Patni road which is towards mukand company is in bad shape.. There are potholes throughout the stretch and it seems like craters than potholes. There are number of instances when bikers have skid and looking at the condition it seems that it is going from bad to worse. Before the start of rains, there was some patch work done. The road was not laid well and there were rubbles everywhere. Requesting authorities to look at the earliest as more than 10, 000 folks use this everyday.

At kolkle, behind rameshwar steel center. There are many mad stray dogs in these locality n several people got dog bites and the condition is worse..kindly get us rid off wid this problem. Take them away.

It is 19 AUG 2019 and the Road from Neva Garden to Capgemini is still in worse condition.
There seems to be no efforts or solution to ease road transport at Patni road.
With patni road being an SEZ and various companies working ther Government should foucs on solutioins to solve this issue at earliest.

    The stray dogs in ghansoli area sector 5 & 6 keep barking and fighting throughout the night. This has been happening everyday since past 15 days. This has lead to sleepless nights for the residents of the area. The elderly are suffering the most because of this constant barking. These dogs also trouble residents during the day by following them of sniffing around them. Kindly look into the matter at earliest

    The trees beside our building under NMMC are bending a lot which may cause damage to the vehicles passing or parked under it and hurt the kids playing their.
    Please do the needful to cut the tree before heavy monsoon.

      This is my second complain, request you to cut some branches of old tree in front of my house. It's just about our gate and afraid it may cause some accident.

      Also the adjacent plot is been lying idle since long years. Request nmmc / cidxo to clean the same the same as there is lot is mosquitoes and other reptiles like snakes. We have children at home and we are worried.

      Also the side footpath is been damaged and the lights on streets are not working.

        Good morning sir

        On behalf of our society varad vinayak cha in kopar khairane sector 5. We are facing water problem from last 3 weeks. We get only 8 unit in a day for 24 flats in the society. As spoken to anil and vishal suryawanshi from teen tanki they says there is water pressure problem, but other sector are getting water properly they are only facing problem on tuesday.

        We have ss ii near us they have motor system they pull all the water and apartment are facing problem. We multiple times logged case through nmmc app however no action was taken or if taken it was just for a day or 2 my complaint numbers are 217, 219, 445. We have handed over in written to nmmc office in kopar khairane.
        We have 24 flats in our apartment it is really difficult to manage. I request you to please do the needful.

          this mail regarding request to fit grill over the drainage which is already covered but black water flowing purpose it’s opened some places. More than 150 families are using this small road to connect with airoli to access schools, colleges and daily needs but currently we are unable to use the same.

          2 trees are fallen inside the premise of Buddha Vihar at Sector 4 Ghansoli Navi Mumbai. This may have taken early Sunday morning of 7th of July and needs immediate attention.

            Our chief minister mr devendra fadanvis approved redevelopment scheme for old cidco buildings 4 years ago. However not a single proposal of developer has been approved by nmmc authority. As you know that almost all cidco buildings constructed in 1983-84 are in dangerous condition and need immediate redevelopment. For your information originally cidco has not provided open space, roads etc. Please note that as per existing nmmc rules it will not be possible to redevelop these buildings. Hence you are requested to study the problems of each society/association separately and accordingly change / modify the rules case to case. Your favourable action in this regard will be appreciated.

              Our main water line is chocked up and flow of water has reduced drastically, request you to replace the old main line immediately as it is created double effect of water shortage.
              We have called plumber to check line from water meter onwards
              He insisted that supply from main line is very slow and pressure also is very low.
              So request you pls fix it asap.

                Dear sir, please take serious action on water leaking in my bedroom. Water leaking is coming from bathroom of tejasvi sharma situated just above my bedroom. Even after multiple attempt to let us repair the leaking from his bathroom at our own cost mr. Tejasvi sharma is not allowing us to work. This might cause a threat to my life if celling falls on my family or kind of short circuit occurs. Please take immediate action.

                    The traffic jam is a regular seen now a days at niru cng gas station, opposite welcome sweets, sector-8, ghansoli.
                    Three most reasons for the above problem.
                    1. Alcohol drinkers publically. Green wines is allowing at their compound only.
                    2. Hockwers selling eggs & bites for drinker.
                    3. One tyre puncture shop running in cng campus but it is the main cause for traffic jam, illegal vehicle parking happens very common.
                    Please look into it, we are jeniuen tax payers of this area & most sufferer due to this illegal activities.

                    We are facing the water supply problems since last 3 weeks. On Saturday and Sunday there is only half hour supply hardly the whole day i.e. 9:00 am to 9:30 am. On weekdays maximum one hour. Kindly update correct information on your site as your site says Tuesday cut only which is totally wrong. We even starve for drinking water here.

                      Nearly for year or so Shri Bindu Madhav Thackrey Children Garden in Sector - 9, Nerul East was closed for some ground renovation related work. Recently observed that work is complete with installation of Play rides and Gym equipment etc. But till now main gate has not been open to public. Some people have started using the Garden from small Gate from Hanuman Mandir side (not sure if it is legal or illegal). Now that Garden is ready for use and Elections are also over.

                      Request the authorities to formally open the main gate for General Public at earliest.

                          I would like to bring your notice that the cover placed one newly constructed cemented road has got cracked. So kindly look into the matter before any incident take place. Also at the begining of the road (first lane from dargah end) water logging is happening so kindly make some solution for the same.

                            I stay in rhiv h1 lane 6 sector 9 cbd belapur i have a christmas tree 33 years old and it had grown taller than my house so i had taken permission in writing from the person incharge of tree cutting but he refused and said tree cutting is not allowed and said govt will give me pension to maintain the wall that this tree keeps cracking the wall and the ground in my garden. Because i stopped watering the tree has died and it can fall anytime on passerbys and break the neighbouring houses so please send someone to cut this tree down and i am willing to pay for the tree cutting. Immediate attention required please. Today my fruit bearing banana plant has fallen down.

                                      I am staying at Mahavir heritage sector 19 Airoli Navigation Mumbai.
                                      From last week we are not getting proper water supply.
                                      Please look into the matter urgently.as it is rainy season going on and no reason for reducing the water. We have started using tanker water which is illegal and not good for health.

                                        I am a citizen of Navi mumbai. at my residence area road maintenance and debris construction were not completed before rain.(Ganapathi Mandir Lane, Plot No 77 to Plot No 110, Sector 16 A, Nerul West) Since rain started before completion final completed Permanent cement works were not done.This resulted in full of stones, pots, mud and uneven condition.For this reason o[censored]nfinished road condition we had problems of water drainage and hence old age people, handicapped persons and kids are unable to walk.Traffic made more muddy and even normal passage is impossible for citizens. Kindly take measures to complete the maintenance works as earliest and help the highly residential road.

                                        Sir, before any trees start falling and citizens get injured this is to alert you that trees near Nerul sector 19 area ( near water pump) are not yet cut. Also the repairing of the roads are incomplete outside Manmandir and Twinkle building.

                                        There are so many dogs in this area, yesterday one biker was passing by and dog came in between, due to which he met with a major accident.

                                        I stay in airoli sec-1 in shivcolony here people are wasting water while overflowing the terrace tank and cleaning in front of thr house plz do something to stop wasting the water or else charge Those people who use water beyond the limit no need of checking and sending people. This has to be done atleast in navimumbai
