Dear sir,
We have purchased a nokia 230 dual sim mobile with batch no.

M/s. Three vee marketing pvt ltd
Sco.1028-29, sector 22-b
Chandigarh
With invoice no. 9497, date19.01.216

But on 15.07.2016 this handset is suddenly switched off after that it has not on. I have checked this handset from many technicians but they have said to us it will not work this is permanent damaged. Then, we went to above mentioned dealer. But they said to me that you have to carry mobile box then we will start the process of exchange or repair.
But, mobile box is not with me. They said without box we cannot do anything. This is only a excuse everything is provide on the mobile if they really want to help me they can easily exchange the mobile. It is not good i have original copy of my mobile' s bill and original handset. This mobile is under warranty it can easily exchange. They can help me but they are not willing to do so.
So, i have come here to file a complaint. Kindly help me in this matter, make serious efforts to either exchange of mobile or refund the money.

    His particular mobile no is used for job offers in a hotel in canada, i spoke to this person and a offer letter is provided by this person and i spoke to him on this no, the particular hotel from which he gave the appointment order i forwarded it to the hotel in canada, they gave a mail saying scam. The offer letter is also being investigated by the high comm canada, please take necessary action immediately so that anybody can become prey for him.

        I am a resident of bihar. I have purchase nokia 105 in the month of sep last year of a local shop in dist balrampur up. Imei no is [protected]. I consalte with nokia care situatuated in siwan bihar in the month of november. He refuse to attending me that there is no problem in set. 105 set is to be replaced by there from where it is purchased. Again visited to mobile shop he depositd my mobile in the month of of feb 16. I get a mobile no [protected] stating that when mobile received from company yon will informed. Till no information i have abour my phone. When i rangup to that gentleman no reply or call disconnected.

        One request please look into matter phone not used by me a single day by me. Can i get my money back. What about my warranty agar nokia deta hai yaa one more thing i have to forget my mobile. Suggest where i have to go . Last hope consumer court will work.

            I have bought a nokia x2 mobile on[protected]. By the end of june 2016 the mobile started having charging issues. Actually the incidents started before completing 1 year of purchase but i thought it was the complaint of mobile charger bought another charger and still it was not charging only then came to knew the issue was of mobile phone. Took the mobile phone to nokia care, they said the board is having complaint and i have to change the entire circuit board which almost costs as much as a phones price and a month or more time. A mobile phone should be having more reliable circuit boards than the ones that just work for almost a year. Filed a complaint on nokia site and also wrote a mail to them about the mobile phone issue but except an acknowledgement on receiving complaint and mail there was no further contact from them.

                  Bought nokia 130 mobile which has replacement warranty in FONEZONE nellore on september 9 2015. phone has software issue as per in video. as it has replacement warranty. have to replace it thorugh the shop i bought . but the sop was closed and there was tolet board. i tried to contact them and got a reply they went away there is no one to replace. i called microsoft as they own Nokia now. i placed a complaint in march 1st week and got numerous replies that their backup is working on and got different complaint nos. a few of them are on back of bill uploaded. after 4 montths and repeated calls. finally told they cant replace suggested me to contact dealerr or disrtibutor. i gone to find distributor came to know that there were no dealer and distributors in nellore. i called microsoft to give ditributor no. they end the call without responding. cpmplaint no.s given microsft are in images and detais are in bill and problem is uploaded in video

                  its showing nothing other than nokia and keypad is blinking whenever i put it to charging. I mentioned it to microsoft customer support. They lastly ended call saying you have to contact dealer and distrubutor though they know that there was no dealer and distributor there

                  the microsoft india know that there were no dealer or distributors for nokia in my area. thats why they keep wasting my time and told me the same thing that is in replacement warranty guidelines though i told them there was no shop i bought.

                        Sub: problems in my Nokia Mobile Phone Instrument.

                        At the start itself, I plead with you, Sir, for a patient reading of this very long and detailed letter.

                        I had purchased a NOKIA 225 mobile phone on 09.08.2015. The warranty is upto 08.08.2016. The phone had a one-year warranty.

                        The IMEI Numbers of the NEW Instrument were:

                        Unfortunately, the new instrument was not functioning properly, with the battery charge was not holding beyond 4 to 6 hrs

                        I therefore surrendered it to your service centre, M/s Delight Solutions, a NOKIA PRIORITY centre located at Ground Floor of Ashoka Bhoopal Chambers, Sardar Patel Road, Secunderabad, State of Telengana, India. .

                        After a week, I was informed by them that, the problems could not be resolved, and, the instrument has been sent to Nokia Works. I therefore did not press for further details. I do not know, to which manufacturing unit, my phone was sent. Definitely, it might not be Chennai Plant, which was closed in 2014.

                        After a fortnight, they called me and gave me a “FREE REPLACEMENT” 225 INSTRUMENT, and told me that, the details are entered in their system, and that there would be no problem. The IMEI numbers of the “free replacement” are:

                        [I regret that I am not able to recollect the date] But it was well within the warranty period of one year.

                        They advised me that, it is a FREE REPLACEMENT, and I accepted it, in good trust & faith that it is a NEW replacement phone, and NOKIA will never let their customers down. Delight Solutions also assured me that, the replacement numbers have been entered in their “system” and there is no problem

                        I confess that my knowledge about the mobile phones is "zero" and the 225 is the first phone, in my life, purchased from my meagre resources. I bought it because of the size of the screen [2.8"] needed for Sr.Citizens like me.

                        Though the performance of the “free replacement” instrument was not very satisfactory, I managed to use the instrument, as the battery charge held on for at least one day. That is why, I did not give any feed back to Delight Solutions. . Being a conservative old man, I handled the instrument with great care and avoiding all shocks and vibrations.

                        Only a couple of days back, I tried to open the back cover, to insert a extra memory card, I discovered that the back cover is broken and the broken portion appeared to have been camouflaged..

                        I also subsequently tried to find out, from the various web-sites, whether the "REPLACEMENT" instrument, given by your office is new or an used instrument. But I failed in ascertaining this fact.

                        I also understand that, from the IMEI numbers on the replacement Nokia 225 instrument, [which are much earlier to the IMEI numbers on my new phone, surrendered to your good office] it is clear that it is a very old phone, and is a refurbished one.

                        Had I known earlier that Delight is giving a refurbished old Nokia 225 in place of a brand new 225, I would have taken up the matter with delight. For my sleeping over this matter, I blame only myself and not Delight, which is a Nokia Priority centre. . But my genuine doubt is whether Delight have given me an OLD, USED AND REFURBISHED NOKIA 225 AS FREE REPLACEMENT, just as a formality of warranty replacement.

                        I do not and cannot find fault with Delight Solutions, because I did not ask for proper records of the replacement details, as I relied on the assurances of Delight Solutions. I fully admit my lapse on this part.

                        However, I place the matter before Nokia for a clarification and help me to solve this “replacement” problem. I have full trust and confidence on the Nokia reputation and trustworthiness.

                        I plead with you to investigate this matter and help me.

                        I am surprised as to why Nokia Customer Care or Delight Solutions respond to my genuine, "false replacement" complaint. Is it the way to treat a customer, just because, the customer has a "cheap" mobile instrument, and, responding to the complaint is not worth it? OR DELIGHT SOLUTIONS HAVE REALISED THAT THEY HAVE MADE A FAULTY REPLACEMENT, BY GIVING A "JUNK" MOBILE NOKIA 225 IN LIEU OF MY NEW NOKIA 225?

                        CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT, WITH THE TELENGANA CONSUMER FORUM?

                          I have a finest handset of nokia that is lumia 730. unfortunately at about two months ago i broke the display nd the back panel was partially cracked. i was ready to spend 7500 bucks for the display and 1250 bucks for the cracked back panel and i did it from nokia authorised service centre of gariahat, kolkata, west bengal, they changed the display and the back panel. when i received the back panel my nfc was not working. they just replaced the nfc tag from my old cracked panel to the new one as the nfc panel of the new one was not working. two days after the volume up and down key was not working. they just gave an extra padding on the internal keys. then i have the question that why i should pay for such a defective peace??? anyway, i changed the display of my precious iconic nokia gadget. but after 1.5 months it stopped working and the lcd was damaged without any external issue. one morning i woke up and saw my display full black. they wanted to charge more 7000 bucks from me for this. i showed the phone to another nokia care and they saw me that it was not properly changed before and was attached with a black tape just. even i have the question that why would they give handmade bill??? not computerized. i request you to take steps against that frauds and do something for the worst service from your authorised service centre. i'm a big fan of nokia but this time you cheated me. if not, i'd like to get the help of consumer court and consumer forum. i have all the bills and photos to prove myself. thank you.

                            This Mobile Shop taking more prices comparing to other shop.
                            I have purchase a phone few days before of MRP. 5999 and the shop taken 5900 for this mobile, where as this mobile is available in market for Rs. 4999 to 5199. Online- 4999 and on other shop- 5100.
                            Really its cheater place.
                            Guys no need to purchase any mobile from here. I recommend atleast 500 people f2f to even not to visit this shop.

                              Nokia Team,

                              I beg to say that I have never seen the worst quality product. We have purchased the Nokia N225 in Nov 2015. I bought from dealer & Invoice No - SM/RI/15/02917 VAT paid bill. The phone is used by by Father hence he is retired & hardly use his phone twice a day. We are facing phone dead issue without either fell down. This proves how cheap quality products Nokia use to assemble their handsets.Its not even a year & we are facing the issue. We want you to send the service executive to rectify the issue.

                              As I am working with Multinational organisation & hence enough guts to escalate the issue to Country service manager or CEO of Microsoft.

                              Waiting to hear a positive response from Nokia to keep my faith.

                                Hi after updating to 8.1 the set getting hanged off and on. Besides Windows 10 is not available. The most embarrassing fact is Microsoft's conflicts with google creating problems. Nowadays I found file attachments facility is withdrawn from gmail while accessing through internet explorer.
                                Microsoft simply making fool its consumer providing low quality and backdated systems.

                                Till date no communication from NOKIA as well as MICROSOFT
                                Some memory is marked as OTHER memory in Lumia phones. These memory can not be deleted and deleted. Day by day the size increases. No solution yet from company. Please show me the way How to take legal steps against Microsoft

                                    My charging pin of nokia lumia 610 was to be repaired. The estimated time of delivery was scheduled the next day. When i went the next day they delayed for the next day. It happened for continuous 10 days for me. Daily commuting to alambagh taking 1hr from my home to reach there. The staff was very disrespectful and didn't answer to any query about the repairing and reason for delay. I am never going to repair my nokia mobile at any nokia service centre. I would rather use local repairing services.

                                    They didn't even give me a bill. The service was for 1500/- rupees just to correct the charging point for it. They didn't even replace it, just settled it to work for some days. It again malfunctioned about a month later.

                                      I have already given complain but there is no response from nokia care. So again the details of complain is as under
                                      I had given for repairing of my nokia 501 asha at anand international (233, diamond harbour road, behela, kolkata-34). I paid rs.1000 for repairing but the mic problem was after repairing. The technician said that some parts are not available. You come after 10-15 days the mic problem will be solved. I am doing job out of kolkata so i was late to submit the device and i had gone to this service center on 20.06.2016. She said that rs.600 to be paid for repairing. I said that if i pay every 2 month rs.600 then it will be high from cost of mobie. She said that we cannot do anything.

                                      Again all problems are on my mobile which had repaired by nokia care before 2 months.

                                        I am ravindra kumar. There was a issue with my newly bought nokia bluetooth model no - bh222bt headset.In nokia service centre vasudev enclave kankarbagh main road patna bihar-800001, they took my product and sent it for repair on 19th of august 2015 with job sheet no[protected]/150819/015. They said it would take 15 days to repair, but not so happen, ever since then they are extending the date of product return every time, they are issuing that product has not been repaired yet.
                                        Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
