Regarding giving intimation about request for refund of price along with compensation for the last 7 months of defective Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] or replacement of Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] along with warranty and compensation due to inconvenience, mental, physical stress and loss of warranty period of more than 2 months during each time (4 time) company visit of Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] before approaching to the consumer court.
On 20/05/2009 I was handovered Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] to
Nokia care center, RAJLAXMI ELECTRONICS, E-44, nagar parishad complex, opp. town hall, pachkandil chauk, yavatmal, 445001.

As per the subject cited above on 15/08/ 2008 I was purchased Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] within the first 3 months the problem/defect/fault was found in the Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] for which I was contacted to the nearest Nokia care center and then after a series of problems/defect/fault are continued till date which I had mentioned as below in sufficient details. Every time I was visited to Nokia care center Every time I was advised that the Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] need to send to the company to solve the problem/defect/fault and will take period of 15-20 days to come back. * Before sending 2nd time company visit Nokia care center person MISS RACHNA MADAM personally used the Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] for 3-4 days. She noticed the fault.
* The Problem/defect/fault which is mentioned in 3rd time company visit that was found during checking as soon as I had received Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] after 2nd time company visit.
* When I had received Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] after 3rd time company visit and checked in the Nokia care center there itself it was observed that the Problem/defect/fault which was mentioned in the 3rd time company visit persists as such with 0% improvement for which I was handovered Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] to the Nokia care center at the same moment. The Problem/defect/fault was observed by the Nokia care center manager and owner and agreed that the Problem/defect/fault is genuine and major.
Sir I am suffering a lot since from last 7 months about the Problem/defect/fault in
Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected] and the service, which is provided by Nokia. During the period I was faced a lot of inconvenience, because o[censored]navailability of extra handset, as will as mental, physical stress, loss of warranty period due to company visit mistake/problem/defect/fault. Sir, I had lost my faith/trust from Nokia and Nokia product.
Eventhough once more last time against my will and wish before knocking the door of consumer court I am trying to give you opportunity to
-refund price along with compensation for the last 7 months which I was suffered for defective Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected]
or
-replacement of piece along with warranty and compensation due to inconvenience, mental, physical stress and loss of warranty period of more than 2 months during each time (4 time) company visit of Nokia N 72-5 D purple IMEI [protected].

Nokia N73 Music Edition — lost of mobile
i have lost my mobil N 73 M the IMEI no. is [protected] from damoh on 12/10/07 and launch FIR also in police atation but they are not supporting in finding it or issuing letters to trace imei no. of my mobil to mobil companies. plz help me in finding my mobil.Thanks
