Rajiv gandhi stadium sector 3 cbd belapur regularly leases the stadium to companies and schools for sporting events. Very loud music is played via huge loud speakers throughout the day.

It must be noted that the stadium is adjacent to 2 schools, near by hospital and is surrounded by residential societies on all sides. This loud music is now posing as a every day nuisance for the citizens staying in the vicnity of the stadium. I've approached the stadium officials multiple times, they just tender an apology everytime without taking any steps to curb this noise pollution.

Respected sir/madam,

I kuldip chand katoch hon sub lt. (Retired) from navy. I was riding on my motor cycle hero honda glamour registration no. Mh 01 au 1466 at 1625 hour on saturday 13 jan 2018.in front of me one nmmt bus proceeding ahead bearing bus no. Mh-43 h5043 driver villa no. / token no. 24498. The bus driver has suddenly turned bus in high speed to the right side without giving any indication/ signal. So i applied my break suddenly and fell down with the bike. This accident happened near to cidco building corner and railway bridge. The whole accident seen by the road side crowd and one nmmt bus ticket checker also present at that time of accident. The people who were there in the bus also saw the accident.

Therefore, the ticket checker told me that we will make nc. There after we call the police to accident point but in the meantime the bus driver came in between us and started holding my hands. Same time he has obverse the situation and start apologizing and requesting me not to make a police complaint. Then he told me, if you make police complaint i will be penalized by the superior officer and i may not get salary at least for the 7 days. Due to this reason i excused the driver for police complaint and decided not making any nc. I don’t want to make a problem to his family because i did not get hurt but my motor cycle was fully damaged from the rear and forint side due to the accident. Here is the list of damage part as mentioned below:

(A) rear mack (Metal) wheel broken from three places
(B) rear rubber tyre fully crack
(C) rear tyre tube also crack
(D) rear wheel brake liner broken
(E) chain cover fully broken
(F) right side rear view mirror broken
(G) side stand and main stand broken
(H) rear indicator light is broken
(J) head light became loose and damage

Total repair cost of the motor cycle is rs. 16000/-.

Please brief the entire nmmt driver regarding safety rule of the road and they must avoid rash driving. They must understand that light vehicles are also on road.

I would request you to give me the compensation for the damaged cause to bike by your driver / transport and want to give a lesson to the driver for rash driving.

Stray dogs barking has increased so much at sector 8a opp vibgyor school that we are unable to sleep every night. Around 15-20 dogs bark and howl so loud that even small children wake up due to noise and it gets difficult to wake up in morning due to sleepless nights. Request to municipal corp to take these stray dogs away as they are big nuisance.

Dear sir/ mam,

Kindly close the dangerous hole just at the end of the pavement, ignorance can cause serious injuries to people especially kids since the hole connents to the road drainage and the depth is unknown.
Address: besides sagardeep chs, opposite to apna bazaar, the hole is between the chemist and the chs. Sector 6, nerul, navi mumbai.

Street light not working outside my industrial unit. Light pole also highly rusted.
The area gets deserted by evening and the safety becomes a big concern in the entire lane. Ideally we need atleast 3 poles to sufficiently illuminate the area. Many a time the area gets misused my young boys drinking and even taking drugs. It makes the area very unsafe and vulnerable for all kinds of illegal activities to flourish.

Dear sir,

I am from hariom apartment, plot no. 139, sector-6, nerul west. Our society property tax bifurcation application with all documents submitted to nmmc corporate office. All procedure are completed. Only final signature pending from last 1 and half years. Now officer mr. Khade tell us that file is missing and advice to apply again with all documents. After 2.5 years of procedure and whole file approval. One responsible officer how give answer like this. Mean all our time and money waste.

It is not acceptable please help us to find file and complete our application asap.

We don't want reason of delayed but at least complete our application process.

There are alot of parking problems in airoli the town is getting more populated day by day so on vehicle
I know NMMC has done very excellent job before getting rto passing there should parking proof from society than also people are more cars no parking problem is resolved
My request please look in the matter its nt easy to drive from particular area sector-19, 20, 8, 5, 6, 2, 3 .

What and who gave u the rights to dump the debris in front of my clinic? Such a shameful act done by the nmmc workers shud be resticated rt now

There is a non-operational subway at nerul lp junction. The subway was never opened to public since its construction.

Because of very heavy traffic at the junction it is very difficult for the pedestrians to cross. Also there are colleagues and a stadium in this location so at times there are lot of prdestrians.

So please open the subway for the pedestrians.

Recently i have noticed that nmmc workers have covered a small part of the plot with asbestos and they have been dumping garbage and other things in that empty plot. This plot is right in front of the mseb generators

I would like the authorities to look into this matter. I have seen on occasion that the employees are fighting amongst each other also while they are dumping. Kindly request you to close this kind of dumping since this is residential area.

I would like to bring to your notice that a hookah parlour in the name of "ar lounge & cafe" is operative in kamothe.

Till date no action has been taken against the hookah parlour. The hookah parlour is been occupied by the teens and the school going students.
The local authorities are aware of this but no one has taken the step against the hookah parlour.

I request you take immediate and necessary action to close the hookah parlour. This will be a great help the society and local resident.

Zenzibu is an open bar on terrace in residential building. It's a joint for drugs and prostitution. The music is loud. The safari clad minions get customers to solicit for flesh trade.
We have a residential area wherein students study at night and have to tolerate high decibel music, late in night and are unable to concentrate. Can someone help. Its a request and a plea.

In jn1 nakshatra apt. Sec-09 many ground floor owners have illegally extended there rooms and when kids are playing in that small ground outside the owners starts fighting with their parents.
Near the area of jn1/72/a & b all the room are illegally extended. Please see in to this. It'll be better if you demolish their extra construction.

The roads of palm beach are so uneven that it is so dangerous for 2 wheelers that of having the fear of skiding nd falling. Speacially the unfinished lines of damar (Tar). When the 2wheeler goes on the borderline of the uneven lines, it literally shakes as if we r going to loose balance nd fall. So pls my kind request to the corporation is to get it done quickly so no accidents takes place.

Respected sir/madam, hawkers has been doing business on foothpath illegaly by putting shade due to which people are facing problem while walking on the road. People park their cars near footh-path due to which less space is available for walking. So if foothpath space will be made available for walking than it will be fleible for specially for ladies & small children to walk.

I am resident of hill appartment, bld:34, nl-4, sec-11, nerul.

Our neighboring apartment, which belong to gafoor ahmed is doing extension of his room beyond allocated/legal space given by cidco.

This illegal construction will cause improper ventilation, there will no space to flow of rain water and all the rain water will get blocked in our apartment space.

Sir in our area gov toilet repairing work is going on but till then no toilet facility is provided for the people. So where the people will go for toilet.
