i purchased a new nokiaE63 on 16.07.09.after 2 days there is no network coverage in the handset .
sim card of cellone, airtel which is working in another handset not working in this NokiaE63, having its imei no.[protected], purchased from the shop"the mobile villa"Ritik international, near apsara cinema, exhibition road, Patna-800001.
i m kindly requesting from the company that do the needful.if possible then kindly replace this handset with new one.

With a heavy heart, i would like to mention that I had purchased a Nokia N70 Music Edition in June 2007 from Rourkela, Oissa.Few days back some water fell over my handset.then i dried it and after wiping the water off, the phone almost worked for 2 hrs but after that it switched off and didnt work.So positively i took it to NOKIA CARE at Golpark near Gariahat, West Bengal.On 24th June, 2009 I duly filled in the form and submitted my phone.They said that it was a minor problem and repair it and give it back within 2-3 days.On my regular asking, they would say, more 2 days, then more 3 days and so on.Then after some days again I asked and they said that we can't help your phone and take it back, it cant be repaired.I asked what was the problem, but they didnt turn up and didnt reply.So after 2 days on Saturday, 17th July when I went to take the phone back they said, we need to change the motherboard to repair, so i denied and came back with my phone.But as i came home some features such as centre key, etc looked changed.I suspected and as I opened the phone firstly i found some screws were missing and then I found some of the main and important parts of the circuits missing from my phone, without which the phone is useless.
I was pretty shocked about this! Can this happen in Nokia Care too?Are their employees pretty good at stealing?Sorry but no other word was more appropriate for this.
Sir, I really dont know if NOKIA cant be trusted for Nokia phones then whom to trust for?I am in a great mess.It would be very kind of you if you please help me out of this matter and tell me what to do and whom to trust?

i have purchased a nokia 2600C in sep-2008. in may the keypad had some problem hence the i was unable to operate the mobile. i gave the mobile to nokia care jawahar nagar, kota. they updated the software and again given the mobile to me after a day or so i have faced the same problem again i went to the nokia care ofice and the executive over there had told me that your mobile is liquid damage. they have given me the estimation of 250 Rs and i had made my handset repaired by paying the amount.
Now i have collected the mobile and as soon as i reached home i started facing the same problem.
Actually they are not able to repair the phone hence they are making excuses...
I request you to kindly consider and replace my mobile phone as there is some kind of technical error in the phone.

i lost my mobile on sunday morning. Monday i went to BPL Gallery and got my sim card blocked.i have been given new sin card to retain my old number. for the purpose i got the copy from local police station informing about my lost mobile. i request you to block the handset so that this can not be used by that person. i purchased a nokia 5130 express music, and I cannot play mp4 videos properly, i converted a youtube video to mp4 format it converted and downloaded on the phone fine but when i attempt to play it, it skips video and audio and tends to freeze.
please confirm if this is a known product issue or a faulty unit. either ways i purchased this phone just 2 days back and i want a replacement unit or an upgrade if its a known issue with the model.

I have bought My Nokia 3500c one year ago only but now just from few weeks ago battery has been swolen. The battery is not giving enough backup for listening songs or using camera.Due to swollen battery the back cover also is also not getting closed. So i want you to complain against nokia or take some action. I am also sending some photos of the defected battery.

initially its radio wasnt working which gort fixed after keeping the phone for a week in nokia care... the touchscreen started giving problems right from the beginning... 2 weeks back it just got stuck.. given again to nokia care... no reply for last 2 weeks... feels like wasted Rs 20000 !!! whom to approach regarding this problem... at present using a friends phone...

I had purchased Bluetooth Nokia BH 207 and unfortunately, the ear string got broke. I have taken to many Nokia care centre and they all have one answer that there is no replacement/spare ear string supplied.. Now the quuestion is that, How can a company not supply spares to care centres? Why customer as to send the money to buy new set just because there is no spares available? I think this is totally blackmailing the customer that, if the ear string breaks, then buy new one...

I am a very senior IRS officer posted in the Lucknow Income Tax Department and is being using the Nokia products since the mobile services started in this country.
This to bring to your notice that I have purchased Nokia BH-501
Bluetooth Head set and three months after it became dead. I have sent my product for warranty repairs as the head set was dead. Only the cosmetic band of the head set was broken at the time of purchase but the set was in proper working condition but day before yesterday the head set was dead. Inspite of the cosmetic part being brooked the head set was properly working till date and I have send the head set only for being dead and not for cosmetic change. This was purchased on 06.04.09 from parvati electronic in Lucknow and serial no. is 0276303. I was told from Mr. Prateek Singh, [protected] of M/s Aryan Communication Customer care center since the head set is damage it will not cover warranty repairs. I fail to understand that only the cosmetic part is damage and it has no connection with the originally performance of the head set then how can it would not be covered under warranty. Piz look into the matter very seriously as this type of feedback on such an issue is not at all acceptable from such a big organization like Nokia.
I would once again request you to that please get my headset repaired or changed under warranty, I am not requesting you to change the cosmetic part. Please get my head set in working condition only.

the phone's display light was not working so i gave my phone for repair in the service centre in preet vihar..firstly the service entre did not tell me what the problem was neither was i given any estimate ...i was promised a call from the executive about the details of repair ...but after a few days when no call wass recieved i called the cantre to which i got a reply that the phone cannot be repaired and when i asked why was i not informed they had no appropriate answer to the question...so is there ne way to make the company realise that undue ..harrasment and mental tension i have gone through .

I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

I lost my mobile phone while travelling in A57 bus which started from Broadway at 8.30 pm on July 14, 2009. When I got down at Moolakkadai at 9.15 pm I found my cell phone missing. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

i am the marketinh head in a medical equipment company Infinity Mediquip India.I purchased an Nokia 7610 Supernova phone from Nokia outlet in the Mid of march.Since the very frist day It had outgoing sound cracking problem.

On 2nd aprill I went to Sec-3 Rohini mangalam palace -Nokia service centre with my complaint after waiting for 1 hour and the service person told me that this is the problem with the old software installed in it I have a new version that I will update and then your cracking prblem will be over.

After around 1 week o[censored]sage I found that all the people are complaining again about the voice cracking and this time the camera also stopped woking and went to stanby permanently.I stopped using the phone because it was killing my business and decided to go to nokia centre which is again a horrifying experiance.

On July mid I went to another good service centre at Kohat Enclave pitam Pura Delhi and told them that I am not satisfied with the new handset and please repair these problems.

The person told me that we can not repair this set being a hardware problem but we have updated your software and your cracking problem will disappear.he also suggested me that use the phone without camera and you can get it repaired after some time because you have enough warrenty period.(This is a stupid suggestion If I would need a phone without camera I dont need to spend 11000 Rs)

I requested them to give me a copy of the work sheet but they refused and said that as the phone is still not Ok we can not issue worksheet.After many discussions they gave me the coupen for visiting Nokia care.

I think the Nokia service centres are trying to pass the warrenty period by giving sweet candies to me.because they know every one can not go to them daily and spend his complete day wasting his time.

At this time I am not using that phone .the camera is not working and the phone has outgoing cracking problem.

I also claim that the talktime of the phone is less than 2 hours since very first day.I have a copy of my job sheet of my first visit to Nokia Service centre within 1 month of purchasre of phone.

I wish to send this phone back to Nokia and Request Nokia to give me replacement for this faulty phone.
