Respected sir,
I under signed Mr. Vivek Mehta had purchased the above nokia mobile NO 3110 & IMEI NO [protected] from Croma, Centre square mall Vadodara-390023 on dated16/8/08 & the copy of tax invoice is enclosed herewith for your kind information & verification. The above mobile phone Equipment started its display erratic behavior/ malfunctioning without any mechanical damage of the same. The same problem I had referred to the nokia service centre & necessary part replacement was carried out. Warranty of my phone is still continue.eventhough your company charged me Rs.1279/- . This is not fair for your prestigious Nokia phone company. So I would like to make you humble request for the repayment of the charge taken by you within warranty period. If the same request is not considered within 7 days then the situation will compel me to approach consumer protection cell & the all liabilities will be at the risk & cost of your company.
I request your care centre to provide me bill for the same charge but they denied. This is also violation of sale tax and service tax rules.

Nokia/3110C — Cell Malfunction

I bought the cell in June 07. After 2 months, my cell stopped sending any voice. I went to Nokia center in Panjagutta, Hyderabad, who took my cell and they repaired and returned it back to me after 3 months. Now again my cell is malfunctioning. It gets heated up. Also key pad is not working now and the kind of service I get at your care center is worst. So request you to kindly look into this matter as an urgent matter and let me know the solution for this.
Ya, Even when I am trying to connect it Says the device you attached has malfunction, pls check the cable or replace the device, i checked and even replaced the cable and even comps but i face same problem, one of the service centre guy told i had to flash my device, now its only 2 months old and i have to flash,

And that same guy told me that there are several others issue are with 3110c, like it gets restarted automatically, even if you remove your Micro Mini card.

Would you can tell me the solution for this stuff.

NOKIA 3110 — camera not operating

my camera has stopped working today.it goes into standby state whenever i try to take a snap.it happened while i was taking pics in a park.what to do, how to get it working?

    the phone's display light was not working so i gave my phone for repair in the service centre in preet vihar..firstly the service entre did not tell me what the problem was neither was i given any estimate ...i was promised a call from the executive about the details of repair ...but after a few days when no call wass recieved i called the cantre to which i got a reply that the phone cannot be repaired and when i asked why was i not informed they had no appropriate answer to the question...so is there ne way to make the company realise that undue ..harrasment and mental tension i have gone through .

    I purchased this handset on 1st of sept 2008. just after 2 days o[censored]se i founded that wenever i open the gps in the mobile it start hanging and that to so badly ki it wont even switch off if it got hanged once ...

    that same very day i even opened the new box of bluetooth and tried to pair it with my handset and i failed to do so becoz it didnt started even for once ..it was almost dead ...

    i took the handset to the nokia at ansal plaza above mentioned adress..and they told me that they cant do anything regarding the handset, i have to take it to the nokia servise centre at green park...and they said that they will change the bluetoth right now ...the boy from RPG CELLUCOM tok out 3 or 4 new peices of bluetooth and try but misrably no one of the new bluetooth worked as if it was a store for the old and obsolete things...

    thye had asked me the adress so as they can send me the bluetooth on my adress but after waiting for more than a week no one came to me instead i called them up and asked for the bluetooth then the guy from there replied to me that he was busy with his work...

    i went to the nokia sales centre at green park S-10 GREEN PARK EXTENSION, NEAR UPPAHAAR CINEMA.NEW DELHI...110019.

    I WENT THERE ON 06/09/08 and after waiting there for more than 3 hours i went to the guy who was already been abused by so many other customers for cheating them, not handling their handsets to them on the mentioned date...i asked that man to change my set he said i cant do anything ...

    on warned of going to the court for this, he said sir u have got all the options with u u can go where ever u want ...and has given me a jobsheeet with an expected date of return is 09/09/08 ...

    i went there on the mentioned date ie.09/09/08 and i was told that the handset is not ready and will be given to u after 7 days ie...16/09/08 ...

    Then again on 16/09/08 a cal came and a girl told me that it will again take 4 more days for the handset to be repaired ...which she means i will get on 20/09/08...

    Then again i called up on 20/09/08 again they said its not yet repaired ...

    i just wanted to ask is that company nokia ruling our independent nation or they have come to make us feel embarresment of allowing them to come and do business here in india ...

    sir pls help me and get my handset replaced ..i have purchsed that handset with so much of curosity but all in vain ...pls help me i would be really gratefull to u ...
    Hello Friend,

    I am also one of the troubled NOKIA customers. I was been gifted E71 by my dad. In less than a month one of the keys started developing the crack. Also, the cover they provided is grradually getting torn. Truly the quality is deteriorating. NOKIA cant assure about quality of the products they sell and add on is pathetic customer service @ care centers.

    Looking forward this forum gets some peace and justice to the money spent on NOKIA E71

      I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

      I lost my mobile phone while travelling in A57 bus which started from Broadway at 8.30 pm on July 14, 2009. When I got down at Moolakkadai at 9.15 pm I found my cell phone missing. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

      I blocked the outgoing calls from my mobile as soon as it is lost and I got the duplicate sim (for the same number [protected]) from aircel on Thursday (16th July, 2009).
      Kindly request you to trace and find the mobile. Please block the mobile using the IMEI number mentioned above.

      Please treat this as my complaint and I request to take necessary action to get back the mobile. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

        i am the marketinh head in a medical equipment company Infinity Mediquip India.I purchased an Nokia 7610 Supernova phone from Nokia outlet in the Mid of march.Since the very frist day It had outgoing sound cracking problem.

        On 2nd aprill I went to Sec-3 Rohini mangalam palace -Nokia service centre with my complaint after waiting for 1 hour and the service person told me that this is the problem with the old software installed in it I have a new version that I will update and then your cracking prblem will be over.

        After around 1 week o[censored]sage I found that all the people are complaining again about the voice cracking and this time the camera also stopped woking and went to stanby permanently.I stopped using the phone because it was killing my business and decided to go to nokia centre which is again a horrifying experiance.

        On July mid I went to another good service centre at Kohat Enclave pitam Pura Delhi and told them that I am not satisfied with the new handset and please repair these problems.

        The person told me that we can not repair this set being a hardware problem but we have updated your software and your cracking problem will disappear.he also suggested me that use the phone without camera and you can get it repaired after some time because you have enough warrenty period.(This is a stupid suggestion If I would need a phone without camera I dont need to spend 11000 Rs)

        I requested them to give me a copy of the work sheet but they refused and said that as the phone is still not Ok we can not issue worksheet.After many discussions they gave me the coupen for visiting Nokia care.

        I think the Nokia service centres are trying to pass the warrenty period by giving sweet candies to me.because they know every one can not go to them daily and spend his complete day wasting his time.

        At this time I am not using that phone .the camera is not working and the phone has outgoing cracking problem.

        I also claim that the talktime of the phone is less than 2 hours since very first day.I have a copy of my job sheet of my first visit to Nokia Service centre within 1 month of purchasre of phone.

        I wish to send this phone back to Nokia and Request Nokia to give me replacement for this faulty phone.

        Nokia — Faulty phone replace

        I have purchased nokia 5310 xpress phone on 7/04/08 but after 1 hour cell was display no network.and then i was go to the nokia care centre but they said your fone will go to HCL and contact us with 10-15 days.
        this is not a way .
        How can I replace my phone.

        Nokia 7610 Supernova — Faulty Handset

        Hi,

        I really don't know where to start from because I am really really upset with pathetic services received from Nokia. I bought Nokia Handset 7610 Supernova on 28/Sep/08 from Nokia Priority Delaer (Rohini) but I found handset is faulty as call disconnects while talking so I submitted my Handset at Nokia Care Center GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS, District Center on 06/Oct/08 (Job Sheet :[protected]/081006/39)with delivery date of 21/Oct/08 thats the day & till today i have not got a concrete reply from GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS people apart from that I should say they really don't know how to deal with customers. Employees of this center acts like a courier company becasue according to them they have delivered my handset to the Head Office now they dont know what is happening to this handset. So finally I decided to call Nokia Customer Care & I lodged a complaint under complaint number # 2-3G6Y5X where she asked me to wait for another 2 days. Now I called up after 2 days & got to know that this Handset is non repairable & I will get replacement for the same so NOKIA took 24 days to declare that the handset is non repairable & that too after lodging a complaint in customer care. Above all I am really shocked to know that I have to again get in touch with Nokia Care Center for replacement of the HandSet. This is absolutely rediculous I really don't understand why you can't get me replacement from the Nokia Priorty Dealer.

        And as expected, Nokia Care Center again told me that they don't have any update about the replacement of the Handset & I got the same reply "jab ayega to mil jayega" (you will get it once it is fixed & received by us)

        So finally I got in touch with Mr Suresh Yadav (somebody who claims to be owner of that center) who promised me to provide me with atleast a camera phone till the time I dont receive my handset to celebrate Diwali festival but all in vain once again. This gentelman doesn't even care to pick my call Now Diwali is over & there is no information when would I receive my handset from this center.

        I thought Nokia being leader of Asia Market will provide exceptional services to their customers specially to those customers who have bought newly launched product but I am really sorry to say that Nokia is even not upto the mark in their services being an international brand.

        On 05/Nov I called & got to know that replacement is done & I can collect the phone. But as expected from NOKIA, all people working in NOKIA dont have eyes & years as I got handset black & mahroon combination which is very cheap my handset's combination was white & purple. They said I have to wait for another 1 week, now today is 17/Nov/08 & they still dont have any update on it.


        I have made neumerous phone calls to NOKIA but never got return call yet. I would really appreciate if someone update me over the phone about the status.

        Can anybody give me Nokia's Delhi Head number to get this resolved

        Nokia 7610 Supernova — replacement of phone

        i purchased my nokia phone on 14 april 2009 bt it immediately it started giving me problem.the speaker n calculator of the phone are not working properly .i went to nokia care shadipur branch 3 times but no action was bieng taken regarding my phone.i submited my phone for replacement bt everytime they repair it and give it to me.now the condition of my new phone has become so much bad .i filed the complaint in the nokia company also but no action has been taken over there also.now whether the phone is working properly or not i want to get it replaced.kindly take some action soon.

        Nokia 7610 Supernova — Inability to hear the voice Clearly

        I live in Amritsar(Punjab) and I bought this set in Ludhiana(Sarabha Nagar Mkt. Showroom) on 10th May 2009. It costed me a months salary. I returned to Amritsar on 11th and I was very disappointed to find that I was unable to communicate on the phone because I couldnt hear anything properly. So, I informed the showroom on the same day.They told me to bring the phone back.Due to some professional tie-ups, I was unable to go until 21st June.They kept the phone for one day and returned it to me on 22nd telling me that the problem had been taken care of by the Nokia Service CenteR, Ludhiana(Nr. Krishna Mandir).
        I also procured the document from the Service Center. Now, after all this, I am facing another problem i.e.the ringing volume of the incoming call is not loud enough and also the battery now has to be recharged almost everyday where before I didn't need to do that for three-four days. I don't know what is the problem but I'm not at all satisfied with the product and would like to get it replaced. The experience has not at all been a pleasant seeing that I spent so much on it and also everyone in my family has a Nokia Phone and no one has faced any problem.Now, I surely won't recommend anyone to buy this phone.Please do the needful.

        Nokia 7610 Supernova — memory problem

        i m pallavi mahajan from jammu.....i bought a nokia 7610 supernova on 20th january 2009.....the problem is that on the net its internal memory is given to be 64mb but in real its internal memory is 26.7mb only....its totally a fraud, nokia is cheating people like this....once i have told the regional manager about this but no action has been taken yet....i went so mant times to nokia care but they always say that we have talked about this in the company.....i told them to replace my set, but now its almost an year and i purchased the cell for Rs.10,800, nw i want the money back....i am going to the court also to launch a complaint....my no is [protected]

        Nokia — DISCONNECTS WHILE TALKING

        Purchased a Nokia 2700 Black - [protected] on 15th March, 2010 from UniverCell, Ameerpet, Hyderaabad vide invoice no. 397030. After 3 weeks' o[censored]sage, the call gets disconnected automatically. Given handset to Mobi Quest , Nokia Care, Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad on 21st April - token no. 8. After repairs, they have handed over the handset to me to check and it was found the same problem continues. Again I visited them and understand, the set has to be sent to Channai and it will take 15 days. In lieu of this they said they will give a temporary handset as a stop gap arrangement.

        I am really surprised to note that a new phone starts giving trouble within a month's time. I feel, Nokia should replace the Set immediately instead of asking the customer to visit umpteen number of times. I am 65 years old and the Company cannot expect a person of this age to go on visiting the place so many times.

        I would request you to immediately to instruct the concerned to replace the Set without any further delay.

        For your information, I am using (now used by my wife) Nokia 1100 from past 5 and a half years and so far I have not encountered any problem, except I changed the battery recently before purchasing a new Set.

        I purchased a NOKIA E-72 golden colour set from Mobile Shoppe, Shopprix Mall, sector 61 Noida on 2nd April 2010. The backgroung colour if the phone is fading out from inside the phone to black which is a manufacturing defect.
        The Nokia Care centre at Sector -10 Noida is refusing to replace or repair the set.
        Please advice.

            I used to send & receive mail thro rediffmail. But last few days I could not do so. Whenever I try to connect user name & pass word asked, then it try to connect then again user name & pass word asked & the process repeats.

            I have purchased a Nokia N82-1 Black handset on 1st October 2009 with IMEI [protected](Product Code 0561049).
            Next month onwards, I am having complaints with its internal headset.The problem is that, while on a call, the sound
            breaks, lags or sometimes no sound.Also the handset hangs and restarts often while on operation.I had given the
            handset to Nokia Care (LM Service, Kochuparangottu Buildings, T B Road, Kottayam, Kerala, India) soon and got it repaired
            after a week.After somedays, the same complaints came back.Again I gave the handset to them and the same process
            continued 3 times again.They make some adjustments with the handset and gives back as usual everytime.

            On 17 July 2009, the fourth time time I had given the hanset with Job Sheet No[protected]/090717/1 to the same Nokia Care.
            They told me they are handing over the handset to Nokia Care Head Office at NewDelhi this time for repair which I
            suggested them last 2 times when the handset was given for repair.And till now I have no information about its status.

            A handset which is of comparatively good price which I have purchased coz of my desire to have an N-series is with the
            Nokia repair section for nearly 2 months(total days during the 4 times of repair).And that too happened before the warranty
            expires(in 10 months time).Shame of you Nokia for your product quality and poor customer service.And I have no belief the
            complaint will be rectified this time atleast.The warranty exists 2 months more(to become 1 year) and if the complaint
            comes again, they will charge me for the repair.Actually I don't have any idea what to do, and so I invite your kind
            attention in this matter.

                Dear sir / Madam,

                This is to bring to your kind notice that, it is very surprising and at the same time shocking that Nokia care center located in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, does not maintain spares for the models of nokia handsets. I have approached your nokia care center with a complaint of display problem in my Nokia 5610 d handset which is under warranty. The engineer checked the handset and confirmed that the display has to be changed and the LCD display set is out of stock and can only be expected after 2 weeks. I have patiently waited for two weeks and when I revisited the service center, they have requested me to leave the handset with them for a thorough check and replacement of LCD. I have agreed and the engineer has asked me to give a call after two days and said that it would be rectified and cleared. But when I have called him he said there is one more spare required which has to be replaced and said that the stock of which is not available and would take 2 weeks again.

                1) In this context I would like to question that why stocks of these model phone are not maintained?? and will this take 15 days every time to find out what spare is required and to replace it?? If this is the case, the customer has to give his handset to Nokia care for atleast 2-3 months to sort out all his problems.

                This leads to utmost dissatisfaction of the customer and the reputation of Nokia service bites dust..
                This is unacceptable and leads the customers to a consumer forum to get their right..

                I request you to pls take corrective action on this and stocks are well maintained and the customers are treated properly by the engineers.

                My problem in the handset is still not rectified and the handset is still with your service center. If this is not sorted out immediately, I will be forced to see a consumer forum locally. For the details about the complaint please revert back on mail to me, I can provide the details of the jobsheet.

                  Hi

                  I have purchased a Nokia 5800 in late Feb this year. There seemed to be some initial problem with the phone's memory because of which I had to go back to the dealer in less than a week of purchase of the phone. In fact, it took me 4 visits over the first 3 weeks to get the issue sorted out.
                  The phone worked fine for a few months and then again it started showing memory issue - after every SMS it would flash a message saying 'no memory left, close some applications and try again'. With the result that I had to switch off and restart the phone almost 3-4 times every day.
                  I went back to the dealer, who checked for virus and then since no virus was found, asked me to get software reinstalled at a Nokia Care outlet.
                  I went to Nokia Care, and after two visits and waiting for over 2 hrs, i got the software reinstalled.
                  Two days after this was done the memory issue has come up again. I am again having to restart my phone after receiving an SMS or call..

                  I expect Nokia to make better phones and if I spend close to 20, 000 rupees on a phone, I should not have to keep going back and forth trying to get it fixed.

                  I would like to get a new instrument to replace this faulty one, at the earliest. Having been a Nokia customer for over 10 years, I certainly expect better from the country's most valuable and trusted brand.

                  I agree with you Pooja... NOKIA is trying to dispose off their faulty handsets in India... The gullible customers in India is being cheated by NOKIA. I have faced similar experience with my NOKIA 5800 Express Music & I swear that I will never trust this company& will discourage others to buy it's product.

                    i purchased nokia n-78 on 16/7/08...imei no-[protected]. item-002d198.the phone was functioning all well and a minor problem occured...half of the lights of the key pad went off suddenly..and since the handset was in warranty i gave it to nokia care...at sector 7 panchkula booth no-36...M/S cyber tech info systems..the staff was very cooperative and attended very well..took the cell and gave me jobsheet with loner set...my job sheet no is...[protected]/090707/36 dated 7th july-09 time. 17:06hrs...they said the transreciver will be sent to nodia the main nokia service centre and...to my surprise today they recived the handset back today[protected]...not reparied...tampred with cracks on the display sheet..with no comments that why the problem was not solved...is this what nokia is all about..i hereby refuse to take back the handset...and want it to be repaired or replaced within one weeks time...failing which i will be forced to file a complaint with consumer forum...if you requrie the copy of the bill and jobsheet can also be produced

                    the silver colour arround the navi weel is removing.i know it is a sencetive key.i just want to know that the removel of that coating effect the free scrolling option

                      I am Haresh Darji from Mumbai, on 24/04/2009 I bought Nokia E75 model from Nokia's authorised sales shop "Foneman (a division of M/S. B. R. Peripherals)" in 17/18, Mangalkunj, Opp Indraprastha Shopping Centre, Borivali (W), Mumbai - 400092. With in a month outer frame of my mobile phone was broke due to poor quality of materials used. I went to above-mentioned Nokia's sales and services shop but treatment with me was very bad and they ask me to go to Nokia's services centre in Borivali, when I went there there was very much mis management of services personnel and customer were not handled properly, only 4 attendents were in shops for about 150 people arround for various complains. It tooks n hour to attend my complain about broken frame, and finally they said this services is not covered in warrenty and count my complain in physical damage and ask me to pay Rs 1, 125 to change new frame. I refused and walked out.

                      Nokia sales people do not infom about this when I bought phone, If any poor parts and material used in
                      Nokia phone and broke immediatley after buy one have to pay from the day one. This is ridiculous, I am not too happy about E75 after spent Rs 26, 500 and no warranty covered for out frame.

                      Nokia E-75 — Sale of Defective Handset,Poor after Sales Service & Fraud in replacement of parts.

                      This mail is reference to poor services & product offered by Nokia to its customer.

                      Here I would like to once again highlight complete issue for your better understanding.

                      1.I am Territory Manager in one of the leading MNC of India & for business purpose I bought E-75.

                      2.In August 2009 I bought E-75 fm Mobile Store Bhopal worth Rs 25,000.(IMEI No : [protected]).

                      3.On 17th June 2010,display of my mobile suddenly went off,I approached to Nokia Care Centre at Jabalpur (Sapna Telecom) who said that there is some internal
                      damage happened in Display Screen & they have to Change it.I was bit surprise as without any external damage how cum my Display screen damaged internally.
                      They have also told me that breakage or damages are not covered under warranty period.

                      4.I am on senior profile & handling more then 150 employees of the company.Switching off mobile for one day means huge loss of business for me.Hence just to
                      avoide any further delay ,I approved them to change display of my mobile.Surprisingly they changed display in just 5 minutes & haven't shown me the damaged peice .
                      When I asked them to give me replaced part but they said that Nokia is not having policy to give replaced parts to the customers.
                      They charged 2502/- for that display change that too in warranty period.Just to infom you that all this happened without any Jobsheet & in your customer contact
                      history there are no records available for change of display on above IMEI number [protected],which I Confirmed with Nokia care at Bhopal.Please find the
                      receipt no. 4680 in the attached scanned document.

                      5.After that my mobile started creating problems & wasn't running smoothly,wen approached again to Nokia care they told me that it was b'coz of new part
                      replaced part & will run smoothly after some time.Ideally they have cheated me b'coz they have never ever replaced Display of my hndset & used my same display
                      by correcting small problem.For that they charged Rs 2502/-

                      6.On 6th July 2009,I was going to Sydney (Australia) on official trip & at Airport itself display of my mobile again Vanished.In the whole trip I couldn't remained
                      connected with my family & business associates in India.It was big business & emotional loss I faced during those 6 days just b'coz of NOKIA.I returned fm
                      Sydney on 11th & approached Nokia Care (Sapna Telecom).This time they told me there is some slider belt problem which is not available with them & will
                      need 5-7 days to repair above mobile.On 12th June 2009 (Exactly after 24days of display change) they have taken my mobile for repalcement of parts & generated
                      Job sheet No.[protected]/100712/26 with a 5-7 days commitment of handing over my mobile to me.(Copy is attached with Scan Docs)

                      7. After 7 days I made so many calls & visits to Nokia care for delivery of my Mobile but they said they haven't recieved parts yet.

                      8.On 19th july I also registered my Complaint on Nokia Customer Care No.[protected] which is
                      still not resolved.I was without my mobile for almost a month,after lots of follow ups & your help I got my mobile on 10th of August (after almost 29 days).They
                      again charged me Rs 1331 (attached is the copy of bill no.5070 dated 10/08/2010).At that time only my legal advisor suggested to raise this issue to consumer
                      forum but again I consoled my self as I was not having that free time.

                      9. On 21st Oct 2010 I went to Singapore on Official trip & during this trip again my display gone & again I was totally helpless,was not connected to my family &
                      business for almost 6days.Now I am in India & my E-75 handset is totally off.It is showing no display & also not getting on.There is huge loss of business I faced
                      in last few months just b'cpz of poor product & service quality of NOKIA.For me slogan of Nokia shud not be Connecting People,rather it should be
                      "Disconnecting & Disappointing People"

                      9.Today I again registered my complaint with Nokia call centre (Complaint Id 1/[protected]).If requried I can also provide you copy of my passport which
                      will prove my immigration to Sydney & Singapore during above stated dates.

                      Looking into all the business losses & mental harrasement which I faced in the last 3 months due to poor Product & Servises of Nokia ,I have decided to launch my complaint to Consumer forum.

                      My Overall Greivance which I have with Nokia are :-
                      A.Sale of Poor Quality Product that too in premium Price band of INR 25000.
                      B.Poor after sales service network.Leading brand like Nokia took 29 days to return my mobile that too after rigrous follow up.
                      C.Promoting Unethical business practices ,cheating there customers by charging for replacement of parts which ideally never replaced.
                      D.Causing losses & mental Harrasment to there customers by selling poor products & services.
                      E.Pathetic Customer Care & Call Centre services,never reply back to the customer on his grievances & also as per defined TAT.
                      F.Inefficient & untrained servicing staff not able to fix up problems in one go.


                      I am highly disappointed with the services of Nokia & I will never ever suggest anyone in my Company/Peer group to buy NOKIA in near future.When you are doing this
                      with high end user customers like me who bought mobile of Rs 25000/- then I am really afraid with the kind of service nokia provides to ur customer of middle segment.
                      Also to make consumers more aware about your such pathetic services I am planning to publish story of your all services & cheating in local newspapers along with all
                      supportings.

                      The product & services which Nokia promised & provided to me is totally breach of service contract & Hence I am forced to register this issue to Consumer Forum
                      for all the losses & mental harrasement I faced just b'coz of your product & services.

                      This mail was just to register my complaint formally to Nokia & concerned authorities who are responsible for my greivance.

                      my elder brother purchase a nokia handset (e 5) on 17/2/2011 from hot spot mobile gallery at hisar ( haryana) and give it to me to use after one week it starts creating problem like hanging , re-starting , not setup of email and blinking . I submit this set to nokia care situated green square market hisar (marvelous). They got updated software four times in one month and handed over to me but problems were same .I again submitted it to nokia care same and they send it to nokia company after 18 days they handed over it to me but problems were same again . I submitted it again on 5th may 2011. They again send it to nokia company and nokia executive call me on 14 may and told me we will get ur problem solved by giving a new nokia e5 against ur set. But they h’nt send it yet. I become very very bother with nokia company
                      and I want my cash back as soon as possible

                          I had purchased a NOKIA 6500 Slide last year. Due to some reason most of the keypad buttons were not working. When I reported the issue to Customer Care, the cost of repairs was put to 1600 plus taxes. I do not understand the reason for the unreasonably high cost of repairs. Whats more shocking is the bahovior of the Customer Care personnel who simply asked whether I want to get it done or should the phone be returned.

                          Looks like NOKIA does not care for its customers any more. Being the market leader does not give it the right to take customers for a ride.

                          The Customer Care representative says the retail oulet that I purchased the mobile from (HOTSPOT) sells tampered mobilr phones. Does the company think that customers are damn fools and believe what ever nonsense they say.

                          I have decided never ever to purchase any HCL or NOKIA product in future.

                          Nokia 6500 Slide — Poor Service Quality

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am very old customer of Nokia with believe that nokia provides the best services But sorry to say I am hurt from response of Nokia People and bad quality of services. I have submitted my Nokia 6500 Side (IMEI no. [protected]) to Nokia Care Center (Welcome, Metro Station Delhi)on 03.07.2008. My phone Camera was not working properly & its back cover was loose. Executive says that it is Hardware problem and will take maximum 7 days to repair and He gave us the following no. for phone status.

                          Nokia / 6500 s — Poor Customer Service @ Nokia Care

                          First time contacted Nokia care (Basavanagudi Gandhi Bazar Main Road) on 5th Jan 2009 (Job Sheet number 090105/33). Last Job sheet number is 090128/2214.

                          My mobile had been switching off automatically after 5 -10 minutes. They called me saying that it got repaired. I collected and after 5 min same problem reoccurred. I went there at least 8-10 times during that week. Finally they told me that it will take 20 days for battery replacement. Again problem was as it is when I have been contacted saying that problem got resolved.

                          It was 28 Jan 2009 when they told me that Hand Set needs to be sent to Delhi Head office for new replacement with due date of 14 Feb 2009.

                          On 13th Feb they contacted me and asked to collect the repaired hand set, when I told it should be replaced by new on they argued saying that problem has been rectified at Delhi Head Office.

                          5-10 minutes after collecting the repaired set it was giving the same problem.

                          I became very tired due to multiple time harassment that to going personally so many times from the office jeopardizing my important meetings & critical work.

                          I told the local Manager Mr. Kumar that why cannot you recommend and get me the new replacement instead harassing me. He behaved very badly and told me that you are not my relative and take back your hand set and do whatever you want.

                          Nokia 6500 Slide — inferior quality of part & unaccountability from nokia care centre

                          I had purchase one nokia 6500 slide on 04- 09-08 from HOTSPOTS RETAILS LTD west patel ngr nd-8.Few days back my phone stopped taking charging & getting restart, for which i visited nokia care centre add:Bunglow no.02, main patel rd, west patel ngr nd-8 phone:45041900 & they took my phone inside their service room for checking.After half an hour they came & told me that a camara start (chip)button was broken from inside (from the mother board), where as there was no external damage to the phone not even a single scartch.After much request & pursuation people there were not ready to admit any fault of their.Where as there was no trouble with the camara of the phone.
                          It is necessary to mention that (engineer) ADARSH YADAV & (centre manager) HEMANT ARORA were very rude & misbehaved with me when i simply asked them to give me in written the reason for which i had booked my phone & the fault they found in my phone.
                          Now they had put my phone under no warrenty, only they had given me in writting that my camara switch is broken from inside only.
                          I fail to under stand how did a chip detached from motherboard which has four solder points on it.Plz look into the metter as it was my hard earned money from which i bought this phone and now i am very diappointed & depressed from the behaviour of nokia care staff an the product qwality which i got from nokia.
                          Plz do the needful as soon as possible.

My friend presented a nokia 6500 sliding phone 3months back. my friend purchased it in saudi aravia. on the bill and nokia booklet it has mentioned that 2years warranty and service is there. today morning while i tried to switch on the mobile it didnt worked. so i went to your service center Silicon mobile services, babu khan mall, shop no.111, 1st floor, muncipal no. 6-3-1111, opp. kalaniketan wedding mall, somajiguda circle, hyderabad-500082.iam the 1st person who visited the store today. by seeing my phone they said it doesnt come under national warranty. i should check it freely in saudi arabia only. then i shown the bill and every thing but no use. they are talking smoothly. by checking my phone they said with in 2 minutes of time only. there is a problem in mother board and i should pay 650/- and tomorrow evening i can take my phone back. but i didnt taken the service. after coming back to home. i switched on the mobile . its working normally. the way your service centre people are behaving is not at all good. when my phone is in normal condition how can they tell that 650/- i should pay n there is problem in mother board. do ur company people doesnt know how to repair, n whats the problem. when it is in world wide service how can they ask me to pay the amount. i want ur reply.

                            I purchased 7210 supernova from mobile store swimming pool kolkata on July 12, 2009 next day i found speaker is not working properly so i went to mobile store they asked me to go Nokia care saltlake sector V. On 15th i went Nokia care and they agreed that problem persist and they told me that speaker will be replaced but i want my mobile to be replaced but they are not ready for it.So plz take action againts such stores who are harrasing people.

                            nokia 7210 supernova — hanging at startup

                            My nokia 7210 supernova turned off after doing some bluetooth transaction and after that when ever start the phone, it shows nokia splash screen and then shows standby screen for 2-3 sec and then turns off automaticaly. my battery is ok. please help me.

                                i have purchased mobile from chhabra communication opp. bus-stand sangrur on[protected], product name nokia 3110 IME NO [protected], its battery is not working properly, and it becomes fat by default, i charged my mobile only 2 hours daily, but now it is not giving back up also, i went nokia care center bakshi nagar jammu and i said them this battery is not working properly and it becomes fat by default but they said we will not replace it, i said why they said, u replace this battery from where u purchase (city) i said but nokia care center is giving service all over india but they said it will replace from sangrur punjab only not only, not any other place when i said i will complaint against u then they said ok we will replace but u go sangrur and put battery no. on it then we will replace, i said it is very far place and its fare is near about 400 to go and and 400 to come back, but they r not agree to replace, sir /madam i want to ask u this is the responsibility of nokia care center to give proper service to their customer but they r not ready to give service, i have seen mostly bills, in that bills there is no battery no. is written then it is fault of shopkeeper and nokia company because they should ask to dealer /shopkeeper to put battery no. when any body buy mobile from you, if any body is buying mobile from delhi then other state will not provide service to them and if there is no battery no. is written on bill then he/she will go to delhi to put battery no. on it, i think u should take strict action against them, u should talk with BAKSHI NAGAR NOKIA CARE CENTER JAMMU IS PHONE NO IS

                                I wish to brought following information in your kind notice:

                                2. From 18.09.2008 onwards my set battery back up time not with stand. That is my set operating only communication mode not others application the battery indication in the display is reduced from 55Minutes.After 1Hr 09Minutes set is switched off automatically for low battery indication.ii report to Univercell Shope .He give direction to Teleport Nokia care Trichy . In the care center my set software is updated two times and battery also repleased. This work was done by care center three times (two times software updated & one time battery repleased).Still my problem not solved. Then care center send my set to company on 10.11.2008 Vide job Sheet number[protected]/081110/37 for repair works. 14.11.2008 set was received from company thro' care centre. But my problem not solved. Then approach to care centre. The care centre receive my set and send to company in the same job sheet number on 17.11.2008.I also send email to company on 25.11.2008 vide my email address [protected]@bsnl.in.Same day reply was received by email and set received from company on 05.12.2008 thro' care centre. That set is a secondhand set. I was given a handset as replacement with in the month from the date of purchase but the handset given to me is an old handset (second handset already used set)and is in worse condition .vide IMEI number [protected].But the same problem was also available in this set.( i.e. battery back up time not with stand.)Once again go to care centre tell the probelm.He was received the set and send to company on 11.12.2008.I was also send email to company on 10.12.2008.mean time I was conduct over cell phone to 3030838 and compliant booked in the reference 2-3je7bh.
                                I request change my model in the same price. If the cost is higher then the old cost, I am also ready to pay the difference of cost. Because when compare to two sets of 7500 model I was observe this model is a failure model. Hence I do not want 7500 model. Hence replace the new model one with same application and facility available in the model of 7500.
                                I need a Solution for this.

                                Sir, i purchased this set of nokia on 18/12/08. in udaipur .but after one month many problems in set are seeing. i visited udaipur customer care and give them my set. they asked me that this is going off warrenty so there is 350 been charged. i am shocked but i was ready to pay. they take my set for one day and give me receipt. but next day they returned my set and said it is not repairable. i think they changed internal parts of my set. becoz again i went their give my set then they asked me that some parts in my set is not orignal . now what i will do? when customer care is doing like that what effect of company on normal people. sir, plz. give me half rate mobile on replacement of my nokia 3110. then even i am happy. now in present i had totally lost 4, 600 cost of my set becoz. of people who are working in udaipur customer care.

                                    I bought nokia 5130 last year. The phone was workinh good until last month. Last month it started having problems. The phone's browser was not opening when i pressed. When i open music player it shows white screen and shows "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY". THe contacts was also not working. I adjusted it . But yesterday the phone switched off by itself and its not switchng on. It seriously irriyates me aloy. I should have some other brand instead of NOKIA.                                       I gave my mobile(Nokia 3230) to sector16, Faridabad Nokia Care, as there was some software problem .When i went to them after 2days for my mobile they said that my mobile is having some startin problem, which was not exactly, and they keep on delaying by saying that come after few days and so on.The main point of concern is that they have stolen the original display of my mobile.This i have made sure from so many local shopkeepers that my original display has been replaced by Nokia care.
                                      So I Kanika Mathur want the compensation for my mobile as soon as possible.

                                      I am Santosh Kumar Agarwal from Delhi, I purchased the Nokia handset 3230on 2/04/2007 and the IMEI No. [protected] on[protected] .at MG MOBILE INDIA PVT.LTD, G-5, Ground Floor Modi tower 98, Nehru place, new Delhi-110019 Phone no[protected], / 49, after some month using this handset, I found the some problem suddenly display off. And not come display still, I sent the mobile your Nokia customer care at mobile selection G-34, lower Grounds floor Kalka ji New Delhi-110019 Phone no[protected] .they checked mobile was in warranty, my complain no-528, date 17-03-08.but still my handset problem not short out, knowing this your brand is most better than other than Indian market, so I have bought the mobile, I have attached the my purches bill and my complaint’s no - photo copy please finds the attachment check, , and take stick decision
                                      If you will take stick decision very quick I will very great fully to you.
                                      Give me Solution what should be done now?
