I am having a problem with naukri.com i'm applying jobs on naukri.com from 2 years. but still i'm not getting any mail from recruiter. sometimes i'm getting fake mails of jobs from L&T, Bosch, TATA, etc. these mails says that first you have to pay security fees and after than we will arrange interview. anybody please help me on this. please connect with me on mail Regards, Keyur Patel [protected]@gmail.com

This is to inform you that your company is making false communication regarding jobs and depositing money on no circumstances . they initially ask for money and later on also ask money for deposit which will be refundable . why they cant tell all the things in starting only . you must take strict action regarding this .

I received a call on 10 oct 15 from naukri.com([protected]) he knew all information about me which i have filled on naukri.com & resume too and i received the above mail (showed in attach picture) from naukri.com. In this mail said that i have selected in TCS, Ahmadabad. On call he said that the registration charges are 2500/- this amount is refundable so complete the registration process till today for further processing.so I have transfer 2500 through SBI ATM & with this payid([protected]).Then i received a mail attached with a cover letter.I have filled it & forward it to sender's mail id([protected]@mail.com).then again he call me & a telephonic interview is taken by recruiter department.he said i m selected in his company(TCS) and told me please pay the amount 7500/- for profile verification and then u have to come tomorrow at our company for a documentation.i did this & pay with same payid. then they send me the acknowledgement of these payment.Today he call and mail me the address of TCS, Ahmadabad, for calling me for documentation and ask me for security money 18500(Trainee ID fee-10000, Security Id fee-8500) which is also refundable, I refused them for paying this amount and argu with them. they are liar the amount is not refundable and Now when i call on that number then the phone is switched off. they cheat with me. my 10000/- has gone.. and the another important thing is that the domain name is same as naukri.com.

My name is Niketan Sanjay Mohite . I got a call for a job in Singapore from FROUD Company ‘fnfnaukri.com ‘Lucknow and then they sent me mail from [protected]@fnfnaukri.com saying your Document and your CV has been approved from ‘Accent Musicals Equipment pvt Ltd’ company and ask me to transfer Rs.4500/- as a processing fees, then we will connect you with the company for the interview process . They are saying that they are linked with naukri.com .


by mistake I transfer Rs.4500/- twice on 19-Aug 2015 in Bank Of India IFSC Code- BKID0006834 and Account No:[protected] . In total I transferred Rs.9000/- .When I Asked them to transfer me back my access amount of Rs.4500/- they started giving me dates after date, then I clearly told them transfer my entire amount of Rs.9000/- I don’t want any service from your company but still they did not transfer me my money back


please help me to recover my money back to me, I really need this funds very badly . for any details please call me on my Mob. No.[protected].

Dear sir,
I am Avaneesh am register in naukri.com today I got a mail from naukrifast forward mail sainded by Mr. Amit bhatiya but for the payment processer he calling me on my register no. And he want to know my debit card security digits can u tell me how anydody trust them he use my card as a good way.
My complain is only any good organizations not get the payment on that way on phon and Mr Amit wrongly use of self positions so plz can u take the action as well as soon.

I subscribed to Naukri Resume display for 6 months service on 31st August 2015. Called naukri multiple times after which they sent communication with bogus commitment. They said we started your service on 9-Sep-2015. My resume was not displayed even on 20-sep-2015. The customer care reps keep on saying wait for 24 hours and our technical team will get in touch with resolution. Nether do they mention whom to contact next if customer query is not resolved. My resume is not visible even after repeated reminder to naukri staff.I asked for money refund but they declined. Can you please register a police case against naukri.com and get my refund.

Called naukri multiple times after which they send meaning less communication with bogus commitment. Nether do they mention whom to contact next if customer query is not resolved. I have enrolled for NaukriFast Forward service on May 2015 and I am still not sure weather its activated or not. My resume has not be created even after repeated reminder to naukri staff. And every time I call support I have to repeat same thing, not sure why don't they maintain case logs.

The Company''s full name is Info Solutions and is also known as Naukri.com. They have called me several times for placements in the companies. One day they have called me for offer in Nestle and Fastrack so I have provided the details as they have required. Next day they have called me for urgent requirement in Parle Agro Private Limited as fitted in my criteria and they have put an condition for that I have to first register in their company as a member and the charge is Rs. 3, 000/- so as a company policy I decided to join it and pay through NEFT payment in their account. When they called me for registration they only informed me regarding the registration payment not for any other else and also said that after getting registered with company I will directly receive a main from Parle Agro Private Limited so I said yes. Now after a week they again called me for demanding a payment for documents verification which they didn''t said earlier. So its a complete breach of contract, so I have demanded a refund for my earlier payment and they are denying it. So I want to file a complaint against them.

The service offered was to find jobs and bio data sent to consultants and display of profile. An expert was to contact me to verify details and provide the service. After paymant the service was delayted and a random person called to and filled details whcih are not connected to mine and displayed my serive as a waste.

I received a call from naukri.com head office number was [protected]. and one of the Executive talk with me very rudely. he did't ask what was the issue. and he was also threatening me. when I asked his name then he disconnect the call. so this is the way of naukri .com to handle customer. if you will not take any action against that guy I 'll definitely take legal action against this. I'll also forwarding the e-mail to your CEO, NODAL, and RTI as well as.

Hi Have Purchased Naukri.com Subscription For amount of Rs.1, 60, 000/-, For which i have Issued 3 Cheques amounting. Rs.54, 000/-, Rs.53, 000/- and Rs.53, 000/- of which i have already cleared and Cheques of Rs. 54, 000/- and Rs.53, 000/- and one of the cheques i have made a stop payment as the service provided by naukri was not good and i have sent across many emails to them stating that i have already made a stop payment of the cheque and the cheque should not be presented. to which one of the Account managers replied stating that if the cheque is not cleared a legal action would be taken against me to which i have replied that they can go ahead with the same. But still the processed the cheque and made the cheque bounce. The Next day they have blocked my account and when i called the Account manager he has asked to to clear the cheque and then they would activate the product. My question to naukri is that if i have Paid a total of Rs. 1, 07, 000/- out of Rs 1, 60, 000/- you all are bound to provide me service for the money paid. hence i asking you all to provide me the service or a refund.

I signed up with Naukri.com for Visual Resume Writing, Job alerts and Resume Display services. They said first they write a Resume in 8 days and then when I approve they will start with other services. First of all in 8 days they did not send me any Resume, they after lot of follow up from my end one day at night 1.00 AM thay sent me the Resume. 6 yrs of my experience got changed to 26 yrs!!! And what a pathetic resume they sent me. The visuals didnt mean anything and were completely out of place. It was looking as if a roadside tailor has out some obnoxious patches on my Resume. The written content was an exact copy paste from what I wrote. No value add even of a half % on my Resume. Now I do not wish to continue or use their Resume . I need my money back and so far no one has contacted me .

I had complaint around 20th May, 2015 to close all the job alerts created ever for my profile. I was assured that after 12th June, 2015 but still I am receiving unnecessary job related mails. I had registered a complain on 26 June 2015 again & they told me they stop it same but still I am receiving it.

This Company in the name of Naukri Services has been deposited Rs.12500.00 in their bank of india Noida branch account number [protected] against jobs related security amount behalf of Dabur India Limited dated.27.06.2015 . After depositing amount their team is not picking up my any calls. This company and bank is fake and i want to return my amount .Plz solve this matter. On 25th June I got a call from [protected] and they informed me that it was a verification call from Naukri.com and they told me that my profile has been shortlisted by two companies and in other to further process they asked me to register in Profile4career.com and their I have to pay an amount of Rs 2000 as a security deposit. I told them that first let me get the interview call and then if I got selected I am ready to pay the amount but they refused to process my CV untill and unless I do the payment. Please let me know if it is mandatory to pay the amount?
