    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a prepaid customer of your company using this connection sicnce 2004. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Since the day I received the connection of my Mobile I am getting lots o[censored]nwanted SMS like - Shopping Offer, buying the product offer, e.g., buy Alkeli Metal etc. I am really very much embarrased with this type of trash messages. I didn't complaint till now because you people will charge money or service charges for this thing trash things which are not causing from my end. But, still I would rather request you to stop sending these nonsense SMS on my mobile nos., but please always keep this in mind that, it has to be apart from the job offers and SMS from my colleagues and dear ones.

    Another thing adding to the above compliant is that the calls regarding the Caller Tunes etc., from your end. I don't need your calls regarding the Caller tunes. If I needed the same, I will call you. You don't have call me. Because, these type of calls are really very embarrassing for me.

    Therefore, I am requesting you that, "please" "please" and "please" consider the above situations and if you think it is possible for you people then kindly do the needful. Because it will give me immense relief.

        Hi,
        I am Vinod Nair, from New Delhi. My Nokia E61i, purchased a year and half ago, developed some problem of hanging and messaging errors, around 13th Apr. I went to Nokia Care ( Net Dot Solutions Pvt Ltd ) situated at Jail Road, New Delhi on 14th Apr. The service representative informed me that the handset requires a software updation and since the handset is liquid logged, there could be a " dead risk" chance. He also informed me that if I still agree to get it repaired, I may need to sign the job sheet, which I did on my will. It was informed that the entire process would take a couple of days and I can get the handset on 16th Apr. I checked with the centre on 17th Apr and it was informed to me that the handset would take a couple of days more to get repaired and that the service centre would call me upon job completion. When I did not receive any call from them till 21st Apr, I checked the website for the job sheet status. It was mentioned as "Closed-Repaired". I promptly went to Net Dot (Nokia Care )and asked for my handset. They took half an hour more and informed me that the handset is non-repairable. Upon questioning, the front desk told me that the handset has been purchased from overseas, therefore they cannot repair it. Upon arguing that the handset was purchased within India and that the website shows that the handset has been repaired, they took another 10 mins to inform that since the handset was liquid logged, there is a dead risk and therefore they chose not to repair it. This when I have already given approval to do so in the job sheet. Upon speaking to the centre incharge, who was rude and impolite, they agreed to give me a delivery note and told me that I am free to complain on this to nokia care. I was shocked to see the delivery note given to me in which the "date of repair" was 15th Apr and "date of delivery" is also shown as 15th Apr. Upon pointing out this, the front desk lady cut the date to 21st Apr and signed it there. It is really surprising and gave a very bad impression about the services offered by Nokia Care. The centre gave a complete misinformation about the entire process and kept the handset for more than a week to inform that it is non-repairable.My Job Sheet no. is[protected]/090414/16

        I hope you would take into account this complaint and take remedial measures against this centre.

        i am vikas i have purchase a nokia cell phone(nokia navigater 6110) from mumbai invoice no.is 14378
        dated.19/06/2008 but presently i am in gwalior and my phone is autamaticly switch off then i charge
        my phone but its not on.so i went nokia care(progrssive care opp. sanjay comp. jayendra ganj gwalior
        ph. no.[protected]their are staff is repair my phone and charge to me Rs.350. but my phone is
        warranty priod till dt. also there are staff one person tell me ur phones battery damage and one person
        tell me ur phones jack is damage.he will not give me cash reciept also.
        so i request to you kindly take the matter seriously and take action against gwalior nokia care.

          Respected sir,
          As per the subject cited above on 15/08/ 2008 I was purchased Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] within the first 3 months the problem/defect/fault was found in the Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] for which I was contacted to the nearest Nokia care center and then after a series of problems/defect/fault are continued till date which I had mentioned as below in sufficient details.           * The Problem/defect/fault which is mentioned in 3rd time company visit that was found during checking as soon as I had received Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] after 2nd time company visit.
          * When I had received Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] after 3rd time company visit and checked in the Nokia care center there itself it was observed that the Problem/defect/fault which was mentioned in the 3rd time company visit persists as such with 0% improvement for which I was handovered Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] to the Nokia care center at the same moment. The Problem/defect/fault was observed by the Nokia care center manager and owner and agreed that the Problem/defect/fault is genuine and major.
          Sir I am suffering a lot since from last 7 months about the Problem/defect/fault in
          Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] and the service, which is provided by Nokia. During the period I was faced a lot of inconvenience, because o[censored]navailability of extra handset, as will as mental, physical stress, loss of warranty period due to company visit mistake/problem/defect/fault.           NOKIA MODEL N- 72 — BATERRY FAULTY

          I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA MODEL N-72 ON 07/07/2007 FROM SHREE BALAJI MOBILES, B-15 SRIRAM TOWERS, ASHOK MARG, LUCKNOW U.P AGAINST INVOICE NO BAL/01904. THE
          IMEI IS [protected] ND BATERRY NO 382066 CHAR NO 196049.

          THE PROBLEM IS SINCE LAST TWENTY FIVE DAYS THAT BATERRY IS GETTING DISCHARGED WITH IN 12 HOURS DESPITE THE TOATAL USAGE OF RECIEVING AND DIALLING NOS ARE ONLY THREE TO FOUR VISE A VERSA. THE OTHER FACILITIES ARE NOT BEING USED i.e MUSIC, RADIO, CAMERA ETC.
          THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN TOLD TO NOKIA CUSOMER CARE, LUCKNOW TWICE BUT AFYER CHECKING THE BATTERY I HAVE TOLD THAT BATTERY IS O.K. BUT LOW BATTERY PROBLEM STILL REMAINS.
          IT IS ALSO CHECKED AND FOUND THAT NO PROGRAMME IS OPEN AND IN ON POSITIONED.
          THEREFORE I REQUEST YOUR GOODSELVES TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.

            Undersigned purcahsed a Nokia set 5310 Xpress music in May 2008 from Uniflame PO- Guwahati .
            The phone was giving nagging problem within 6 months from purchase . I had given this set twiice to Nokia care for repair . but they could not repair it fully ... My warrenty period is valid upto June 09 .
            The phone set is presently lying with Nokia care - Guwahati . The details are given below : Nolia is only assuring me that my set will be ok but they are not serious about it .
            I want proper compensation for the agony .

                I bought a Nokia 5130-c music express handset on 18 April 2009 whose product description is IMEI. NO-> [protected] from bhopal's one of the leading mobile store... but within an hour it stopped working and got switched off but because i was moved from the city to indore... i visit the nearest Nokia care center at Yashwant plaza, opp railway station Indore, after around 15 days they replaced my handset with a new same model handset whose product description is IMEI. No-> [protected] but that handset couldn't cover the network properly... and so they again took the handset for repair. from last one month and more i had bought a handset which i never used yet that is only swapping between your nokia centers and i m not getting proper replies by your executives every time i reach there center they give me dates... i request you to either do proper arrangement of money back or give me a replace handset of same cost but different model as soon as possible.I am transferred from indore to Delhi and i need to move from the city within 48 hrs so i need a proper action with 24 hrs from your side.

                I am also going to complaint with consumer forum if the set is not within 24 hrs and the expenses if any spent by us will be in your account.
                You must mail to me immediately about your action.

                nokia 5130 model — new phone noy working

                i purchased new mobile on 15/03/09 nokia 5130 ... the next day only i found its battery back up is zero and loudspeaker not working... i went nto ace communication their service centre... they not register my complaint and ask me to use few more days..
                at last i sobmitted to ace communication, 13, kapil vihar, pitam pura, delhi by job sheet nno.[protected]/090321/1 & 2 dated 21/03/09 for bthe same..
                toll date no action being taken... its a doctor phone required for emergency etc...but they are least bothered... after purchasing new mobile i am in tension only, i have to call them daily... but no response
                ... i dont want repaired piece when i have purchased new mobile

The message which I got when they instructed me to send the command to their office for the execution of the said services, for example send "WAP model phone to 500 [WAP NOKIA 5130c-2 to 500], the message which I got said that, "Invalid or unknown phone model" . Please, help with such problem because I can't get connection with Internet hence that I miss a lot of information from the web, which according to my business is worse and I get loss everyday.

The message which I got when they instructed me to send the command to their office for the execution of the said services, for example send "WAP model phone to 500 [WAP NOKIA 5130c-2 to 500], the message which I got said that, "Invalid or unknown phone model" . Please, help with such problem because I can't get connection with Internet hence that I miss a lot of information from the web, which according to my business is worse and I get loss everyday.
                I bought the cellular phone NOKIA 5130c-2 S/N [protected], by the end of April 2009. I tried to get connected with WAP Internet Connectivity from my mobile phone services company but things did not work. After asking them about my problem, tBSNL Person told me that most of Chinese Cellular phones does not support such services. I told them my cellphone is from India and it has original S?N and EMIE but still they insisted that all the cellular phones are the same, there is no difference between Chinese and Indian Cellular phones. The message which I got when they instructed me to send the command to their office for the execution of the said services, for example send model no phone to 58355 [NOKIA 5130c-2 to 58355], the message which I got said that, "Invalid or unknown phone model" . Please, help with such problem because I can't get connection with Internet hence that I miss a lot of information from the web.Please do needful.

                I bought the Nokia 5130c . it's specially music edition phone but the sound clarity was not fullfilled as much expected from the product. the picture clarity is also poor when compared to other products in the same range. battery back is also normal. actually most of the customers prefer the nokia products regarding the battery backup, but they can't reaching their expectations . So I am not well satisfied with this product.

                    My father had bought the mobile on 03/09/08 from bahrain from the shop named ORANGE TELECOM, Tel. 17 214006, C.R. 24405, P.O. box:37656.
                    He gave it to me Mr Prasool.P.Das(son of Mr surendran) the had set has a warrenty of 12months.
                    i got the phone repaired done at INDIA-KERALA-THRISSUR - NOKIA SHOWROOM AT CITYCENTRE.
                    They charged me the amount of parts changed even though it had a warrenty.

                      I have received an SMS stating that I have won 600, 000 pounds and that I should mail back with the given claim code...but as far as I read...this is a scam

                      I bought nokia 5800 on April 19th 2009.
                      from second day i got problem in my phone..
                      i got error message " Memory full. Close some applications and try again"..

                      nokia care people also not rectified that problem..
                      in this stage i can't use camera, music, viewing messages, storing new contacts..anything not working..
                      only make a call, recieve calls,

                      And mokia care people send my mobile to chennai head office..but no use..i got same problem again..

                        AM NOT GETTING THE NETWORK CONNECTION AT MY HOUSE IN DOMBIVILI EAST AT PENDSE NAGAR.                           I had purchased a new mobile model #5130c-2 on 23rd March 2009 (express music), and have guarantee and warranty period. On April 29th, my mobile automatically got switched off, what I thought was because of no battery backup, hence I charged the mobile for an hour and then I switched on the mobile but it did not turned ON. Mobile is important in my life because my field is marketing field.

                          I went to Nokia care centre EDGECOM, #86/1 Maruthi Complex 1st main, new thippasandra HAL 3rd Stage, Indiranagar, BANGALORE- 75. Date: 02/May/2009. Job Sheet Number:[protected]/090502/77. After preliminary check from their side (FLASH Testing) they told me, it would take 12 working days since they have to send the mobile to NOKIA service centre at NOIDA. On May 2nd I handed over the set to above mention the address, but still have not got my mobile, I am fully dissatisfied with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced as soon as possible. Past 3 weeks I keep calling the Ashwin of EDGECOM Service center and every time they give a new excuse and a new problem in the phone( hardware problem, mother board issue etc).Still I don’t see any progress in their work.

                          I had spent considerable amount of money to purchase the mobile and now I don’t have my mobile.

                          I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set. Again problem comes I can't wait more than a month.

                          Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                              This is to inform you that I purchased the Nokia 5800 Express Music Nokia Mobile on 06th Mach 2009.
                              After One month i found that from My mobile there is some sound came from Inside the phone. So i went to Nokia Care @ Shree Service, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
                              They said that you have to submitted your phone here, then I submiited the same on 04th May. As per theic conversation I went to Nokia Care after 01 Day, but I found that problem is still continue. So again I submiited my phone to your Nokia Care.

                              They sent the same to your company for repairing purpose. Now I again go to take my phone on 18th May 2009, There i checked my phone & i found that the problem is still continue. Now today again your representative said that again we have to send your phone to Nokia Company.

                              Finally I went your Nokia Care, Shree Service @ Jamnagar, Gujarat for 05 Times. but till date my problem is not solved & already 15 days I kept my phone at your Nokia Care.

                              So requesting you to pl give me the final date of my mobile for my usage.

                                ive purchased my product last year bt its nt been 10 monts of buying the phone is showing the system error!!!
                                actually iwas having a problem in my mem card also.few days back when twas ok bt actually when i was viewing my msgs then it showed me the system error for the first time!
                                now when i was formittin then also its showing me the same!!!
                                nevertheless, atlast my mem.card is corrupted!!

                                  I would like to bring your kind attention on the bad experience I faced with your so called trusted brand “Nokia “ .
                                  I started using Nokia since 2002 and upgraded my phone with Nokia only as my requirement got increased with time, I got your reference through my friend when I shared the same with him.

                                  Plz go through
                                  • I bought Nokia N-82 2 GB on 27th Feb-2009 from RelianceDigital Retail limited, Vashi, Navi Mumbai .
                                  • Products details are-(serial no-[protected]).
                                  • I started facing problem with the device with in 1 month like internet access didn’t work and screen display(horizontal and vertical screen set) ), when I contacted reliance digital they convinced me after restart the phone twice and said it won’t come again .
                                  • More problem started after few days like ( call drop, not audible while making and receiving calls and same screen set-up ), when I again approached reliance they felt that it was problem in the device and referred me to your NOKIA Care, there I felt like cheated after waiting for more than 2 hours I learnt that my phone couldn’t get repaired and I was told that they will sent it to Delhi and after 10- 15 days they will revert me, I was ready for that a but when I asked for a stand by phone since they had taken my phone for maintenance, I was offered a very normal phone . now would u be able to use a normal phone after using high end phones like n-82, it doesn’t suit, u can understand it, at least for those who have faced problem within 2 months of purchase date .
                                  • I had to use some other brand which I had to borrow from my friend.
                                  i VISITED NOKIA CARE ON 16th of May to collect my phone, i was again surprised that phone was in the same condition as, i was again told that please come after 15 days .
                                  • It has been today 20, i have given my phone to Nokia center .
                                  • Finally I request you to help me to get either my refund as I have lost my faith on Nokia or whatever best u can do from your end but I want solution asap .
                                  • I hope you will understand my problem and help me .

                                    Nokia Handset model E 51 ( under warranty till 18th June 2009) was given to La Plume, Thane on date 21st Mar’09 whereby it was mentioned by an executive of La Plume that the IC of the phone E 51 needs to be replaced.
                                    Post receiving the Job Sheet, I was told that La Plume, Thane will revert to me in 15 days time but the said service centre never got back to me and finally when I contacted them on 20th Apr’09, I was told that Nokia Company has replaced the cell as the complain in the original old cell cannot be rectified.
                                    In lieu of the old cell I was offered a replacement of my phone with another set (with change outer body) with 1 month warranty & that too without any packaging, In fact it was wrapped in a paper. La Plume refused to handover a new set to me also denied giving me the proof that the set being offered was a new one.

                                    I am Bapi Das purchased a mobile Model No.5300 (IMEI No.[protected])on 7th June 2008 from Bolpur, Birbhum, W.B. Three month ago I face a problem i.e. no outgoing audio. I go to your service center at Suri, Birbhum, W.B. I did not know that what they did? Because when I back my house and call the problem to be created. After a week 2nd time I send my mobile this center. They said that if I change my mobile cover (body) the problem not to create.

                                    I change my mobile cover(body) and no change to the problem. On 1st June I go to this center 3rd time, but no body clear the problem.

                                      I Nikhi Kumar buy nokia n 81-3 mobile through MOBILE SHOP dated 04/14/09 but the phone have some problem as GPRS is NEVER ACTIVATED in this phone .I have launched a complaint to Nokia customer Care(NCC) dated (21 april 2009 jobsheet no.[protected]/090421/24) and they said that problem is solved after software update and update the software, but the problem remains persist so I again complained(dated 23 april 2009 Jobsheet no.-13253) this problem and they deliver the phone to their Head Office and return the phone after 15 days approx. BUT THE PROBLEM IS AS IT IS so i kindly request you to please take some action and CHANGED MY PHONE.
