Sir,

I have purchased nokia mobile phone in aug, 15 for rs 2650/-. Now, phone is not working. It becomes very hot when i try to charge it. And as soon as i disconnect phone from charger it get switched off.
Today, i contacted auth. Service center of nokia in sakarpur, delhi near hira sweat. They said that you have got repaired your phone at unauthorized place so its warranty has been ended. They refused to repair phone under warranty scheme and asked for charge of rs 1600 for repair of phone. However, i have never got repaired my phone at any shop.
Imei no is 368619/06/831322/6 & 368619/06/831322/3.
Please look into matter and say them to repair my phone free of cost as it is in warranty period as per sale terms of nokia.

I had bought nokia xl from vijay sales on 10th oct 2015, and being a huge nokia fan m writting this with great disappoint that the fone which I bought gave me trouble since day one its hamging problem, softaware getting deleted on its own, 3g not working and always I end up going toservice centre and now to t he great shock which even service centre ppl arein is display gone
I think ders someq problem in fne since I bought as my mom uses it does no chame of thismuch damage to the fone
Kindly look into the matter as nokia is famous for its durability and now its been only 1.5 yrs

Bought a Nokia 130 dual sim on 30.5.2015. Immediately after purchase in Feb 2016 it gave complaint of both receiving and talking. Submitted the same to the purchaser SMS Mobiles at Chalakudy 680307 who told me that if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced as it is within warranty period of 6 months. Even after constant reminders they have not replaced the instrument. Finally today on 6.5.16 they have given me an old repaired set stating that this is what they have received from their service centre today. It has a different IMEI number also from the one I have purchased. Could you help me out please or should I bear with the loss and think that this is NOKIA service? I have all the proof to support my claim.

On april 9, 2016, i had got the volume and on/off buttoms repaired by infotel services, 1, ekdaliaroad, kolkata - 700019 who gave me one month warranty. As i am not a techi, i did not check if the repairs had been done. A week later< i got a phone call also from infortel asking if my phone was working. I answered in the positive but till then i had not used the volume buttons. About a week ago while trying to lower the volume, i found the button was not working.
Yesterday i visited nokia care run by infotel services.
On checking they told me the volume lowering button has come off and that i was to be blamed and that in spite of warranty, i have to pay.
According to them the part is soldered and that it cannot come of[censored]nless done purposely and even i had to point out that it is within warranty.
The way i was talked to, i had the feeling that it is a ploy to earn money...If a part is soldered into position how can it just come off. Ever since the repairs, i have been using the device very carefully, especially, because i am a senior citizen and cannot afford much expenditure and it is a gift from my son and have been using it for the last two years.
It is my earnest request that i should get redressel ...I feel the button was not fitted at all.
Also a request... You should give proper training to the personnel...They are there to help us..

I bought Nokia105 dual sim from Matta's Communication dehradun. Now there is sound problem in mobile. I approached the seller where he send me to vodafone service center, then he told me to go to Nokia service center i.e. Mehta watch co. Ghantaghar, Dehradun. Where he told me that i have to go to seller again & he will give you the new mobile because it under replacement warranty. For your kind information i am attaching the bill of mobile set. Please try to solve my problem.

Please block my mobile asap, i have important data. i complaint in police station but no use with Mumbai police services. directly they are saying we cont find your mobile. (let me know here many guys are requesting for block any one got the solution?)

I am a resident of Alleppey town, Kerala and a constant user of Nokia mobile phone. I was always happy about your product and have received punctual and efficient service from your outlets. Recently I met with a bad experience from one of your dealer shop situated at Alleppey, Mullackal junction.

2 months back I purchased a Nokia 222 set (Model: RM-1136/NOKIA222DS, MONTH AND YEAR OF MANUFACTURE: 2015 DEC) from the above said shop. Now the End key and Call key is not working. I have contacted the shop and they told me that the set is to be replaced and they can do nothing with out bill. I have presented the mobile container box and other instruction sheets. Unfortunately I have lost the bill. I don’t know why they are so adamant about the bill. They know me very well and they remember about the sale. I didn’t expect such a bitter experience from your outlet. I bought the mobile for my mother and now the problem is that she couldn’t contact me on any urgency during my office time (I am a govt. Servant).

So I would like to request you to please consider my case with urgency and replace the set.

Res sir when i go to the nanded nokia care for l-730 model mobile for servicing then they said your mobile motherboard is damage so change the motherboard and price 4500 only for servicing .So it is totaly wrong so i decided to servicing other mobile center for servicing i find motherboard is not damage . So very bad service in nanded nokia care center

I got a mail and msg from number [protected] saying I won some million dollars award from Nokia .I know it is fake but why ur allowing those frauds .pls kindly see it and take strict action against them.some people have already lost money because of those frauds and they are using nokia name.I am a fan of Nokia products. Today I got the delivery of my Nokia 5233 phone I have the phone has many defects such as the I have received is a used phone, it doesn't comes with complete set which I have ordered, I have received only the charger and the phone in loose condition, it does not on when it switch off, it back is broken and many please take your product back and refund my money

I got my lumia 1320 mobile on feb -2015 and after 6 to 7 month i got a big problem on it, the phone has inbuilt battery and the phone hags up fully and lost the screen also but the phone is still on and getting to much of heat i went to my nearest nokia care and the re-installed the software and said the problem wont get come again but after that also it came and again i went to the service center and i told they checked and again they did the same and gave me now i crossed my warrnty date now i went and asked them now they are saying that need to change the board of the phone and its will be cost around 8000rs its too anger for and i got it back now its in dead condition.

My phone was purchased on[protected] .Inspite of this the customers care centre is charging rs 580 when they called me that they will charge the rs 580 i informed them to not to repair the phone but the lady did not helped me and when i called them they are not picking up the phone. Now i went to our mullick agency in krishnagar where i have deposited the phone .But they informed that the phone is repaired and i need to pay rs580 for it.But i have informed them to not repair it.Now i want my phone back.The agency is not helpful .Please respond to my ph.[protected].

I had given my phone in accurate care center affiliated with nokia care center on 10th march 2016. There was a issue while charging phone ( the phone wasnt getting charged after plugging it on) & rear camera wasnt working too, after which they changed the rear camera & the charger slot on 23rd march 2016. After begging them for my phone & getting angry on them they repaired my phone that day itself but the next day i faced a new issue regarding the proximity sensor which they had removed from the phone when i gave it for the repair. Till now i didnt get the phone back & the worst part is they are blaming me & asking for money & more time for installing the proximity sensor.

Idea is big cheating service provider, they are cutting money unnecessarily, for one or the other call they are sucking more money then they specify, i called idea customer care many time one customer care executive excepted there is mistake from idea and told will resolve in one to two days, not solved. But other customer care executives are adamant and though sucking and robbing more money they are telling they are right. Till i stop using ideia they use to suck the money. It is require to take proper action on them

I am using Nokia asha 311 mobile phone. I am facing so much of problems with this phone.

1. This phone will automatically terminate the Network coverage on every hang up of call
2. Poor sound quality.
3. This will erase the call log even if the phone switched off accidentially by falling down or any cause.
4. No wallpaper. When unlocked, it opens with icons.
5. No pattern lock facility. So call automatically triggers coz of slide open

and much more. so i would suggest that better dont look for this handset .

1I have all original documents like cash memo, battery, battery packet, battery no, first time when I am going to contai Nokia care for replacement of battery, care people shows various types of fault of invoice and they return back my documents for correction after correction my documents again visit store but they give child like reasons when I forced they accept my documents & they tell me the battery replacement would not be happened they're not responsible & they give me a service job sheet (no-1450 date-29/01/16) .After one month I call them they reply replacement would not be happened and replacement is rejected, about my old battery have no news. How this is possible please check my original photo documents and tell me where is my fault?
