      sir i am from cochin. It is uderstood that there is no gprs setting available for nokia 5130 handset which i am presently using. request gprs setting for nokia 5130 be made available as it is a common problem for many 5130 users. Further the raised problem is a question mark to QoS / integrity of bsnl services.

        THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I'VE PURCHASED A NOKIA MOBILE MODEL NO 3110.C FROM PLANET M LOCATED AT MPM MALL HYDERABAD IN FEB 2009. WITHIN A WEEK, THE INSTRUMENT STARTED TROUBLING AND USED TO SWITCH OFF AUTOMATICALLY.THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF NOKIA CARE CENTER LOCATED AT MEHDIPATNAM AND THE HANDSET WAS WITHDRAWN FOR TWO DAYS FOR REPAIR. SUBSIQUENTLY, THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED AND THE MATTER WAS AGAIN TAKEN UP WITH THE NOKIA CARE, MEHDIPATNAM. FOR THE FOURTH TIME, THE MOBILE WAS WITHELD FOR 10 DAYS, PUTTING ME TO GREAT INCONVINIENCE. BUT THIS WAS NOT AN END AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESORTED. THIS TIME THE SOFTWARE WAS ALSO NOT SUPPORTING.           I Am agree with this person's complaint.Shyam Sunder Jain my father is also using the NOKIA N-93 that mobile is also creating too much problems so i am telling you that if they do not take any action then u will go to consumer court.

            Respected Sir,
            I bought a Nokia Mobile Handset Model no.5130 IMEI NO.[protected] on 20.05.2009 from Meher Communications, 4B, Raj Plaza, Rajpur Road, Dehra Dun.From the very first day it started giving hanging problem while operating it for any purpose.On the next day we deposited it to service centre in Dehra Dun and they returned it the following day, but the problem remained the same.Again and again we deposited it for repair, but the problem remainrd the same.Last time it was deposited to the Nokia Service Centre on27.06.2009 and it is still with them.
            On getting repaired again and again, it got scratches at many placecs and all the charm o[censored]sing a mobile set for the first time in life, that too as a reward from my parents on securing 94% marks in my ICSE examination, is lost and i am completely disappointed with Nokia company whom I prefered for its goodwill.
            Now I request you to kindly replace it with another new set of the same.I believe my complaint will be paid attention soon.

            I brought a nokia 5130 express music mobile phone from Uinvercell, Pondy bazar, Tnagar. After i reached home i started using the phone, when i try to operate the camera in the phone iam shocked, because lot of colour dots in the camera permenently. immediately i called the dealer and tell about the problem and he replied, now all 5130 from nokia having this problem and already he know very well about this problem but he didi not tell to me about this problem while i am purchased the phone. Then i went to the dealer immediately asked about this, he told if you dont intrested in 5130, then you select another model becaue he have all the 5130 with this same camera problem.Now iam totally upsert, i dont know what to do...

            i purchased nokia 5130 xpressmusic on 5/7/09(5/july/09) from sangeetha mobile stores nachaaram hyderabad. my mobile was worlking properly upto 2 months then after the porblem started it used to be get hanged frqurntly and i used to swith ti of onand on again and at welcome screen i used to get a white blank color instead of relaoding it and u sed to stop there only. slowly the problem lead to the application were not working and the caluculator in my mobile is now no more i dont how it lost and now the themes, music player and rigntones that are given by nokia company ( default themes) are lost in my mobile i dont know how they got lost permanently i tried of restore factory settings but its waste.
            The mobilewas given by myparents as a gift for my campus palcement and its my sentiment too so please replace me with new mobile as i bileve nokia for its customercare and its customer value.

              I've given my handset 7310 on 9th June 09, they din't repiar the phone and din't even inform me and now when i've called them on 30th June 09 they told me that it can't be repaired.
              This is horrible and they people don't have any kind of regret for the same.

              Nokia care staff is third grade people. they are not not profesional but look like a daffar. I am from pakistan. i submit my mobile for software installation. now after 5days they are saying wait for next three to four days. when i told her mam u told me that ur mobile will be ok after three working days now u r saying wait. she says mr this is not shop this is office and her behave was too rude. she has no manners how to talk with customer and look like third class people. i advise nokia care i[censored] do not fullfil ur customers complaint and have no traind staff than close ur office because each mobile which is nokia care warranty is not working well after two or three month it will be start hang or any other software prob. so upgrade ur qaulity of mobile and staff.
              i have submitted my nokia mobile model no. N81 to the nokia care dated 18th july 2009 as it was registering some kind of hardware problem my handset was deposited at the nokia care office saying that it was to be send to noida for repair .i collected my handset from nokia care dated 5th september 2009 on the confirmation of the officials that the mobile is being repaired but since then the mobile is registering the same problem.inspite of several reminders and several complaints made to nokia care no stringent action has been taken seeking the wellbeing of my handset.i feel sorry to mention that the services provided at the nokia care office are unsatisfactory.i will be highly grateful to the concerned officials if prompt action is taken in this regard.

                Hello Sir,
                Nokia care people are ruthless, they dont know how to beahve with the customers, the standard of the centre is horrible and their services are pathetic.
                On 9th of June i've given my Handset 7310 for repair actually its keypad was not working, on checking the phone they said thatit is tempered & will be chargeble. I agreed to pay Rs. 650/- as repair charges, the commited they'll repair & retuen within a week, i never got any call from their side and whenever i call them they used to say it will take another 4-5 days. Now this the heights when I called them on 30th of June 09, a very rude person said that this can't be repaired, he himself was shocked that they didn't inform me for that and its about a month.
                Now these people are very careless, why these centre are called NOKIA CARE, these should be called NOKIA TORTURE CENTRE.
                I just want my phone should be repaired.

                  Hi,
                  I recently bought Nokia 3120 Classic Mobile one month back from Hypercity Mall.Malad, Mumbai-64.
                  And this set is giving lots of problem.When I receive a call or call any one, I can not hear others voice.I have to put the phone on Loudspeaker in order to hear it.The biggest problem with this mobile is that the sounds keep on decreasing while talking.And If I keep on talking on phone on loudspeaker, the battery diminishes fast.I have seen lot of people going to Nokia Custmer care but failed to get any solution.
                  What should I possibly do?

                  Hi this is satya from c.g.my phone speaker volume is decreasing by i have to activate speakerphone.but when i power made off & on the speaker will work normally. How can i complaint to the NOKIA CARE
                  Hi This is CHanni from New Zealand. I bought 2 x Nokia 3120C (for me and one for my wife) 1 year ago. We both have the same problem till today. When I put the phones on speaker for some time, then I turn off my speaker phone. After finishing my call, If I call another number or I receive a call I can not hear the other party until I switch on my speaker phone. Then I have to Switch OFF and Switch ON my Nokia 3120C to make its ear piece work. Then it works normally. This is the bug in both of my phones. So NOKIA has to address this bug. I think the phone need firmware upgrade.

                      I have purchased Nokia 1208 Black handset ( IMEI: [protected]) from "ESSAR TELECOM RETAIL LTD, SHOP NO.3/4, JEETEN C.H.S, OPP SARSWAT BANK, KALYAN MURBAD ROAD, KALYAN (W), TAX INVOICE NO. MH/01034/00001/8899 DTD. 01-11-09.

                      After 8 months its giving problem and getting off most of the time. When I went to NOKIA care service centre at Kalyan-Syndicate (Kalyan Murbad Raod, Kalyan-w) they are demanding service charges within gauaratee-warrantee period.

                      I did`nt understand How you can charge service amt for handset in warrantee period and then what about 1 year warrantee what you have given to customer?
                      Now my handset is not working from last 15 days, your customer care people are not supporting they want their service charges only and also not confirming what is the actual problem and also not trying to resolve the problem.

                      Kindly look into the matter very seriously, such type irresponsible service we are expected from NOKIA company.

                        I have bought a Nokia 1108 in 2006 by an authorized dealer of Nokia. I can see my 15 digit IMEI numer in my cell but i am getting message from my service provider(idea) that my IMEI number is invalid and my services will be bared. Why should i suffer for this invalid IMEI issue if i have bought it from recognised company like Nokia.

                        I had bought a samsung sgh l 700 mobile.it is working nicely but there is a big problem.i got a sms from airtel that your imei number is invalid and please change it.i m surprised because the mobile is not a chinese one.this is from samsung, a trusted brand.                         i purchased a new nokia mobile model no. 3120 on date 01/07/2005 and imei number is 356210/00/43 type RH-19 and code : 0516552 . i have a original bill with imei number. airtel custmer care send me message your mobile imei number is invallid. but i not belive this if this number is invallid then your company fault. so cleared my problem.

                        Model is E71, I get messages from Airtel saying its invalid and pay to get a new IMEI number.
                        I got this mobile in may 2009.
                        Airtel says my number is invalid as per IMEI office.
                        Nokia says the IMEI is a valid number what is with the mobile.
                        What should we do?
                        May be we collectively complain about this.

                        Hi Everyone,
                        I had a Fly 2080 handset and had the same problem as yours. I just visited the Fly service center and they updated my phone software by the same imei that was available on the box or reverse sticker. They told me that the network may have corrupted the imei. They wont charge anything for this and they should'nt as this is a shot to their repo. JUST VISIT YOUR SERVICE CENTER!!

                          My name is Surendra Singh. I was using a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music which was purchased from The Mobile Store Limited, Sahibabad Ghaziabad. 201005 on 17/01/2009. The mobile was working till may 25/05/2009. On next day when i was using the mobile the phone screen was sudenly got some lines and display got disturb. Then i visited to Nokia Care center Gulati Communications 90, Bhagat Singh Market New Delhi, on 30th of May and they said the handset need to send our head office for repair and it'll take 12 days time(12 June 2009) period to get it fixed.

                          On 12th of May when i visited to the center they handed me my handset and said your problem is fixed and your handset is working but when i place my bettery and sim on phone and I found that my phone camera is not working. Strange it was working before and there was no problem in it. When i notice it to them they again checked it and said we need to send it again to our headoffice and again they asked for 12 days time (24th June 2009) frame. When i talked to customer care cneter of nokia they said your handset need to be under observation for 3 days and they said to wait till 29th june 2009 and I said OK. On 29th when i called to nokia care they said that handset is replaced and sended to nokia care on 25th june 2009. Now the situation is that when i called to nokia care they keep repeating that your handset is on transit and we are waiting for it when i called to nokia customer care they told me that your handset is delivered and please check with nokia care. I am still waiting for my phone. So I kindly request to consumer court to help me in thin matter and provide me some clam from the above company what i have got loss in my business.

                          Nokia Coustomer care is in banglore and i have to call each time on STD number and they put me hold for 10-15 mins everytime. My phone is still there so i m not able to check my emails and all on the way due to this i m getting lose in my business. I am fed up with keep calling them and getting the same reply. I want to bring them on court and i want to take a proper action against them.

                          Nokia phone-Xpress Music-5800 — Phone Not repaired in 25 Days

                          Hi

                          I had submitted my phone-Nokia-5800 in Nokia Care Center Varun Enterprises located in Shakarpur near Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi on 20-August-2010 with the water logging problem in the phone and it was not getting on and the Nokia Care Center delivered me phone on 26th-August-2010 after repair. However, on 30-August-2010, all of sudden my phone got off and I could not be able to get it on. Then again approached to the same Nokia care Center on 31-Aug-2010 to get it repaired and submitted my phone over there and the Manager of Nokia care committed me that my phone shall be repaired in one day and will be handed over to me and they put 01-Sep-2010 as the date of delivery on the job sheet provided to me.

                          However, till today, even after registering complaint on Nokia customer care[protected]/[protected] I am not being able to trace the status of my phone and how much time it will take to get repaired.

                            i am using this mobile set more or less 3 years. now i find the back plane of the set become oval shaped. the back cover become very tight to open. after opening with much effort i find the battery(sl no[protected] N433D20404350, made in china) become deshaped. the battery become discharged during conversation. this set was purchased along with another 3 sets & they are used simulteniously in bsnl department. so it is requested to see the said battery whether defective or not & if found faulty it may be replaced by a new one. my address is : joydeep bose, jto/tm/tb, o/o, the sde/tm/tb, telephone bhavan, 5th flr (annex bldg), 34, b.b.d.bag, kolkata-700001. hoping for your earlier response. thanking you.

                              I also have Nokia 7210 supernova mobile and bsnl prepaid connection in jaipur. I am also face same problem and till i am not able to access net on phone or PC. I have also talk to BSNL customer care more than 10 times but they also not know about this.(kabhi kahte hai ki switch off karlo, kabhi kahte hai ki nokia 6600 type kar message send kar do). kisi ne sach hi kaha hai bsnl ke liye ki ---"BHAI SHAAB NAHIN LAGEGA"(full form of BSNL) and this is also apply for customer care center.(No idea about anything.)

                              I am using Nokia 7210 supernova. I have a few problems with this phone settings.
                              1) I am unable to use Windows Live Messenger. It shows some error while opening.
                              2) throws an error message "Memory full" when I try to open some websites on my phone.
                              3) Does not support any other 3rd party application even if these softwares are recommended by Nokia ovi store, especially for my phone.

                              May I know how to resolve these?

                                My nokia 5300 phone is not recognizing the voice and is under warranty. It seems there is some problem with the microphone. There is no other problem in the phone as of now. i went to the nokia care centre and after nearly 1 hr of shoving, they finally told me that my phone is liquid damaged. i continuously insisted that never ever any drop of liquid seeped inside. But finally i had to acquiesce that "my phone was liquid damaged" as i had no other option. They were very ill-mannered and ill-bred. The manager even went to the extent of telling me to take my phone back. But the story doesn't end here.
                                When i told them to repare the phone, the engineer finally came up and told me that there is some dust problem in the microphone and it needs to be replaced. i asked them to change the microphone as my phone is under warranty and dust et al is well covered under warranty. But he refused to do that, saying as they had detected liquid problem earlier, they wont cover this under warranty. this made me furious. i asked them what the hell has microphone's dust problem to do with the liquid problem. But instead of giving any valid reasons they just refused it rudely. i was shocked as any other logical person would be.
                                i asked them finally what are they going to do if i give them for repair. they told that they would be changing the microphone which has got a dust problem. so i took the phone back as it was no point talking to them anymore.
                                Now its very conspicuous that they were trying to make a fool out of me. they were changing the microphone and telling that some part of the phone is liquid damaged but that part is working very fine and because of that part where according to them liquid seeped in, they wont give warranty on microphone which has nothing to do with liquid damage. i am still not able to believe how can a brand like nokia give such a ridiculous solution to the problem for a mere microphone. i am furnishing all the relevant details below:

                                Now its very conspicuous that they were trying to make a fool out of me. they were changing the microphone and telling that some part of the phone is liquid damaged but that part is working very fine and because of that part where according to them liquid seeped in, they wont give warranty on microphone which has nothing to do with liquid damage. i am still not able to believe how can a brand like nokia give such a ridiculous solution to the problem for a mere microphone. i am furnishing all the relevant details below:

                                  This is regarding an issue with Nokia N79 Handset (IMEI No-[protected]) which I have purchased on[protected]Saturday)

                                  round about 9:00PM from Hot Spot Sec-17, Faridabad. When I inserted my sim card at my home in the phone, a message appeared

                                  and phone gone in Offline mode automaticaly. Next Day was Sunday and I didn't have choice untill wait for Monday.

                                  Monday arround 1:30PM[protected] I visied Nokia Care located at Nehru Ground, Faridabad. After all inspection they asked me

                                  to submitt the phone for software upgrade and committed delivery by evening 6:00PM (Job Sheet No[protected]/090518/47).

                                  Same day I again visited Nokia Care, It was told to me that the problem is with the Hardware and not with the software and it

                                  need to be send to Nokia Head Office, Noida and committed delivery by 15 Days.

                                  After 15days when I again visited then found a swap of another "Used N79 Handset" with different color (Grey) and bad

                                  condition. After a worst debate I was again asked for another 8 to 10 days to get back my Handset by the representative.

                                  And then after five days I got a call from Nokia Care Faridabad that Nokia doesn't have N79 in Stock and I will have to

                                  compromise with same Greay Used Handset which was offered me earlier.

                                  I am in touch with Mr. Pankaj Bhangar (Manager Nokia Care Faridbad) for last 15 days but not got any appropriate answer.

                                  I am a business man and using Nokia for last eight years on the basis of the performance, support and service. I was your

                                  happy customer since then. The act of customer support and feedback from Nokia has forced me to go to CONSUMER FORUM as it is

                                  effecting my business and daily activities. Since I can not wait anymore thus request you to either refund my money or

                                  provide me the new working handset, failing to which legal formalities would be done.

                                  As Nokia is of world class brand and belives in customer will appreciate my concern and my losses.

                                  N79 — Worst service

                                  Dear whomever,
                                  i bought n79 for 17175 on 13.6.09. Today i took it to service centre with a complain tht it is automatically switchin off and restarting and upper keypad problem. I gave it to Nokia care in nagpur owned by Mr, Anurag Wade. Now service centre people tell me to return my mobile after 20-25 days. Am i a fool to buy such expensive handset .He is least concerned abt customers. I want u to reply and come up with a soln and please mail me. I wan2 take any respective action against him for his cheap and unsophisticated behaviour. How cum nokia gives outlets to these people.

                                  I have recently bought a new Nokia phone - Model N79I ,( IMEI 356044/03/142566/1 ) from a retail shop at Delhi. With in a Month, I realized a serious defect in it, which is presumably a manufacturing defect. The Display hangs often. I took it to the nearest Nokia Custmer care centre and they have admiited a fault in it. Further they told me the repair facilty is not available at our Sentor, it is to be sent to Head Office would take around 15 days. I gave them the phone It is now more than 20 days and am yet to get my phone. As they have not honor the committment, I am not comfortable with the response of the Customer care service.

                                  I did not expect a new phone would be defective and also the Company takes such a long time to repair the phone. If they can't repair , they should at least replace the phone. I one again request the concnerned person at the Nokia H.O / Custmer care and see that my phone is repaired or replaced without any further delay.

                                    I have purchase nokia n73 on 11/01/09 having IMEI no. [protected]. But there are many problems with keys, joystick etc. such as keys of 1, 5, 6 are not working properly. Sometimes they work and sometimes they work abnormally. when I press 5 keys it automatically opens galary. And side keys of Galary and camera are also not working. Joystick is jam and it hangs while using. I am facing these problems from last two months. Phone is still in warranty period. I have given it for repair at nokia care, wardha twice. First time they kept phone with them for a week, then they said that there is a major problem and we have sent it to delhi for repair and it takes another 10 days. after 10 days I have visited to nokia care and they said that your phone is repaired and given back to me but on the next day I have encoutered with same problem. Again I have given it to nokia care for repair. Again they kept the phone for 4 days and returned saying that there is no problem with your phone. On the very next day I have faced same problem and given it to nokia care for repairing and this time they said to me that we have to send it to delhi for repairing.
                                    I am contineously doing followup regarding my phone but employees of nokia care are not giving proper information and talking very rudely. They disconnect the phone before conversation ends. They are not giving me proper status of my phone that whether it is sent to delhi or not.
                                    Somebody help me in this regard.

                                    Nokia — n73 not working properly

                                    Ridiculous service is being provided by nokia care.As I have spent RS 18000/- for nokia N73 and the cell phone within 6 months has been sent 4 times for repairs at LOWER PAREL. Te cell phone was sent 3 times for display problem. I have received my cell just 25 days ago and now again I am having a problem with the vibration.as its not working. now thinking just to get these nokia company to consumer court for supplying poor handset and charging the utmost price n for poor after sales service.
                                    First of all, buying Nokia product is your mistake.

                                    Nokia — abnormal repairing chargers

                                    I visited on 3/11 at Nokia Service centre, Parkline opposite Charmas, for repairing my Cell phone. The complaint was Light not display. I was told the repairing charges are Rs 1900 for light display. I agree to repair. After an hour I was informed that total charges comes to Rs 4500/- as there are many other complaints. What kind of repairing charges are there. For Rs 4500/- a new mobile phone can be purchased. It is quite astonishing the charges. I have no confidence upon NOKIA Service charges centres ..

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have given my Nokia Cell 1650 to Nokia Customer care in Nigdi pune to repair.
                                        In handset Charging Pin was broken and i have asked to replace the same.
                                        during the hand set handover my cell sreen was in good condition and when i got the cell shoked to hear from the care exucutive that screen is damaged. I told him that this is happen during the repair.but the peoples have talking rubish languge and asking the proof of Ok screen.
                                        This is very bad exprience with the exucutives.and second thing is to change the part of INR58 they charged me INR 85 which is not justified and also loss screen of cost Rs.600aprrox.

                                        I thing nokia is not interested to give the good service but only interested in doing Profit to the business partners.

                                        There are many indian Poor peoples facing this type of harreshment from Care centers.
