I bought a nokia 5130 cell at AL MARRI MOBILES PHONE TR., P.O BOX 29723, SHARJAH, UAE Phone :[protected], Fax[protected], Mobile [protected], Invoice (bil #) no 6627 on 26.5.2009 for 400 UAE Dhrs. I was also given with a warranty card for one year. But I encounter software problem when I started using at India. I approached Service center at Vridhachalam - Cuddalore District, Tamilnadu, Pin :606001, which is my native place in India, I was just shunned back with a simple statement "we dont take complaints for the pcs bought at abroad" by the service engineer or supervisor or whoever he may be. It is surprise to hear such an statement for a product having worldwide trading. I want a proper answer for the problem encountered in brand new set and reason for not taking complaints. He also told that there is no customer complaint form available to lodge any complaints. The matter to be seen seriously. Pls let me know the reason forwarded to my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

nokia 5130 — bad customer service

SIR,
I had a problem in my Nokia handset which got hanged.I was no able to open the set properly.Since it was undr warranty i visited the Nokia Customer care center in Kannur(Kerala).I had to wait for 2 hours for this Two minute job.
There were only 2 staff handling service and i saw people waiting there for hours.
I felt being guilty of a Nokia customer.This was not customers fault, You should increase the service centers or ask them to appoint more people to service.
I have been using several handset of Nokia and have been a loyal customer of Nokia.
But the way they treated me was very bad.I don't expect such a negligance from Nokia.
i m completely unsatisfied with ur service as i hv submitted my nokia 5130 ( [protected] ) at ur kingsway camp branch on 1 st july and i didn 't recieved it back till nw ...
cannot hear sound in nokia 5130 headset...it is regarding mobile softwares and settings???
please, give me suggestions on this problem...

    My Nokia handset (No. 6300, IMEI No. [protected]) was stolen yesterday (04.08.2009) evening at Shillong. In this connection an FIR has been lodged on 04.08.2009 with Kench's Trace Police Station, Laban, Shillong. The out going facility of the SIM (Reliance) has also been deactivated. Kindly disable the handset at the earliest.I do not have my own e-mail account therefore, I have given the e-mail ID of my brother-in-law (Dr. Hiranjit Choudhury) and you can initimate me about the latest position through this ID.

    Nokia 6300 — imei no

    Hello sir,
    I was using Nokia 6300 mobile with an airtel no.[protected].but unfortunately before 3 months, my mobile got stolen at thane
    After that I registered a legal complaint in the nearest Police station.I had given an emie no.and sim no.to the policemen but he told me no chances for found mobile
    I just want to know r u really tracing the phone using the emei no? and i[censored] r doing so, then why this procedure takes so long time Will u pls. help me to get back my mobile?Pls.mail me i[censored] have any other solution of this problem

      Sir/Madam,
      I bought N78 mobile handset from Nokia Priority Dealer(Tele Talk, R-50, Mangalam, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092) on[protected], whose Bill No. is[protected]/6120.I had been told by the seller that the Gurrenty/Warranty will be for one year from the date of purchase ie upto[protected].During the gurrenty/warranty period there arose a fault in the speakers and red disconnection key of the hand set, for which I contacted the Nokia care at Rishikesh(Tele Point Computers)on 20-04-09.I was given Service Job Sheet No.[protected]/090420/19.The hand set was returned to me on 22-04-09, but the fault was still there and I was told that the handset had a major fault and it needs to be sent to the main service centre for repair which will take at least 2-3 weeks.But I had no that much of time, since I am in Govt. Service in Almora.In the month of May 09 I went to Delhi for some personal work, there also, I had been told by the Nokia Care that the fault is major and it will take at least 2 weeks for repair of the handset.Since it was not manageable for me to come back to Delhi after 2 weeks to collect my handset, I came back to Almora as such.Meanwhile, in the month of June 09, Nokia Care was opened in Almora.I surrendered my handset to Almora Centre(Sunny Communications.Jakhandevi, Mall Road)on 18-06-09 for the same problem, for which I was given Service Job sheet No.[protected]/090618/11.On 04 Aug 09, my handset was returned back to me, but still it was not repaired satisfactorily.Red disconnection key and one speaker was working properly now, but the second speaker was not functioning properly.I informed about this to the the centre immediately, but they told me that now the warranty/gurreenty period has been lapsed(according to their server's data)and now it will be repaired on payment.I put my remarks on the job sheet before signing for deliveery of the set as"I am not satisfied with the job carried out on my handset.I have checked the handset and it is not working properly.One of the speaker has not been repaired/replaced."
      Sir, kindly consider my complaint for proper disposal.I shall be grateful to you.

      nokia-n78 — for bad service from nokia care ujjain

      my cell NOKIA- N 78 was going on offline mode again n agin, n sopme times it was showing sim card rejected. i gave this cell on 20/01/09 on nokia care ujjain. they took n say that it will send to bhopal for repair. mu cells information r attached below. thje job sheet no. is 24972.
      myself Bahadur singh purchasedthis mob on 05/06/08, from global telecom.now it is around a couple of month, here in ujjain nokia care now they say that mob was opened outside at some shop. i asked for the headoffice contact no. [protected].

      the person Pranay here says after keeping my mob for these many days that it happens in 1 case out of 100 that we r unable to c this. if my mob was already opened at some other place, then they would have told me about that n would have rejected the warranty. this way they misguided me.
      now i just want my cell to b replaced by new one, or ill take some legal action, under consumer protection act.

      nokia-n78 — not received my phone back

      respected sirs/madams,

      i have given my nokia n78 phone for servicing in authorised nokia care centre which is krishna communications(anand, gujarat) and i also bought it from nokia priority centre which is mobile junction on dt. 20/8/08 with invoice. i gave my phone for as it had faults for servicing to the above said centre on 01/08/09 and they told me that i was supposed to receive it back within 15 to 16 days. so i made some follow ups to local care centres and also called their toll free no. for tracing my phone and its status. when i asked them that i already requested to receive my phone back as i ll be flying to australia on 22nd of august so before that i should get it back they promised that i ll be getting my phone back. now i have been receiving luke warm response regarding the issue and have not received my phone back. my jobsheet no. is 65404867/090801/36 anh my hanh set imei no. is [protected]. i called thrice to local nokia care centre and the toll free service also but they make call them back again n again for details. i gave my proof of purchase and every other thing that i was supposed to but nobody is telling me that why i am not receiving my phone back

      please i request you to look to the matter and resolve it.

      Nokia N78 Mobile Phone — Non Satisfaction of repair done in mobile handset within warrenty/Guarantee period

      Respected Sir!
      I brought N78 Nokia mobile Phone From Nokia Priority Dealer(Tele Talk, R-50, Mangalam, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi;Phone No[protected] on[protected].I was told by the dealer that the warrenty/guarantee period for the set will be for the one year from the date of purchase.After a few months of purchase, the loudspeakers of the set stoped functioning and also 'Red disconnection key' was not functioning smoothly.For this I Approached Nokia Care at Rishikesh(Telepoint Comouters, 34 Railway Road), on[protected] Job Sheet No[protected]/090420/19;but my mobile set was not repaired there.They told me that the mobile hand set needs to be sent to Delhi as there is some major fault in the set and it will take at least 3 weeks for repairing of the set.As I am in Government service and I could not wait for too long time, I received my handset back.In the month of April 2009, I came to Delhi for some personal work;I approached to Nokia Care in Delhi, They also told same thing to me that it will take at least 2-3 weeks for repair.In the month of june 2009, Nokia Care was inaugerated in Almora(my Work place).I reached there and surrendered my handset there(Sunny Telecommunications, Mall Road, Almora)on[protected]Job Sheet No[protected]/090618/11).I received my handset back in the month of August2009(after a period of about one and half months), But it was not repaired satisfactorily, as 'Red disconnection key' and only one loudspeaker was working properly and the other loudspeaker was not working properly(it was producing hissing sound).I immidiately informed for the second loudspeaker's malfunctioning(before receiving back my handset) to the Nokia care, but they told me that now the warranty/Guarentee period has been lapsed(They were counting it from the date of import)and now it will be repaired on payment.I opposed that, firstly, the warranty/Guarenttee should be counted from the date of purchase as told by the dealer.Secondly, the complaint is in continuity of date[protected]and not a new complaint, as, I had not received back the set till the moment) which has not been repaired earlier.But they didn, t convinced.And then I wrote on the job sheet(before receiving the set)-'I am not satisfied with the job carried out on my handset.I have checked the handset and it is not working properly.one of the loudspeaker has not been repaired/replaced"

      Nokia — REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY UNSATISFACTORY

      NOKIA CARE CENTER(NCC) PEOPLE ARE CHEATING CONSUMERS IN THEIR SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY NOKIA PRODUCTS. REPLACING ORIGINAL SPARE-PARTS WITH DUPLICATE ONES.
      ALSO CHANGING THE PHONE CASE/HOUSING, MAIN DISPLAY SCREEN, ETC... .

      WHICH IS NOT ONLY RUINING NOKIA'S GOODWILL BUT ALSO ASKING A GREAT QUESTION TO PURCHASE ANY NEW NOKIA HANDSET HENCEFORTH.

      THEREFORE I REQUEST ALL NOKIA USERS NOT TO GO FOR NCC FOR MOBILE REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY.(SOFTWARE UPDATION CAN BE DONE THROUGH NOKIA WEBSITE)

      IF STILL YOU ARE GOING THEN ASK FOR ITS SPARE PARTS GENUINENESS.

      Nokia — unsatisfactory replacement of handset

      sir,
      my nokia 6303-classic was switched off 15 days earlier. I approached to the nearest nokia care centre to repair it. they kept my phone with them and told me that it will be available to you in a week. after 13 days i got a call from them to collect my handset. i reached there and saw that my grey coloured6303-c phone was replaced by a black coloured 6303-c which seems to be ugly. when i asked them why phone was not replaced by a grey colur set they dinied and told its not our responsibility. please replace my phone by a grey coloured only

        I lost my mobile on 29 th Dec 2010 morning i have contacted Nokia gallery but they saying its non of our business to find your mobile & even air tel (service provider ) also not willing to help by sing its not our job &last option will be police but they also for the sake of taking complaint took FIR by saying that we received almost 25such mobile lost case every day so to whom to help .

          Respected Sir,
          I have purchased the Nokia 3110 C from Subhiksha Shop, Kochar Market Road, Ludhiana on dated[protected] and after three months my mobile started giving problem that power does not switched on. I went to the service station Mobile Super Market SCF-5 Model Town Extension Market, Near Krishna Mandir, Ludhiana where they operated the mobile and after some days the problem reoccured and i again handover the mobile set againt to the same service centre and they again operated the mobile set and returned to me but on july 10 2009 vide job sheet.I Called to chandigarh nokia care office and talked to Mr sharad regarding the same problem on dated 20/07/09 and he gave me the complaint number 1-[protected] and said it will take 48 hours to process your request. number :12343357/090710/35 the problem remain the same and this time they returned the mobile set on[protected] and within half an hour the problem reoccured and they said that we can't do anything and your purchase bill is missed accidently by us and now you can't avail the free service facility from any nokia care centre in future. After the word war with the manager about this topic they take the mobile set again and give the new job sheet number: 1234527/090722/23 dated 22/07/09 at 11:34am and they said we have sent this mobile set to chandigarh for replacement with the comment THIS IS THE 4TH TIME REPEAT CASE FOR SAME PROBLEM, KINDLY PLZ REPLACE THIS HANDSET.
          i agained call to chandigarh and this time i talked to Mr.chetan Patel vide complaint number 1-[protected] at 12:11pm then he asked it will take 48 hours to process your request. After that nokia care centre asked to take the old set that is going to be replaced. I think it is mentally harassment and is not good for your company. Please tell me the best solution...!

          3110 — about service

          i have given my set for repair at nokia care centre jaipur near lakshmimendir cinema on 20/5/2008 they ask me to call on 22.
          I tried their number for more then one hour but they did'nt respond to my call and when i went their then their were many customers who r also complaining about that.
          then when i asked about my cell then they said that they have not send my cell to head office but when i chacked the status on net it showed repaired
          this is not first time when i faced this type of problem and i have no doubt in saying that your service is very very poor

          nokia/3110classic — bad service n bad customer support

          sir/mam,

          on 18/8/09 i have given my set to kalkaji nokia care for a small prob of on/off swich which was not responding that time.
          after repairing the set when my set handover to me i came to know by centre repersentative(who handovered the set to me ) that my speaker n someother parts where replaiced without informing.
          but after repairing work there where new prb where arouesed for ex:-
          1)bad sound output.
          2)fm station serching problem.
          but this bad patch doesn't over till now when i again go n raise my issue there in centre. two engg n mng r going to pysical with me n said do whatever u wanna do, go whereever u wanna go, we don't repair ur set.
          i am stunned with such a bad behavior in such a big multinational customer relation end.
          plz do smthing fast n strict for above mentioned critical issue's coz i m feeling harrased n depressed.

          Nokia care,chandigarh — Bad Service

          Recently I have bought a new set of Nokia , E52 series . After a month it starts giving me problems of Sim card , networking and charging .I went at Nokia Care , Sector 22-C,Chandigarh. I haven't seen such a poor service anywhere in the world . They had made me visit nearly four times at their center everyday without solving my problem because they themselves don't know the problem . I have to come everyday crossing 20km from my home in local buses . I have launched my 1st complaint on 10th August 2010 and its been 20 days they didn't handed my set to me. My 3rd Complaint ESN/IMEI Number is [protected] , well they didn't wrote the Job sheet No.
          You should engage a lawyer to help you out with it

            Dear sir,
            My Nokia N 82 camera flash light is continue on and battery gets discharged.I had given my mobile to NOKIA CARE CENTRE Kalyan on 26th july 09(Popular Telecommunication) but they returned my hand set on 31st july09 without repairing.on the contrary glass of flash window broken.Job no for your reference is[protected]/090726/42.
            please advise how to get my hand set repaired because I m unable to use. It's battery get discharged immeditely.waiting for your reply my cellno.is [protected]

              My Air tel no. is [protected]. I brought this sim card from Chennai but now relocated in Coimbatore,
              Paripoorana Estate, Near Shanthi Ashram, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore-641010.

              I find last one month signal strength in my mobile appears very very poor, difficult to dial any numbers, and forcing me to dial through BSNL Land line.

              The worst part is when any incoming call comes, call gets disconnects in the middle of conversation.

              Please investigate this problem and remedy the situation, otherwise I will have to calcell this number and switch over to other service providers.

              I APPRECIATE TO RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR THIS COMPLAINT FROM YOU.

                3 Aug 2009,
                i purchased a nokia 5130c xpress music in month of march from lucknow,
                after 2 months many problems started with it like...it start hanging, it's head phone port stop working, so i report it to nokia care lucknow (apposite llila cinema, hazartganj) 10 days ago, they asked me to submit it for 2 days, so i submitted it .
                After 2 days when i reached to take my mobile, i got an answer that it has some hardware problem so, it should be send to delhi for hardware replacement, but i had to come back to my college at jalandhar within 3 days so ask them that " can i get my cell repaired from jalandhar"?
                i got answer yes.
                when i taken back my cell from them it worked for 2 days and after that it completely stopped working .
                now it is in such a condition that it is not able to swicth on.
                so on 29th july i went to nokia care jalandhar (near D C office) and told them about all these problems,
                but they refused to repair it by saying that "your cell phone got tampered by nokia care lucknow.,
                so we can't do anything.
                they are saying that your cell can be repaired only at nokia care lucknow.
                but problem is that i will go to lucknow after 3 months, and i am finding number of problem without a cellphone.
                so i request nokia care to look afteer my problem.
                before one my friend is gifted me nokia 5130 express music...
                one month tak theek thak chala but us kay baad ek dum error dena laga that is {contact service}
                means phone powered on ho rhi hai par aage se bus puri screen par {contact service} likha aataa hai then woh bund ho jata hai...
                maine repairing k liye diya hua hai let see what happens wid nokia 5130 express music...
                now i relized i dont want 2 purchase in nokia series any one...
                its my advice 4 all of them who read thiz msg...
                phone powered on ho rhi hai par aage se bus puri screen par kewal light jalta hai koi bhi menu nahi aata hai ranchi me nokia care ko diya to waha par bhi banane se inkar kar diya bolta hai ki iska hardware me problem hai.

                my name is sonu. i am using nokia 5130 xpress music phone with imei no is 355246/03/119400/4. on 8th may 2011 it just got some charging error. so,i went to nokia care at OKHLA PH-II NEW DELHI 20. they told me that your phone is wet by liquid. but i know that my phone was never wet by any liquid but they said like this and told me that it will cost 1850 rupees. i refused them to do that n asked to give my phone back. when i saw t again i found that the board of my phone was changed with the damaged one. today i went there again but there manager didnot believe me and denied me to do any steps against there workers who steel my phone hardware..it shows that may be he also involve in this. i requested you that please take some action against them if they are doing such crime. i am totally mentally disturbed with their act that they just did with me. please help me out.

                Sir I purchased a nokia 5130c cell on 3rd july 2010 and from last 3 days it switched offed automatically.i m going to a nokia service center which is in vaishali ghaziabad.they told me that its IC has been burnt.they r asking 1470 RS/- to repair it.and they also told me that the guarantee period of this new ic is only 1 month.
                I m unable to take any decision so plz help me and give me your suggestion

                      This complaint is regarding the present abnormal delay in servicing Nokia mobiles from the Nokia care centre.
                      I had purchased Nokia mob model 5220 from the shop at Manjeri namely Mobnet Mobiles at Manjeri on 15th July 09. Since the set faced complaints just after few days this was handed over to the above service centre on 1st August 09.
                      The centre has to send the set to Delhi (thousands of kms away) for repairs which will take around 15 days or more. This method of meeting the complaints is pathetic in these days of modern marketing system. A customer who spent around Rs 8000 for a Nokia mobile and for a repair he has to suffer for more than 48 hours is unwelcome. In India we now see that services to any customer products of daily use viz tv, wm, vcd, laptop, camera, cars, etc are met within 48 hours. Mobile is rather a minute/second used item for a customer, the services of which need to be essentially met within such time schedule especially by such an internationally recognized and reputed company like Nokia. As you see while thousands of Nokia mobiles are marketed among public with vast variety models from poor to rich and when care centres are limitedly available and almost every mobiles are required to be sent to Delhi for repairs involving undue long delays, the customers are the sufferers. A concrete solution to these customer sufferings is imperative.
                      My mobile model 5220, with jobsheet no.[protected]/090801/16 dated 1st Aug 09 is an example to above submissions. Now I am a sufferer without a mobile phone use for an indefinite period over an outdated and obnoxious marketing system of Nokia. The care of the Nokia Care, Manjeri issuing to me with a useless device, that too without a charger for interim use is rather a matter o[censored]npleasant and unethical dealing undeserved for a “Nokia customer”.
                      The present system of Sole Dependency to Nokia Care Centre Delhi by majority of Nokia mobile customers needs to be revamped, for the best interests of both the customers and the company, and it is hoped an effective solution will emerge soon.
                      May I get a satisfactory reply to this. Thanking you.

                        I have purchaed the above mentioned handset on 21.05.09 from Mobile Zone, Pune. Immediately 3rd day handset got problem of softwere. From the date of purchase I have three times repaired this handset & again last Thrusday 30.07.09 I have visited your Nokia Service Center for same problem. But unfortunately there was no Power supply due to this again I have to vist to your office.

                        1st time they have upload the softwere, 2nd time changed the speaker. Again & again the same proble I am facing. I am requesting you to change my handset at the earliet. We dont have time to visit your office again & again.

                        Please reply immediately, so that I can take a corrective action. I am going complaint to cusumer foram for the same.

                          I purchased NOKIA 5310 Xpress Music on 26th Apr'09. On June 30th, it sudenly stopped working just after two months. I went to Nokia Service Centre. They told me that water have entered into mobile.However in the job card they did not mentioned the same and asked for 2500 Rs repairment cost. I told the same that i could pay only if the water seepage problem is written in job card.In return, they told that they cannot write the same on job card as this may not be the cause, but can be due to many other reasons.I told them that when you cannot say its water seepa ge problem, then how can you charge for the same. They didnt listened and were adamant of charging full 2500 Rsbecause if its not water seepage problem then it would be their burden to bear the service cost of mobile.

                          The customer service centre was Cell-WLL, Gurgaon

                          I will say no company can be a world leader in future if its poor in these values. And service says a lot to customer than sales

                            I recently purchased a NOKIA Phone E63. The worst model of NOKIA. Don't purchase it. From the beggining it is hanging .Customer care centres are highly irresponsible. Email complaint - showed that they have a CUT and PASTE answers for all the complaints.

                            I submitted my phone to Ashok nagar Nokia care -chennai. Poor customer service. I Have asked for replacement. But only cut and paste answers are comming.

                            I think some gundas should be hired to break all the NOKIA customer care offices.. they are highly irresponsible.

                            I am begging the Consumer Complaint officials to take the stringent action on Nokia dealers & the company itself . Ask them to pay at least 10 Million USD in damage. At least this money can be utilized for a better purpose.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is having Set hanging technical problems.we(Asian Paints) have purchaed 3 phones fron Universal Cell for our marketing persons and noted that all the 3 set are having the same problem, out of which the above set have more frequent problems with the software and set hanging problem, we have given the set at your customer care center at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, 2 months ago and was reparied in spite of which the problem was reported again and the set was given again to the Nokia customer care and they sent the set to the Nokia Company for 20 days, and after 1 week the problem was repeted again the set is hanging again and again and our Marketing persons and we are suffring a huge losess as they can not attand or Do out going calls, So kindly arrange for a replacement or give any other model as peplacement for this model as we have seen that many of the Nokia 5310 set are having the same problem set hanging (kindly stop producing the model no 5310)

Now the fascia of the hanset is detaching each other due to pasting problem. I have gone to the Nokia Care Centre, C.R. Avenue Branch but they have told that outer part of the handset is not covered under warranty and you have to pay Rs.701/- to change the fascia.

                                  When my handset is under the warranty period, why should I bear the cost?

                                  NOKIA INDIA/6500 CLASSIC — HARASSMENT FROM NOKIA

                                  I have bought a nokia 6500 classic handset on 02/06/08. Soon after i bought it, it started showing some problems on 01/01/2009 i had submitted my handset to nokia care at bathinda for repair. it is mentioned on their jobsheet that they have to deliver the handset to the customer but they failed to do so n they offered me my handset on 07/02/2009 but the condition of the handset was terrible, its body had cracks n the body of the handset was tempered, so i refused to take the hand set. Then they gave me back the handset on 17/02/2009 fitted with new body and the manager of hindtel communications(nokia care) verballyt promised me that if the handset occurs same kind of problem again then he will get the handset replaced. Now after a month the handset again started showing same kind of problem and when i contacted the nokia care they refused to replace the handset and told me that we will repair it and will try to deliver your handset back after 15 days, they are not ready to replace it even it is in warranty and how can i leave my handset with them for a m onth after using it just for a month.

I was firmly assured that only changing the LCD will solve the problem and the cost will be not more than Rs.1050.After replacing the LCD with a new one I surprisingly found my phone still in the same operational status what brought me to that Nokia Care just on the next day. The same person dealing with the customer at the said outlet told me that the problem is with the key alignment that can only be made good by their engineer. This time he informed me that would have to spend Rs. 450 more to get that phone repaired and as the phone will be perfectly all right he will inform me to my contact number.
                                  After waiting two long months for his call I have had a telephonic conversation with that outlet today. Now that gentleman is telling me that phone is beyond repair. I am sorry not to accept this harassment and the monitory loss of Rs.1050 for replacing the LCD.
                                  Hope that you will take appropriate action through your customer service structure and communicate me. The sooner you do the said is better. Information that you may require in this regard are as under:

Now the fascia of the handset was broken. I have gone to the Nokia Care Center, C.R. Avenue Branch and also Nokia Care Center Salt Lake Sector-5 Branch several times but they have told that the fascia is not available and they wants minimum 15 days time, now it's all most 3 months passed but still the situation is same.

The Care Specialist uses to send me mails with a service request no. and reminds me in every two weeks that their backend team is working on it SOON they will contact me. But the SOON never comes. Now it is more than two months has elapsed. God knows when the soon will come.

                                    i already addresed my complaint earlier also please do the favour.

                                    i have purchased nokia 5130 2c (19/07/2009) from the THE MOBILE STORE (in mald chincholi signal-mumbai)
                                    but the problem start from 1st day itself.

                                    when we unlock the mobile unable to open lock and once we open the key ped unable to lock the the same through * key.

                                    after these we going to nokia care(25/07/2009) in goregaone-mumbai jawahar nagar area and explaining the same and want the replacement for the same but they are not agree.

                                    and they are saying this is hardware ware problem we need to send the mobile in delhi office(manufacturing unit) to anaylize what the problem. but why they are not replace the my mobile if i am under warranty period. the job sheet which i got from nokia care is[protected]/090725/16). and they have same delivered on delhi on 27/07/2009.

                                    plaese help me out to get replacement of the same. as a customer its my right to get replacement for the same. if any minor issue it will ok but this is hardware problem i will get to replacement of the same.

                                      I am G. Raychaudhury from Kolkata, India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5310 handset on 6th June 2009.
                                      From the third day I was experiencing 'starting problem'. After some days, the handset refused to start but after 3 more days it started nicely. This was repeated twice after a gap of 3/4 days. Then, it permanently refused to start and showed a message - 'contact service'.
                                      I took it to Nokia Care, where they could not repair it and so send it to the service centre at Delhi. The same is lying there till now.

                                      Firstly, I am told by Nokia Care that all my valuable contacts will be lost due to formatting/updating software, for which I have to suffer irreparable loss.
                                      Secondly, I cannot use the phone for two months now, so the purpose of purchase stands defeated.
                                      Thirdly, I came to know subsequently from some other users and local shopkeepers that the 5310 model is much complained against due to the aforesaid problem they are getting.
                                      Lastly, after duly purchasing a new phone nobody would like to use the same if it makes a tour to the service center so early.
                                      I had a telephonic confabulation with Mr. Kumar of Delhi's customer relation department, who did not pay heed to my cause. I am also awaiting reply from the Board of Directors at Finland, whom I have sent a relevant mail.
                                      As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me a replacement phone or a new phone of some better model for which I am ready to pay the difference amount.
                                      I will be happy if you respond early. Hope to see that NOKIA maintains its worldwide reputation. Thanking you.

                                      Nokia 3120 — no incoming

                                      my cellphone having a connection of BSNL Prepaid Service bearing No [protected]. On 21 December 2007 I have recharged it with a Rs. 300 recharge Voucher. instatntly it started ready for outgoing calls but no incoming calls are coming for last two days.
                                      i have called the customer care at [protected] today at 2:10Pm and again at 6:25 where only i have got a token no 2304329 and no confirmation for any remedy.
                                      I have asked the operator named SUKRITI about the approximate time from when the service of income would be resumed but he behaved so roughly and told me that customer care does not cares about my requirements and only my service will be resumed after all other customers are satisfied.

                                      Now what should I do ???

                                      NOKIA 5300 Xpressmusic — Battery backup- repeated job

                                      I had submitted my Nokia 5300 Xpressmisic bearing the IMEI No.[protected], Battery S.No.[protected] O236 H20491563. to the Nokia care centre at Malakpet Hyderabad-36. on 24th Dec'2007 for the repeated job.While giving the phone the Nokia care technical person told that it has to be send to Chennai office and it will take the period of 20 days for rectifying this problem. But When I checked through job sheet care on 02 Jan'2008 it was shown that the mobile phone Closed- Repaired. ASC Name Global Cell world .
                                      I had enquired several times to the Malakpet Nokia care They asked to Contact the Punjagutta Nokia care office,because it had send to Punjagutta- Hyderabad only not to the Chennai head office(what was promised to me). Then I also contacted the Punjagutta Office several times they were not responding/attending my phone calls.
                                      In this I deeply regret to you stating that I NEED COD NUMBER ONLY TO REPLACE THE PHONE WHERE I HAD PURCHASED.
                                      Further I need take necessary action regarding to this issues.Kindly co-operate with me.

                                      Nokia 5300 — Handset malfunction

                                      I have been old Nokia user, However with regret i would like to bring to your notice that this handphone 5300, which i purchased on 30-Mar-08, has been malfunctioning within one week of purchase(NO TONES/SOUND FROM THE SPEAKERS).This handset has been inspected by Nokia care Gurgaon Sec 14, on the 21-Apr-08, The incharge authority carried out repairs and assured me there will be no problems in the future. He also assured me that should there be any re-occurence of the problems, the handset will be replaced.
                                      I have been out of town and travelling for the last 15 days and have faced the similar problem, causing me a lot of trouble and inconvinience.Today i have again deposited the handset with NOKIA CARE Gurgaon.
                                      Due to the above mentioned problems i wish to replace this model in which i have lost complete faith.

                                      Nokia 5310 XpressMusic — can't repair my even after submitting it for 11 times in 9 months

                                      i have submitted my mobile 11 times to the nokia customer care, but after that also they couldnt repair it.
                                      they are continuously sendind it to the head office but no response.
                                      today i was fed up after giving my cell 11th time and listening from them that they cant take it because there was a scratch somewhere inside the cell.
                                      i was frustrated listening it from them that i might have opened it or may have given to some other repair centres due to which the scratch came.
                                      i couldnt understand, they have opened the cell 11 times and it might be there fault not mine but still refusing to take the blame on themselves.

                                      please look into this matter as soon as possible.
                                      and never ever buy a nokia cell phone.
                                      I agree that nokia 3120 is being noticed lot of defects, company should replace the set immediately or repair it properly one of my relative had got display problem and nokia care centre informed that LCD repair is not under warrant and it will cost rs.2500 for repair. what is under warranty company should speficially infrom to customer by the dealer of nokia at the time of purchase

                                      I puchased Nokia 3600 slide phone after being convinced that the said phone had a TV out feature and althogh cable is not provided for the same, it is readily availablein market/Nokia dealers. Now after purchase, when I cantacted Nokia dealers/customer care for the acessories(Cable), i am being told it is yet to be launched in India.

                                      I am highly irritated by Nokia. I have given my newly brought N79 because of its frequently restarting problem to Nokia service centre at Pheonix mill's, lower parel, Mumbai. My job number is MUM0694153. After 15 day now they say that my new phone cannot be repaired and will go for scrap. I will not take wasting of my hard earned money like this. They say I will get replacement, but it will not be a new handset. This is & not excepted by me. I request nokia to answer my this e-mail on priority and take further step necessary in keeping good faith in customer. Orelse, it will be more worse for me to take it ahead with Media and court if I do not get a new handset for this scrap piece which i brought. Awaiting your valuable reply on this front.                                       showing camera on standby -operation failed, Mobile set was given for repair to Nokia centre FONE PLANET .CHEMBUR, MUMBAI-71 on 27-10-08.

                                      The set was received back from nokia centre on dt. 31-10-08 .
                                      But developed the same problem i.e camera on stand by operation failed..
                                      Again given on[protected] and received back on[protected] from nokia centre .But this time informed by centre that camera is not repairable. And you can use this mobile set without camera function.
                                      I Helplessly received the mobile set manufactured and serviced by world leader.

                                      After approx 3 months suddenly mobile camera start functioning but mobile is getting heating up.
                                      This time submitted the mobile set to service centre on dt 7th April2009 and received back the set after 4 days that this is not repairable and heating of mobile set will continue.

                                      Why I am passing on this information to NOKIA INDIA company by spending my precious time and energy is that I have not been explained by service centre why this problem is developed in less than one year of this reputed product of nokia even not being misused or wrongly handled by me.

                                      I wish Nokia India will help me to understand why purchasing a reputed nokia product i.e. mobile set Nokia -5300 and not getting the value of money .
                                      pl take this feed back from a unhappy customer who has not got the value of money of his nokia product which become faulty within less than one year of warantee period and nokia centre returned the set to him by given in writing that set is beyond repair.

The mobile was given earlier two time in last two month for service to TELECONNECT, 47 JANPATH, ASHOK NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-751009 and also it was submitted 3rd time on 5th August, 2009 the problem display flickers, Automatic switchoff, On. The nokia care Bhubaneswar inturns send second time to Delhi Nokia care for repair as briefed to me by the nokia care officials. The last job sheet no was[protected]/090805/71. The Place of purchased of the set was from Delhi just six month back. Previous job sheet number not remember as I thought the set had been made serviceable and it functional status would be normal so the job seet was taken back by the same Nokia care service centre. The set was handover to me on 28th August and advice me by the Nokia care manager to use with out memory card for one week . In this one week I have observed that after switched off at night the mobile start flush or display automatically and at morning I found entire battery drains out. I am fully disturbed by the present status of the phone and completely lost the faith on NOKIA set. After spending so much of money why customer should sufer, would you please explain me?. Now I have no faith with Nokia care centre .Again I submitted the mobile set fourth time with the request of contact centre Nokia India as per e-mail to the Nokia care centre bhubaneswar on 5th september . The mobile again comming with repair only. Inspite of my request they did not replaced my set. Since last four month the mobile set is with nokia care in different time for repair. hence I sincerely request you to replace the set when it is not reparable and under warrenty so that I can come out from this continuous truma.                                       I had purchased a mobile model 5310 IMEI NO. [protected] VIDE INVOICE NO. 992 from Mobile Pont Vasundhara,Gahziabad on dated 26/02/2009 . After purchasing the set i am facing problem of low battery backup suddenly in September my set became hang and key pad was not worked. I go to your service center at Vaishali Ghaziabad to remove the problem i faced. the incharge say that they found liquid in set and charged Rs. 950/ vide order No. 219 dated 18/09/2009. i again visit for same problem on dated 23/09/2009 but problem was not shorted out by your service center.
                                      Hence i understand that either set is not properly made or service center not fulfill his duty.

                                      Request you to change my set or remove the problem at the earliest. Because i am a very old customer of Nokia and belive in Nokia Brand.

                                      I had purchased a Nokia 6275 CDMA in May 08'. Recently while talking, the phone displayed low battery & shut down. While I put in on charge, and tried to start the phone, it simply did not respond and displayed error message " Contact Service". I checked the battery on a different phone, it was working fine. So I decided to take it to Nokia Care in Pune in Sankarshet Road. Having taken the token & waiting for 2 hours, finally they attended me. They checked the phone, and said that they cannot take the phone as the problem can only be fixed at a different Nokia Care Centre which is located at Shivajinagar, so I took it to Shivajinagar. After spending 2 hours again at Shivajinagar, I was informed that they cannot fix the problem & simply refused to help me or guide me.

                                      I have been using nokia phones for last 11 years, and I get a very sad feeling having experienced this:

                                      - Nokia Care simply does not Care
                                      - Nokia Care technical support does not have the expertise
                                      - Nokia Care is very insensitive to customer
                                      - Think Twice before buying a Nokia product

                                      nokia 5310 handset — non repair/repair and loss of original set by customer care centre

                                      COMPLAINT
                                      I purchased nokia 5310 on 14.5.2009 . It developed technical snags. I handed over the set to nokia care centre in sector 7 Panchkula(Haryana) on 10.11.2009.
                                      -I visited the centre 4 times, but every time I was shown a different old set of a different colour( Mine is black one). Finally I was asked to come on 4.12.2009, but same story was there. Person concerned( Mr. Vikas) offered me a grey coloured old set saying that the company has replaced it. I refused to accept the set, since the company never replaces the set with old and open set. I also talked to the managing partner , Mr. Hitender Molekhee and requested him to either arrange to give me back my mobile set duly repaired, or to get the same replaced, if the same was not repairable, since the same was within warranty.
                                      -It is very sad that Nokia care centres are giving a very bad name to the reputation of NOKIA and after sales service is becoming a big ZERO

                                      i have purchase a nokia handset on 22nd october.on 14 jan there is a problem in its outgoing audio,and regarding that i have approached in 'Nokia care center' in Bhiwani,Hansi gate in haryana and they said plz collect nxt day i.e. on 15 jan.i have collected my handset in that the switch off-on was exchanged with another same model said than i ask for that than they replaced it and said it has some major problem so we have to send it in our main branch so u have to deposit it .but i have collected it frm them to store my data in another handset but when i switched it on the memory card of my cell is missing and i continously teying their contact no-[protected] but it was nt picked up then i sent smeone their to pickup then they said we have nt received any memory card and i requested that i can show u the pics of that then the executive said"mein shadi shuda huin toh mein teri photo ka lya karunga,itni badi chiz tu hain nahi hai aur kharid lo,i said kharid toh legenge but woh bhi mera hi tha"and he didn't bother even my complaint and said "hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai"

                                      iam Mr.M.dillibabu had purchased the nokia music express 5310 c in the mobile store perambur show room on 28/09/09 with pleasure,but unfortunately the day when i bought for three weeks only it worked properly,after the third week it satrted showing me trouble.so i given the mobile to service center at nokia care-perambur chennai.they have rebooted the software and gave me back,after one one month the mobile started giving me trouble like when iam messaging automatically it will get switched off,and if i receive call and i attend it means it will automatically get switched off.so i taken the mobile and gave back to the service center my job sheet num is 6831,they checked and said that it will not be checked here.so they are in need to send to head office,i agreed and gave the mobile to service center and after 15 days i got my mobile back.
                                      After i got the mobile after 18 days it again started with the same trouble and this time it was completely dead.so i went to nokia costumer care and gave my mobile for service.this time the service fellow in perambur he opened the mobile and said that u have given ur mobile outside service and the board has been tampered.so u cannot claim the service in warranty period i have to pay and get the service.this highly irresponsible answer coming from the service fellow.
                                      i courtsely asked him about the status and requested him to give the job sheet photocopy,the service fellows sitting in the center doesnot know how to talk with the costumer,he didnot respond me properly.then later i ringed to the costumer care and requested to give the job sheet photocopy.for the kind attention nokia costumer care is there to care for the costumer not for the abusement of the costumer.kindly take action against the fellows in perambur -costumer care mentioning them to talk courtsely with the costumer.more over within 4 months of period the entire handset has been loses its total working style,my mobile IM num([protected]),how as a costumer i should react for it.nokia should not leave costumer,we are paying and getting the mobile.so kindly send me the solution for this problem.

                                      From the date of purchase the memory card refuses to store messages at random, battery life is not up to mark. The volume of speaker phone also deminished .

                                      Phone is unable to get network signals again after passing by some weak nework area, so have to select operator manually .

                                      After contacting the Nokia customer care at Guwahati, Ajmer and chennai the service person has just upgraded the software every time which doesnt solves the problem but my handset started hanging randomly showing there careless behavioura and how they are serving customer.                                       This complain is regarding Nokia phone as i purchased Nokia(E-63) from a retailer at Malviya nagar ,jaipur(Parnami Mobile) on 27/06/2010,then i started using just after battery charging for 24 hrs...then a few hours later i observed that there is a problem in Speaker of the phine ,because it was sounding irritating when i used to have a conversation with that...there i recently contaced to the retailer,but they hold off me by saying it's a temprorely trouble,that is being due to new phone & the same will be automatically resolve in next few hours.... but when afte passing 24 hours my trouble remained the same then i again contacted to my retailer... & today it's more than four days that i am being avoided by those people with many unreasonable excuses......Please help me as i have paid full amount of my mobile and those people are not giving me positive responce in to this way............

                                      Few days back I had given my Nokia 5130c-2 for repair which was under warranty period in Nokia Care Rohini ( Dexters Digital lab, 15 Manglam place, G-7 &8, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi) as its keypads were not functioning properly. The Job Sheet Number is[protected]/100624/36 and submitted on 24th of June 2010. They said that it was due to water logging problem and said that I have to pay Rs 800 as water logging problems doesn’t come under warranty agreements. I agreed to pay the said amount but after 3 days they told me that the phone cannot be repaired. Now it has become a great problem for me as it was only 6 months that I had bought this mobile phone and in spite of its warranty period its not being repaired. I would also like to add that I don’t know how the water logging problem aroused as my phone had never fallen in water nor it got in contact with water by any means.
                                      Therefore I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action regarding it as soon as possible so that such problems do not creep up in future and my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                                      I have bought a Nokia 5130c-2 W. Silver on24th September 2009 at Madanapalli BigC centre. I have a problem with my mobile that is it is hanged when i switch on, statup tone also did not play. I have one year warrenty also.                                       My Nokia Express music handset of model 305 has been facing serious problems since the very next week that I purchased it. It's still in it's guarantee/waranty period. The speaker and FM along with the instrument has not been functioning properly.

                                      Worst has happened with me !!! Had purchase Nokia 5233 IMEI [protected] in Sept 2010 and just from the 2nd day of purchase the problem of heating of the instrument and then battery draining started . I told the Nokia Gallery which replaced the battery and then the same thing repeated and then it was sent to Nokia Care centre which said that the software correction has been done ( What correction GOD KNOWS ). Again the problem repeated and then i went again to the Nokia NOCARE CENTRE and this time after research of 3 days it was told to me that it will be sent to HO for checking and repair. The story starts Now:
                                      I ask the NCC Vashi Navi Mumbai to give me stand by set they say they cant, i wrote to HO and they courtesly arranged from NCC and then after 10 days the instrument came with missing accessories: NCC says what they can do it has come like that from the HO . I refused to take instrument besides told them to at least give me some detail as to what had been wrong with the instrument. That also they did not give and finally after one month i was told that Nokia is not able to comment on my request . Then onwards they have not replied any of my mails :
                                      I am without the Hand set besides how much i had to incurr in terms of time, fuel and mental agony.
                                      I feel now the best ad for nokia should be NOKIA_____DISCONNECTING PEOPLE.
                                      So far there is no written confirmation as to when should my set be ready with the NCC vashi.

                                      Is there any person on top to monitor such mistakes of the service people in Nokia care.I as common man feel that Nokia has got now this feeling that nothing is going to happen even if they sell scrap in the market especially in India.

                                      b) The service report.

                                      Please let me understand is this the treatment given to customers by Nokia. This was a share harassment and humiliation to me and I feel totally dissatisfied with the type of service given by Nokia Vashi to its customers. Have I to now go to media or consumer court to solve my problem .
                                      I am sick of this and request you to please send me hand set to my residence after necessary things if you wish so because enough of time, energy and fuel has been wasted by me for this PETTY PROBLEM.

                                      On January 15, 2013 I invested my savings of One year to purchase the most expensive mobile handset Nokia Lumia 920 (INR 38000) in the market instead of going with the Samsung Galaxy S 3 (INR 30000) the original market leader and exceptional smartphone with the belief and hope that Nokia Lumia 920 will perform great and i will be able to answer those people who asks me to quit Nokia or Symbian or Windows operating system mobile phone offered by Nokia.

                                      First of very all i will like to tell you that on the very next day of my phone purchase this phone got dead and i went to the retailer and he took that handset to the one of Nokia care and returned me after 6 hours or so. I ignored that problem as i thought sometime problem might occurs in electronic products but i never knew that it was just a trailer and movie is awaited.

                                      Today i am in an exact opposite situation I am Annoyed, Frustrated and Hapless because of the Major problems in my handset the most INNOVATIVE SMARTPHONE (Only as per Nokia Company) Nokia Lumia 920. Actually it should be most “PROBLEMATIC SMARTPHONE”.

                                      I think instead of talking about Nokia Lumia 920 features today People (In my contacts) are more talking about its Annoying Problems in the market and guess what Nokia Lumia 920 is merely 2 months (approx.) old in The Indian market.

                                      I would like to make you note the Problems which i am facing on my Nokia Lumia 920:

                                      1. Screen goes blank or dead whenever i dial anyone although i am not using any screen protector (Just imagine how it will feel when you will not be able to cut your own phone even when you are finished talking or if you want to talk on speakerphone you are helpless).
                                      2. Battery is drastically Low Sometimes it drains down completely in just 2 hours.. even though you have charged it full to its capacity and whcih shows in the notification.This happens when you are not allowing the background apps to work and you are not using Internet. (Just imagine when you are going for a tour and while travelling you face this problem and don't have any other options to charge the cell).
                                      3. Rear back above camera lens gets burning hot (It feels so awkward when your friends asks you to give your mobile and it returns you back after holding your phone for few seconds because of its too hot)
                                      4. Multitasking is not supported.

                                      And there are ADD ON to these problems Nokia does not have Proper or Time Efficient Service Centers which is the biggest problem of all above. Actually Nokia Care Never Care.

                                      I would like to tell you that i have just submitted my Nokia Lumia 920 with one of your Nokia Care Center Pune. ("Akshay Care" shop 4/5, D'Gold House, Dnyaneshwar paduka chowk, F.C.road, Shivaji nagar Pune 411005.) Because of the above mentioned first three problems.

                                      Please don’t forget that I am using the Nokia Company's most INNOVATIVE and HIGH END CELLPHONE or in other words Nokia's premier product. In this Era in which companies more concerned on 24/7 available for after sale service it is totally disgusting. If i talk about Nokia company's peers Like Samsung, HTC, or Apple phones and services in Indian market it has no comparisons they are offering services more efficiently and quickly to the ease of the customer as per my contacts and retailers. (For Example- My cousin got his Samsung galaxy S3 repaired in just 2 days with new battery this is also after 8 months of his phone purchase.)

                                      This is seriously not acceptable from Nokia People. Minimum compensation I want is a replacement straightaway and that too on immediate basis.

                                      In the good part on my humble request they have given me one stand by handset and you will not believe it they have given me Nokia X-3 phone which is as per me can only be utilized for receiving and dialing calls.

                                      How can Nokia people give a standby phone as Nokia X-3 to the person who has been using Nokia Lumia 920 (The Most Innovative smartphone) ?

                                      I really don't understand am I facing these kinds of irritating problems because I am too loyal to Nokia??

                                      From the day i have understood mobile i have only used Nokia till now from last 13 years. (Nokia 3310, Nokia 3315, Nokia 1108, Nokia 6600, Nokia N73, Nokia N79, Nokia N8, Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia lumia 920.)

                                      Its very difficult to answer the society when they ask you for your mobile and you tell them that it has gone for repair within 2 months of its purchase without my fault. I really hope it will not be my last handset purchase from Nokia.

                                      I expect a reply for this issue from your side immediately.

                                      This is my third mail regarding the same issue (PROXIMITY SENSOR) I am facing in my cellphone Nokia Lumia 920. After visiting the Nokia Care for several time the issue is still there where it was last week.


                                      DISPLAY GOES BLACK WHILE DIALING (PROXIMITY SENSOR ISSUE)


                                      Its like i have left with nothing to do then to visit Nokia care regularly from last one week hopefully Nokia is not making a joke of its customer. As they are repairing the handset and it again gets the same problem very next day this is ridiculous.


                                      I have missed out on my important work and i have visited nokia care to repair or with the same issue again and again. NCC people asked me for SIM replacement (just to get away with there on handset mistake) i did that on Immediate basis to avoid the problem i am facing.


                                      But the story still stands at the same stage where it has all started. NCC people just clean the proximity sensor or phone's Screen area and call me that your handset is repaired even assure me that it will not happen again and make me write feedback on its service.


                                      Have Nokia people have forgotten that this is there most INNOVATIVE PHONE lumia 920 ?


                                      Disgusted with this temporary services from Nokia Care and i have to mail again and again to the authorities. I hope Nokia high end people are reading there customer mails properly and eager to take all necessary action instead of ignoring it or taking it in a lighter mode.


                                      Am i left with this work only or Nokia does not understand the problem of there own handset ??

                                      Are they fooling there Customer ??


                                      This is high time i really need Permanent solution for this problem on IMMEDIATE BASIS or give me an alternate way out . And i do not have that much time to visit your center daily leaving my work.
