this is bring to your notice, the mental agony since i have bought Nokia 5800 express music in the Jan 15th 2009 in poorvika mobile shop, pallavaram Chennai.
after purchasing my new mobile 5800 in that shop hardly after half an hour reaching home there was a streak in the display, immediately i went back to the store and they replaced new one,
again this may 17th i got display problem, and may 20th i gave it for service care in nokia care tambaram.
they told they get it delivered by June 10th, but after making so many calls, to which they did not respond, i myself travelled to Chennai, to know the fate of my mobile, finally they delivered it on July 2nd, when i got it, i still had problem and they made me wait for 4 hrs, and re installed the software, and return back to me.
when i called casually i found my display freezed.[not respond]
so, i took it back again to the nokia care tambaram, they told they need 15 days time, since they need it to verify with head office, i have also came to 5800 modal had similar problems to all those who bought it.
i have called nokia care call centre, [05-07-09 complaint num: 1-[protected]] complaint about this problem, to which they assured me solution in 2 days.
still now i have not received any intimation or information from nokia customer care,
I kindly request you, to do the needful and get my mobile, in good working condition.

With due respect it is stated that i have purchased a Mobile Phone of Nokia 7310 Blue Pink From a reputed retail outlet of RPG Cellucom India Pvt Ltd. Address 6 Chittaranjan Avenue Kolkata-700072 Under Vat No:[protected] And CST NO: [protected] On dates.14/10/2008. The Bill Amount is Rs. 7490/- and the Invoice No:1738. I suffering problems in mobile from the date of purchased. Now at presently key pad No. specially(7, 8, 9) is not more working and it is useless so i am not getting the facilities for making any call from my mobile. i am working in a reputed firm and all of my office colleagues having the users of Nokia mobile handset. I have registered a complain in our nearest Nokia care center on dated:09/01/09 with a service job sheet no:[protected] dt:09/01/09 and they suggesting me to handover my mobile for 30 days for having some problems in my hand set which can`t repair at Kolkata. So this is kindly request to you that please replace me a new handset because the Nokia is the best customer care satisfaction from all other mobile companies. So please do the needful as early as possible to get back to get back me the new handset and enjoy the calling from my mobile.
