Just now[protected] i got a call and mail from naukri service ([protected]) and they were asking to pay 5000 rs, and sending a link (https://securegw.paytm.in/link/98950/LL_5324411), these kind of calls comes from last 2 months. Please take immediate action on their activity.

I have purchased Resume Display 6 months with Rs . 3200 on 17th of May. The same day I received a call from a naukri agent. She tried to upsell but I refused and asked her to immediately activate the service I have purchased. Since then it's been 48 hours but my service has not yet been activated. I tried chatting with naukri customer service agents but all in vain. I tried calling the customer care number as given by naukri agent[protected] but it never got connected.

Esterday (17 may, 2019) got a call from a girl name akansha who claimed that is one of the employee of naukri.com, [protected] is the no. I got the call from. They asked me to send my cv, id proof, passport size photo nd my graduation proof that unfortunately i sent by trusting after i got a another call the next day claimed themselves to be from hdfc bank navi mumbai branch.

They told me submit a registration fee of 2500/- that i later on deny to give but i hv send a picture of my dmc nd my adhar card that's the only thing am worried about.
Want strict actions to be taken by you guys to help secure my details.

I am a registered job seeker of naukri.com.

On 14.05.2019i got a call from from kamal sharma (Career counselor), naukri learning regarding six sigma green belt certification course. I shown interested for the course and my call was transferred to one lady.
I was asked to pay rs. 14577/- as course fees but i was unable to pay.
She asked me to pay tthe amount in three installments.1. Rs. 3000/-, 2. Rs. 6000/-, 3. 5577/-. Total = 14577/- and also told that after paying 1st payment, i will got id and password and can start the course. And the balance i had to pay on june and july.
Mr. Kamal sent me a link over mail to pay 1st installment of rs. 3000/-. The link was pfb the registration link:

And i paid rs. 3000/- thru online.
I got confirmation mail "that my service will start as soon as rs. 3000.00 is credited and also i one link was mentioned in that mail that"complete your profile to activate six sigma green belt certification-get started".
When i click get started button no response was seen. I also got a mail where one invoice of info edge (I) ltd, inv. No. Ff[protected], dated-14.05.2019 which one was fake.
On 16.05.2019 i contacted customer service and it was confirmed that rs. 3000/- was received and after payment of balance amount i can start my course. I told her that i will log complain. Then i tried so many times to send complain mail to [protected]@naukri.com but my mail was revert back and i got a massage that my mail id which is registered with naukri.com is block. Today i sent from another mail id and the mail was successfully delivered.

So, i want refund of rs. 3000/- as i am not possible to pay the whole amount at a time.
I have evident of the whole picture that i can submit.

There is a huge racket of fraud in this line.

Updated by JitenChoudhury Naukri.com, Naukri Fast Service are fake recruit agency. Once you paid any amount to them is not possible to refund. Some counselor are involved. They provide the information related recruit or refund to some face refund people. They will ask your debit card details. They will tell that offline refund is not possible and only card to card transfer will effect. Once you provide details of your debit card, your whole money will transfer from your account. You will lost everything. So be care.

I am a job seeker and is registered with nukari.com. As a job seeker i have applied for job at l&t ltd for the post of assistant manager sales and i received a link from mr. Abishek sing-recruiting manager l&t ltd profile link: (https://www.naukri.com/recruiters/abhisheksingh[protected] stating that i have been short listed for the interview and asked me to deposit an refundable money of rs.9350 in name of larsen and toubro ltd current account.

As its a recruiter profile from nuakri.com i did the same. I called his number and send all the relevant details and the money.

Next day i tried calling him and his number was switched off. I contacted l&t grievance cell and was able to know that his recruiting profile was fake. I have send him all my personal details including my passport copy.

As a job seeker we all trust a big gaint such as naukri for job and at last we are fooled by the company by fake recruiter profiles. They don't do any authenticity checks before adding such recruiter profiles to there website. All they need is money from the recruiter and the candidates who are applying for jobs.

If they cannot check the fraud like abishek sing who himself faked as recruiting manager of big mnc company such as l&t then how can we trust other recruiter profiles?

I kindly request the authorities to sue naukri for putting candidates in to trouble and to give back the money i have given to the fake recruiter.

No other candidates should fall in to such frauds.

They took the name of company naukri.com and then tells me that my resume has been selected in different companies like l&t, hindustan construction, birla etc etc... And then ask me for the money for joining the company sometime 5000 sometime 1500 sometime 2000. Their numbers are as follow : [protected], [protected],

All are uploading there resume for getting jobs by seeing about our qualification. But they are asking to pay money. And talking rudely with us. Today i got two calls from your recruiters. One recruiter she told me about job details at last she asked money. So i said i am not interested to pay money. Then she talked like this why you upload your resume without interest. Is this way to talk with us. I told that i am not interested to pay money. Why we have to pay money for them. Then she started giving me information and i asked that how much you take for reference id. Then she told how you come to know about it as you didn't receivedaily call. So i told i always heard from my friends about this. After this she was talking so rudely and badly.
So i am very strictly saying you all naukri company take serious action on this girl and give them very toughest punishment. Or else your company will never going to growup because of such fraudulent and manner less and careless people, who are not speaking professionally.""

Hi,
I got a call from naukri.com and they asked me to submit 2000 as a security which is for further company (That’s what they told me) even tho i was aware of the fact that naukri.com doesn’t charge anything i asked them thrice but they said it’s for further company and then. They asked me to submit 4500 more for verification of my certification which i refused to pay and now they are not refunding my 2000 also cuz according to them i need to submit 4500 only then i can receive my 2000 + 4500 plz have a look at my case and refund my money.

In words if process and procedures they keep asking money again and again and then say we will refund you... But again at time of refunding they again ask for money. I have google pay number registered as naukari.com and also wats app msg of asking me money

I pursued for the fastforward services of naukri on 10 april.
Since then you guys continue to send me these absurd/irrelevant jobs.
I am a robotic process automation consultant/ba. Just look at the jobs you're sending me. Have atleast my ctc in consideration.
The preference i had put on there was gurgaon. Do you see any relevant jobs specific to rpa ba/consultant in gurgaon?
You unnecessarily made me invest rs 3000 which is a hard earned money and you continue to send those system generated jobs.
I can also refresh my profile twice a day and continue to get such meaningless jobs.
You made false promises regarding the quality of jobs you send.
This is shear lack of credibility at your end.
I am just left with 15 days of my notice period and need to get a job in gurgaon in these 15 left over days. I hope you get better with your services.
Really looking forward to these 15 days.

I have received call from naukri.com on 4th april 2019 saying that my resume is shortlisted in hcl company in chennai.
First a lady called me her name was diya and then she connect the call to the hr recruiter gorav and to karan and the hr manager of naukiri for further details...
Telephonic person asked me few questions about my job roles and asked to pay for registration fees and fast forward cv to naukrijobs. [protected]@yandex.com and they asked me to send my signature, and also photo, pan card details, passport details etc... He said that this is direct placement offer from reputed company. Total i had paid 62700 from different time and days... All the transaction has been done on one

And they call me from this number [protected].

I have the proof of the transactions and the audio records and also the mails which there have sended to me.. I was trying to contact them but there phone is switched off.. They told me all my amount should be refunded on 1st may itself...

But all after that i contact with hcl helpline number from there i came to know that it was a fake offer.

I am nivethaa completed btech ece from karunya university. I got a call from person claiming to be from naukri and offered a job in ibm and asked for 1750 rs. I paid the amount also for attending the interview. They had a telephonic phone call round. Then i thought they were cheating on me. I checked naukri it said that mail always ends at naukri.com but i didn't receive from that mail id. The person who called me is sarika - [protected]. The mail id from which i got mail is [protected]@gmail.com.
Please do the needful by stopping these fraudulent calls and mails.
