        Sir, I Md.Samiuddin khan like to submit that I bought Nokia N81 8 gb phone I was satisfied very much with it but suddenly when I was taking picture from it suddenly the phone got off and then I took the phone to nearest Hyderabad Nokia care centres i.e one centre situated opp Khan lateef khan State, near L.B.Stadium, and then another Nokia care centre situated at Ameer pet Opp Durga temple at both centres I felt that the technicians are inexperienced they did not find out the fault and one centre was told that the fault in strip or display an other centre persons told that the fault is in mother board and it should send to Delhi to main Service centre I showed it to other Nokia technicians, they tells that some booting IC is to be changed I wonder that all are saying different defects and they are not able to findout the Problem of the latest gadget. I have strongly objection why the nokia closed its Main Company's Service centre in like big Hyderabad City and why Nokia company is selling its latest costly gadgets/phones in Hyderabad city India and how the company is leaving the innocent customers with the uncapable and inexperienced Nokia care centres, they not in position to findout the Latest phones defects but they are not even know how to open their case they damaged my panel also and what happened done with my telephones parts its Allah knows only. I have strongly objection with Nokia Company and hope that it will help me in this situation .

        nokia n81 8gb — Delay in service no response from the company

        I am using Nokia N81 8 gb mobile. I have submitted it with nokia care on 18 oct and since then i have visited 6 times to there service centre but they are not responding to us.
        Even the job sheet no#[protected] has been changed due poor fit ( Gap between up key pad and display & scraches on keys when slide use) after servicing...

        I purchased second hand mobile Nokia n81 8gb in our city Kadiri, when I was purchased he given to me only hand set with battery and charger not yet given any ear phones and bills etc.

        Now I lost my phone somebody stolen my phone in yesturday night at shopping place. So I dont have IMEI number also how can I do please advice me and help me.

          I had given my Noika 2670 (ESN/IMEI NO [protected]) to Nakia Care Center in Mulund on 28th July for repair. The cell phone was unable to connect as it showed NO Network coverage. I have been following up for quite some time now (was told will happen within 10 days) but no result. I am alwasys told it will take some more time. the phone is still under warranty. the service is really pathetic something i did not expect from Nokia
          Hi, i am Abhay Gupta, I had bought a nokia phone model no. N-95 & Serial No. [protected], I have given this handset once as the SMS were neither going or Coming to nokia center, Noida but still is not working properly,. They took one month to give it back to me on commitment of one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I am really frustrated from this company and kind of service you are providing bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period is about to expire, please Help as after warranty period you will start charging the Money from me and I ll have to stuck with the same defective handset.

          Nokia — Pathetic Repair Service

          I bought Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic last year in november.It got conked out last month.When I took it to nokia care they returned it saying it was due to virus and they have formatted it.In less than 3 hrs it went bad again.I again went there, they asked me to enquire about it after a week.Then they started to lie every time I called them.Atlast I emailed nokia and my set was returned to me on 7/08/08. Again in less than 3 hrs it went to same problem.
          I again emailed and they told me that they will contact me in 48 hrs. This process is getting repeated for past week.I will see for 2-3 days more.After that i will have to go to consumer forum
          I had given my mobile phone - 6110 for service within warranty period on the 1st dec 08 (this was coz the navigation was not working and phone used to hang when i open the radio application and the outgoing audio had some problem) and was assured that i would get the handset repaired and delivered within 15 days..that too they were not ready to give me a standby phone.
          15th dec i gave a call to the service ppl and they confirmed that the mike (for outgoing audio) is fixed and that they are checking the navigation.
          22nd dec they confirm that it cannot be covered under warranty coz of water logging..when there has been no reason for water logging how can this issue occur? does nokia have such reasons for all phones which come for service within warranty? pathetic service is what NOKIA gives..shame on NOKIA
          I have purchased Nokia 5610 Express Music Handset on 1st June, 2008. After about six months, I started facing number of problems with the handset such as blank display and cell hanging. Hence, I gave my handset in Nokia Care (MOBI QUEST) located at Ameerpet wherein they repaired the piece and delivered it to me after a week or so. I was satisfied with the way the set was repaired then but later after two months there was same problem with the piece. I again rushed to the same Nokia Care and gave my cell again for repair. The so called technicians told me that it would take nearly 10-15 days to repair the piece as display cards were out of stock. After a week, I made a call to the Nokia Care where I got to know that I will be getting replacement since there was some problem with the board of my phone. I was happy that finally i will get a new piece but the saddest part was that the phone started giving troubles right from the day I took it from the Care centre. It suddenly gets switched off atomatically and everytime it gets switched off I have to take the battery out and place it again and switch on the cell. After a week, the phone got totally switched off. I went to give the mobile again at Nokia Care where a technician told me that it was because of virus that the mobile got switched off. So I asked him to clean the virus and give because it is a just a matter of 10 minutes. He first told ok and then told me some cock and bull stories that download was going on and it will take two days to clean the virus. The two days are over and he still could not rectify the problem. I also got to know that replacement doesnot mean giving a fresh piece but they give a old piece (which is thouroughly tested at Nokia Service Centre but I am sorry say that even their Service centre doesnot diagnose the problems properly and rectify them) whose age is unknown to the customer
          If I knew before hand that Nokia gives such pathetic services to its customers I would have never invested Rs. 12000 on a Nokia mobile.

          Nokia — did not repair my iphone within warranty period

          ON 30 APR 2009 MY PHONE(NOKIA 3110 C) HAS BEEN RECEIVED FOR THE REPAIRING AT THE ASANSOL NOKIA CARE.AFTER 20 DAYS WHEN I WENT TO GET MY SET BACK THEY SAID THAT UR PHONE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED DUE TO UNAUTHORIZED REWORK.WHO THE FOOL BEING IN WARRANTY PERIOD WILL MAKE REPAIR FROM THE PRIVATE BY GIVING MONEY.I WANNA KNOW WHY U GIVE WARRANTY IF YOU DON'T DO UR PROMISE.

          i have purchase e71(s, no:[protected]) from the very first day i m facing lot's of problems. I given my set for repair to nokia care paschim vihar branch and they take it for 1 week but i facing that problem till now.so my reqeust to you please help me out.([protected])
          its high time nokia should change their employees at service center especially at the dwarka center [spl ref: Mr.Kamal Agrawal]

          i bought nokia 5610 last month[may'09] the shift screen option of my phone got dislocated. i went to dwarka care center for its repair. they told me to collect it within two days, i went after 5 days [i was out of town] still they did not repair it and told me we would call u once we fix it.After waiting for a week i went again and got the same response. After a lot of arguments i got back my cell at the end of the month.
          must say pathetic service!!!
          it dint end there.they fixed the button so tightly, that with one shift the whole button was into pieces ...well are we really suppose to trust the quality of nokia care??
          more over when i went back to them they argued saying its a damage that i have caused .well it was so...i wana know why did i have the same problem with the same button, why dint any other part of cell broke!! What really shocked that Mr kamal knew i hada point and i was right, still he came up with excuses like, you must have dropped the phone, or maby u slipped it into your pocket without taking care...well well...
          its quite upseting that we have to meet such corrupt people who know that they wrong and donot wanna accept it and rectify their mistakes...
          i shudder being a nokia customer !!
          i stay in mulund mumbai.My headset had an problem so i went to the nokia gallery for help but the way the attendant guy was talking to me really made me angry.when i explained him about the problem he said it will take 2 months for the headset to be replaced, I then gave my headset to them.After 2 months the headset which they gave me was in pathetic condition when i asked the attendant about it he said its ok we supply such headsets, & today i dnt have any headset.i mean original one.I prefer using the duplicate ones instead of such crap which nokia offers.Nokia's mobile phones are really good but the service which they provide is pathetic not even pathetic but its worst.

          It's been 5 days since i bought Nokia lumia 920. Nokia calls it as "Most innovative Phone" and i see that it's more innovative in providing pathetic handset like this.After i bought it, i encountered n no.of problems. Camera doesn't work, Video doesn't tilt, phone freeze's when pressing the down volume button, Panaroma works only sometimes and finally when talking over the mobile voice is not clear.

          I bought it in Croma and today i visited Nokia care to see if they can fix it(job sheet number :[protected]/130316/26; NCC : 672_504867). All they told me is that they need to send it to Nokia center and then would confirm whether they can fix it or can replace it. They told me that this total process will take 8-10 days and gave me a first generation Nokia mobile(after i busted out) as a replacement till then. which itself is awful.

          As a customer i expect to get this replaced quickly of fixed quickly. Nokia can't expect it's new customer to sit idle for 10 days. it's Pathetic. I strongly don't recommend this phone to anyone. This was the first time i moved from iPhone to the "most innovative phone" and this is the result . I repent for moving from iPhone. truly unhappy with this.

            Please note that i have lost my mobile Nokia 1200, EMI -[protected] with sim on 17-08-09 when i was going to Gkp civil court to office. Sim number is [protected].This handset was purchased from Shail enterprises Rustampur Gorakhpur on dated 20-01-09. Also note i have lodged a complaint in the police station cant thana Gorakhpur on 18-08-09. I request you to Lock my handset and Sim inform me immedietly.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5220 Xpressmusic, FCC ID :- PPIRM-411
              IC :-661U-RM-411, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], PRODUCT CODE – 0570522, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, on Spt.08 from J.M. Road, Pune.

              From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than four times to Nokia service centre (Akshay Care) at Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chowk, F.C.Road, Pune, but the problem still persists. Nokia care hasbeen send this mobile to company due to problem in enhancment coonectivity, headphone not detect . After three/four week handset start giving the problem related to key . Handset key has not worked properly, once again I had given to akshay care they have return the handset after 16-18 days by stating that it is due to liquid damage & it is nonreparable . The given reason is not acceptable to me as from the date purchase I am facing the problem with my handset . Approximetly 5-6 times handsets hasbeen given to your Nokia care witin the 10months of span. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 18 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For my official work I have to travel a lot & my works is totally based on communication, absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.
              And for same I have to borrow the mobile from others, all this things really caused mental harrashment to me .

              Now I dont have any use of this defective piece, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

              I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 5 days of time span.
              If you are not the right person please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

                Sir,
                I am very disapointed with the service and customer care of NOKIA, I had purchased Nokia N95 8 GB few month back, it started auto functioning and auto run so i took it to nokia care at Mobile Super market, scf-5 model town ext market, ludhiana.

                i submitted the mobile on 27 Jully with job sheet number[protected]/090727/62 and i was promissed that my phone will be delivered after 7 to 10 days and i was called by the care center after a week that my phone set was ready and was again recalled after 3 days but due to some resons i could not go there, i finaly went on the 17 of aug to get my phone set but i was shooked to know that my set was not ready yet.
                On asking that was did they call me the person at the reception gave a very bad behaviour and told me that it will take more 10 to 15 days more.

                its already nearly 1 month and i my without a hand set and not satisfied with nokia care.

                kindly deal with this matter urgently.

                N95 — issue with slider

                There is some issue with slider, while sliding it is touching the lower portion of phone. Also battery backup is low. I've purchase this phone on 11/10/2007. You can call me on [protected]

                I have purchased the nokia N 95 8 GB Handset but this Handset is working on only one month than this phone crate some problem than I send it nokia care he ask pls droop your set in nokia care for two three days I call after one week she says your phone not repair pls Wait the one two days I accepted than after 15 days they call me end says your phone is ok I m collect the phone the phone was working only one month they are crate same problem than send the phone again the same nokia care they ask sir pls droop your phone in nokia care for 15 days than will call back u after 15 days they call me sir your phone is ok than I m picked the phone but the phone is not working in two three days than ask the nokia care she ask me sir your handset send it to Bangalore for one month than I call the customer care but they ask me pls send the u phone in nokia Bangalore than I committed after 24 for48 hrs but not call me nokia care after one week than I call again the customer care they ask me after 12 days u collect the phone than I collect the phone than the phone was not working one days they ask me again send the Bangalore I m very big mistake buy this phone end I also send the mail but only one line in reply mail thank you for mail to nokia sorry for u inconveniences end my executive call u with in 24 for hrs end resolved your problem but nobody call me

                nokia/n958GB — REGARDING PROBLEM IN MY HANDSET

                My mobile is not working problem (Nokia-n95 8Gb), I have given two times to Nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to Nokia service center pp compound, nirmal enterprises, nokia care ranchi jharkhand India before 5 days and job sheet number is[protected]/090529/11, but still they could not swap my mobile, MANOJ SAIMWAL who is head incharge in jharkhand he is not taking any action.this time i want to take swap handset I can not leave without my mobile, and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

                  i have got a complaint on the set nokia 6233 on 1 jul 2009.the mob was repaired by the nokia care at ernakulam opposite to the saritha theater. but after 2 days the same complaint was repeated.4 times i have gone to nokia care for repairing. they have sent the mobile for repairing to delhi 2 times.after 10-10 days i got the mobile after repairing.but still the complaint remains the same and they refuse to replace the mobile even if the mobile is with in the waranty period..

                  its very true...i also hav an experieance with this people.they dont know how to repair a mobile phone.last time i went there with my 6233.and i got many other problems from there.it was a very bad experiance...so please try to give ur nokia phones in any other service centers.

                    i have purchesed n85 in march2009 but it is not working properly i contacted to service center mandi himachal but they were unable to load full software, i have visited twice but they says that the new version of nokia n85 is not available, they formeted twice but the set is still slow, and without engage soft ware i have alredy submitted my complaint to you but no responce received yet my mobile no is [protected] & imei is [protected]

                        Having seen your promotion campaign, We had purchased in the month of July, one pc Nokia N97, based on your assurances, and brand image, .Probabaly we were too much carried away with your promotion campaign and wanted to buy new launched N97.Having purchased it we started facing problems related to, hangups, low battery life, connectivity mixups etc..., inshort it was not at all satisfactory performance against your talll claims in ads.

                        We approached your Vapi (Gujarat) nokia shop, and we were given satisfactory replies by Mr Abhishek, as to make N97 perform as it should, we handed over phone on 31st July, vide service job sheetno[protected]/090801/33(copy attached) and till date we have not heard any thing else except that instrument has been sent to Delhi for further varification, repair, new softwear, etc...

                        As fan and admirer of Nokia I expected a reply in this effect as what is status of my phone!as a customer atleast i need feed back and why should a brand new just launched high end new phone requires this? In absence of phone we had to buy immidiately another phone, and we have mental stress on this bad experience, now I would takeup matter at different level regarding customers wooes, and not given product and services as to be given by Nokia, and that too is not expected from such a brand concious company whose products and services are rated so high!!!

                        I hope you understand customer better, please dont make customer run for help.I will talk to my lawer on this if required.

                          if this was US i wouldn't be writing this . i would have gone to a court and won for your sloppy and highly irresponsible behaviour towards your customer . it is the third time i submitted my phone for repair under warrenty and as usual your people in nokia care khammam told to wait 15-20 days for me to get my phone back. the problems the phone has are 1. abrupt call disconnection and showing low signal in high signal areas 2.flash keeps turning on even after i turn it off 3. the panel around the screen lost its paint when i got back the phone from you last time . if you people have any tiniest sense of customer wellbeing do something about it as fast as you can. i hope it is not too much of my asking for you to do your job right .

                          Nokia N81 — repeated complaint

                          i bought nokia n81 in august 2008, on 15 june 2009 there was a problem with the keys.
                          i took the set to the nokia customer care centre where i was told that there is some problem with slider strip.
                          the set is under waranty but the slider strip was not replaced under waranty as i was told that this is a physical damage due to excessive use and i was made to pay rupee 1800.

                          this is my repeated complaint but there is no feedback.

                          please look it to the matter as i will take the matter with the consumer court india.

                          Nokia N81 — late response

                          I've given my nokia n81 for service in nokia care madurai(near aarthi hotel). Authorities promised to return my mob by 17th of june but til date i haven received my mob. When i called them back they extended the period byone more week. concerned authorities pl try to be punctual in returning the mobile phones back to the clients at right time.

                          Nokia N81 — Improper service

                          Hi,

                          I am Karthik from Chennai. I bought a Nokia N81 Mobile from an direct Nokia dealer called Rocky agencies which is located opposite to the famous Sathyam cinema in Chennai.

                          Before the mobile completed one year warranty period i got it serviced thrice from the Nokia service center at free of cost. I got it serviced thrice for the same problem. I got the same problem even after the warranty period expired. When i went back to the service center to ask for the rectification, they said i have to pay Rs.850/- to get it rectified. When i asked what is the problem with the mobile they said that, the mobile has got software problem because of internet usage. As the mobile has an Symbian OS, they said their are no chances for virus in the mobile.

                          My query is if they (Nokia) are not able to build a tough mobile which is not tough enough to withstand challenges, at least they should provide proper service as the problem should not occur in future. But either of the things didn't happen and i sold the mobile for 3000 which i bought for 15,237 one year before. Their improper service cost me this much. Now i am happy with a Sony Ericsson mobile, which is tough enough to handle all situations.

                          So people please think of this in mind before going for a Nokia mobile. I feel only mobiles below price range of 2000 Rs. is worth to be bought in Nokia. Their service sucks like their product.

                          Nokia N81 — Ur executive did it DOA

                          I have purchased a nokia n81 and its one key is not working. I gave it to nokia care for service but they did it DOA. We have submit this handset on 22 feb and yet not ready to provide my handsets.

                            keypad not working properly. 7.8, 9 keys are not working properly.I Have repared 4to 5 times from serive center but these problem always occur . I have purchase these set from tudor air link systems from meerut but i m facing lot of problrm recarding these set so kindly take strict action to my complaint.

                              I recently bought E 71 ...its nt even 2 week old that it has started giving problems. I was playing a game on it and it suddenly froze..its on/off switch also didn't work..i had to manually remove the battery . also lately it has started hanging when i receive a call. Nokia has really disappointed users coz of its frequent hang problems in most of its phones.

                              Nokia / E71 — non repairing under warranty

                              I had bought nokia E-71 on 28/01/09 (IMEI NO [protected]) i was facing automatically restarting problem with the handset and power switch was also not working, so i visited nokia care centre at kalkaji,new delhi on 14 sep.09.later on they deny to repair the handset under warranty, was asked to pay 2500/. and also to sign the dead risk slip(by signing that i can not claim any thing even if hand set gets damage permanently)
                              They claim liquid damage in hand set,however the hand is in working condition i had taken it back from them and seeking help from forum in this matter.

                              MY DISPLAY OF E71 HAS BEEN BROKEN.WHAT WILL BE D PRICE?
                              i m consumer of E71. its battery life is very poor.it takes so many time to charge and discharge quickly, so irritating.its costing 20000 is it justified.why i should n't go 4 d consumer case.
                              i have e 71 bought 6 month back, there was no problem initially but suddenly it began to hangs when anyone call me i can't receive or reject call only i can do is remove battery and restart, i does't upgrade software as others say may a cause of problem.i m doctor its very disturbing when you cant receive a urgent call

                                  i am mukesh kumar from jammu. I purchage nokia 6500
                                  slide on 24 may 09 with defect memory card related problem & hang up problem. Dealer refuse to change it. I deposit it to nokia care on 08 jun 09 & received it on 25 jun 09. Memory card problem solved but hang up problem not . After five days it totely switch off and not switch on . I deposit it again to nokia care on 13 jul 09 & received it on 03 aug 09. When i check it it has problem same, i tell the matter to nokia care. & request to replace it. They send it again delhi on same day 03 aug 09. Sir it is requested to change the mobile due to defect again and again. After purchage the mobile i am not getting result of it and other way i am harrasing to go nokia care again and again.., please c check the matter and solve my problem. My mobile details-

                                    I have recently purchased nokia 5800 xpress music very first day t started giving proble of memory full i asked to customer care they have only upgrade software no answer on this problem i found this problem in all nokia 5800 handset if nokia know that this is the problem than why they have supplied this handset in indian market without solving problem i want to replace my handset
                                    1. After putting headphone the screeen vibration stops working.
                                    2. In text message smilies are not provided.
                                    3. 4 keys keep glowing when I watch a movie that is a bit irritating.
                                    4. Sometimes applications disappear from the applications folder and never comes back even after reinstallation or restarting
                                    5. Sometimes contacts on SIM doesnt appear but they comes after a restarts ...very irritating!!!
                                    6. MOST IRRITATING...the music player -sometime it keeps on showing adding media files and reains on' 0 files added' untill we hit stop.
                                    7. In media player sometime it doesnt play the mp3 files which it was able to play half n before.and stop recognizing them.
                                    Problems i felt in 30v of firmware..
