I have visited to Neil Service Center Noida for repair of my mobile handset "Nokia 1" which was showing Nokia Logo since morning, while yesterday night it was working fine. Now the service center said that port is damage due to liquid. It is surprising because my phone never even encountered even a splash of water.

It will be my last mobile from NOKIA, Trust of NOKIA is broken. There are lot of complaints were already register for such problem. But if still issue is continuing that shows how much Nokia is interested to stay in Market.

    I brought a nokia 7 plus mobile on 12 january 2019 from amazon for rs 24999. Then the glass screen got cracked and i had to replace it from a repairing shop as the nokia workshop told to wait atleast 1 week before getting it repaired and i needed my phone urgently as my mbbs exams were near.
    Now the phone stopped working and the workshop now told that i must pay rs 8000 for a new motherboard and battery even as the device is under 12 month warranty
    Since it is the original parts from nokia they must replace it without charge
    Kindly take necessary steps so that my phone is repaired as i cannot afford so much money

      As i have submitted my phone for service center for charging port issue except charging port issue phone was proper, after few days i got quotation saying that display broken and it is out of warranty need to pay rs 11, 500 to get it repaired. Then i was surprised keep on asking service center on update how display got broken for 4 months of time after that suddenly i received my phone over courier with display broken and phone in not working condition - and in social/community medias found other users are also faced the same kind fraud.

      Just used 10 for months by spending 16000 rs.
      I was keep on chasing nokia and hmd service centers over emails and phone calls for 4 months it was very frustrating.

      Worst and fraud service from nokia.

      Please any one help me to get legal/other actions on nokia / hmd global fraud company?

        I went there for repairing my mobile. While repairing he changed a component (Finger print sensor) of my phone. Which is totally cheating. That sensor is not working at all. By side of service center they are making excuse a lot. I am fed up with this service center.

          I have searched the rto agent to transfer my two wheeler from delhi to mumbai. Justdial gives me many numbera of ghaziabad.. I called one of them named amit rto.. And told him about the transfer.. He agres to help me, i will share all my documents with him and also gave the amount of rs 3000 as a fees of rto for noc. Now 3 months passed, he stopped responding my calls and sms also took all my money with him. Nor provided noc neither the amount which i have transferred. Please help me

              My Nokia device had a recurring charging port problem.
              The phone needs to be titled upwards to charge from the port and then again it takes too long to charge completely.
              I got it fixed once but then it returned after 4 months.

              The service centre denied my warranty saying its liquid damage, even though I never had any accident with water or otherwise. The only issue with my phone is the charging port and nothing else and the same issue is widespread with multiple Nokia Device owners, and therefore, a manufacturing flaw.

              All I ask the company/service centre is to resolve that issue under my warranty and not to make me pay more for something I'm not to be blamed for.

                I am facing charging issues for my Nokia 6.1 plus device repeatedly even after Replacing the sub board and charging pin twice. But the device is facing similar problem repeatedly and found that device is defective after using it for few days and it got damaged after first weak o[censored]sage itself and device was with the service center for 28 days they have denied the replacement of device .. further I got delivery of the product after 30 days from the date of placing the order on Nokia site and as of now it is not functioning since 10 days as it ran out of charge
                When I approached the authorised service center at malakpet, Hyderabad they have informed me that
                Now my device is out of warranty and I have to pay an amount of 2000 for repairing my device for which no guarantee was provided ...
                Further they informed and provided me with the number of the customer care executive and they informed me that
                if there is any manufacturing defect I can get a replacement on such behalf ..
                and i have visited the nearest care center and they have informed me that ill be charged for the service and repair of the device ..
                I won't pay any amount as there is no mistake on my part as such the original equipment manufacturer is liable for the patent defects even it is out of warranty ..
                I want my warranty period to be extended because the warranty period began from the date of purchase instead of from the date of delivery which took place after 20 days from placing the order on Nokia website and further my device got damaged after first weak usage it self and the product was in the custody of the customer service care center for 28 long days as such it's just and necessary on part of the OEM to extend my warranty period
                And its been nearly 20 days since my device ran out of power and not functioning

                  My handset imei is [protected] and currently my handset is with service center for long time. 3 times my handset has been repaired within 6 month of purchased due to motherboard issue, charging part issue, camera issue, vibration issue, display blinking issue. So it is quite confirm as this is originally defective product hence requested for new handset or refund money, but did not get any support from nokia company/customer care instead forcing me to accept this defective/multiple time postmortem device.

                    Please be informed that my nokia mobile handset model no.-nokia 6.1 plus black ta-1083 64g+4gb row (Ime sr. No.-[protected]) been put under repair at nokia authorized service center, m/s manthan services at vashi, navi mumbai-400706 on 31/08/19 which had gone out of order within no time.
                    It was re-produced to the said service center after return from uk travel on 12/12/19. But service center says that its battery and charge point requires replacement. My questain is that why they have not replaced the said items while undertaking repair on 31/08/19.
                    I urge nokia to get the said items replaced in my nokia mobile handset at free of cost.

                      I lost my nokia express music handset. My cell model number is c-5130. It doesnt contain simcard and memory card. I used to use this handset very rarely. Because, i had too many contact numbers stored in that. Is it possible to trace my handset and help me in getting back asap, so that i will know who is using my handset.

                        This is inform you that iam currently using your phone nokia 7.1 once i got to know that nokia is back in business. So with excitment i switched to nokia after using it for 1 year there was a issue raised with your service center regarding replacement of type c charging port and they were tellling me to submit phone for atleast 10 days. So i told them to provide me a spare phone same whic iam using to avoid work related delays as iam a businessman and phone is a necessary thing. They denied it and told me to subm, it it for 10 days. So this is very bad resoponse for a customer who believes in your company since decades. Sso i have decided to not to buy any further phone of nokia due to this inconveninence.
                        Please look forward to it and see to my phone replacement asap.

                          I have submitted nokia 7 for service under warranty due to charging port issue . but nokia asking me collect replacement mobile thats worth less than original mobile . it was 150 days still i didn't get my mobile .

                          Due to parts unavailability for Nokia 7 Plus they decided to provide/replace Nokia 8.1 model, but 8.1 is not acceptable while comparing with 7+ .

                          as per price and specs nokia 7 plus is better than Nokia 8.1 .

                          i bought Nokia 7 plus for 24 thousand but Nokia 8.1 is 19 thousand, so its not acceptable and they saying its new mobile but there is no warranty with that how can i accept ?? if i am accepting today suppose with in a week new problem occur with that mobile, what can i do? if they providing new mobile there should be warranty for that .

                            Bought one nokia 1 cell from "bigc mobiles p. Ltd, rajahmundry vide inv. No. Si/rj1/6889 on 13.9.2019.
                            N1 blue imei [protected], month and year of manufacturing 07/2019.
                            When i was on call the cell phone became off on its own. When i tried to switch it on, a lot of heat produced and the batter released a lot of smoke and when i dropped the cell into my balcony for safety purpose, the flip cover and cell got detached luckily and battery was exploded after emitting a lot of smoke.
                            I complained to the authorized service center "srkt enterprises, rajahmundry on 30.11.2019, with a narrative of what happened.
                            Yesterday the service center returned my cell stating that nokia policy is to repair its set only during warranty period and disowned the responsibility for defective battery.
                            Later i contacted nokia care @ [protected]. One mr. Ajay dealt the issue, felt regrets for battery mishap and asked me to contact mr. Venkatesh, technician at srkt enterprises for solution and asked me to contact nokia care and give the cell to mr venkatesh for apprising as to what to do.
                            I did the same but some other lady attended the call and said nokia policy is to repair its set only and not battery.
                            So, to say that nokia uses defective batteries and causes loss to consumers and no recourse for that.
                            I request the concerned to take note of it and do the needful.

                            The Nokia cellular company is not ready to replace the damaged battery. They keep saying if the cell is damaged, that can be repaired at price as if no warranty for cell and battery is not there. Whom should I report this or should I file a case in court?

                              I'm himadri sinha. I'm a loyal customer of nokia since very long ago. Im complaining about my nokia 6.1 plus regarding. As nokia promised i'm suppose to get security patches update for 3 years. So i bought the nokia 6.1 plus on december 2018. Nokia had stopped giving security patch update for me from august. Im using 1st august security patch firmware.. After just 10 months they stopped giving update.. They were promised to gave update for 3 years.. I'm complaining the matter to nokia customer care on [protected].. They are useless.. Doesn't help.. I went to service center nokia but they didn't help.. I'm feeling helpless and didn't expect this much of harrasment from nokia.. I loved nokia.. So i bought.. Feeling cheated somewhere

                                I my above complaint is pending with nokia mobile care ([protected]@hmdglobal.com) for last six months but they have not resolved my complaint.
                                I have purchased nokia 8.1 mobile in june 2019. From the date of purchase, i am facing calling issue as call drop, caller can't here my voice, poor voice calling, mic related problem. So i send my mobile for repairing to nokia mobile care. I have also submit my mobile to local nokia care but my issue not resolved. I have made more than 60 emails to nokia care but they are not giving me proper reply. As per nokia care my mobile is still with nokia care, so i unable to submit online repairing request to nokia care.
                                Nokia care has also confirmed that your issue is still pending.

                                  I bought a nokia6. 1 plus handset. My phone is withon the warranty period. It has 5 months left of a 12 month warranty period. The charging port of the phone stopped working. At first it would charge then get disconnected on its own, show that it's charging but actually not get charged and finally stopped charging at all. I saw that this is a widespread problem with almost all users. I took the phone to a service centre and they said that i needed a replacement of the mother board and that it wouldn't be covered by the warranty due to liquid damage. My phone has never been in contact with any liquid. There are still 5 months of warranty left too. I believe they are trying to cheat their way out of paying for a manufacturing defect of nokia phones. Ideally they should recalk the products due to the widespread charging problems but the minimum they can do is fix the chargong issue for free. I feel cheatef because i was promised a sturfy product as it was decevingly marketed as very aturdy and good quality but it is of very poor quality. They are using excuses like liquid damage to to get out of paying for a manufacturing problem on their part which is very grave. My phone has no liquid damage but i believe these people are very capable of causing some minor issues themselves because my handset was in the possession of the service of nokia, just to cheat customers. The service centre then asked us to pay servicing charge for working on the phone, even though phone was withon warranty period. They refused to give us the phone without us paying them 350 rupews. They coerced us into giving them money as they would not return the handset otherwise. Never had i imagined nokia would stoop to this level

                                    I get a used phone. In your site you never mention any where about used phones. Many scratches seen on the screen and phone display is not clear. Back cover is not the same and it is not fit to that phone. I am in a middle class family i can not suffer these much amount.I already bought more things from your company, but never get this type experience. Please do favour for the same

                                      I ordered a type c cable from nokia store online and that cable did not work for me requested for return for that product and then they ask me for a video stating the problem with my product i sent video to them almost 4 to 5 times but every time they are saying that we can not understand the problem in the video send another video i called customer care also they are also saying send a proper video i sent video stating the problem i clearly shown in that video that cable is not working still they are saying we can not understand the problem i need refund for that product so please help me in this problem

                                        I ve never seen such a very worst nokia service center in mysore. I've gave my mobile nokia 7.1 because of charging problem on 20/11/2019 and the service center person responding today on 26/11/2019 saying that we need 12days time to repair your mobile. What a advance technologies would ve nokia company. I'll suggest please don't go for nokia mobiles.

                                        I have purchased Nokia 6.1 plus via flipkart on August 19... everything was alright ...but the ringer volume decreases automatically even i have set it to higher.. kindly help me to resolve this
