Today I went to nokia store which is located in Secunderabad near anand theatre and the store manager name is Mr.Ashoka Bhupal there an executive didn't even know the exact issue and told me to pay Rs.1250/- saying mother board and power button failure and surprisingly the executive given discount of Rs.150/- then I have paid Rs.1150/- and asked me to come after 1hour and then he returned the phone saying problem sorted out as soon as I reach home againn the problem raised immediately I have contacted the same executive replied saying it may be a battery problem he compelled me to take used battery which available with him I refused and asked for new battery he said it is out of stock.

I would like to ask one question is this the service you provide to a customer who came with a issue. And I would say this is looting and cheating.

This is the worst experience I have never ever seen in my lifetime.

If you people ignore this issue lot many customers will face trouble like me guys please wake up and warn the concerned staff for giving wrong information and service.

Sir i am bhupendra chadar rendering my services in dist hospital ujjain i purchased a mobile nokia 130 at 30/3/2016 having replacement guaranty. my phone was not getting start so i submit my phone to shop(rajdhani mobile collection 97 kanthal chouraha aora sadan ujaain) from where i perches phone before 15 days he told mobile will replaced in 3 day but now shopkeeper is saying that mobile will nor replace .

I have been inspired by nokia but now iam very much disappointed with the service and the response they give to customer I have given my Nokia Lumia 1320 for service and I havent get any updation after that I have gone and checked out the care centre but the entire centre has been shutdown now they have opened the centre near by but the have missed my mobile and the manager use cheap words against the customer . Asking me to raise a complaint and go legally what will be the response from you.

My, hand set ( Model No. - 540, IMIE NO. - [protected]) was not proper function & a problem has been found not switch on (NBC) on dated - 19.12.2016. I have contact the customer care representative. they are said me approx estimate of repairing cost is Rs. 1250/- . They gave me a service job sheet mention by hand set battery no. - 206603
Several time I had contact the customer care person to repairing the set, but till now date they are not get to ready to repair my hand set. After that they are return my hand set without repair and change my hand set battery in the service job sheet they ensure that the product is repaired within 10 (Ten) days from the date of received of faulty product.

I have purchased nokia 215 handset on 21/03/2016 and it stop functioning from last two months, the shop where from the product purchased has been closed permanently. we approached the customer care at pune they are not providing us warranty, they advised us to go to the shop where the product purchased. as shop is shut permanently we unable to contact them.

I request you to please replace or repair the product at the earliest.

Hi,

I am Varun Pradeep, - A Regular & Experienced Customer of Nokia.

I have ordered "Nokia 222 Dual SIM (White)" on 15th August 2016 using the AMAZON online shopping and the product was delivered on 20th August 2016.

As my parents were using this Mobile (Basic functionality say dial/attend/disconnect the call) from day1 and found to be facing frequent problem in the Mobile display.

Initially they have assumed the problem was due to battery issue (say Battery is getting drained soon which in turns getting automatically switched off)

Later I came to know about this problem from my Parents and checked the battery from my side, No problem associated with Battery and it is working fine.

Now the Mobile display is Completely not working, while trying to switch on the mobile. (Only Keypad lights are working)

There are two IME Numbers on the packet. I mention below the same.

While travelling in auto on 28.01.2017 at 6.30 pm at Halasur, Bangalore - 560008, I have lost this mobile and the mobile number is switched off by the robber. I have already blocked my mobile number [protected] on 28.1.17 at 7.30 pm.

I request you to kindly block the mobile IME to stop service.
KIndly reply on mobile [protected] and send me mail confirmation for blocking.

Please note that I have LUMIA 540 Mobile purchased on 22/03/2016 which is under warranty for 1 year, given for servicing at SAMVRADHI TECHNOLOGIES on 13/12/2016 after 9 months of purchase with the complaint of only phone not switching off the Airplane Mode. Service center is returning back the product without repair or replacement responsibility mentioning Liquid Damaged. Phone dosen't have any external damages and I can't understand how the mother board got damaged and if so, I understand it is the company responsibility to repair or replace the phone as the set is under WARRANTY. ​I ​have purchased Nokia 105 from your retailer namely "Seerat Computers Kulgam" on[protected]. The phone shows contact service from last one month. i have visited your Nokia Care center "Sheikh and Co." at Anantnag. They asked me that as per user guide phone will be replaced under warranty through retailer. Dear Sir,

I bought a mobile of Nokia ( Nokia Lumia 640 XL ) one year ago .
As they give the guaranty period of one year . In this one year i gave my mobile many times to service center for many issues.
In this one year my phone get many different issues like call hanging, touch problem, overheating . These problems occurs every after 2 to 3 months .

And all the time i submitted my mobile to service center and they take 15 to 20 days to repair it . After when i get my phone it works well for 2 to 3 months and then again occur some issue..

This time again some issue are there . when i get to service center they are asking for 5000 rs .

The issue is this if i give 5000 every after 3 months how will i manage . I have to pay 30000 every year for maintaining my phone not because of my mistake but due to company issue in product.

If this phone work good at least a year then i have no problem in paying 5000 rs a time to repair it .

so its my humble request to please look into the matter and help me to find out the solution for this

I have buy a Nokia Symbian device very recently. Now they are not providing the support. OVI store not working.Now i come to know Microsoft has stopped supporting for Nokia devices. Nokia old phone are still available in the market. Its the responsibility of Nokia or Microsoft to re-call all unused stock from market if they are not able to provide the customer support. Now I decided to file a legal case in the court against both company on this issue.

On 29th august 2015 i, indranil chattopadhyay having lumia 625 mobile set, (Imei no [protected]) went to your nokia service center (Anand international, 233 diamond harbour road, kolkata - 700034, west bengal, india) and came to know that warranty period of my lumia set has been already over. Then i, requested to the concern person who was present in service center. His reply was such that he would reply the same at the rupees 3500/- to 3800/-. Thereafter he would inform me that he would give a ring when my lumia 625 set will repaird and rectified. After was i give several ring but reply was same that “when it will be repaired, i will be inform “ then unfortunately i was hospitalized due to my cystoscopy operation at kothari medical center. The repair activity of lumia 625 set has got in to my oblivion. After my recovery be discharge from hospital i went and met the sevice center and met the concern person, and enquire the repair of my lumia 625 set. The reply was such that the coolest person of the world will get irritated, listening to the question “what was the initial cost i was offers” my reply reply was that it is rupees 3500/- to 3800/-, then concern person replied to me, ”ok”. To my utter harassment i have not got my set till today.
After 8 months they are demanding repair cost of rupees more than 3800/-, (It maybe rupees 5000/-). Kindly consider my service and humble request from the view point of customer need, requirement, satisfaction and over all delight. When you normally provide to keep the image of nokia flying high. Hope the no 1 person of nokia will definitely take care of my problem give a ring to my mobile no. As mentioned below and also give an email as mention below.
