Sir i visited nokia service center on 06/3/2020. The problem mobile handset is touch voice problem and automatic switch off. And 2 nd time we visited in nokia service centre 28/5/2020. The mobile was in last 9 days it was in nokia service store.

After 15 days getting some naughty reply part is in transit...

Be sensible with customer. Give handset immedaitely...

I purchased nokia 6.1 plus handset on 6th nov 2018 and it cost me rs.15999/- after 6 - 7 months from the date of purchase my phone start troubling with charging. I visited nokia care for the same and they told me that devices manufactured in 2018 have manufacturing defect in charging jack, i asked them to change it but it was out of stock and they told me to come next month. I have purchased mobile in sep.2019 .Now it stopped functioning two days back, In Ludhiana "Punjab" No customer care executive attending the complaint regarding the phone.

I repairs it two time nokia care in jodhpur rajasthan in warranty period but not proper working top side of screen touch and software on repeatedly going to corrupt after 20-25 days.

It was my mistake to buy this phone, it is very light weight. Not water resistant, neither tough enough to take external minor hit, it fell from my pocket at 1ft distance and cracked... It was still fine understandable but from last two days it's having ghost touch issue... It suddenly start typing of it's own, but when it's in charge it's working fine... But every after an hour it's start working by itself... I wasted my money sorry to say......

I had bought nokia 7.2 from a mobile shop at kalpetta, wayanad, kerala on 13.01.2020. From a few weeks after i bought it,. It showed some lagging when using it. I have purchased nokia-216 on december 2019 this product is not as per description they have mentioned in the official website i’m submitted all the documents regarding this from last 4-months in all respective departments but until now i didn’t have any response from their side and they’re telling that you are trying to install third party apps which we never promised but i’m mentioning those apps comes with in the product itself...

My nokia 5.1 plus has charging issue...

I bought nokia 6.1 plus in august 2019. After 4 months i started facing charging problem and in feburary 2020 it stopped getting charged completely. After going to nokia authorized service centre in madhapur hyderabad with complete bill and warranty card they are charging money for the reppair which is in warranty. After asking for information they are saying there is water in device. Further asking for proof they are not giving any information....
