round will be in company. If they will confirm you as a telephonic then you need to pay 250 on THIS SBI CARD NO: [protected] . then send ur tranxaction of rs 250 on their mail with address so, that they will confirm you for next round. But next day they call and told CONGRATULATION SAKET you are selected for the SAMSUNG company (call from this number: [protected], name : Akash).Telephonic call number is: [protected]. Now they send me a OFFER LATTER(of same spelling) and told that you will get hard copy within 2 days. But next day, they call and told you need to pay bond of either 3200 for 6months or 5200 for year..And you need to pay this bond today itself so that he could send that hard copy on mailing address. You know i dint pay this because i know they are fake offer letter. but i would like to say i have wasted lot of lime in this with lot of problems. This could happen to any one so, i request you to take certain action immediately on this all contact number...i think ther are coordinating this all call from Delhi. So please do something to curse this problem immediately.

I have been getting irrelevant emails since july 2014. mail me if there is an opening in the real company otherwise stop sending me emails....

Fraud, cheaters Naukri.com paid services Note my Every word. Dont ever take naukri.com paid services.It is really very fraud service. reasons: 1.First of all once you take paid services they will treat you like hell and make fake Promises even if you call" the call center" 2. their agents makes us promises while buying services that you will get instead of 3 months 6 month service and also other fake promises and they shut down your service after 3 months. 3.They have various options of international and national job mail.I took both but i didnt get any single international mail during paid service period and national job mail is twice a week after some time they sent once a week and that jobmail have "only consultant through vacancies" and that consultants also fake like shine.com and one job mail contain approximately 3 to 5 consultant names like [protected]@gmail.com which is fake and that names you will also get through many or even naukri.com free service. 4.They have resume display services which we cant see or dont have control on whether they are displaying our resume to companies or not.I didnt get any messege that your resume is viewed by this recruiter like this.I had taken both national and international services, My both services money wasted. 5. the free naukri.com service is better than paid service. 6.So, finally my 6 months jobmail service terminated in 3 months which i dont care as its of no use.But after wasting my money i didnt get any single call from any company or recruiter thats hurt me. 7.My 6000 Rs money wasted I cant do anything than abusing them.

How may one engineer can receive a mail for accountant job by consultancy firm? the are claiming they have observed my cv in my naukri profile. after repeated rejection of those type of mail, now i think you people should aware about this type of mails and i think there may be some dishonesty. they are demanding money too. On the other hand after updating the profile I'm not receiving the relevant jobs suitable with my profile, whereas the subject of my work like bridge highway work is going around vastly in whole country. I'm not accusing Naukri.com but I want to make u aware about this type of things.

I got the call 5 days back regarding job you got selected in hdfc bank clerk job n pay 599 rs then interview has been took on phone and then said you have to give bond of rs6200 and then said you job is fixed and for salary account you have to pay 5200rs all transaction is done for account name rahul panwar ac no. Dear authority, My registered e-mail id for naukri .com account is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected] .Unfortunately I had to block my phone number and e-mail as I have lost my mobile phone .I tried to register my new e-mail that is ' [protected]@gmail.com ' but now forgot the password .When I am trying to change password getting answer that the OTP has been sent to my e-mail that is already blocked .My humble request to you please help me to recover my existing naukri account password and e-mail. I took resume display n recruiter connection services paid 4000 rupees for this. It's been a month n all I got is night shift job opportunity from HCL. I have 9 years experience in analytic s. I also paid to their simplilearn certification n the course in utter bogus. My 10 k is gone. I hate them n want to drag them out n beat them up. Pls whoever reading this avoid using their services. This is regarding the improper record maintenance of Core edge solutions who call me up so many times for the job opening in which I am not interested and say me that I am behaving in a unprofessional way.
