My sister ordered this phone last year on 20/09/2018 for my mother. It was working fine but she has been facing a issue that is her phone does not ring at all. Nokia 6.1 plus in warranty was given to Nokia Care center Pune HADAPSAR on 24-Aug-2019 for charging issue. I was told that part had to be ordered and I will receive my handset in 8-10days.
I was not given any temp handset neither did I receive any call for collecting till date.
This is pathetic cuatomer service and experience....

I have bought nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart in october 2018, from the beginning it had speakers issue. Today phone completely hanged and not working at all. Its still covered under warranty, today whet to nokia service centre, the lady was very rude and inefficient, she did not respond well and did not solve the issue.
Just formatted the phone and gave it back. Her name is devi from rajahmundry branch. Very bad on nokia...

I bought this phone around 3 months back and within 2 months the charging port of the phone stopped working, so i got it changed but the other chargimg port also stopped working within 1 month and the cost of changing the charging port us ₹2000. Which is huge. I would like to be reimbursed of the complete cost of the phone as well as for the cost of repairing the phone too....

I was visited nokia care at m/s. Digitech service (J. K. Paul lane ashoke bhavan durgapur 713213, west bengal). The address was provided by nokia help center. The screen of my nokia 6.1 was broken & it was replaced with the local product which was charged rs 3000. Nokia world biggest fraud company. Buying a nokia handset, nowadays is a biggest mistake of anyone.
