I visited service center 3 months ago. Because there was a charging problem in my mobile. They replaced my charging port. And totally flashed my mobile. After that day i didn't get any update.

My google play protect shows uncertified...
The staff of service center was very bad.

I complained for this many times but no response from nokia.
Currently i am using august security patch.
I didn't get any update because service center flashed my mobile and uncertified it...

I request you to resolve my problem.
I am complaining it many times..

I purchase the nokia T1076 android mobile phone before 9 month but sim card not properly working I goes to nokia service center he is not able to resolve my phone issue till date please help us.

    I have bought mobile nokia 7.2 charcoal with rs19599 from reliance digital naktala in the month of 25 oct 2019. After using the mobile i realised whitin a few days some sound problem arised from my set, while calling to my friends, my relatives they all are said that my voice is nor cleared to them. First i went to reliance digital for problem but they said that go to nokia care.. After that i went nokia care dharmatala linen sarani kolkata but they do not solve my problem they ignore me.. Rs 19599 is not a small amount for me.. Please do the needful at your end i have facing lot by using this set. Kindly exchange with new one my mob no [protected]

      I have nokia 5.1 plus it has a serious charging port issue i have gone to service center to fix it soo they are saying that your mobile is damage so we cannot fix dude how is the logic possible even with that same damage they have repaired it before without any charge now they are charging me 1000- rs for the charging port without any explaination...
      If some one asks me about my opinion for nokia company i will say it's the worstest experience of my whole life such a bad # service and they hired such an bloody worst # they dont even know how to talk with their customer they are treating me like unke baap ki company ho jaise and they say me get out when i am asking them what's the reason they are not takinh my fone under gaurente...😤😟

        I bought Nokia 150 in the month of August19 through Amazon, but after 1 month device key pad is not working.I called customer service and they instructed to return the defective device through courier. 2n Nov19 they received the phone but still today i have not got any update regarding when will i get my new replacement.
        I called several time to customer care but service is frustrating, they always want me to wait 24 hours to get the update, one week passed liked that but still they want me to wait another 24 hr to get update, which is not accepted.
        I spoke customer service manager Deepak & Manjeet but they are also equalliy pathetic. Also sent mail to [protected]@hmdglobal.com.
        Need to know when will i get my replacement device?

          Hello,
          I have a nokia 7.1 and it suddenly shut down. Nokia service centre has informed me that the cause is due to water damage and i should pay them to repair and two days later they have informed me that the mobile is working and i need to pay for changing the battery. I am confident that my phone has not contacted water to have such an effect.

            My phone in good condition before 4.11.2019 suddenly that phone not working... i ask Nokia care they told me change the mother board... just one year 1 day phone fully dead... very very worst nokia phone in my career...just one year cost 16000 very disappointed nokia phone... worst phone and customer service...nokia very disappointed me...worst service one year use for nokia...it is and quality of top brand...

                I bought my nokia 8 two years ago for rs 36999/- and one year ago nokia company replaced my old nokia 8 with a new one due to manufacturing defects. So my current phone is only one year old. About four weeks before my phone dropped to the ground and broken display sa well as finger pad. When i contacted the nokia service centre they said that there are no spare parts available for nokia 8. My phone is just one year old and they are not providing necessary assistance even for a flagship phone and when we ask for assistance the staffs at nokia centre kollam is behaving so badly.

                  I have nokia 6.1 plus and i am facing charging problems. The phone automatically disconnects and stop charging my device. I have made payment for the repairs as it was out warranty but still the problem persist. Its a manufacturing defect as i have replace the charging board several times in last 6 months but the problem not solved permanently. I need to get my money back because even nokia replace this with another nokia phone the problem remain the same. So i just need my money back and nothing else. No replacement just give my money back. I have all documents like invoice and repair bill.

                          I submitted my device on 3rd october due to display issue, service center deadline was 18th october, till today no update by when i will get my device back, customer care doesn’t has any update, email support team is asking to wait but not ready to give any date, service center also not able to provide any confirmed date.
                          I tried calling up customer care team but they keep asking me to wait for few days,
                          Email team rep: rashid keeps sending me same messages again and again, service center team said that they couriered device to bangalore team, no response from banglore team.
                          Entire nokia support is helpless and useless.

                          When i submitted device they said parts are not available, i am not able to understand how is it possible, company like nokia doesn’t has parts for their own products.

                              I purchased a mobile on 20th April 2019. after 2 days it slips from hand then cover scratches. when I went to customer care they told no warranty. It will cost nearly 12, 000 rupees(mobile cost was 17000 rupees). Then I returned. After 3 months there was a software problem. Customer care hold the mobile for nearly 2 weeks and took the charges also. After 3 months again it loses its display again and customer care refused to repair. The mobile is only for 6 months.

                                I place a repair order on[protected] about my screen and they took my mobile on[protected]. It's been 25 days now and they are not replying about status of my mobile. Two weeks ago they said that it was ready for dispatch and that they will post me when it is out for delivery. But till today there is no update about that on website and they even stopped replying my emails.

                                After 25 days of posting a repair order they sent me quotation for screen repair of Rs.10000/- which is more than the cost of device itself.
                                Someone has to look into this issue.

                                I wonder How can the cost of Screen Replacement be more that the price of Whole Device itself. This is robbery. They are robbing consumers publicly.

                                  Dear sir

                                  This mail is regarding very poor and pathetic response from your team. Undersigned have purchased nokia 5.1 plus on 24th oct'18 and given phone for repair at your service center in chandigarh. I have visited more than 10 times at your center for the same problem and problem is still not resolved however during conference call with service center and nokia engineer mr. Lakhvinder one more thing came to notice that they have not opened the job card all the times and opened only 6 job cards. For proof you can see video recording. Last time i have deposited my phone on 1st oct'19 and still it is in the service center and there is no positive response from your side.

                                  Mr lakhvinder ([protected]) on 17th oct'19 promised me that he will take approval for new phone from his boss and will revert by 18th oct'19. On 18th oct'19 i again called him and asked for phone he replied that he and his boss didn't got the time for approval for new phone and he also didn't got the time to revert back.

                                  He gave next promise date of 21st oct'19, yesterday again same story happened and he gave today's time of 11 am. Today i think he and his boss are busy in the day so i called at around 7:30 pm for same thing and he again replied the same thing.

                                  When i asked for his boss number or regional service manager number he said "main yahan number bantne k liye nhi baitha hun" and asked me to call the customer care if you need any help.

                                  I want to ask one question from you, "are your employees paid for only giving false promises to customers"??
                                  If delay happens there is no responsibility of them to update to customer. It can be expected from service center but same nokia employees are doing. They are not worried from ceo also as i communicated to him that i will escalate if there will be no positive response from your side and he said "jisko likhna h likha". Already 22 days of this month has passed and phone is in your service center.in past 1 year, around 2-3 months phone was in your service center.

                                  Tomorrow my phone's warranty will be expired. I need new by tomorrow 2 pm and will 1 year warranty extended as i will not allow more r&d to be done in my phone.

                                  Hope timely response will be given from your side and new phone will be given to me by the timelines given by me. I hope you will respect timelines given by a customer.

                                    I'm using nokia 6.1 plus and im seeing rapid charge or very slow charging when i keep for charging, but yesterday while charging my phone is cracked, means display started cracking all of sudden. Today i went to nokia care in koramanagala they said its physical damage and when i complained for nokia care they also told its a physical damage, but im thinking the cracking may be because of battery swelling. So i want you people to take it priority and check on this. What if phone blasts during charging will this considered under warranty or not?

                                      I've purchased nokia-150 on the last nov'2018 & it's under warranty.
                                      It's not showing network connection.
                                      I've contacted [protected]@hmdglobal.com so many times. But the only reply is "we have forwarded your concern to our relevant department".

                                      I have complained on 24-sep-2019. Now, it's 21-oct-2019. It's almost 1 month. I didn't get a solution yet.

                                      I don't know where to complain about this worst service practice in this world.

                                        I purchased n106 nokia batch : [protected] on dtd 29 aug 2019 in name of sher singh from m/s sai telecom, shop no. 220, gali no. 1, near hari shankar, panchvati circle, raja park, jaipur.

                                        Next day phone was not working, so i took phone on shop, shopkeeper told that phone will replace with new and he will provide new in 7-8 days. But till 20 oct, i not received the new phone. Now shopkeeper is misbehaving with me & saying for provide new phone after one month.

                                        Kindly do needful and arrange the new phone. Invoice copy of my phone is attached here wit.

                                        I have complained dt 28 sept but still not resolved...what should I do next ????
                                        I bought nokia 7 plus before 1.5 year, now my charging socket is not working, Now in service center they are saying no parts available for this model. How they can answer like this.. what should i do if parts are not available. This model cost was 25000 when i bought this phone. Is it your service to clients that you buy the new one from us ..
