Before 2 months i bought a nokia 105.
After some it has some screen problem in that phone.
I visited in nokia care but they are asking about mobile with its box. But unfortunetly i lost that box. This phone has 1 year full replacement guarantee.
Now kindly tell me what am i suppose to do.
Give me the best way.
So i can touch with nokia. And bring more mobiles of nokia.

I am having nokia lumia 925. The phone was perfectly working and all of sudden it shut down. Firstly i assumed that it may due to low battery. When i plugged in it didn't start. I showed it at a care centre, they say it's a motherboard issue and it cost nearly rs.10, 000. Am i a fool spending a good amount on a phone and later facing such issue.

I want it repaired free of cost. Why charge higher amount if you cannot deliver...

I had handed over my nokia lumia 730 ds to the nokia care smart solutions, tirunelveli on 01/08/2016 with complaints of blacked out display. The phone had warranty upto 12/08/2016. My phone imei no. I am a resident of bihar. I have purchase nokia 105 in the month of sep last year of a local shop in dist balrampur up. Imei no is [protected]. I consalte with nokia care situatuated in siwan bihar in the month of november.
