I have taken one of the the services from naukri & later after few days money refundable has been initiated due to some reasons & i got the call from naukri they suggested me to take refund of money & today started the procedure via phone call but its not yet done by today though it is communicated by phone. But the remaining amount has been deducted again from my personal account due to complications done via phone and the remaining amount in my account has been fully deducted. Could you please tell me whether the full amount will be refunded or not? Please provide your feedback?

Sir/madam,
I have received call from [protected] saying that calling from naukri.com. I know that naukri.com does not charge any money for service but they told me this is a premium service so their will be registration charges of rs. 2500 to generate reference id. After paying this amount on 9th april 2019 i got call from +[protected] and [protected] for the interview. They have told me that i have to deposit rs 4700 for document verification which will be refundable at the time of interview. I have deposited that amount on 10th april 2019. Again i got the call that you have to deposit rs 7500 for account proceeding and it will be refunded immediately after deposition. I have given this amount in two transactions of rs 5000 and rs 2500 on 10th and 11th april 2019. After this i have called them about refunding of amount they have told me you have deposited less amount your profile will be processed if you deposit rs 8500 more and whole amount of rs 16000 will be refunded within 5 minutes of that. This scenario of them is going to fraud. So today on 11th april 2019 i am filing this complaint. The money which i have transferred in the account given by them and also my documents they have been mailed to them on follows:

Kindly look into the matter and take action whichever is applicable. I know naukri.com will say this is not our official emails and numbers butfraudd consultants usually access our cvs from job portals. Why these job portals does not verify these type of employers for giving them information of so many students. I m able to log in on naukri but unable to apply for any of the job it says monthly quota expired i dont want any quota for application rubbish is going on preventing a jobseeker to apply for opportunities

I had applied for ground staff job through naukri app, aviation career indigo airlines as they have taken huge money from me and promised me that they will get me job in indigo airlines in bangalore and they sent me offer letter to my mail i'd. And told me to wait till i get offer letter through courier. But i did not receive yet. And if i ask them about courier no proper response. I need my money back or job.. Please do the needful.

I have register for two resume display paid service. They said my resume visiblity will be high if i avail it. I used to get less call so i register for it but after registering for this service i have not yet received even a single call from any recruiter. However my profile is most demanding technology in the market and there are 50+ job for my profile every month. I received call from other job portal. When i checked my resume visibility it is reduced as per naukri.com report itself then on what basis they are making money. I want my money back. I am attaching report for more details.

I got this msg from naukri.com call centre by this number +91 [protected]. Firstly he told me talking from naukri.com then he started talking rudely then i asked him don't talk rudely he asked me about job preferences very badly he said 'kat de'. Then he send this msg. I need the clarity on this.

I have received a call from a person saying that he is from naukri.com and he told me that he will schedule a telephonic interview if i subscribe for paid services paying rs. 1500 and i paid it online. Then the telephonic interview has been taken by a person called rudra barman saying that he is a senior hr manager of tata group. He said that i've been selected and asked me to pay rs.4800 for bond security and 9500 for account creation and insurance purposes, which i reluctantly paid. He then asked me to pay 12500 as a hr commission. I refused to pay it and asked for refund. He told me that 25000 is the minimum amount he can refund and forced me to pay a total of 25000 for the refund to happen. Then he didn't refund and he stopped receiving my calls. He is a fraud. I have updated my cv in naukri.com and after that i got a call from a company saturn infratech co.
One person name lavyansh thakur called from these two no. S - [protected], [protected]
And told me that he will provide civil site engineer job if i will pay him 700rs. First afterthat 1900rs. For detail verification and i paid. After that i called him for followup but no one picked my calls from the above numbers. I need help. How we can believe naukri.com. We are fresher and we dpnt have money and we are facing too much problems.

I would like to complaint against an exceutive of naukri.com regarding casual approach, unprofessional behaviour and abusing language. I got a call from +91-[protected] where i have been informed to pay certain amount so that they can schedule interviews for me.
I was quite busy in last 3 days due to shifting that's why i missed a lot of calls. Today when i picked up his call he was talking so badly and challenging my skills. I would like to escalate this matter to higher authorities of naukri.com to answer me for this issue.

Complain against senior executive - corporate sales (Vikas tiwari) for not attending our call. It took almost took a 10 to 15 days not even guiding us for sales executive in our field. On top of that trying to ignore us. As we have launch a new company which has been established on january 2019 of water purifier. A sales executive in field work is required. Hence he took cash towards processing fees but not even guiding us properly. Feel free to call us on below given number.

I received a call from a person saying he was from naukri.com and he can provide me a direct link to apply in companies like Wipro and TCS. But For this, he asked me to pay an amount of 1500 to their Bank account. and when I denied he asks me to pay a chalan and send me the following message:

After reminders it was activated on 14th march. Unfortunately i have already used the monthly limit for the application of job before the subscription as free user. I don't have any option to apply for job. Since the day before yesterday i am panic on this. I tried to the customer care in this regard, there is no response. I tried to ms. Prerna sinha (Mobile:[protected]) since yesterday. She is not attending my phone, while she called me on last sunday and paid the amount for service. I also send her whatsapp message. Not replying on it. After the payment, there is no response. It is so bad and unprofessional.
Last year i have subscribed for the same service and did not get any job response.
Why do make the customer fool? Till the customer is not paying the amount the telecaller will call from different number with sweet tune and enjoying the customer who are actually challenging their life for earning. What is a cheating company?

We are having relationship with naukri for past 3/4 years and continuosly renewing our account, but last month when we purchased the product it was different product with only 5 hot vacancy posting.

There was mistake from our side as we overlooked the mail sent by naukri, as we thought we are getting the same product what we used earlier, but it was different product.

We requested the relationship manager to change this, but they are not bothered nor they are replying to our series of mail.

Atleast provide us some solution to this - but there is no reply to our query/complaint.

And he is telling me pay (3500rs) for document verification and he is taking me total amount (5750rs) . But after that said me my Nakuri profile is cancelled for this and amount will be refunded by you. And then he is telling me and pay (1610rs) gst paymnt. He is taking me 1610 from account method and account holder name is [Brijlal]
which is sent to be paymnt And he said that when we gave a gst paymnt then your paymnt will be refunded by you at that time. And then after sometime he is telling me my account limit will be 10000 so you have to complete the paymnt 10000 and taking me 2640 to be completed 10000rs and he said that I will take a guranty and you trust me you paymnt will be refunded by you and he said that he is real site and approved by google and amount are refundable to me but at that time he is not taking my calls and all contact no are not responding and switched off and not answering for my total amount will be 10000rs. .I have some contact no. which I paid amount ([protected]) .Please take the action and refund my amount to be paid for job as soon as possible

I have proof all images and all call recordings of these fraud naukri agents demanding money amount from me.
