hi i taken in fast forward service in naukri job alerts, every week 2 time i am getting a aob alerts which is not matching my requirement (90% of alerts is not matching my requirement ) this jobs Alerts not use for me upto now in this service i did't get any kind of suitable Requirement, compare to fast forward service i am getting more benefit in free service only, still i can see no progress no productivity in fast forward services provided with this service i loose my amount and time & career so many times i talk to your customer service persons about my problem but there response very rued and very un professional

A call received from no.[protected] on 3rd February 2015 at 12.49 pm.An executive call for some offer and I was busy that time. I told him to tell fast because I am in office And busy. his reply was so rude... he told me that may behaviour is bad... then he told me "Phone rakhiye aap, phone rakhiye" is this way of naukri.com services????? i rupanka dua took a paid rsume preparation services from naukri pitam pura centre. its been almost 4 years but till now i havnt got resume and not even a call from single placement agency or any company.. before taking money they were calling every now and then but later on i was one of them who was following up with them but no result...

i Have purchase the service in the month of July- 2014 against above P.O., the service duration is getting over but i did not get a even single call from any recruiter. Please let me know. Surprise ??????????????????????????????????????????

hello i have SUBMITTED my cv since last two years.and i get regularly vacancies concerned my profile. i regularly updating my profile and regularly applied for the right jobs. till date i have applied hundreds of job which were matched with my profile BUT till date i did not get not even a single call. no.of times i got messege from NAUKERI.COM that following recrutiers have show interest in your profile BUT LETTER ON I DID NOT GET A SINGLE CALL.I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT WERE WRONG ...?

i wnt my money refunded.. i was some how cheated by naukri.com. I registered with Rs2100 in naukri.com. then they charged 5100 for verification of document. I somehow understood thier trap and refused to take the job.. and after one week i called them for refunding my money. they disconnected the call and after that day i never got connected with them.someone named radhika called from [protected], [protected]. i paid to the acc no- [protected] ifsc code-0000200 acc name- Naukri4today (IDBI BANK). pls i want my money back. I am alone. I have to work very hard for my pocket money. so pls refund my money back. I would be very much thankfull. my phn no is [protected]. [protected]@rediffmail.com If nothing happens i will complain to consumer forum.

I have paid for employment services to Naukri.com RS. 8755/- but only receiving bogus SMS and in actual there is no such employment opportunities provided by them as they have promised at the time of charging the services.

I require my amount of Rs. 8755/- back.

hi, i am balkrishna rane, i am living in mumbai, on this monday i have received call from naurki.com. executive name Mr.Vikas singh regarding job opening in reliance industry and pantaloon company they told me "this opening is very urgent, so pls give your details(PAN card, salary slip, updated CV, experience letter) and pay first 2000 Rs as registration fee this amount is refundable, if you will join or not join" i told him "i have no money for pay this fee so i am not pay this time".the executive told again me forcely"sir if you have pay now so we have confirm the job for you & salary upto 20/25000 INR" and i was shocked i am now working with shoppersstop but my salary is 11700/- INR net pay.i thought if the executive tell me surely and they given job confirmation in the reliance industry so my future is bright because i will take large salary.and I take 2000 Rs from my colleagues in office and deposit to Mr.vikas singh account (ICICI bank AC no[protected]. And then after told me the executive verification fee also compulsory (Amt.Rs.3550/-).but I said him I have no money and I am ot able to provide this time(INR 3550/-) I have only now 2000 which was already transfer to Mr.Vikas singh AC. But they now tell me registration fee non refundable to you.so what can I do now.if I working 5 days so I have got 2000 Payment from company and executive of Naukri.com tell me fee non refundable. Hum simple worker hai, na hi jada salary lete ai aur nahi hamara koi business hai, nahi Mumbai me rahne ke liye khud ka ghar hai, jab kam karenge to hi hume payment milega aur ye kah rahe hai ki fee nahi milega vapis.

I have completed the whole procedure with naukri.com like depositing of money thrice submitting my C.V but till now ha vent received any call from Naukri.com nor from the concerned co in which they were offering me the job. The whole process has been done a month back.

I send my resume on dt. 02.12.14 by 6 PM & next day on dt. 03.12.14 morning receive a call for i have been shortlisted for "Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd." location Patna - Bihar as a Sr. Finance Executive & call for deposit Rs. 2600/- as registration fee on A/c No. [protected], Bank Name- State Bank of India, Account Name- Naukri Services, IFSC Code- SBIN0004713 by same day before 4PM and 100% assurance for Job guarantee other wise my profile will rejected for next process. In this period of 2-3 hour i received approx 4 time call for payment deposit through online / offline process. Then I search on internet for this number & service then I found there is several complaint is file on name of this contact no. for fake service & so many candidate are cheated by them. I also confirm from Naukri.Com on toll free no. [protected] regarding verification of same. Then he called these type of no any service is being provided by them for internal recruitment. Naukri.Com only provide the paid service named : Fast forward, Resume Writing & Resume Display. So, this call is fake. I have posted this issue only for awareness. Hi Naukri, I felt very bad today when i got a call from [protected], one person called me from customer care, His name was Ishant he asked me to register for fast forward service, When I said no, He started talking to me very rudely and he keep the phone without completing the conversation. Please let me know is this service is mandatory and if you will not take then Naukri person will talk rudely. My profile has been with naukri for more than 7-8 Years. I never heard any people talking like this. Please teach some manners to the people who called and talk to us. If you want the services to be paid then mentioned on naukri portal itself. for provide a naukri they are taken me a security amount 3800 but there are 3 months are completed. they were not complete anythink that they were say..now they are not refund me my amount.. they were toil me our office is in delhi. they provide me only one e-mail id=hr.[protected]@gmail.com and contact number=[protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]

I have made few calls and send several emails to get the refund of the money taken from my card without my confirmation for payment . The refund is requested due to the fact of the miscommunication one of the agents had with me one week back. Due to the fraudulent charges, I was forced to inform my bank to block the card immediately and there is a charge of KD 60 which I am supposed to pay now to get the card reissued.You may take necessary action against the concerned agent and ask to set the process right not to allow any agent to take the money from any credit card holder without his consent with the requested pin numbers which they followed in the first transaction I had with your team. Numerous people spoke to me on this subject and everybody was trying to justify this act and the process followed by the concerned agent and all are of the opinion that we will not refund the money at any cost. If the customer is not availing the services there should be a process for refund of money. Who ever calls from naukri.com do not call back again with a solution for refund of money. Request your immediate intervention to refund the money taken from my credit card issued in Kuwait . Awaiting for an immediate solution on the above subject.

I had registered on 20.10.2014 thru Mr. Ankit Trivedi and on 21.10.2014 after talking to Mr. Sahil I had requested for cancellation of my Registration and refund o[censored]SD 150/-. Since then I have been emailing for refund and contacted Dubai office for the same. But Till today no response from your end. Please expedite the matter, soon.
