Respected sir,

My lumia 625 (Imei no. [protected]) was entrusted with your customer care - mobility solutions, (Address: vijaya tower, tc 21/125 (5), first floor, karamana, thiruvananthapuram, kerala, india, pin-695002) with the out of warranty fault of a broken sim leg. The fault was filed on 23/05/2016 with the job sheet no: 13449.

The mobile set was supposed to be delivered within 20 days and when enquired about the mobile, the dealer informed that the complaint is still pending. When asked to return the handset without servicing, it is informed that the mobile set is misplaced at the service center and they are unable to find it. This is a highly pitiable situation and i am aggrieved to find that i have to go and wait there several times without any result. It is known that there are several others unsatisfactory customers like me. I will be constrained to approach the appropriate consumer court if no remedy is effected.

Hence i humbly request you to look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

    The subject mobile phone nokia make 130 dual microsoft bearing no [protected] was purchased from poorvika mobile world, pankaja mill road, ramanathapuram, coimbatore 641045 branch vide invoice no si/cram/89 dated 02.04.2016. The subject mobile phone is warranty period. Complaint is the mobile is not booting after switch off. On 18.06.2016 the set was returned to your branch where the mobile was purchased. We requested for exchange of some other company set as this particular model is having the booting problem as reported by our relatives & friends. Kindly allow us to go for some other company set.

      Sir can tell me that nokia xl original battery made by your company or not.And If it is made by you where it is available because Active nokia care centre is not available Ludhiana.All previous nokia care centre in ludhiana is shut down or not available. Can you please tell me that active nokia care centre where it is available in ludhiana(proper address along with conatact number).Where i can purchase the original battery of nokia xl.

        I have purchased Nokia 130 Dual Sim White phone through Amazon.in on[protected] but now it is stopped working due to Software issue since last 2 weeeks. I belongs to Kangra Himachal Pradesh and their is no Service Center nearby to get it repaired. Even the dealers are not helping to get it repaired as the phone is in warranty.

        Kindly confirm if I can parcel it to any service center to get it repaired or replaced.

            On 29th august 2015 i, indranil chattopadhyay having lumia 625 mobile set, (Imei no [protected]) went to your nokia service center (Anand international, 233 diamond harbour road, kolkata - 700034) and came to know that warranty period of my lumia set had been already over. Then i, requested to the concern person who was present in service center. His reply was such that he would reply the same at the rupees 3500/- to 3800/-. Thereafter he would inform me that he would give a ring when my lumia 625 set will get repaired and rectified. Afterwards, i gave several rings but reply was same that “when it will be repaired, i will be informed “. Then unfortunately i was hospitalized due to my cystoscopy operation at kothari medical center. The repair activity of lumia 625 set has got in to my oblivion. After my recovery, being discharged from hospital, i went and met the service center and met the concern person, and enquired the repair of my lumia 625 set. The reply was such that the coolest person of the world would get irritated, listening to the question “what was the initial cost i was offered” my reply reply was that it is rupees 3500/- to 3800/-, then concern person replied to me, ”ok”. To my utter harassment, i have not got my set till today.

            After 8 months they are demanding repair cost of rupees more than 3800/-, (It maybe rupees 5000/-). Kindly consider my sincere and humble request from the view point of customer need, requirement, satisfaction and over all delight. What you normally provide to keep the image of nokia flying high. Hope the no 1 person of nokia, ceo, will definitely take care of my problem give a ring to my mobile no. As mentioned below and also give an email as mention below.

              I purchased microsoft nokia 230 dual sim mobile from cell zone, 7/2b hazra road, kolkata 26, mobile, [protected] on 03/06/2016. The mobile is having signal receiving problem which the shop keeper also addressed and kept the phone and bill on 07/06/2016. Till now i did not got the replacement from him.

              Is there any way that i can do for replacement?

                My phone's charging point is not working properly. I have to press and hold to charge. My local Nokia care in Trivandrum says that "sub board" has to be changed. For the last two months I'm waiting for the "sub board". Every time when I call them, they say the part will come within two weeks. This has been going for the last two months. What should I do?

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    For the last one month, I am following up to get my E72 mobile phone MIC problem rectification. Customer care is lethargic and saying spare parts is not in stock and will arrive in a weeks time, but one month over, still the spare parts is not in place. I am fed up in frequent visit to the service center and phone calls. Please assist. Thanks.

                    Atlast, Nokia service center was able to provide me with the parts. Alternate part is provided to resolve the issue. Co-ordination is lacking within the team. One person says, part is available, but when I approach, they say, parts are not available. Every time, I almost drove 35-40 kms to the service center.

                      I have purchased a nkia lumia 530 set on 23/102014. The set is properly functioning, but apps are not being downloaded in the set. I have approached to the service centre at cuttack, odissa (Nayasarak). But they asked me to provide rs 350/- for the same. Can it justified?. They informed me that, a software will be loaded. Please inform me the cost. Of the software. By reverse of mail.

                        This is Manoj from jamshedpur. I sent my phone(Nokia 3110c) to Nokia service center(Jamshedpur, bistupur) on 1st june 2016 for software update, but their representative didn’t provide any service as they are telling my phone is repaired initially in other shop (local).

                        Initially I gave my phone for software updation in local shop but again it start troubling. So, I came to Nokia service center. I am not asking for free service or I am not telling that my phone is under warranty.

                        I would like to know is there any rule is there that if any one repaired their phone in other shop then Nokia service center won't repair it again?

                          I have purchased mobile from Flipkart and it is under warranty period. The Nokia Care centre located in Girdhar Plaza Complex, Harmu Road, Ranchi has refused to repair the mobile and told to contact the shop from where I have purchased the phone and get it replaced from there.

                          I told him that I have bought it from flipkart online, and there is no such scheme of returning or replacing any product after one month. But he refused to help me out.

                            My phone was purchased on[protected] .Inspite of this the customers care centre is charging rs 580 when they called me that they will charge the rs 580 i informed them to not to repair the phone but the lady did not helped me and when i called them they are not picking up the phone. Now i went to our mullick agency in krishnagar where i have deposited the phone .But they informed that the phone is repaired and i need to pay rs580 for it.But i have informed them to not repair it.Now i want my phone back.The agency is not helpful .Please respond to my ph.[protected]

                              I purchase the handset mobile nokia 225 dual sim dated 15.02.16, emi no. :- [protected]. My handset voice problem. I go to nokia customer care baddi and concern person ask me that charges of repairs is 350rs. But mobile is under waranty, so pls confirm me for what thing i paid 350rs. Concern dealer ask if we sent mobile to chandigarh then it "ll free, so why same thingis not done here.

                                I have given there nokia 225 model and imei no.[protected] for display change on dated 4th may, 2016 there praveen given delivered date 20th may, 2016 but till 27th may, 2016 had no changed display and when i talked there executive ms./mrs. Puspanjali on phone she talking very bad like saying what is your value in market you have given low quality mobile and asking about this if you have value you take other mobile. So i have taken mobile without changed mobile.

                                  I have been to nokia care eternity building, dn - 1, salt lake, college more, dn block, sector v, kolkata, west bengal 700091 on 20th may 2016. But the service executive refused to look into my problem and misbehaved with me. My phone is within warranty period. Further he argued with me. I would like you to take necessary steps against such personnel and look into the matter.

                                    Respected sir/madam, due to charging problem i have given my microsoft 540 for repair in purnea (Bihar) in nokia care on 16 march 2016. 2 and half month is over yet i have not got my set nor any time when i will get it. Many times i have visited nokia care in purnea but never they have responded nicely. I have suffered a lot both mentally and financially. Take necessary steps so that i can get my set as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take legal steps i will not get any response from your side.

                                        Dear sir/mam,
                                        I have recently purchased a back panel of grey colour of nokia lumia 730 from authorised service centre sirsa, haryana. When i matched this back panel with other same colour panel of nokia lumia 730 of my friends. I have found many differences between my phone back panel and there’s phone back panels. When i contact to care again for these differences, they told me its original and if you are not satisfied with this panel you can throw it on road. And says for any objection contact to nokia company and when i call to customer care they approve my complaint number and told to call back within 24 hours. They call me again and conference my call with nokia service center ‘s manager. The manager told me again this product is original and customer care executive told this me also and disconnected my call and i called them again for this issue they again disconnected it and then again i call them they said that your problem has been solved for nokia lumia 730 back panel and disconnected my call again.
                                        There are much differences in my panel its colour is completely changed and difference in the speaker grills and my panel have rough and mate surface but the original one is gloss and smooth surface. Now they are not going to replace or refund my money.
