Yeah I have the same problem but it has low memory really ...

My phone memory is on the process of gradual depletion . It has now only around 2MB left . I have no applications nor any hidden files stored on this memory . I have tried restoring original settings as advised by many websites but my phone keeps asking for a code. i had keyed in all possible combination like 12345, 00000 and the very previous lock code i had kept, but withdrew it .

Nokia 7310 supernova — Keypad problems

Hi,
I bought this phone in October of last year. One month later the plastic screen protecting the camera came off. I was told by friends that Nokia would not replace this. So I replaced it with the one from the extra pink cover. A couple of months later and the protective net on the headset came off. I still did not complain thinking that I must have misused it in some way. However 6 months after buying the phone, the 7, 8 and 9 buttons and the volume lowering key on the side stopped working. I went to two Nokia care centres and was told that the component had not arrived. I waited for more than a month and then got the keypad replaced. Now after only a month of the repair, none of the keys work and the phone is lying usesless. I do not want any repairs done to it and want a replacement with another phone. This is my 5th phone and my 4th Nokia phone. None of the others have given me any problems even close to this one.

nokia 7310 keepad not working

I purchased the Nokia, 7310 Supernova Phone last year in November. after a few months the protective covering over the USB port broke off and I was told this cannot be replaced. Also, the paint on the number keys have faded off on 6 8 and 9 . I would liek to have the key pad replaced but as told that none of the showrooms haev the keypad as the company has stopped production of this phone. Also periodically the keys stop working and I have software problems with the phone.

3 or 4 months after buying nokia 7310 the volume - button on the side was stopped work. volume of speakers were being decreased. 7, 8, 9, 0, *, # don't work. i could satisfy only with its camera. but videos not quality...

THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I HAD PURCHASED A NEW NOKIA 7310 SUPERNOVA ON AUGUST 2008
AFTER A MONTH OF PURCHASE ITS KEYPAD(7, 8, 9, VOLUME DOWN KEY) STOPPED WORKING.

THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE PROBLEM IS OCCURING IN EVERY PHONE OF THE SAME SERIES (ie 7310).
THERE IS NO PERMANENT SOLUTION TO THIS AS THE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURING TIME AND AGAIN AND U MIGHT BE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM IN THIS SERIES TOO. SO I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY PHONE WITH ANOTHER NEW PHONE OF ANOTHER SERIES OF ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT.I WOULD BE WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE REPLY .

Very poor service by irresponsible Nokia service center attendants. To hell with all of them!

Maybe the reason for their poor after sale service has the blessing of Nokia itself. They intentionally do not repair defective cellphone units so their clients will be forced to change and buy new Nokia products. Sorry to you Nokia people but, if we have to buy a new one to replace our defective Nokia units... definitely it will NOT be a Nokia brand. You are fooling your clients, keeping us wait for more than a month for feedback on the unit repair...conditoning your client's mind that the unit might totally turn to NO POWER everytime we make a followup call at your NOKIA DOESN'T CARE CENTER.

Kaya pala, my children's new cell unit now is SONY ERICSON, according to them, they did a research on the unit aside from their friends advice that SONY ERICSON is better than Nokia now. My children and friends did a very good decision ... NOT TO PATRONIZE NOKIA PRODUCTS anymore...

For NOKIA, money counts first before service, because NOKIA DOESN'T CARE at all. Palitan nyo na ang service center name nyo. We can't wait to see Nokia's downfall.

Nokia Handset Model E 65 — Customer Sensitivity

I faced problem of battery getting heated up even duirng short calls or duirng charging (in a few minutes). On 11th Aprill 2009 I visited Nokia Care Centre in Jayanagar, Bangalore. Based on their diagnosis they suggested that the software need to be updated and it would be better to take a backup to avoid data loss.
As adviced I took data backup and went back to the care centre on 13th April (at 100AM thereby reaching office late) to be told there is no power or power backup available at the care centre.

Today (14th April) I send the handset through my driver to your care centre near to my office at Marthahalli, Bangalore and explained the problem / diagnosis of Jayanagar Care centre over phone. I am now informed that software version (2.0633.65.0.1) available with them is same as loaded in my handset and they do not have the latest version for which I will have to visit some other day.

For a simple issue which I am told would take about 15 minutes- four visits to be made to the care centre and as if that was not enough the rudeness of staff at Marthahalli by way cutting calls, not giving contact nos or allowing me to talk to the Incharge of care centre. I am terribly upset at the lack of sensitivity from Nokia. I am sure if they franchisees any performance evaluation is done or them.

Now i m very tired to go every time nokia centreand return with no solution .and i do not want this handset this time, i need only replacement.

NOKIA MOBILE MODEL 7210 — MEMORY CARD INVALID

I purchased Nokia mobile set model 7210 on 26/10/2009. Memory Card is not working now. I take this memory card to NOKIA CARE at AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT LTD., P-39 Princep St. kol-72, job sheet no.[protected]/091208/21 Dt. 08/12/2009. They told this card will be send to Delhi to replace. delivery Date given on 28/12/2009

My question is, what is the utility of such Care centre in metro cities, who is unable to replace 1GB memory card which will take 20days!!!!!. Moreover we will be out of station frm 20th. Dec. and this phone is very much necesarry to us.

Please look into the matter.

Nokia 6275 — Product Defect/Dishonest Service

Please read text of complaint sent to Nokia company, then read on

I had bought a Nokia 6275 CDMA handset Product code 0546114 from Mobile Magic Pvt. Ltd, Capitol Hill Shopping Complex, Ranchi on 25th FE$b 2008. In April 2008 I found that I could not hear anything on incoming audio. I then took the phone to Poddar Telecom, Hari Om Tower, Ranchi. They told me that some circuitry was spoiled and they would have to repair the circuit. When the phone was returned, there was so much static that I could not hear anything. So I submitted the phone a second time on 28/4/2008 (Job Sheet No[protected]/080428/92). They said they would send the phone to Kolkata for repairs and I should wait 15-20 days. As the phone is still under warranty, I don't understand why a phone with such major defects was not immediately replaced. Also, if they are going to take so long to repair or replace the phone, why does the company not provide a spare handset as backup? As I doctor, I find that being without a handset for this extended duration causes me a lot of inconvenience and mental distress and is also extremely distressing for my patients who cannot contact me. I find this extremely poor service on the part of the company.

Subsequent to making the complaint, I received a message from the Nokia Care centre, Poddar Telecom, that I would have to make a payment of Rs. 700, as my phone was out of warranty as it had been physically damaged.

Please note the following:

25th Feb 2008 – Bought Nokia 6275 - Bill attached.

23rd April 2008 - The phone was submitted for repair, for a complaint of no incoming audio, on, by my wife- Job Sheet No. 17043403b/080423/33 –duplicate copy attached, showing phone was under job warranty. It was opened at the front desk and an attempt made to fix it and then sent to the back room engineer.

25th Apr 2008 – Repaired phone returned to my wife. She was asked at that point if the phone had been dropped at any time, to which she gave a negative reply. No payment was taken for the repair and no mention was made of the phone being out of warranty.

28th Apr 2008 – Phone returned for failure of repair as there was a lot of static in the audio – (Job Sheet No[protected]/080428/92). I was told the phone would be sent to Kolkata for repairs. When I asked why the job sheet said there was no warranty, I was told not to worry about it, so in good faith I did not pursue the matter.

12th May 2008 morning – Online Feedback given to AskNokia.

12th May 2008 evening – Demand for payment made.


My point : My phone was repaired once under warranty. Within 3 days it was returned to the same service centre to correct a defect arising out of the first repair and it was treated as an out of warranty phone. Why the sudden change in stance? If an in warranty phone necessitates such major repair, it should be replaced. If the service centre engineer has damaged the phone, why should I be penalized?

Nokia 6275 — serve the warranty Period_Nokia 6275

Dear Nokia Team,
I had purchased one above said nokia mobile (6275) as on 8th of Jan.2008.It was working very fine but now a days, screen of this set is looking brownish at the time of back light off.
When i visited to your Nokia service centre at Exhibition road patna branch, i have been told that your screen will not be covered under warranty period and i will have to pay Rs.1800/= for screen(LCD) change.it is physical damage.
My mean to say here if it is physical damage then it would have in broken condition but actually its not that.
So i request you NOKIA TEAM to look into this matter as it not a physical damage rather than the screen (LCD) problem.

.THE MANUAL SAYS THAT THE CALL RECORDING FACILITY IS THERE WITH HANDEST BUT HANDSET DOESNOT SUPPORT THIS.

2. IN MEDIA PLAYER, OPTION FOR FORWARD AND REWIND INTERVAL IS GIVEN BUT IT IS NOT WORKING.

3. TEXT MESSAGE FULL CHARACTER SUPPORT IS MENTIONED IN THE MANUAL BUT IN HANDSET, IT IS LIMITED TO 160 CHARACTER ONLY.

Nokia N 70 mobile — Mobile not working

Phone is repaired by the NOKIA CARE on 13th Dec 08 for first time they said its water logging hence charging despite is in warranty.
but it started showing the same problem and subbmitted back on 27th Dec 08.

Since then i am following the NOKIA CARE CENTRE as well as i have mailed to SO CALLED NOKIA FEEDBACK. But none of them has responded.

It seems that I am a fool who has purchased the product.

it is to inform u that i purchased nokia 5310 model from m/s musicana ameerpet hyderabad via bill no 437. its battery backup is very low.i have shown my set in ameerpet & balanagar nokia care although they have updated its software and replaced its battery but even after two three times it seems that they are not able to rectify the low battery back up problem after taking considerable time.hence it is requested to replace the set with another model which has proven battery backup.contact no is [protected].thanking u in the hope that problem wil be considered on priority.

Nokia 2600c — Camera Not Working

I have purchased a Nokia 2600c (Midnight blue bearing IMEI:[protected]) on 28th june, 2008 from The Mobile Store, vardhaman shoping plaza, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi . but from the same day it's camera is not responding, i have lodged a complaint to the dealer and the company but they refused to entertain the complaint, by saying that we should contact the nokia care for replacement / repair (as may be applicable). Nokia 2600c — technical problem

I purchased one above model of nokia Phone from M/s Great Eastern, 2 G. T. Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly - 712258 on 23/7/2008 vide Cash memo no. UP/CM/000642/08-09. But unfortunately my phone was out of order & already deposit to your service dealer M/s Anmol Electronics Service, P834/5 B. T. Road, Narendra Nagar, Kolkata 700 056 on 10/10/2008 vide job sheet no.[protected]/081010/72. But in spite of several reminders still now I am not getting back my phone. As per your customer care information a new Phone have already send to your Service centre of the above mentioned address, but sorry to say M/s Anmol Electronics Service denied it. Nokia 2600c — Inspite of sending for repairing, but all efforts are gone into vain. Problem remained intact

I have purchased Nokia 2600C on 31/07/2008 from Techno Shop, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. But since October mid the phone is not getting charge. Nokia 2600c — Dissatisfied with Nokia service

Dear sir

1. I bought a Nokia 2600C midnight blue phone(IMEI no.-[protected]) on 18 April 2008 from "The Mobile Store", A1/4 New Main Road Chanchal Chauraha, Bairagarh, Bhopal vide Bill/Invoice number-M.P/01529/00001/2514 dated 18 Apr 08.

2. After few days I realised that I am unable to send and receive messages(SMS) from the above mentioned phone.

3. On complaining to the dealer with whom the product was purchased, it was informed by them that the matter is to be dealt by the authorised Nokia Service Centre. Subsequently I reported the matter to Nokia Service Centre but still the problem was not rectified to my satisfaction, neither the phone was repaired nor was it replaced inspite of being under warranty.


4. After trying my level best and going to the Nokia service Centre many times the phone still has the same problem as mentioned in para 2. May I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help me by solving the issue at the earliest.


5. An early action is requested and a word in confirmation is solicited please.
