The fraud calls are coming to us those peoples are seeking only for money purpose they are sending some job offers and mails.. Later after money transaction of 1500 thise people are not responding. Please try to refund our valuable amount Naukri.com [protected]@naukri.com stupid phone number and people are just calling and asking huge amount of money later they are not at all Recieveing any calls.. No ### interview are taken u people better beg and eat don't do such fraud calls and u naukri people are worst people u will definitely go to hell.. Cheating us amount of 1500 rs 😣😣😣😣

As a 6 month paid member for spotlight services along with resume writing I have had a very poor experience with your consultancy services.
Earlier I also paid for 3 month spotlight services, not any single response. Just few marketing calls for some products (personal loan, training Programme etc)
I tried to highlight this to the sales guy "Gautam Mishra" he had only one answer for me "sir your profile is already highlighted". This is how you treat your premium customers?
I would never recommend Naukri gulf to anyone in my network.
This is not about me only, there are other people I know who are putting their hard earned money in your company in a hope of getting better opportunities. Don't break our trust on you.
I would like you to escalate this matter to your management and find some solution to refine this process.
Unfortunately I am not in India, or else I would have personally visited your office and highlighted this to the management. Looking forward for prompt responses.

Yesterday i got a call from ‭+[protected]‬ saying that my profile has been shortlisted for tcs and i need to pay Rs 2000 as a security amount. Once I pay the amount, i ll get a telephone interview call in which they will tell me the exact job description. I paid the amount and then the person started telling me about other vacancies in general. I emphasized on knowing about tcs and he said he would try to connect with global hr (that does the recruitment for tcs) and let me know when i can have telephone interview.

3 calls that evening by me to know the status but no update and i was told that I would get a call next day 10.30 am. Ofcourse I didn’t get a call from them and i tried to call them 5-6 times and after cutting the call 3-4 times they finally connected me to the senior department. The man in senior dept told me that i need to pay 5000 more for verification. I said i am not interested in this job opportunity and give me my 2000 back( when i paid 2000 i was told specifically it was refundable), he rudely said that i can get 2000 back only if i pay 5000 for verification and cut the call.

Now they have taken 2000 rs and there’s no job interview whatsoever.

I got a call from naukri.com and they told me to pay Rs. 2750 and on failing that they messaged me that I have to pay Rs. 350000 to court and will be blocked for 7 years for applying to any job. Fearing this I paid Rs. 2750 from google pay afterwards I came to know it was fraud. I have both the numbers and screenshot of the transaction also. I also received the mail of receipt of payment.

I have been given a job offer to a hospital named Sentiens Hospital in Perth Australia through Naukri.com and afterwards through the hospital website ( www.sentienshospital.com) after having a questionnaire interview. They have issued a formal offer letter, contract agreement and appointed a person named Diplomat Wayne Hudes for handling the immigration process.

First payment was through instamojo.com and the recipient named in the invoice was Australia Immigration. Amount ( INR 86285) was paid with my credit card- [protected] .

Next they asked me to pay for ALU, Work Permit, AMC registration, ECFMG registration etc of total sum of 900107.73 INR saying it is a Forex Team to Bank BANK OF INDIA

I got a call from naukri named akanksha to pay a security amount of 2500 to connect me to a phone-in-interview done by cipla pharmaceutical ltd. Answered the questions asked and got another call from naukri named abhinav who informed me that I got selected to cipla pharmaceutical ltd and had to pay half an amount of 13000 as the verification amount for which I had paid 6500 to an union bank account headed with cipla pharmaceutical ltd. On this day they have sent me a mail saying I have been selected as trainee in R&D @ cipla pharmaceutical ltd and have to pay 15000 where 5000 for bond between me and company and 10000 for opening an account at axis bank. So kindly refund my paid Rs9000/_ as soon as possible.

Yesterday I get call they say calling from naukri.com and giving me job in axis bank. I sent my documents like adhaar, marksheet. after a day I get another call say calling from axis bank bhopal. A girl from naukri.com want to deposit 2000rs. for refrence Id . I say no for the job and they said that your documents are blocked for 5 years which I send at [protected]@gmail.com

One of the agent called from naukri to my sister that there is a job in hp (Hewlett-Packard) company and she needs to pay 2500 and she paid already for registration. They said it is a refundable. After that she received a mail from hp and below details are mentioned. 1to 4 years there are slabs like 10500/- for 1 year bond and for 2 years 15000/- like that. Now they are forcing to pay immediately otherwise they won't give refund the 2500.

This was the first and worst paid service I have taken.They contacted me for fast forwarded service and gave me hell lot of fake promises. Once I took the services there was no acknowledgement from naukari. Biggest issue they send totally and totally irrelevant jobs to paid consumers also. I called them four times to make them understand my job requirements but no change. Only thing I got from representative was false assurance for next job mail which is a two time activity in week. this company is fooling around so openly and not at all sticking to their words.

Yesterday I receive call from Naukri.com they said me you want a job in MNC company then you have to submit documents to them and I submitted it.after verification they told me to you are call for interview and it will be telephonic but before this you need to pay 2700 for reference I'd generation but i refuse to pay then today they warn me if you refuse to pay money your document will be black list and you not apply for any MNC for 7 years.and also said to file complaints against me.

Myself Mr.Raghavendra bs had paid 1880 Rupees towards naukri paid service on 29th may 2019.Till now I have not received a single message about any job opptutunities.i don’t want my money to be wasted for such scams.i have called the customer care multiple times and the issue is still not resolved.i don’t want to waste anymore time contacting your customer care.i need my money back if you are not ready to provide the service you offered.if I don’t get refund within a week I will be going ahead to register a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same.as a consumer i feel cheated by your company.i don’t want anyone else to pay for such rubbish service so I will be writing a comment on the google play store and on your social media accounts regarding the same issue.Thank you.

Mahindra and mahindra branch manager saurabh rana looted me rs.36000 for giving me job .i upload my profile on Naukri.com they contact me for telephonic interview and after that they asked me for registration fee1150 and after that they asked me for 4700rs. For joining letter after that they asked me rest of money for sending me courier of laptop and phone I'll paid about 36000rs. Including above mentioned fee. after that they asked me sending 18000rs. I am Nilotpal Samanta and have an account with Naukri.com. On 15/06/2019 I received a phone call on my number -[protected]at 5:34 p.m. from the number [protected]. The phone banking officer told me that since my resume was uploaded with Naukri was I looking for a job change but his way of talking was very bad, unprofessional, rude to put it in the mildest of terms. When I told him that his way of talking was not right he had the audacity to tell me that I am mad and " Jo karna hai karle Jo okharna hai ukharle." Is this Naukri's phone banking officers behave with their clients? I am sorry to say this but if this sort of thing continues the Goodwill of Naukri will erode fast.

I am extremely disappointed and am sorry to say that I am thinking of withdrawing my Naukri account. Request you to look into the same on an urgent basis.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Next Day Ms Shradhha Sharma and Ms Ruchita called to my daughter again to Deposite another amount Rs 20500 in above said account as Accommodation security.
During above activities we feel doubt about callers and i will denoyeed to deposite Rs 20500 in above account.
I have called on above numbers for cancellation of offerd job and also for REFUND of my Deposite Rs 15500.00 immediate.
Mr Shardhha Sharma provided me number of Mr Vishal Singh for refunding matters. I have called to Mr Vishal he was assuring us that they will Refund my amount Rs 15500 on 28 May 2019.
We have called to NAUKRI.COM on dtd 30 may 2019 on provided mobile number [protected] of Mr Vaibhav singh (Refund Dept of Naukri.com) and again on Dtd 31 may 2019. at 14.50 PM.
He suggesting me that we will have to be pay Rs 12000.00 again in above account and then he will making cheque for Rs 27500.00.
You are requested that please read above case and enquire this fraud.`

Got a call from Naukri saying that it is recruiters connect and made me pay 2500. I asked if they were from Naukri and they said yes. If you are not selected then this amount will be refunded. Later I got a call from a company and they did face to face interview. Then again they said I am selected and need to pay 6000 for security reasons. When I rejected and asked for refund, they are not responding. When I checked they are telling you have registeration Id. Can you please check on this and help me to get my money back

I am R.Hariharan from sivakasi, Virudhunagar district, Tamilnadu. I have applied for job in Hindustan Construction company as a site engineer in Naukri job site. Later I know that they are fake naukri paid services. Because Initially they asked RS 2500 to conduct phone interview to me, I paid that amount and further asked Rs. 6800 for bond security and also told me to refund that amount within 3 days . So I paid also that Rs.6800 amount in Allahabad bank in Naukri services their account holder name is Rubesh rajan .Totally I have paid RS.9800, then they asked further amount of RS.11200 to ensure my job . But I can't pay that amount and I'm not comfortable in that. So I don't want that job .They tell me to refund my amount of Rs.9800 to my account but they don't give any proper response till now. Please help me sir to refund my amount. I have all evidence sir .I send u all.

Nokri executive called me and told me about job in hdfc bank, in my area . they also told me to pay 2500 for job, and promised me to give job. at evening they made telephonic interview . then next day they called me that u r selected and asked me to pay 4500, then and then i will be selected for bank. plz he.lp me, im very poor boy . naukari.com has been cheated with me and even not receiving calls. plz help me

Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of Naukri.com. I have been receiving fake calls from different number who are offering job with money which are likely to be fake. However today I got a call from this number [protected] where the lady insulted me saying what is your "aukat" attached the screenshot. If this is what happens with out private data mostly contact details then it's shameful on naukri.com's part. Very pathetic service getting provided. Not At All Happy. the same issue has been faced by some of friends of mine.
