Have ordered the product on 17th June and was shipped on 23rd june and it was in DC since 24th june.till now didn’t receive the product and it was canceled without my intention.it was an prepaid order. bad quality of response from your customer care support like holding my call for more half an hour.fraud company don’t buy any product from this company. they will collect your cash and canceled the order from their side. Cheaters

    The mobile which i got from flipkart ain't working properly it has been just 3-5 days and all the problems have been stsrted. I raised my issue on flipkart help centre but they ain't responding now. Neither they are not refunding nor replacement thing can been seen in future. I am really disappointed

      I have nokia 7.2 smartphone. I am getting issue when talking with other person they are not able to listen me properly, they told the voice is breaking but it doesn't happen when i talk by standing on balcony. I though it could sim netowrk issue but when i use same sim on nokia 4.2, this issue not happen with that mobile. So i 4 time visited nokia centre but they check with told they are not facing this issue when they test.

      My concern is if it is sim or network issue then it should be happen with nokia 4.2. Company not resolving my problem.

        I have purchased and received a new Nokia7.1 device on 11/05/2020, since it was not turning on. I registered a replacement request on 13/05/2020 with proof of video as well. till now last conversation with customer care team [protected]@hmdglobal.com on 27/06/2020. they have only one reply"your concern is already highlighted toward our relevant department. So, we would request you to wait for some time we shall get back to you soon"
        No more reply they are sending only same copy paste response i am getting till now.

          My phone nokia 7.2 which i bought 3 months ago is the worst phone i ever used in my life. The phone don't have any touch response, poor camera software and constant screen burning. The pure display is not even good as it says. Its okay for everything. But what kind of phone do you say a smartphone that don't have any touch response. I'm typing this message with this problem. This is pure cheating. No value for our money. I've worked so hard to buy this phone because i was so impressed by its specifications, turns out everything was a lie. Why would nokia even sell this? To cheat people? So many people in the community have the same problem. I don't want a bad phone for 17k ₹.

              My mobile phone NOKIA 8.0 battery got daMage with in 2 yrs. dUE TO covid Nokia customer care canter re-opened last month. I went to NOKIA repair centre last month on 23rd May. On 15th June I got a call that NOKIA stop manufacturing battery of NOKIA 8.0. So it is not available.
              This means life of all the NOKIA phone is 1-2 yrs only. How one salaried person can change his mobile so prequently. One time NOKIA was the leader in the market. I requested to you please replace my mobile phone as soon as possible without any cost.

                Dear concern,

                I want to submit my complaint of nokia care centre udhampur (J&k). Today i visited nokia care centre opposite income tax office regarding software update of my nokia feature phone and the person sitting over there simply denying to update the same and told me that we are not updating feature phone u update the same from the market. I want to ask the nokia company is there any policy of nokia care centre that it is meant for only smart phone not for feature phone. I am very disappointed with this kind of approach from nokia care centre. It is my request to keep this in view and direct the officials there to entertain all kind of customers not only smart phone customers.

                  I have provided my nokia 5.1 plus with a problem not working due to the software corruption. I have provided the mobile phone in an authorised service center of nokia in trivandrum, kerala, india. Its name is geecell-tri (531_465550), second floor, blue tower, power house road, trivandrum. 695036. They have taken the mobile on[protected]. But today is[protected] till this date if we contact them they never pickup the phone or reply to the calls. They have taken more then 1 week till now with no response. I dont know what to do. I am providing more details below.

                    Sir i visited nokia service center on 06/3/2020. The problem mobile handset is touch voice problem and automatic switch off. And 2 nd time we visited in nokia service centre 28/5/2020. The mobile was in last 9 days it was in nokia service store.

                              It was my mistake to buy this phone, it is very light weight. Not water resistant, neither tough enough to take external minor hit, it fell from my pocket at 1ft distance and cracked... It was still fine understandable but from last two days it's having ghost touch issue... It suddenly start typing of it's own, but when it's in charge it's working fine... But every after an hour it's start working by itself... I wasted my money sorry to say...

                                  I have nokia 2.2 phone. I'm facing a problem with the phone that screen keeps glowing even after phone screen is locked, like it's brightness automatically increase even if it is at minimum level. It consumes more battery and makes phone very hot. As battery dies very soon we are forced to charge very frequently. It might reduce the battery performance and overall performance of phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. We will be highly obliged.

                                      I had bought nokia 7.2 from a mobile shop at kalpetta, wayanad, kerala on 13.01.2020. From a few weeks after i bought it,. It showed some lagging when using it. At first i thought it's nothing to worry so i neglected it. But now it's been severe and most of the times i have to restart my phone to use it. Its touch pad suddenly goes nonfunctional. Nothing work after that. I'm facing severe problems in using even basic functions of my phone. Please replace it or refund the whole amount i paid.
