I received a call for job offer through Naukri paid service for IBM but again telephonic interview they asked me to pay 5600 where I came to conclusions they are not exact recruiters and the paid service amount 1250 is not yet refunded so I need to get this resolved since Naukri involves these fake works with inner employees.

This is so cruel.

They intimated that paid 1250 will be a refunded amount too. The employee name is Rashi and IBM recruiter name is Sidharth. Tell me a proper way of communicating and I need the amount to be back.

First time in my life, i fall in a fraud subscription believing in this no.1 website.
ie. none of the service for the valuable money that i paid was not taken care.

My status page was dead for one week simply showing active.finally i made a mail.then i get a call.but the voice did not attend my issues regarding the priority applicant service that i subscribed instead start talking about the benefits of other services.then i asked her, what about the present service?.then she replied that your salary, position and other requirements are not suited to get benefits of this subscription.

but no where in the service description it is mentioned any such limits or else.
so it is a better customer relation to refund the money for such a no.1 website.
i do mail till the end ie. CEO level, and i have got a reply that we do not want to loose our valuable customer.(saying that you can loose your money, no problem).

I have a call from the naukri.com he said you got a job in tata chemicals and you pay the 1800 rupees for the registration for the further process and also he said it was a refundable amount if you got a job or not. now I don't get a job and I want my amount back. I call back that person but he doesn't answer my call first he said your refund process is done, your amount is refunded in your account but now he did not answer my call. please solve my problem.

Similarly even i got cheated in the same way. If we are doubting on them they became rude and they will not give their details.

Who are victims writing a complaint against them but who are actual owners of Naukri is doing nothing to retain their good will and trust.

That's the reason they are coping the name and few concepts idea and robing the innocent job seekers.

If they do so this kind of dark teams will be reduced at least.

Its waste of our time and money even our trust on Good will of Naukri.

Hello i m komal i got a call from naukri.com which tell me that they provide 100% job and asked me to deposite 2250rs which i transferred through paytm. They tell that interview is conducted between 5-6 pm and they ask basics questions i got the call for telephonic interview they take my interview. Now the are not responding to my calls and msgs i want my money back plz help me out of this.

I am saritha, i got a call from naukri paid services he said his name is adhithya kumar and i got a call from the no. [protected]. He said he is offering a for that i need to pay rs. 2500 after that i have transferred the money through google pay.
Now he is not answering my calls and i did not even get any job proposals. I want my money back. Pls do the needful and take a severe action on this. Now i have removed my account details in naukri website. Because now i don't believe that website.

I am a full time employee and a part time student. Currently, i am applying as a freelancer doing different types of jobs thru freelancer.com.

I applied to a project involving data entry provided thru freelancer.com by this entity "sonasingh8". I have received an email confirming my selection for this job and the procedure to be followed (Screenshot of the email is attached).

I am writing this because as i searched the company, they were many complaints about people claiming that they are from your company. I would like to ask if you are using a 3rd party e-mail address such as gmail to communicate with your prospect employees? Upon checking the account of "sonasingh8", it was already deleted. Thus, making me worry of the authenticity of the message i received.

I don’t want my money to be wasted for such scams. I have called the customer care multiple times and the issue is still not resolved. I don’t want to waste anymore time contacting your customer care. I need my money back if you are not ready to provide the service you offered. If i don’t get refund within a week i will be going ahead to register a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same. As a consumer i feel cheated by your company. I don’t want anyone else to pay for such rubbish service so i will be writing a comment on the google play store and on your social media accounts regarding the same issue. Thank you.

I made a account in naukri.com few days back and today i received a call from someone saying that they are from naukri.com and that i have been shortlisted for a job interview in tata motors. They discussed with me about my experience and other stuff and then asked me to pay rs1800 for generating a referralral id for contacting the employer and that this amount will be refunded back when i go for the interview. Hi.. On 27/05/2019, i got a call from no:[protected] saying him as ankit pandey from naukari.com giving me a job offer in cipla, bangalore in r&d. He said to pay me rs: 1, 850 to get hr id which is necessary during the interview, which is refundable after my telephonic interview. I dint get any calls from him.
Please help me to get my money back. Please reply to this issue and resolve the problem.

The 1st call which i received was from wipro infotech on 8th mar who took my interview & the process of interview continued for a month which was going quite well. And in the last conversation, the interviewer said that whatever i told was satisfactory but his manager has not given any response.

Naukri.com, despite its size seems to be a totally fraud organisation. I had subscribed for resume display services on 16th may (Order number 190516ts5854477) and made the online payment. Nine days have passed after that and the services have not been activated. Every time i make a follow-up call, some random excuse is given for non-activation of services. This is a case of blatant fraud and duping of customers. This must be noticed by the concerned government body.

She said the position I was looking for is available.
I have been asked to pay the amount as early as possible to not to lose the job position.

I have paid 3500/- as charges that I am supposed to pay to naukari.com for their reference for a job position to Cipla pharma and Sun pharma. (PAYTM account GAYATRI PATEL) I received service id *98657145_RTPRNRYCHDRI*

I was asked to pay the verification fees of 9500/- for document verification by Ankita Verma (representative- naukari.com). (Contact number +91 [protected]). I received service id *Services Id*
*660486_RGNDRKCHBY*.
I paid the charges as they said it s refundable.
I was interviewed by HR person (Contact number +[protected])

They told me that I cleared that round. On that basis, one of the recruiters (contact number +[protected]) called to explain the further procedure and he asked me to pay 12500/- as PRM charges.

I thus refused the pay this huge amount and quit the procedure for the job search with naukri.com

I have paid 3500+9500 rs via online transaction (paytm acc named by Gayathri Patel)

By the time I asked them for a refund of Rs 13000/-. They agreed initially but after I couldn't connect to them as their number was unavailable after few days.

I got an interview call from job consultancy service named as frontline solutions.those people offer me a job as an electrical engineer .And for the interview i have paid an amount of 10500 rupees .still this time i didnt get any job.

On responding positively, she explained that I'll have to pay ₹1500 and there would be a telephonic interview today. Then she sent a mail regarding the same and asked me to submit my documents online. The mail goes as follows:

On asking about how to pay the money, she sent the following bank details:

Since it was naukri service and not naukri.com, I tried to check it online. I checked a similar complaint here and got confirmed that they were fraudsters.

Then i received a call from her and another person and they were forcing me to pay money.

I would request that strict action should be taken against such fraudulent people so that people do not get duped in search for jobs.

Date of the incident[protected]:06:23.0 this is my first transaction with i made with grownaukri.com (They said that parents with naukri) and also they said they refund the amount within 48 hours.
