When i reached the nokia care for a complaint in the charging port they said that they do not have its spare parts, it's been ordered come after some days. They told me the same thing 6 times till my warranty period got over. Once the period was over they are now telling me that the parts are available and it cost me 2000 rupees. This is their business trick. Her name is tanaj and she is working in nokia care in pune near deccan.

    I was buy nokia 5.1 plus in oct 2018 and after 2 months of buying, the vibrator was not working. so i went to Nokia authorized service center in Auranagabad, Maharashtra. They repair my mob in warranty period and gave me after 1 months. but when i pickup my phone and insert both sim cards into it, they cant showing any network. but when i went next time into service center they saying like that your phone get damaged due to soldering work is happened on motherboard and hence you cant get any network. so you should pay for this.
    then my complaint is what is my problem. i show my mob only in authorized service center not in any other stores. still my mob is in warranty period then why i have to pay for this..?? and they said to me that your mob is out of warranty due to some work doing on motherboard.. what can happened like this type of irresponsible work in your reputed Nokia company. please solve this issue as early as possible.

    NOKIA has sold me 2 mobile phones NOKIA 5.1 PLUS for Rs. 19, 998/-. Within few months, the CHARGING PORTS of both the phones were damaged. When I approached their customer care centre, their response is NO SPARES AVAILABLE. Since one month, this is the response I am getting when ever I called them or visited them. I am really shocked, how can NOKIA can sell their product in India without having the spares in India. Readers / customers of this complaint will realize how difficult it is to wait for more than one month without a mobile phone nowadays. This is totally failure of Nokia in India.

      Sir i had purchased this mobile with great hope that nokia is a good brand and it will at least last long for 3 yrs from other mobile.
      But the problem started of jack after three months and i had to suffer a lot without any mobile phone.

      I had written mails to support but the same reply is coming again and again. I am literally not happy with their service and feedback.
      As they say after repairing your jack once again we don't confirm that this problem will get okay. You might face display issue also in which you have to pay 10k which is the price of new nokia 6.1 plus.

      I had saved penny penny of money so that i can purchase this mobile. Sir you are our last hope to help me in getting the replacement of the mobile or refund my money.
      I will be highly obliged to you.

        Last year on 14.09.2018, i bought a nokia 6.1 plus handset from official site of nokia. At that time the product was pretty good but with time i was facing charging port issue in the handset. Regarding this i visited their authorized service center (Manav communication) in m2k rohini, sector -3 on 31.08.2019, where they said that they don't have the required parts and for which i have to wait 2-3 days. Then, on 04.09.2019, i gave them my phone (Which was in pretty good condition at that time) and has only charging port issue but they requested me to submit my phone in their service center for a week as they will update the software beside rectifying the charging port issue. After one week (On 10.09.2019) when i collected my handset, i noticed following multiple issues in the system which were not there earlier when i handed them my phone -

        1) several dents and scratches on the handset,
        2) cracks on screen,
        3) switch button issue
        4) heating issue.

        I immediately informed them about these issues. For which they took extra 2 hours and handed me that handset after rectifying the issue of switch button only. They had no answer for the dents and cracks on the handset and for the heating issue they said "it's normal". Though their technician said that the temperature of the phone is more than the normal temperature, still they weren't bothered about what i was trying to say. On repetitive complaints they said i have to submit my phone again for a week in their center.

        I even tried to communicate with the concerned professionals of nokia through their chat support, customer care and their mail support but no one is giving the correct solution for the problems that i am facing. On mail they said "we have arranged a call for your help and one of our professional will get back back to you within 48 hrs". But i didn't get any call from them.

        I'm a working person and it's really difficult to manage the things without phone and i don't have enough time to visit their service center daily. Somehow i managed for the week when i submitted my phone in their authorized service center but again i cannot take the risk of submitting my phone in their service center after observing their unprofessional way of operating the handset. Even after investing my time, effort and money i am not getting any satisfactory response from support system of nokia.

        I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and if possible compensate me for the problem i'm facing as i can't even use my phone due to their heating issue. So, if possible kindly replace me another handset that i can use or refund my money.

          I m from jalandhar india, i buy a mobile set nokia 130 dual sim, i purchased it on dated 14/09/2019. From the time of purchase phone battery not not working properly it is reducing or down within 5 hours. I raised my compliant to dealer namely mobile house (Chadha mobile house pvt. Ltd) phagwara gate jalandhar but they dont bother about it they taken my mobile phone for 1 day... And return back & told not issue in the mobile phone... So at last i am not satisfy fromnokia product and service given by nokia..

          I am sure Nokia is aware of the charging port issue in the 6.1plus.
          Wonder why they are not taking any action about it, they don't seem to be interested in resolving the issue for the existing customers but they could atleast stop selling the faulty device

            I had visited at your ghatkoper service center on dated 20th aug 2019 to check my nokia phone 5.1 issue of "display invisible intermediately".
            Your technician checked and reported it's damaged due to water spillage and can;t be repair under warranty!! But i couldn't see any think like that!!
            I told them, phone is totally packed from all sides, battery not removable then how come water spillage will happened!!
            I wanted my phone to be repair under warranty without any cost.

            Its been more then month now but still i am unable to use my phone which is just 6 months old and under warranty for next 6 months!!
            The value of phone is getting decreasing !! with out usage !!
            I think i have to escalate this issue at next Level.

              I bought my nokia 6.1 plus phone 11 months ago imei [protected]/30. It have some sort of charging problem and the charging port needs to be replaced. I showed up to the care centre at agartala 799001 and the told me they need 15-20 days for the repairment and they will keep the phone with them in those period.in this digital era it is nearly impossible for anyone to saty with out phone for so many days and it's not fesiable for everyone to have a spare phone. What about all the important calls? Even the shopkeeper knows the fact that it is practically impossible and offered me that if i replace it without availing warranty he can get it done in an hour or so.in this way my phone can nver be repaired under warranty. I contacted nokia online care centre but left without help. I'm a consumer, having problem with the product which is also under warranty and i'm being the victim of harashment. Is it justified?

                Once phone submitted service center, they started behave like he is our boss.

                Stupid behave and commitment.

                At the time of phone submitted, saying parts is on the way it will serviced within 4-5 days and now he didnot know when it will serviced.

                  Hello,
                  so, I ordered my nokia 6.1 plus on 6 sep 2018 And it works properly till now, but almost a week ago i found that display was flickering sometimes (i also have video recording of issue). So, i went to nokia help-centre on 05-sept-2019 but as i mentioned it only occurs sometime so i show them video recording of the issue but as i my warranty expiration date is near, they just update the software and return my phone by saying your issue fixed. but only one day after i can clearly see that issue is sill there and now i can not see whole display on my phone. And i also reached to Service centre but now they are saying that your device's Warranty date is gone so you have to pay 9000 for display (price of brand new Nokia 6.1 plus is 10000). So please guide me And take Action on this manner respectively.

                    I had worked for nokia india for about 2 years having my emp id — 62043856 & i have resigned from this on 31 may 18 & after that i had cleared all fnf with company & got fnf letter & about 6 months ago i have applied for transfer of my pf amount of this company to my current pf account also i had sent all required documents also got confirmation of receiving all docs but still my pf not transferred as they are saying that its pending from rpfc as they are not taking dd & neft

                      Dear nokia team,
                      My sister ordered this phone last year on 20/09/2018 for my mother. It was working fine but she has been facing a issue that is her phone does not ring at all. The sound on videos and everything is fine but ringing tone is not there. We have checked the settings many times. Have taken help of mobile shop people but we are not able to figure it out.
                      She has been facing this trouble from last couple of months.
                      As she lives in bulandshahr, up (203001) and the only service centre in that area has been shut down so we dont know what to do and where to complaint.
                      We tried complaining on phone too but that dint help.
                      We are very much in trouble due to this.
                      Please help us for the same.

                          I have pusrchased my nokia 6.1 plus in november 2018, and from 3 months i am facing problem in my charging port - first of all phone supports charging in 4-5 times and it takes it around 10(ten) hours to take full charge.
                          then i went to nokia customer care in gurgaon - and i have described the issue to them - they have said to come me after one week as there was no charging jack was not available because most of the phone are facing same problems ..
                          then i went to nokia customer care after one week - they have opened my phone and now they are saying that there is a liquid damage in your phone ..
                          as there is no liquid damage in my phone only chargin port issue ..
                          please help me

                            Ibuy a nokia 6.1 plus in feb 2019. My phone is sunddenly off and i was reached care service of nokia company.
                            There they ask wait hours and open my phone and told your phone chemically damage i saw there some white chemical on it.
                            Im angry there but cant listen me ask what you do.
                            After i see my is damanged by care centre and i take a pic at the time.
                            I wnt justis because i have prove that right please you something if dont some thing its mean nokia company is big cheater...

                              I purchased a nokia 4.2 from your store at the igi airport, delhi on september 6, 2019 (Please find attached the bill with this mail). I turned on the phone to operate it as soon as i reached home on the same day and i have to inform you that the second sim slot hasn't worked since.
                              I had only been advised against buying a nokia phone, but putting my trust in your company to be associated with the brand, i went ahead.
                              I request you to look into it and provide me with a replacement. It is not acceptable that a newly bought piece has a factory defect.
                              I'd be grateful if you do the needful as soon as possible.

                                I given phone to them for software update. They r not giving back my mobile. Simply they r saying that u can do anything we can't give back ur mobiles. Simply they r talking like street roudyes. How can ur authorised service center people behave like this. How can i get back my mobile.
                                There is so many issues like this with these service centre people. How can nokia selected these type of people as authorised service center. Still i have receipt with me. They collected my mobile and bill to update in varanty, now they r abusing us if i ask my mobile. They r behaving just like street roudyes. Make justice to me

                                  I bought nokia 6.1 plus device after around 2 month it started to disconnect charging i used it for 6 months but after that it was not even working so i submitted it at service center on july 5 and they said it will be repaired in a week i was not okay with it bcz 1 week is a long time for a repair but i finally gave them my device and after a week i called to service center they said it will take a more time we cant assure you how much it will take they said to talk to cust service i talked to them they are not able to answering me bcz they dont have answers they just wasting our time by saying we will update you nokia has no proper communication between service center and cust service both the person gave different answers its been almost more than a month but still i am calling them and the cust service guy named mohan i think was said me that we are not the technicians thats why we cant repair u speak with the service center

                                    Nokia 6.1 plus in warranty was given to Nokia Care center Pune HADAPSAR on 24-Aug-2019 for charging issue. I was told that part had to be ordered and I will receive my handset in 8-10days.
                                    I was not given any temp handset neither did I receive any call for collecting till date.
                                    This is pathetic cuatomer service and experience.

                                      Sir i bought my phone four months ago and my phone is not functioning properly from first month and i told about this problem to nokia centre firstly they told me that they will resolve my problem but after then they ignore my complaint. It stops working while i use it i told about this to nokia centre. Firstly they updated phones software but the problem is still not resolve and after then they told me that we will change the display. But after then they refuse my complaint by saying that your screen is damage but the screen is all good even a single damage is not on screen so please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to go for consumer court
