I live in the ulhasnagar (Thane maharashtra)
Name of the our apartment building is maa apartment.
On the ground floor of our building person called inderlal and his son named pawan, are running a hookah parlour at there one room apartment at the ground floor of the building and they also sell the flavours of hookah to the underage boys and girls throughout whole day and night.
Our whole building is very disturbed due to this thing..
Please help us...

Dear sir,
On 9 May some vehicle from NMMC picked up healthy dogs from sector 27. You are requested to quide me the reason as animals are not allowed to be relocated by order of supreme court.
These dogs have never harmed anyone.

I am a resident of the sector 20 airoli, near ganpati mandir navi mumbai; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area.
I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Thr r many stray dogs in our area rabale station to talavali gaon. its hardly 15 mins walk from sttion to talavali gaon marathi school end but u will see more than 30 dogs in between. these dogs are fighting among, found barking, running behind n terrorizing people. marathi school, sai chhaya building, ganesh apt, are the most affected areas

महोदय, आमच्या भागात आर्टिस्ट विल्लेज मध्ये पहिल्यांदाच क्लब ची फैसिलिटी देण्यात आली त्याबद्दल आभारी! आता कित्येक महीने तिथे काम चालू आहे आणि ती पूर्ववत चालू होत नाहीय. टेबल टैनिस ची फैसिलिटी आम्ही बरेच जण वापरत होतो । चांगले खेलाडु तिथे येत होते! आता टेबल दूसरी कड़े देणार अशी माहिती आली आहे!
फैसिलिटी बर्याच वर्षनि दिली ती चालू होणे मुश्किल होते । बंद झाली तर परत शुरू करणे
मुश्किल आहे! जर फी वाढवायची असेल तर तसे करा पण कृपया दिलेली फैसिलिटी काढू नका ही विनंती!

We r getting higher water bill for last one year. Previously it used to be less, i think less than 60 units and the amount used to b rs. 100 only.

For the last one year the billing amount is higher and the unit is more than 60.

This is to bring to your notice that, there are plenty of street dogs in sector-10, new panvel - 30 dogs approx. All these wanders near to arunodaya clinic and other residential societies. They are very dangerous and already bitten several people. These street dogs are creating nuisance and not allowing people to visit even primary health centres.
Request to take serious action against all these street dogs and clear them

There has been no water supply in our sector 17 o[censored]lwe and also nearby sectors 8 and 9.
There has been no nmmc supply of water for the past one week. It is becoming difficult to cope in the summer. There has been scarcity of water availability in nearby shops and water tankers also, since a large area has been affected.

Please do the needful. Please set up an enquiry and solve the problem of the residents as soon as possible.

This is the second time i am complaining.

Street light (lamp post) not working at palm beach road next to Apmc truck terminal beside Indian oil petroleum. sector 19, Its been a 6 months lights are not working and due to this there are lots accidents and robbery are taking place. hence please do the needful requirement ASAP.

It is seen that there is an increase in the number of beggars on the kharghar and nerul stations. This people have made these stations their home.
The children of beggars try to forcefully take money from passengers by pulling their bags and personal items. The station is totally messed up and have become unhygienic and smelly

I stay in rh-1 type b row sector 8 vashi navimumbai, the row houses opposite my building a-25, a-26 rh-1 sector 8 vashi have pet dogs. Every evening when their children are out in the alley to play, they live their pets unchained free to harass other children playing outside. On 9th march and 16th march, my son 8 years old were attacked by the pet dog the owner residing at a-26, as i was with my son i could save my son from the aggressive behavior of these pet dogs. Yesterday stray dog turned pet (Owner residing at a-26) came barking at me and was about to bite me.

I, therefore, request for a permanent solution for this problem

It's been 2 years, I have seen real estate in Ulwe is booming. Builders, buyers, land owners are earning a lot.

I have observed that even after building up new commercial and residential building Sector 9 o[censored]lwe, there have been very very less number of tress on streets.
CIDCO has plotted lands for gardens and schools. But do they even care about of planting trees?

Hence, I would request the Munical corporation of Navi Mumbai/Panvel to plant more tress before 2019 monsoon start.

Dear nmmc
The sector 10 a playground and surrounding area is never swept, not even once in the past 3-4 years. Although every other ground is maintained this particular playground lies unattended and is full of broken glass bottles, plastic bags, chips bags, waste papers and what not! Can you please employ a sweeper to regularly sweep the boundaries of this ground and also install waste bins. Usually it's kids from college and schools who often drink and smoke here and cause nuisance. A waste bin will be very useful.

This is regarding increasing problems due to stray dogs in kopra sector 10 area, kharghar. It has been observed that number of stray dogs are increasing and causing too much problem for residents of area. They are barking and fighting all the night making it a nightmare to sleep in the night. Also, it is getting very difficult and unsafe to walk out in society area as there are probable chances that these dogs will attack and bite. Day by day this problem is getting worse and making area unsafe for public especially during evening/night. The dog menace has increased horribly in our society as many children have been attacked earlier.

Request you to kindly help us and mobilize the dog catcher team in this area in order to make area safe and nuisance free.

Please help us... Citizen life is more important...

There are stray dogs who bark and in the night hours they try to bite you which is big nuisance. Many people are fed up so kindly catch these dogs and make ghansoli gaon Mhatre Ali free of stray dogs

We stay in Ulwe sector 9 and there are so many stray dogs here. Nobody is there to take them away. They just run behind and it is really difficult to get down after 9-10 pm. They continously bark for entire night and it is causing immense tension amongst us. Please do something. Help us!

Subject to that they were cut dawn more than five big trees without any permission and notice given to nmmc and members on between 10th to 15th march in this month.
Trees where more than five years old, was healthy in condition and absolutely no harmful to the society. Presently unlawful renovation is work going on in the society.
So i request to you that please take necessary action against the committee.

I am staying in ulwe sector 16 for last 4 months but i feel very unsecured because of the darkness on roads of sector 16 and 17 o[censored]lwe.
There are no street lights installed on the roads beacuse of which women and chidren feel scared and unsafe.
We have many times complained about the same, but no one even bothers to revert coz we are not filling up their pockets..
Please get street installed as soon as possible so the children and women can be safe from bugglars.
