    I bought nokia 6.1 plus in august 2019. After 4 months i started facing charging problem and in feburary 2020 it stopped getting charged completely. After going to nokia authorized service centre in madhapur hyderabad with complete bill and warranty card they are charging money for the reppair which is in warranty. After asking for information they are saying there is water in device. Further asking for proof they are not giving any information. After sometime they take a glass of water inside there service room. Further asking for cctv footage they are not showing the cctv footage saying they have forgot email and password of their system. Finally they charged me 1000 rs. The whole incident took place at 6:30 pm on 21 march 2020 (Saturday).

      Vide above invoice had purchased nokia 6.1 plus blue, 64 gb
      Warranty: brand warranty of 1 year.
      Within a period of 4 month this mobile started giving trouble.
      Accordingly had approached the local service centre "m/s janak communication, faridabad, haryana, india". They advised to first put the mobile off and then on it will be corrected and i did the same multiple times but it continued to give screen/display related trouble.
      I again went there second time and deposited the mobile to them for necessary correction.
      After few days they called and communicated me that a bent has been observed in its metal body and its repair cost would be approximately rs. 9000.00 i. E, more than its purchase price though its just 4 months old and its warranty is alive another 8 months.
      Accordingly have approached nokia customer care through telephonic conversation as also through mail.
      After having more than dozen e-mail conversations on [protected]@hmdglobal.com first mr. Vishal called and communicated his inability to help and later his superior mr ajay did the same. Now yesterday they wrote mail and forcibly closing my complaint and advising to pick up mobile from the service centre.
      My above mobile is still lying at the service centre "m/s janak communication, faridabad, haryana, india who time and again calling me to either take mobile back or pay the amount for repair.
      During conversation the cause for bent was stated as over charging. Even if it is true how a customer is at fault it may be due to lack of knowledge, which must be used by nokia as for their learning and give necessary feedback to their design/production team for future modification for new models.
      Thus instead of helping a loyal customer like me who uses nokia mobiles only your local team is irritating me by sending the same kind of negative mails time and again.
      Have already crossed my threshold limits. This team is also not providing me the id mail/ contact nu. Of their next level.
      Would request kindly look into my case and organise replacement of my above mobile with the new one or repair on free of cost within a week time as the above mobile is lying with the above service centre for more than last 20 days.
      In view of the foregoing would submit kindly help a customer as stated in the point no. 12 above.

        Purchased a nokia 5.1 plus around a year ago. It has been giving me software problems ever since. It randomly restarts without my prompting it to. It has become so much of a problem that i've had to purchase and use a different phone. I've been in contact with nokia service executives multiple times over the past few months and they have not been very helpful. This is very annoying and from my knowledge a lot of people face such problem with nokia product software issues.

          I brought a nokia 6.1 phone from flipkart and now i am facing problems of display blink and heating. Even though i have taken my phone 2 times to service centre for service and the best thing is that my phone is in warranty period and although i have to go for its service. Ever worst experience with nokia. I want either replacement or refund. Very bad service by nokia

One month is over but my problem doesn't solved and this second time with me. I feel like i made mistake buy nokia phone. I never suggest anyone to buy nokia phone again worst experience here

              2. Mobile is at Janak Communication, Faridabad, the Authorised Service Centre of Nokia.
              3. Its just 4 months old Mobile.

              My nokia 6.1 plus blue, 64 gb is still lying at JANAK COMMUNICATION, FARIDABAD, the authorised Service Centre of Kokia since 17th February 2020. I.e. about One Month has completed.

                I had ordered a new nokia 7.2 through the nokia website on 08.02.20 and was delivered to me on 11.02.20

                This phone was logging out of apps or while using it and returning to the main menu frequently.

                I had requested for replacement of the phone informing the complaint on 19.02.20. Had sent subsequent mails and videos to the queries raised

                Today the company has refused to replace the mobile stating that the replacement should be within 10 days of delivery

                As per the above details, for which email proofs are available, i had requested for replacement before 10 days

                Please instruct the company for replacement of phone

                  1) while playing the videos on my nokia 7.1 mobile a green color transparent layer is forming on my screen and it is a repeated complaint from the last 6 months, the people in the sevice center were unable to solve the complaint, 10days ago they told me that they changed mother board but still i am facing the issue. Once it turned as green color if i restart my mobile then the video is playing normally (Without green transparent).

                  2) 2months ago my mobile charging port was failed in its workings, that time i met service center people then they changed port then its charging is working good but from that day i am facing one more new issue which is "when i am talking to other people the other people who are talking with me were getting their voice revert back" sevice center people told me that it's network complaint, i was changed my network from airtel to idea still the issue is acting like a headache for me.

                    My nokia 5.1 plus has loose charging problem under warranty.in service center they took my phone and went inside and what they did i don't know for more than 1 hour and said your phone had liquid damage, i was shocked i never ever even let liquid spill on it. He charged me ₹952. According to the the rules mentioned in the invoice, products should be dismantled in front of customer and the faulty parts should be given to the customer but neither of these two happened. I request nokia stop practicing such fraud and refund my money. Or in future me and family will not be able to trust nokia nor be able to recommend anyone. I've attached photo copy of the invoice below

                    I request you kindly read the instructions point 4 in invoice. There is clearly mentioned job carried out in front of customer. Old parts returned. Neither of the two happened. I want to know how this complaint marked as resolved. Now again I'm providing invoice photo copy and jobsheet copy. I want justice and this is not only my complain but there are people with same issue. I want my money back

                        I bought nokia 5.1 plus few months back. For initial months the phone charging was doing good but after that the phone kept discharging on and off itself. It takes hours to get fully charged but i was somehow managing it but when i today tried putting the charger it didn't charge at all. The phone on reparing takes thousands of rupees even if the the fault is of the manufacturer and moreover used for less than a year

                          I visited the nokia service centre in borivali west, moksha plaza. I complained about the issue of battery drainage and finger print scanner.
                          The guy replied your phone is damaged cause of liquid, my cell phone never drowned in water nor even a drop of water!!!
                          The guy said we have to check the problem by opening the cell phone, if there is some issue you have to pay 1800 to fix it, if your battery has some issue you gotta change it costing 2250.
                          Even without any kinda damage from my side they charging me this amount, and defending themselves by saying liquid damage.

                          What the # warranty is for then,
                          Nokia # up my trust.
                          Would never by this brand again.
                          Nor even suggest some one

                            As I communicated in Nokia toll-free number the job sheet provided by Ss service centre is cancelled by them and there is no records in service center and that person is Mis behaving. Lot to customer and I simply request u to take necessary action and inform me one date when mine complaint will b solved regards

                              We have purchased nokia 4110 4 g name mobile from j m malu samsung gallery dapoli dist ratnagiri maharashtra in[protected] via icici bank credit card payment to swapnil traders rs.3000 with transaction id [protected]. But right from beginning this is faulty piece in all corners as such its buttons/ sim position /networks /all its menu apps, all are faulty throughout beginning. Its buttons not operating as such even on/off. Problems right from beginning. At the receiving date of mobile it was hardly grade of rs 500 like

                                I have purchase my nokia 1 phone from srm electronics, k. R. Puram, bangaluru-560036. Date.07.11.2019. Invoice no.2797,

                                After using this phone for two month only,
                                I got faced problem of battery not getting charged & i got visited to the nokia service center on 17.01.2020. I got this got phone back from service center on 18.01.2020 with the feedback there was having some software problem. But after one day i got faced same problem again on 20.01.2020 & once again i visited to you service center on 23.01.2020 with the phone. And now they are telling there is some battery problem & this needs to be change. Required amount. 850/- which i am not going to pay.

                                There is very rude behavior with customer on your front desk by nokia person.

                                  Steering rattling sound is not solved yet, from day 1 this issue is happening as i have already mentioned in the mail thread, yelahanka and bannerghatta road branch services too tried to solve the problem, but i dont' see the problem getting resolved. My observation is, 1. When either of the front wheel passes on a hump and bump during turnings, there will be a ratlling sound which you can feel it any instances...2. Either one of the front wheel when is put underpressure during turnings, i feel there is a hardplastic material which steering touches and makes this rattling sound (Lad.. Lad... Lad). Or3. When wheels (Left or right) hit the humps or bumps then i guess the shock absorbs is touching some hard plastic material and this sound is passed through steering.
                                  Yelahanka service guys say they didn't observe any issues and returned the vehicles saying new vehicles will not observe this type of problem.. Pls drive for some more time and come back is what they said. Bannerghatta road branch service guys took the vehicle and was kept for two days to resolve the issue, but here too the service guys said that steering shaft has been lubricated, pls drive for some days and let us know the feedback is what they said... I tried to see if the problem is resolved when driver returned the vehicle to me... But i feel the same issue still exists and nothing has been resolved. This is my last request to solve the issue, else i have to go to the consumer forum to raise the complaint..
                                  4. During delivery of the vehicle (Dec 5th 2019) i see there is missing accessory in the vehicle which is still not served to me.. (Laptap tray in the front dash board)

                                      Sir i am one of your customer. Last day my nokia 1 mobile is disable to loud speaker. So that i present your customer service centre but they are verry bad service serve to me. They spent more than one hour but dont take any step to repair. After then they show me that my mobile mother board is damage while i see my mobile is not oppening. My mobile imei number is [protected]

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        My nokia mobile: n-6.1 plus (Model), battery no. Fixed, charger no. 60207130, nokia mobile no is: [protected] (But this no shows switched off due to technical problem) purchased date: 20/02/2019 from bongaigaon, assam (India), pin: 783380.
                                        Now my mobile is not working and shows switched off.in respect of the same, i visited my nearest nokia service centre at bongaigaon twice but the representative is being given me date after date and no result has been received for last 10 days. As a result, i am facing lost of problems due to not working my nokia mobile.
                                        Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and repair my handset as soon as possible.
