Dear Sir/Madam,
Nearly for year or so Shri Bindu Madhav Thackrey Children Garden in Sector - 9, Nerul East was closed for some ground renovation related work. Recently observed that work is complete with installation of Play rides and Gym equipment etc. But till now main gate has not been open to public. Some people have started using the Garden from small Gate from Hanuman Mandir side (not sure if it is legal or illegal). Now that Garden is ready for use and Elections are also over.

Request the authorities to formally open the main gate for General Public at earliest.

I am from om dwarkanth co op society, sector 19, nerul east. this building is 25 years old.
recently one of our society member flat bedroom slabs is collapsed.
this building structure audit already submitted to NMMC but that structure audit changes according to committee member. this building is very dangerous.
so please vist and do structure audit by your auditor and you will get report.

Dear sir/madam,

I own a flat a-302 in, aditya planet society, sector 10, navi mumbai, my flat is vacant since last 7 months and society is not allowing to rent out the flat to the bachelor. As kharghar is the educational hub maximum bachelors are there.
After requesting the society about the current situation still he are not allowing us.in my society there are other flat owners also who are facing the same problems.

I stay in rhiv h1 lane 6 sector 9 cbd belapur i have a christmas tree 33 years old and it had grown taller than my house so i had taken permission in writing from the person incharge of tree cutting but he refused and said tree cutting is not allowed and said govt will give me pension to maintain the wall that this tree keeps cracking the wall and the ground in my garden. Because i stopped watering the tree has died and it can fall anytime on passerbys and break the neighbouring houses so please send someone to cut this tree down and i am willing to pay for the tree cutting. Immediate attention required please. Today my fruit bearing banana plant has fallen down.

Sir, i am residing in sector 5 airoli, near saraswati high school. I want to inform you that from last 8 to 10 days a drainage chamber in front of our society gate and near school gate is choke up and sewage water is flowing from on the road it is very dangerous for the society people as well as school children's also. So i request you to do the needful as early as possible.

This is in a serious note that rainwater in splitting into my home from window. This is due to the residence stays in front of my house has extended the metal sheet of their window illegally.
Could you please look into this issue at earliest as we are facing serious issue.
I tried calling on helpline number [protected]but no one is responding to the call.

Could you please assist on urgent basis. As the owner of that house is unnecessarily torching my family.

मी विठ्ठल रुक्मांई बिल्डिंग मध्ये राहतो, माझ्या बिल्डिंग जवळील इमारत अत्यंत धोकादायक स्थितीमध्ये आहे, ही इमारत कोसळून जीवितहानी होण्याची शक्यता नाकारू शकत नाही, इमारत जवळील वाटेवरून दिवसा 80-100 लोक येणे जाणे करतात, विनंती आपण या कडे लक्ष द्यावें, सदर इमारत श्री चंद्रकांत गोमा मढवी यांच्या मालकीची आहे, या बाबत अनेक वेळा त्याच्याशी बोलणे केले पण त्यांनी दुर्लक्ष केले, हा इमारत विभाग घणसोली फ वार्ड मध्ये येतो..

I live in Gothivali village, Ghansoli (F ward) I am complaining about this, that building near our building is in complete danger and it can lead to the loss of life, In the future .. then you should take some action because near building children play games and this building route our building entrance so our building people's continue travel near dangerous building..

I am a citizen of Navi mumbai. at my residence area road maintenance and debris construction were not completed before rain.(Ganapathi Mandir Lane, Plot No 77 to Plot No 110, Sector 16 A, Nerul West) Since rain started before completion final completed Permanent cement works were not done.This resulted in full of stones, pots, mud and uneven condition.For this reason o[censored]nfinished road condition we had problems of water drainage and hence old age people, handicapped persons and kids are unable to walk.Traffic made more muddy and even normal passage is impossible for citizens. Kindly take measures to complete the maintenance works as earliest and help the highly residential road.

Dear sir with reference to the above we wish to state that scooters and motor bics are parked on plat form near near NMMC hospital which will cause lot in convenience to pedestrians.They are unable to walk freely.

Since it hospital, the area in and around should be free from hawkers and wrong parking .During morning and evening lot of school/college going children and hospital patients and visitors are put in to great hardships.

Also food stalls whether authorised or not mushrooming causing disease further.

I was happy when central govt awarded Navi Bombay especially vashi is clean and neat and best maintained and awarded "Swacha Bharat".
Now it is not there. There is a chaos in the evening to walk in sector 9/10 full of hawkers selling what and what not?

The drainage and pavers block done and left with out cleaning and unused material are plied up.

Both sides all illegal shops (Sector 10 stretch)whether are paying Property tax or not nobody knows.

Please come and have a visual inspection and take proper action.

I read and told you are best commissioner so far appointed.

I’m resident o[censored]lwe sector 19 near mosque, navi mumbai. So im writing this letter to complain about street dogs. I would like to share some incidents which has happened with me. One day i was going to the office through a path and suddenly 5 to 6 dogs came in front of me and started barking and in the next movement, they all ran towards me. Hopefully, there were some people who helped me. Now it's difficult for us to go out from homes. And pass from roads, buildings, and markets... Etc. And today 5 june 2019, i found two dogs who were barking on me and were about to bite. I ran away from there. Every time my luck won't help me. Im not against street dogs but they are increasing so quickly. And most importantly almost all are ireful and dangerous. Please do something about it.
Hope you will take strict action against it.

Entire kamothe area, the spread of mosquitoes is so wide and doesn't seem to be attended by any municipal staff or officer. Residents of kamothe are falling sick with malaria n dengue because of increased number of mosquitoes. Whenever the train enters mansarovar station, there is a heap of mosquitoes attacking us. Even at railway ticket booking place is the same issue one just can't stand in que for more than 1 minute around 40 to 50 mosquitoes will cover you if you stand for more than 1 minute. Children can't play in the evening because of these increased number of mosquitoes

There has to be immediate attention and solution on this issue.

I am citizen of your locality sec-19c koparkraine navi mumbai wants too highlight a nuisance of garbage accumulating through the 'nallas' nearby. And hear very big problem of leakage of chamber.
It can cause severe health issues as small kids play on the road and this is a issues since few weeks.
I kindly want you too reslove this as soon as possible by making authorites look upon this and make the right action.

It's really absurd that there's no actual animal control in this so called city. Kindly please take care of the stray dogs in kharghar sec15 behind d-mart society as there are dogs which wind up on as high as 3rd floor in the buildings and causing a great fear and barking at any sight randomly. It's absolutely dangerous ad they are in groups and try to chase up the bikes in a narrow alley. Kindly take care of them either by catching them all and giving to any pet agency or animal welfare society and neutralizing them.

I reside at shreya chs ltd., plot 54, sec. 27, nerul, navi mumbai. 400706. The address on the property tax bill comes as plot 54, belapur ward due to which many a times we do not receive the bills in time. I have been following up with the department and have submitted the oc copy (Which gives the address as plot 54, sec.27 nerul.) as well as a copy of my neighbouring building property tax bill for reference, which also specifies sec.27 nerul. But the department has been reluctant to the necessary changes. It admits that the incorrect and faulty address is correct. Request you to sort out this issue and do the necessary changes and correction in the bills.

There are 2 stray dogs who sit at the gate of patel heritage sec 7 kharghar. There's a black dog who has bitten a lot of home pets.

And today he bit my 8mth old lhasa apso. My pup is so scrared like helland i want to know how do i deal with this thing.

I want these dogs to be removed from the residential areas?

Can anyone help and guide me about this? Please!!!

Too mch of street dogs have increased in this sector 17 road next to mother india mission school, as this road is resedential area, 5 6 dogs run at same time behind the running bikes, and small children are popular to get attacked by them. Wnd whole night bwrking and continuously making sounds, has troubled each and every resident. It has become nightmare to stay here with irritating dogs
Kindly look this matter on priority basis,...

We have face last so many days a very big problem for dog..in our society we have so many small children.. Even my son is only 1 year old... And that dog is a very bad condition... And your department person told me, that they do not have the final solution.

What is this???. Is any person can take the responsibility of that dog???/

What is the final solution can you tell us..
