On November 10, 2008, I bought one mobile handset model Nokia E71, Serial No. [protected], from The IT Zone, Emall building, Boring Road Crossing, Patna 800 001 (India) with a proper bill.
Right from the very beginning, I am having problem with the newly bought Nokia E71 handset. It is perpetually having a ringing tone issue, that is to say none of the ring tones are audible enough even at the highest ringing volume. I got this checked thrice by the service centre guys at Patna and Kolkata and they have not been able to resolve it and acknowledged that this is a manufacturing defect and accordingly I have got 3 job-sheets depicting the same defect.
I first took my phone for repair on 20th June 2009 at Ganpati Mobile Bank, Nokia Care Centre, Patna. They claimed to have replaced the ringer and returned back the handset claiming that it is in order (I have a copy of the Job-Sheet). But I am sorry to say that the problem could not be rectified and I once again gave my phone at Anand International Behala, Nokia Care Centre in Kolkata on 14th April 2009. They worked on it, but couldn’t rectify the problem (I have a copy of the Job-Sheet). They clearly stated that it was a manufacturing defect and they needed to send it to Delhi for further actions and examinations and that would take about 2-3 weeks time for rectification and further actions. This is an impossible proposition and in this regard I would like to state that this is a company provided business phone and I am not in a position to hand over the handset for 2-3 weeks. I need immediate action and that too I need to get this handset replaced.
As a further persuasion and request I once more took my phone for repair on 30th May 2009 at Ganpati Mobile Bank, Nokia Care Centre, Patna and requested them for replacement on top priority basis, but they again examined the phone (I have a copy of the Job-Sheet) and told me the same story that they needed to send it to Delhi for further actions and examinations and that would take about 2-3 weeks time for rectification / replacement and further actions. But again I would reiterate and state that I am not in a position to part with the handset for 2-3 weeks as this is a company provided business phone and connection and I need immediate replacement of this handset.
I ardently take this opportunity to request NOKIA to replace this mobile handset with a new one of the same model as I think there is a persistent problem with this hand set and also, I feel that even if repaired handset is provided back to me, it may again create the same problem and bitter experience for me. I have already been harassed a lot with this hand set.

sir this is 5th time i have given my set in customer care, dd-plaza, mathura...now i have same problem as it was earlier.
i will not accept this...same problem..in 4 times plz this is 5th time...replace my set

sir i gave my mobile for the format and rest of the function of mobile was right, and i got it after one day after sometime i found that my outging sound doesnt reach on other no. hence i went again then they told me to sumiite my moible then i went there fov 3 times after 3-4 days told me that there were some defect occur while formating and will take nearly one month to repairment hence tell me i[censored]r nokia care cant do formatting which i dont thing is not hard and instead of reapir i got more defect in my mobile so i thing there is no need of such nokia care.hope u will take action othrerwise i am going to file case on that careonly 5 months later there was a problem with its speakers n when i submitted it for repair it took one month for the speakers to be replaced
now in january 2009 there is again a problem with its vibrator and it has already been 10 days that i have submitted my handset for repair but i havent received my handset as yet.
the reason they give is that spare parts are not availible.but according to me n-82 is a recently launched phone and there should be no problem with the availibility of spares.
