Today(03.06.2015) at 12:26 p.m, I recieved a call from naukri team accounts division regarding the refund of my amount which I deposited in the account of naukri.com from no. [protected]. I interacted with Mr. Ashish, he told me for the refund and asked my debit card details (debit card no., expiry date, etc) but unfortunately I am carrying an old debit card so the cvv no of the card has been earsed.So I request you to kindly refund my whole amount through neft procedure for which I am providing my bank account details: - Bank Name - Bank of Baroda Name - Rahul Srivastava Account No. - [protected] IFSC Code - BARB0NARHIX ( fifth character is zero ) Branch - Narahi Lucknow Kindly do the same on urgent basis & inform me as well. This is in reference to the complaint no. 1078179 regarding the refund of my deposit (Amount - 9100/-) .On Friday (i.e 05.06.2015), I revived a call from from Mr Ravi. He was asking my debit card details, I have submitted all my details to him along with one time password as well but he was unable to refund my amount.

Dear Team kindly refund my amount through neft process because I have lost my debit card somewhere and the same has been blocked.

    To Management I have been charged for the service that was committed to me but never was fulfilled. I paid an amount of 150 US Dollars but no assistance was provide for the paid amount.       Dear Team, On 14 / 5 / 15, I recived a call from naukri services regarding job openings in IDEA Cellular Ltd at Lucknow location for the post of Asst. Ops. Manager. I was interacted with Mr. Alok. He told me that to get this job, I have to take the membership of naukri services for which I have to submit the amount of Rs. 2900.00 as registration money.I have deposited the same in the account no. [protected] (Bank of India) on 15/5/15 at 01:15p.m. (transaction No.[protected]. On 20/05/2015, I recived call from Ms. Nikita from naukri services (verification team) that my docs need to be verified for which I have to submit the amount of Rs 6200/-. I aggreed and deposited the amount in account no [protected] (Bank of India) on date 20/5/15 at 12:5 Pm (transaction no.[protected]. I also informed the same to Ms. Nikita that I have deposited the amount in account on this she reverted that now there is no pendency and and you need not to deposit no more amount in future. But on 25/05/15 I recived call from naukri team that again I have to deposit the amount of Rs. 12, 000 /- as security deposit. For this I have called to the Sr. Executive / Manager Mr. Prashant and discussed the whole issuee but he did'nt help me.         01-jun-2015 i got a call from mumbai naukri head office telling that my mail id is shortlisted with my profile saying we forwarding your profile to TCS company so they are asking to deposit security amount 3500. she told that they will refund that amount after generating the Requistion ID. i have to mention this ID in the resume while attending the interview. I dont no this type of services by naukri.com any one can suggest me is it happens...her mobile no is [protected].name Aditi..

        Buddy, I suggest you not to pay the amount. Atleast not now. Tell them that you'll pay the amout only after the Job is finalised and after you have an Appointment or an Offer letter from TCS.           Regarding payment terms & condition of the Naukri.com via email.[protected]@intlnaukri.com, [protected]@intlnaukri.com & telephonic call came from [protected] on 22/05/2015, they said that to submit my Resume with a Registration payment of Rs.2246/- valid till 1year for the openings regarding in Aurangabad (MH) in Ambuja Cement or Binani Cement, after submitting the amount another call came from the same number after 2days to do the verification process and the amount to be submitted Rs.9000/- during this call i have said that this verification amount should be clearly intimated earlier also when the first call me to do the registration & i deposited the amount of Rs.2246/-. The nakuri.com representative told me that the verification is a must you have to do it, after that i didn't response there mails after a few days, one more representative call me from the same number and told me Mr. Rajiv Bhatiya Mo no [protected] .The payment counterfoil has been duly attached for your kind persual.             I was inquiring about Naukri's fast forward services. Miss.Rani Shikha rani.[protected]@naukri.com, neha.[protected]@naukri.com (Executive-Sales; Desk Phone: +[protected], cell no.- [protected]) called and explained the services and the fees. So after a few phone calls from Miss Rani Shikha, I got irritated and said I'm not interested in this offer anymore. As soon as I said that, he started being very rude. Its my choice and money. Why does he have to be so rude about it? Or is this how Naukri usually handles their potential customers? Start abusing once they see that someone is not going to pay them money? I request Naukri to discipline Miss.Rani Shikha before.we goto legal action

So after a few phone calls from Mr.Ayush, I got irritated and said I'm not interested in this offer anymore. As soon as I said that, he started being very rude. Its my choice and money.                 Regarding payment terms & condition of the Naukri.com via email.[protected]@intlnaukri.com, [protected]@intlnaukri.com & telephonic call came from [protected] on 22/04/2015, they said that to submit my Resume with a Registration payment of Rs.2900/- valid till 1year for the openings regarding in Raipur (C.G.) in Tata Steels, after submitting the amount another call came from the same number after 2days to do the verification process and the amount to be submitted Rs.6, 200/- during this call i have said that this verification amount should be clearly intimated earlier also when the first call me to do the registration & i deposited the amount of Rs.2900/-. The nakuri.com representative told me that the verification is a must you have to do it, after that i didn't response there mails after a few days, one more representative call me from the same number and told me that the Tata steels HR needs you to process your verification for there openings, I have told ask & told him the verification is done by whom either Tata steel aur your nakuri.com he said this is done by our side and this is a must thing for your Resume. I as that after this payment any other payment or further charges to be borne by me?? They said no other further hidden charges. After all I have also submitted an amount of Rs.6200/- to there account on 9/05/2015. After the payment has been proceed, they have called me after 2days an another new representative with the same number and now they asked me an amount of Rs.12, 500/- to be paid in the same account. Now i had a conversation with them that they didn't clear there all payment terms & condition earlier from the day first itself. As they did not clearly mention this all this payment terms earlier only registration amount was said and cheated me and an amount of Rs.10, 000/- approx has been paid to them for this I want to register my compliant against them, so that they don't able to cheat another guy like this.The payment counterfoil has been duly attached for your kind persual.                   Hi, Naukri.com had contacted me for taking their Paid Service at first for which I agreed and forwarded my documents to them. They then came to me that my profile was selected for companies using the word SUCH AS "Parle Agro' in the mail and I had transfered an amount of Rs. 2900/- on 28th April 2015 as asked by them. Whereas telephonically they told me that I was selected for the same. When I asked them give me the confirmation in mail without the words SUCH AS, they denied to give such confirmation on mails. Post which I denied to take the service and asked them to return back the money. Now they are not refunding my money but instead saying they had already refunded. If they had refunded then I should have received it. But I have not received till date. I want action on this.

                    Dear Sir, Last week some called me and stated that he is calling from Naukri Jobs. He asked me about my profile and discussed long time. Finally he said that some immediate job requirement at HDFC BANK IN Mumbai and its matching your profile, so we will arrange meeting immediately him say for that he ask me to pay one time registration fees and after that call is transferred to someone else. As per their directions I logged into Naukri Profile and paid around 16174 at three transactions.Frist time 2246/-, Second time 7864/- and Third time 6064/- . But I didn’t receive any payment receipt and money detected automatically from my account. Forth call they ask me to pay 2000/-, I stopped to pay. They could not arrange job interview as per the schedule; I called them again and asked them to refund total money which is paid by me. Now nobody answers my call. Please do necessary action.                         resp. sir my name is manish kumar pareek and i received a call mrs. vikram from naurkri .com regarding a job in parle agro. he tell me please give 2900 Rs. for registration money for future problem . than i have deposit registration money in a/c name naukri services and no is. [protected] . after deposit registration money i received a call after 5 days from mr.uttam and he tell me sir you have deposit more 6200 Rs for parle agro job. so want to tell u sir this is the fruad by naurki .com becouse they not tell me before registration about this money . i done complain against naukri .com few days ago then i receive a call and he tell me sir your registration money will bi return and he sent be transtion id and said your money will be credit in your a/cwith in five 5 but after 3 days i am not receive registration money then custer care executive not pick my phone. and last i want to said this naukri .com is so fruad company any other customer will not be join this.

                              I had taken a package of 100 classified job postings and 1000 resume download. The sales executive was Mr Anshuman Sharma. A total of Rs 25, 000 was to be paid, for which two instalments were decided of Rs 12500 each. Mr Anshuman was to come and train the staff for effective download mechanism, as to how to select and then download. The second instalment was due on 10th May, and when Anshuman was contacted, he was not willing to train the staff. He abruptly and arrogantly asked us to stop the payment of the second cheque. over phone and said that you continue with the 100 job posting. He said that he will make sure to continue with the job posting. Now the mail from him is stating otherwise. How can an organisation like you, be so rude. JP INSTITUTE OF EXCELLENCE

                                Hi..my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, when I try to login with this id then it shows user id does not exist and when I try to register then it gives an error, ur id is already registered. N i select forgot password then it gives same error as no such user id exist..please solve my problem asap

                                  FOLKS !! PLEASE DONOT GOT TO NAUKRI.COM FOR RESUME WRITING SERVICES. THEY ARE CHEATS AND WORLD-CLASS FRAUDS. I had paid Rs.2250/= to naukri.com resume services on 29/12/2014 vide invoice no.141229B990185 dtd 29/12/2014 for mid level resume writing. They sent me draft of the resume asked me for my approval and modification but, by the time I got a job. I sent them a mail saying that I had just got a job and let me settle on the job for a few months and I will let them know my exact profile and my position and job responsibilities so that an effective resume can be written. On 15.02.2015 I sent them the revised format of my resume to prepare the resume. There was no response from their team. I resent the same mail again and again many times and after that also there was no response. I then called their customer care at [protected] on 10.04.2015 and one CSR named Pallavi Jaitly responded with a test mail and asked me to send my revised resume to her mail ID. I did send and there was no response from her even after 10 days. Then I again called on 15.04.2015 and raised my concerns about it and one CSR informed that my resume writing case was closed because I did not respond to their mail for revised resume from my end. Bottom of the line is that they asked me to GET LOST!! because I had made the payment and now they need not respond to me. FOLKS !! PLEASE DONOT GOT TO NAUKRI.COM FOR RESUME WRITING SERVICES. THEY ARE CHEATS AND WORLD-CLASS FRAUDS. Now let me illustrate the same case with monster.com resume service. I availed monster.com resume services in 2009 August and they prepared a professional and wonderful resume after more than fifteen revisions and the best part of it is that they were following me through mails till 2011 for if I would need any more revisions. To be precise they did want to serve me better for a better resume. FOLKS !! PLEASE DONOT GOT TO NAUKRI.COM FOR RESUME WRITING SERVICES. THEY ARE CHEATS AND WORLD-CLASS FRAUDS.

                                    I received a call from Miss Ruchi a consultant of naukri.com who told me about opening in vodafone for Sales Manager. she asked me to get registered with amount of Rs 2900. i did it on 15.04.15 and got confirmation mail from naukri.com but again i was being paid Rs 6200 for documents verificataion because i have been short listed from HR. without any confirmation mail from vodafone i was forced to pay otherwise i will be put on the hold. On the first time none gave me all information. I was ready to pay after getting mail from Vodafone. this is so frustating how naukri.com is making money from the candidates. if it is possible to return my money, pls get deposited money in my account because naukri.com is loosing trust from many youngers.                                       To whom it may concern I am one of those customer affected by the poor services rendered by your agents.In the month of November Naukri agent Kaynat had approached me t sign up for fast forward services and I took some time to think about the whole affair.However subsequently every other day either Kaynat or other agents use to keep calling me.At one time if I am not mistaken it was shwetha spoke to me regarding this matter and finally I was forcefully convinced by Dhakshish if I am not mistaken to sign up and he did not give up till I made the payment the same day itself. And that is it the so called services rendered by your organization.I had emailed Kaynat and there was no response from her either. Now I would like to understand is this how the company works as such that once you get the customer to make the payment and there upon there is no further service rendered, I was not employed at that point of time and paying that amount was quite a big sum to me and till today I am left standing without any response or query from your side.As per our conversation with your staff I was informed that this is open for a period of 6 months and by which time if I do not gain employment the money will be refunded and I want my refund.I know there are a lot of customers out there who would like to gain employment in Gulf countries and these people will be conned by signing up with your services.I hope that people are informed that the service rendered by you is so poor and that once payment is made there will be no correspondence after that. I want my complaint to be addressed and I get a suitable response or I would like a complete refund of the payment made thereof. Rema

                                        On 14th April I received a call from unknown number claiming to be an executive of monsterindia.com. During our conversation he said that your resume has been short listed for a particular job.you just have to pay 1600 RS and scanned documents of your certificates.i was convinced for the process but for inquiry i made a call to monsterindia.com number and asked about it.later on i realized that their no such process and the call i received was a fake call.today on 15th April again i received the same call asking me to pay the amount.this time i said no.but this didn't stop here. He made a call again from another no and started giving bad words.he thought i would never know who called me. Thanks to True dialer app both the numbers are registered on same person or company name RAHUL NAUKRI.I said I will complain to police but his reply was shocking-"JO KARNA HAI KAR LE @@@#%$#*(*&^*&%" Please do look into this matter .They are just doing frauds from job seeker asking money under fake identity.
