My Mobile No.is [protected] on 12.08.2009 I have received an SMS from MD-Nokia/UK stating that YOUR NUMBER WON THE SUM OF GBP 3, 65, 000 & 2 NOKIA MOBILE PHONES IN THE ONGOING NOKIA UK PROMO, CONTACT JERRY SMITH [protected] EMAIL : [protected]@live.in. I have submitted them my ID Proof and a Claim Form. Now they are saying that a parcel will be despatched through a Diplomat and I have to pay GBP 264 for Custom and Clerance Charges. They have also attached a Certificate issued by Brithish Lottery Association in the mail. I think it is a fake draw. Please advice me on the matter asap.

Dear Nokia,

I am using a Nokia 5310 XpressMusic...while moving some of my files from the Memory card it got switched off. now while operating the phone, its hanging and not responding properly like before. I requested CORE's help also but companies like NOKIA are reluctant to them also and I could not get any solution.I don't know Why it happens in INDIA? Had it been the case in some other country(as shared by my overseas friends), NOKIA might had to give a written explanation with countermeasures.

Nokia/6275i handset — harashment by nokia

Respected sir;
I bought your nokia 6275i handset with IMEI:-[protected] on 29th april 2009 from your reputed dealer M/s Ambika Enterprises, SCO 42, Sector-11, Panchkula.However I got troubled with the signal failure and hanging problem.So, I approached the dealer and was ill treated by his staff. The staff told me to approached the customer care office for the solution. Therefore,I contacted the customer care office and was dealt by Mr Hitender (Mobile No [protected]) on dated 3rd june 2009.They made a job card and agreed with me that they will get my handset replaced but they got my handset repaired and returned the repaired handset to me.However the problem was not resolved so I again contacted them and then they got my handset replaced with great harasment (new imei number [protected]).But the problem remains the same thereafter.Still the handset is not working properly.Then I thought that it might be due to some problem from the side of service provider as the problem was same with the new handset also.I called upon my service provider and told them about my problem.They helped me in a kind way,got my sim changed,got there servers rechecked but the problem remains the same. Now I am left with no other option but to ask you to refund my whole money with in a period of one week otherwise I will be left with no other option but to approach the consumer court for refund of my money because I have had enough from your side.
An advance copy of the same is being sent to The Consumer Court for information and further necessary action.

Nokia — Faulty product, Pathetic Service

I bought a Nokia E-5 last November. Last month my phone stopped working . It just not getting switch on. I went to the Nokia service center, Two days after submitting my phone to the center executive called me and told me that my cell phone is unrepairable and i should take it back. He told me that the moisture has crept inside the instrument. Now I want to ask that my phone did not went in water then how moisture crept in. This is purely a manufacturing defect and my cell should be replaced . In case if it is not then I might have to opt for a legal way.

Nokia 6300 — handcent not receiving signal

I purchased N0kia 6300 in Nov2007 the set has stopped receiving
signal.I sent it to local authorized service station in Raipur but
the handset was returned back to me without repairing the technical snag.

Yea same hear. I quite figure if you have a 6300 and you put in in water its like a 100% guarantee that the memory card is not going to read. i would of thought that element corrosion has some role to play in this. but no . myne was in the wash, is how it got wet I opened my phone and dryed it with one of my moisture free airbrush i use to clean my laptop with. Dry in like less than 2 mins so no corrotion is possible. Any phone tech out there got an old 6300 want to go ahead and dunk it in water and dry be4 it corrodes, see if you can fix it, i bet your phone will work fine but memory card wont read. ho and my camera on it dosnt work. i think it has somthing to do with the memory card, see because when i got to use the cam or video record . it use to stall for a while and than say that i have to mutch data used up so i require to delete some . no i delete for some space (delete phone memory seeing how memcard is not reading. )untill i see message telling me that i got enouth space to take atleast 1 picture and, now its not telling me that i need to delete some memory. its just saying operation failed when i try to use the camera, :(
so the camera atleast might not be to do with the memory card, and condescending how the other three have not stated that problem onlong with it all. lol i think the washing machine killed the camera when it was on spinn :) im suprised that i can make calls. good to know if you get lost out to sea with some what of a coverage :) thats all thank you

ho i just realized that this is a indian customer complaint. I live in Australia. sorry . I purchased Nokia 5800 on 20th of April. After two months of purchase my phones display is blinking and changing its colours now and then... i think Nokia launched this modal in hurry to capture the market among touchscreen phones mainly iPhone.

I am using nokia phones from last 6 yrs but last year i purchased NOKIA E51. this phone came out to be blunder for me.After 2 months i got some problem in the phone and i went to nokia care i was not satisfied..after every 2 months i got some new problem in my phone and everytime nokia care people created some kind of mess Finally i had given my phone to the service center(nokia care- kohat enclave) and they told me that the phone will be sent to the company .

I want you to seriously look into this matter and hope for a positive response from ur side.i think my nokia E51 should be get replaced by the company after getting all the details of the phone as i know if i get the same phone back after getting repaired i know some or the other problem vl surely get developed sooner or later.
most of the nokia cares are giving bad name to the company as they are working against the company policies and i am not satisfied with the services they provide. most of the nokia centre in delhi are only making money, they are not making good customers

Nokia N 73 — repair of mobile

I got a Nokia N 73 on the 26th of March'09, at first it was working fine but after a month or so it started giving problems which the nokia care people termed as " SOFTWARE PROBLEM" and I went to three different nokia care centres here in Kolkata(thrice in one, twice in others), with no satisfying result(each time they said it is repaired, the same problems creeped up again). Then I took the phone to the retailer's shop they took charge of the phone and took it to another nokia care. They said it has to be sent to Delhi for repair, it has taken more than a month but still they haven't got it repaired. They say that it has come from Delhi but they are keeping the phone with them to check for the problems, and also said that a problem occurred in the "REPAIRED" phone set. So, it seems worthless to have bought that set. They don't even intend to replace the set. I have been using nokia handsets for the last ten years but now it seems I need to switch on to another brand as it seems that Nokia are into looting business, they loot people any how they like. I'm really disappointed with Nokia, had never expected this out of them, that too a N series phone giving problems just after a month, really disgusting, and now it seems that they don't even want to rectify the fault in their product. What a shame, had thought that brands like nokia take good care of their customers, but it seems that it is nothing more than an illusion.

dear sir,
i have to buy one nokia N73 music edition handset, 3 days before.
sir, when i am enjoing music the sound controller (on mobile) is not working, but at the same time using camera that switch is working as a zoom controller. my head set also having this same problem.

if this any virous problem ? what can i do? how to find out and delete virous ?
