Respected Sir,

It is to submit that on Dt.[protected], nearly at about 08:00 AM, I have missed my mobile NOKIA 6030 (BLACK COLOUR). Its EMI NO. is [protected] (Purchased on Dt.[protected]. Its Mobile No. is [protected] (POST PAID). Its SIM No. is[protected]-8605. On my request to BSNL on Dated[protected], BSNL has BLOCKED the SIM on Dt.[protected] at about 10:55 AM.

I Submit that if any FAVOURABLE ACTION can be done from your side i.e. TRACE OF MOBILE OR BLOCK OF MOBILE . Kindly do the needful please.

i have made an account on airtel 4 checkin my posr paid bill details.but still unable to go it with easily..lot many accessing problems

Nokia 6030 — after conversion of post paid to prepaid, mobile is not working

Myself Bipin R. Vakharia having number [protected] converted my post paid scheme to prepaid before 10 days. ALL documents has been submitted in to Malad Gallery, after that within 24 days, the mobile was working with prepaid scheme but before 2 days the mobile is not working. Many of the complaints has been given to BPL Gallery but no action has been taken.

I want to know why my mobile is not working? and within how much time it will get start?

      My phone 5610d-1 is submitted at Phoneworld (Borivali branch of Nokia: authorised service centre) on 06th Jun, 2009 for thr problem in the memory card reading and physical damage of the hot key.
      Job sheet number:[protected]/090606/60
      There was no repair/follow up done with me till 11th Jun, 2009. On 11th Jun i spoke to the manager Gulnaaz and after 4 working days she had to say that repair is not yet started as there is some problem with the screen as well and the cost estimate will be higher. On further discussion for the reply that what took them 4 days to analyse the situation s he banged the phone. I had written about the same to the link for feedback on the nokia site, from where i received v clod reply.
      Unavailabily of recording and camera facility is hampering my side business.
      My requirement is to get the phone repaired on priority without paying anything extra for the problem which never existed. I also need writtern expalanation from nokia for such a cold reply and the action against the negative elements like Gulnaaz.

            i hv got an e-mai from nokia mobile promotio that i've won 4, 50, 000pounds...i've give them information.they said that they are sending a diplomat and the diplomat has come and asking for rs.35000 for security charges...is this all a bloddy scam???and if this is soo then this is spoiling nokia company's image...and why not any action has been taken against these mails??

              Honorable Sir/Madam,

              I recently purchased a E63 from an outsider. I was not able to run Wi-fi on the handset as it required some minor settings. When I contacted Airtel (my service provider) for the issue he advised me to contact nokia. First I emailed nokia customer service my problem to which they made it more complecated and so decided to visit Nokia priority dealer nearby. Initially the guy who was attanding me was helpful, but as the boss (Manoj # [protected]) learnt that I havn't bought the handset from his outlet he immediately packed my phone and asked me go back to the shop where i bought from.

              I mean this ridiculous what nokia priority dealers are for, to help nokia customers aren't they. And the guy was almost done with my job in barely 5 min. You cannot call yourself "conncecting people" if this is how you treat your customers. , all i wanted is some help from nokia. I am highly disappointed with their rude, unprofessional service and would like to sue them for this. might look a petty issue but i bothered me a lot.

              Nokia Priority Dealer — Bill for Hutch Recharge

              Hi,

              I have done a easy recharge for Rs. 501 for my mobile in Nokia Priority Dealer, Parsn Complex, Nungambakkam, Chennai. They refused to give a bill for the recharge I have done. They have just given an estimate slip for that amount. When I asked them, they say that they will never give the bill for recharges made.

              Then how come the sales I have made in that shop will be registered? Where I can move this complaint to ? Please suggest.

              I gave my cell for repair to the Nokia priority dealer beside Anand Theater, SP road ,Secunderabad AP. . He has put duplicate parts and gave it back. He took 1800 Rupees for the same . It stopped working 3 times in the last 2 weeks. He broke the panel , glass , replaced with old parts every time I went back with the hand set . Now he has asked me to come back after one week .

              I am disappointed that such a company with international repute resorts to such cheep gimmicks to make money.

              Nokia — Nokia Priority

              I had purchased nokia5030 form nokia priority(East Delhi) last week.
              But next day i found problem in my mobile (automatically switch off and automatically restart).
              I went to nokia priority and told him about my problem. He said that he will has to send it to
              company. I said ok, and asked him for backup mobile. He said you hav to pay Rs.99 for backup mobile
              and it will not be refundable.
              I want to know that why should i pay for backup mobile?

              The Nokia Priority Dealer next to Big C is over charging the mobile handsets, up for sale. He is charging upto 500 Rs extra on the MRP written on the box cover sent by the company.

              On asking he used offensive language and said that noone can sell the handsets at the price mantioned by Nokia and we are free to go and complain if we want. He also said thta he has already complained as many times to the organization that they have foolish prices as MRP.

              We purchased the phone from Big C and also saw the model in a different colour in the Mobile Store shop next to this shop. He is not a prioirity dealer. He is an enemy of the company.

              Nokia — not getting service

              i gave my nokia 5233 which i have buyed just 2 months ago.it had a problem and was not
              switching on. i gave my phone in ss electronics near paradise for repair.
              the managment first said it would take a week .you can collect your phone after a week
              when i visited them they said it would take one more week.in during when called their helpline they simply cut my phone.now its 3rd week.when i want to see my phone's repair status in nokia.com its just showing an error.y do they run this kind of services

                            I have purchased 3110 black on 13.07.2008 for the past three months handset has given problem of incoming speech is Low and while speaking calls handset is getting Heat within 10 mts.
                            I have given the handset to Nokia Care Radiant Telecom, G Block, Anna Nagar Chennai 600 040. Again I got the same problem. They told me we will send it to factory for check up. After 10 days I received the set on 11.06.2009 and checked in front of service man. I made a call but I am hearing their voice but they are not hearing my voice. Immediately I asked service man instead of clearing Low voice and Over heating I got new problem . They rectified the fault after 15 mts.
                            Still I am having the problem of low voice and over heat within 10 mts of continously speaking.
                            Since I am getting frequent problem at the set, I request you to kindly replace the Handset or Rectify the problem permanently.

                            I shocked to bring to your Knowledge that I have recently purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problem. The display card are checked by two service centre one center told me that it is not physical damage & other one told me that it is physical damage reason was told me that liquid is out from display card I told them to pls send my display card to service center how you can decide it is a physical damage or not but they pressurized me we will not send this service center.& they have charged Rs 750/- to replace the display card with only one month warranty. I told them to hand over my display card which has been replaced by you, but they have changed by display card & handover me a broken one. When I asked them to give my display card then they told me it is the same. I am aware that this center is making money by giving false statmt to customers. Request you to pls take necessary action against them.

                              I bought a New Nokia 6500 Phone on 27 Nov 2008 from Garg Eletronics, Mathura Uttar Predesh. On last 26 May 2009 (Before end of my battery warranty) I was submitted my battery for REPLACEMENT (at Nokia Care Zone, Siddhi Vinayak, No 20 Govindpuri Colony, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur) because it is goes to much HEAT UP while using. They are tell me that we will return your battery with in 10-12 days. After 11 days I was to call at service center, then they tell me for Monday but I was contect with them on Tuesday( 9 june 2009) now they tell me for next day. I required my battey urgently so i was go at service center on Thursday (11 june 2009) now they tell me for next week. I was talk with Manager for the battery then he was also says for next week.
                              A web site is given in the job sheet "www.namescareonline.com" for check your job sheet status I was check my job sheet status on thursday (9 june 2009), then according to them my job sheet is colsed they dispatch my battery to nokia service center, then why service center is not give my battery?
                              Because they tell me for 10-12 days I was submitted my mobile battery otherwise i can not deposite battery.
                              First thing they tell me lie about battery returning date, they me on 6 june 2009, but they mention on job sheet 13 june 2009.
                              Now what will I do, because I am required my battery urgently.

                                i have buyed nokia 3600 slide last diwali ( 28 october 2008?) frm last 4 to 5 months my cell got hangs up n its not working properly , i have given my cell in nokiacare pune but without telling me anything they have given me back my cell. but they havnt sort it now ..now frm last one month my cell is with them becozz its display have got some damage and that damage is totally internal damage ,, i went to nokia care they never give any response properly n they even dont know how much time it gonna take .. this time my cell is in warranty but after few days it will not be!!!

                                  firstly i would like to point out that this phone is simply a masterpiece painted by the nokia team. all but a few faults a crutial fault that came to my attention is how the accelerometer rotates the phone with excellent rxn time however in the video playback mode the video does not rotate this has prooven to be extremely frustrating as it streches certain video ratios causing a blurry picture as well as being extremly uncomfortable at times. Is there a way to modify this, such as a rotate option or a later update or even if another software (third party). I would very much like a response to this complaint.

                                        This is what I complained to Nokia...
                                        [Message:I recently found that the phone was not responding to the keys. On a visit to the service center I was told that the handset had liquid damage, and the same will not be covered in warranty . The phone has never been exposed to rain or any moisture other than maybe some sweat from the cheek while using the phone. I would like to know if the phone can be damaged by sweat as in normal conditions o[censored]se in India? As it is obvious in this case that it has, it is not the responsibility of the firm to make sure that their products confirm to normal usage conditions prevalent in India? I find non applicability of warranty in this case totally ridiculous and not confirming to good business practices. ]
                                        And this is what they replied back!!!
                                        Dear Mr. Dxxxxxxl,

                                        Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.

                                        This e-mail is with respect to the functionality of your Nokia N96. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please note that, all Nokia phones come with a 12 month warranty from the original date of purchase. Our warranty guidelines state that any repairs or servicing would be covered under warranty provided our qualified Nokia technicians do not find any liquid damage on the phone. We would like to advise you that the warranty is void in the event that the technicians find that your phone has been subject to any of these damages.

                                        The Consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
                                        (a) The Product has been subject to: abnormal use, abnormal condition, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature or other such environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair including but not limited to use o[censored]nauthorized spare parts in repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, Acts of God, spill of foods or liquids, maladjustment of customer controls or other acts which are beyond of reasonable control of Nokia, including deficiencies in consumable parts such as fuses and breakage or damage to antennas, unless caused directly by defects in materials or workmanship, and normal wear and tear of the Product.
                                        (b) Nokia was not notified by Consumer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the Product during the applicable limited warranty period.
                                        (c) The Product serial number or the accessory date code has been removed, defaced or altered.
                                        (d) The defect or damage was caused by defective function of the cellular system or by inadequate signal reception by the external antenna.
                                        (e) The Product was used with or connected to accessory not supplied by Nokia, not fit for use with Nokia cellular phones or used in other than its intended use.
                                        (f) The battery was short circuited or seals of the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or the battery was used in equipment other that for which is has been specified.
                                        Further, should the technician find the phone to be repairable, a repair quotation would be provided. If the customer chooses to have the phone repaired, the customer would need to bear the cost of the service charge as well as the repair charges of the phone. In certain instances, the phone may be irreparable and the customer would be advised of this. Hence, we suggest that you take your phone to any of our Nokia Care Centre for further assistance in this regard.

                                        Looks like they dont even read whats asked! So much for their service. It isnt surprising, I think they just sell the same products worldwide without adapting to local conditions. Thank God, they didnt tell me to go n live in Sweden! This was my last Nokia!

                                        This is exactly what happened to me here in UK. I am a 'three' mobile customer and they came back with the same excuse - What a lot of rubbish.

                                        I have refused to pay them and still have an on going dispute since feb 09. I know for fact that I didn't cause the suppose liquid damage
                                        I also have the same problem, moreover I was also told by nokia people that even I got it repaired from them (which will cost more than Rs 3000) the warranty of the N96 will be void.Also the camera of the phone stopped responding (ERROR msg. THIS FEATURE IS NOT SUPPORTED) to this also they said its because of water damage. which I know it can't be.
                                        NEVER BUY A NOKIA AGAIN. and ALSO SUGGEST MY FRIENDS NOT TO BUY ONE.

                                        KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT TO DO with this phone
                                        I am using nokia n96. My firmware version is 30.033. My live TV application used to work but is currently not working.

                                        I get the error No TV Signal in your current location. What should I do? Kindly assist.
