Sir i was registered nukari.com for jobs offer 10 days before after that 28th april 2015 i recived call from mr. vikram([protected]). he told me that i have to deposite 2900 rs in naukri services with account no [protected] after that i will get job offers. As per mr. vikram gudinace i deposited 2900 rs in naukri services ac. I am attaching deposite slip with this mail. now i have recive call from mr. utam your naukri.com executive and he told me that i have to deposite 6200 rs more after that i will get job offers. sir i am belong to a poor family i don't have more money to deposite so please provide me my 2900 rs back i don't want to any job. I had taken a package of 100 classified job postings and 1000 resume download. The sales executive was Mr Anshuman Sharma. A total of Rs 25, 000 was to be paid, for which two instalments were decided of Rs 12500 each. Mr Anshuman was to come and train the staff for effective download mechanism, as to how to select and then download. The second instalment was due on 10th May, and when Anshuman was contacted, he was not willing to train the staff. He abruptly and arrogantly asked us to stop the payment of the second cheque. over phone and said that you continue with the 100 job posting. Hi..my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, when I try to login with this id then it shows user id does not exist and when I try to register then it gives an error, ur id is already registered. N i select forgot password then it gives same error as no such user id exist..please solve my problem asap

I had paid Rs.2250/= to naukri.com resume services on 29/12/2014 vide invoice no.141229B990185 dtd 29/12/2014 for mid level resume writing. They sent me draft of the resume asked me for my approval and modification but, by the time I got a job. I sent them a mail saying that I had just got a job and let me settle on the job for a few months and I will let them know my exact profile and my position and job responsibilities so that an effective resume can be written. On 15.02.2015 I sent them the revised format of my resume to prepare the resume. There was no response from their team. I resent the same mail again and again many times and after that also there was no response. I then called their customer care at [protected] on 10.04.2015 and one CSR named Pallavi Jaitly responded with a test mail and asked me to send my revised resume to her mail ID. I did send and there was no response from her even after 10 days. Then I again called on 15.04.2015 and raised my concerns about it and one CSR informed that my resume writing case was closed because I did not respond to their mail for revised resume from my end. Bottom of the line is that they asked me to GET LOST!! because I had made the payment and now they need not respond to me. FOLKS !! PLEASE DONOT GOT TO NAUKRI.COM FOR RESUME WRITING SERVICES. I availed monster.com resume services in 2009 August and they prepared a professional and wonderful resume after more than fifteen revisions and the best part of it is that they were following me through mails till 2011 for if I would need any more revisions. I received a call from Miss Ruchi a consultant of naukri.com who told me about opening in vodafone for Sales Manager. she asked me to get registered with amount of Rs 2900. i did it on 15.04.15 and got confirmation mail from naukri.com but again i was being paid Rs 6200 for documents verificataion because i have been short listed from HR. without any confirmation mail from vodafone i was forced to pay otherwise i will be put on the hold. On the first time none gave me all information. I was ready to pay after getting mail from Vodafone. this is so frustating how naukri.com is making money from the candidates. if it is possible to return my money, pls get deposited money in my account because naukri.com is loosing trust from many youngers. To whom it may concern I am one of those customer affected by the poor services rendered by your agents.In the month of November Naukri agent Kaynat had approached me t sign up for fast forward services and I took some time to think about the whole affair.However subsequently every other day either Kaynat or other agents use to keep calling me.At one time if I am not mistaken it was shwetha spoke to me regarding this matter and finally I was forcefully convinced by Dhakshish if I am not mistaken to sign up and he did not give up till I made the payment the same day itself. And that is it the so called services rendered by your organization.I had emailed Kaynat and there was no response from her either. Now I would like to understand is this how the company works as such that once you get the customer to make the payment and there upon there is no further service rendered, I was not employed at that point of time and paying that amount was quite a big sum to me and till today I am left standing without any response or query from your side.As per our conversation with your staff I was informed that this is open for a period of 6 months and by which time if I do not gain employment the money will be refunded and I want my refund.I know there are a lot of customers out there who would like to gain employment in Gulf countries and these people will be conned by signing up with your services.I hope that people are informed that the service rendered by you is so poor and that once payment is made there will be no correspondence after that. On 14th April I received a call from unknown number claiming to be an executive of monsterindia.com. During our conversation he said that your resume has been short listed for a particular job.you just have to pay 1600 RS and scanned documents of your certificates.i was convinced for the process but for inquiry i made a call to monsterindia.com number and asked about it.later on i realized that their no such process and the call i received was a fake call.today on 15th April again i received the same call asking me to pay the amount.this time i said no.but this didn't stop here. He made a call again from another no and started giving bad words.he thought i would never know who called me. Thanks to True dialer app both the numbers are registered on same person or company name RAHUL NAUKRI.I said I will complain to police but his reply was shocking-"JO KARNA HAI KAR LE @@@#%$#*(*&^*&%" Please do look into this matter .They are just doing frauds from job seeker asking money under fake identity.

Dear Sir/Mam, I availed for Naukri Gulf premium service and paid INR 11, 782/- . What I could get to know is that my membership has been assigned only for Naukri India and not for Naukri Gulf at all. I constantly get recommendation for India based jobs only whereas I clearly asked for Gulf based jobs. They registered me entirely on Naukri India website while I CLEARLY mentioned while availing for the services that I want ONLY for Naukri Gulf and not for India. One consultancy in name of naukri.com is done fraud with me and many more by taking money and not giving job.Giving wrong information about vaccancy in company and mislead .I want naukri.com to take action against him whose name is attached with it.I attached some imformation about this.

I registered with Naukri.Com by paying Rs.3900/= where they promised to provide services and help me in getting right job. They didn't mention anything about additional charges which I may have to pay. After this registration they started asking for additional charges to send my resume to identified recruiters and manage backend services for me. My main complain is that they didn't provide complete information upfront (when registering) and now asking for additional charges after I have already registered. They expect that since candidate has already paid once they will not have any other option but to pay additional charges.This is nothing but cheating.

Hi team This is in regard to naukri.com. I have paid an amount of Rs. 4350 for naukri gulf. The fast forward service executive was very nice during the pre discussion. After i paid the amount they showed the real colors. As i wanted to migrate to Gulf and hurry to get job, they were behaving mute absolutely no response. I paid this amount on 23td Mar and it was active on the system. The Executive behaving and explaining its inactive nd will respond after 10 days. The reason been given is due to financial closing they were busy in work. The percentage i lose for 10days, are they going to refund me. When i questioned them they were not answerable, their incapability is reflected as non approachable of the executives, under trained, ignorance, lack of knowledge, arrogance in talk etc. which is very clear. Im being duped and they responding with an email there is 'possibility of job'. Kindly be aware before paying, pls go through normal procedure of applying job without paying. Ruby John

I got call from naukri.com (No. [protected]) to opt for there paid service & asked to register for same with registration amount Rs.1650/-, also told that we will arrange your interview (Note: they told about only registration charge i.e. Rs.1650/-) I did same & register for there paid service with Rs. 1650/-, forwarded Rs.1650/- payment slip along with my 10th, 12th, BE marksheet, they verified my all documents & replied same that we got your all documents & they told me we will arrange your interview tomorrow . But after completing above procedure they called me & told that you need to verify your documents & for that you have to deposit Rs.3950/- into their Bank of Baroda account . I asked them at first you haven't told me about anything more charge, you were asked me to only pay registration charges i.e. Rs.1650/-, but they said you have to verify it with amount Rs.3950/- (which will be refunded by company after you get selected). I told them that I disagree with this extra amount, then they said you pay or else we will blacklist you & your registration charges will go in vain. I asked them to refund my registration charge i.e. Rs.1650/- but they told do whatever you want we won't refund it. So now I am getting trouble, please help me to solve my issue & punish such frauds.

Hello Sir, I am Ashok Chaudhary working in cocaocla.. Today around 12pm call came from naukri.com from no- [protected].. Personal has offered me Nestle company recruiment by 2 stages.. For that he has asked me to pay 2000 rupees fees..He asked me that wether i was confortable.. when i have replied no he has cut the call.

I have get a call from naukri.com [protected], 1st mr. mukesh talk with me for regestration amount as 1650/- than after that mr.Akash talk to me for validation of certificate i have to pay 3950/- that also done, after that i had my telephonic interview their i had told to pay 7500/- as company security that also done, than after that i have told that i have to pay 10000/- as hr fees and this is final after a week i will get my offer letter. but after two days i got a call from same no. nw mr. vishal joshi saying that to leave your confirmation letter you have to pay 9500/- that also done. but yet no confirmation letter he has provided and even no proof that of other confirmation telling that trust on him and the company has hidden vacancy. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Myself Prashant Survase got a call on 30 December stating the company would provide me the job offer in Mahindra and Mahindra Co in Pune Location. However telecallers called me for first time stating paying Rs 2600/- the registration process will be done and the company will directly approach for the induction process. Then again after 3 days the other telecaller told me to pay Rs 5500 /- as registration fees for the company. Again the confirmation was been told that the HR company will follow in leading the job profile in the company. Nor the Mahindra and Mahindra Company approached to me and the telecallers gave the confirmation. Again after 4 days i again got a call from the 3rf telecaller stating that Rs 10000/- need to be paid for the company bond of 1 year. Also insisted me to pay the service tax amount for the registration of Rs 2000/-. Moreover the first telecaller which was been told that around 4 to 4.8 lakhs package will be offered, have to be said to the client company that we want more than 5 lakhs and above. This is some kind of burden on me. Now when i asked them i dont want the registration to be done they said the amount cannot be refunded and the registration will be valid for one year. Telecallers misbehave with me soft spoken people turned out to be more vulnerable and putting asking me more questions. This call was been made from Ghaziabad/Dadri Uttar Pradesh ([protected]) and when asked whether the office is there at Pune or Mumbai then they replied with No. If this situation would have been asked by the person clearly that the fees of Rs 20000 need to be paid who will better take this opportunity. Is this sort of Justice around the unemployed person ? Nobody will trust such type of Job portal further. Waste of my time and money necessarily. Want the resolution as immediately as possible.

Mode of Payment: Online Transfer This is in reference to Resume Database Service offered by Naukri.(naukri.com). I registered for 30 days DB access service on 4th February, 2015. It was supposed to expire on 6th March, 2015. But Naukri is showing your access expires on 3rd March, 2015 (within 27 days)? I had 2900 CV download access and approx 10, 000 email access remaining in my account the day it was blocked. Even on 2nd March, 205, My account was showing alert that your service will expire in 7 days. Company Name: ToXSL Technologies Pvt Ltd. Email: [protected]@toxsl.com Contact:[protected] MOREOVER, now their executives are suggesting me to buy 30 days access again to use your remaining DB access. We requested a number of times to Naukri, to give access for remaining 3 days with same account state. but they don't even want to consider anything. I sincerely request you to take very strict action against naukri.com

Since I registered with Naukari.Com for Jobs for you and Resume highlighter service I did not get even a single call though I am well qualified and experienced. Actually the jobs sent by Naukari are "Dummy" I am highly dis-appointed with the service offered by you and will never recommend a single friend to registered with the. It's really highly dis-appointing that I could not get a job in last 3 months even when I have paid for the same. I don't think by providing this much of service Naukari will be able to sustain in the market. This is the worst service I ever get in my life from any service provider.

This is in reference to the Resume services offered by Naukri.com. I was contacted by their staff many times to avail these services & in Nov 2014 I decided to register myself for the international resume writing & Resume spot light for Gulf after their explanations on the help they provide with enhancing my resume & listing it with my Naukri Gulf id for jobs in Gulf as I am based here & was looking for a change. Naukri Fast Forward Services Direct No. :[protected]:00 AM to 6.30PM) IST After paying for the services, they put some immature person on my Resume writing which only changes the format for the Resume & then listed my Resume for the Indian ID and not the Gulf one. Even after requesting them for so many times to change it to Gulf id as I paid for gulf services & not in India there is no change from their side, in fact no response from these people. Request an action on them for cheating & misleading people.

I had subscribed to display resume service Rs. 2100/- past one year. No use. Recently came for renewal and I renewed hoping something. Same day (9th Feb), a manager called me and said this service will not fetch jobs. It will also reduce my reputation as public will see this. he wanted me to subscriber to executive search as I was senior. I complied and asked how much. He said 8600/- after adjusting above money. He immediatly sent online link which I paid online. After that they activated Gulfnaukri service. I did not like it and did not want it. It was full of jobs in Gulf. When I told him he argued that naukri is hosted in Gulf past 16 years. Otherwise it is international portal. I was not convinced and sent screen shot. A job alert also came only of gulf jobs. I forwarded him. I wanted them to cancel this service and refund. They have stopped taking my calls. I complained to their services. No reply yet. There is no senior people who are intervening. After losing RS. 10000+ I am trying to contact them to cancel this gulf service. They have sold something and run away.
