Dear Sir,
On 09 Jun 2015, i purchased a brand new Nokia X2 Dual SIM (IMEI/Serial No: [protected]/71) @ 4499 Rs from Flipkart. Suddenly on 19 Mar 2016, while operating my mobile phone i found its "Touch Menu" not working whereas back key and full touch screen is working well. Immediately i rush to Nokia/Microsoft service center (Mehta Watch C0), Dehradun for repairing on 21 Mar 2016, There customer care executive told me initially we will upload the software again if its not work then its means there is a problem with touch so will send it to bangalore for repairing and which will take around 15 days. I handed over my mobile to customer care executive, after 10 min she called and told me that we are not able to update it as its not connected to USB (USB 1 PINT Damage). She further told me that its a physical damage so its not cover under warranty and if she will send it to service center then company will return it back as pin was broken. When i asked her that there is no physical damage in it then how is it possible then she told me that you are right sir there is no dent and all but we are helpless as per company policy we can't take it and if you want it at yours own cost then only its happen and it will take around 8500 Rs. When i said no then she returned my mobile back to me but this time mobile is fully dead so i contacted her immediately then again she informed this matter to their engineer and after taking around 15 min again, she returned this mobile back to me in a factory reset mode means its after uploading a new software.
there are few question of mine to Nokia/Microsoft:
(1) Why Nokia hires so illiterate engineer who respond this way. Initially executive told me USB is damaged we are not able to connect with device. If this is the fact then how is it possible at later stage when i complaints regarding the phone is dead. How they upload it again?
(2) Now when i checked that USB after coming back to my home, its broken but look like the fresh one type. What i feel its the engineer fault, may be he connected USB not in a proper way as he is quite busy in his own mobile too as visible from outside.
(3) Nokia Demands me 8500 Rs for repairing a part only, i don't understand why Nokia spare part is so costly. Its better to buy 2 New mobile phone with fresh warranty instead of repairing it.
(4) Service center timing is 10 am to 7 pm but when i reached there around 1005 am, noone was there other than one sweeper Mr Ajay. when i asked him about the staff, he told me they will come at 1030 Hrs. They all reached at 1030 Hrs, when i asked them for suggestion/complaints register they simply ignored it moreover one of their team member Mr Manoj behave very rudely in front of Mr ajay and that lady whose signed is there in Job sheet. When i asked him that i will put yours complaint in Nokia then he said "do whatever you want to do". This is the status of service center engineer who don't do any work other than to come late and behave rudely with the customer. Thats also may be the reason that they all treat my mobile like this way.
(5) IMEI no of my mobile is [protected]/71 (Screenshot and bill attached) but just check it out the job sheet (attached) Customer care executive put that also wrong in it, now you can imagine how these guys working there as no one is there to check out whether they come in time or not, they work and behave properly with customer or not.
(6) Last but not the least, if nokia is not able to afford the servicing of their own mobile phone then why the hell they provides one years fake warranty to their customers. Its only 9 months and my phone behave like this way, there is no physical damage in it at all as i am the only user of it but still no facing this issue.
Please do needful and ASAP.

      My Mobile Lumia 730 is getting very hot from front, back and side just after the purchase of 2 days.
      I have submitted my mobile to Nokia care in tilal Nagar Delhi, after that also my mobile is getting hot what they do they reset the phone and give it back.
      And phone given by them is having dent.
      Nokia give my money back.

        My Mobile phone (Nokia 630) is under warranty. Its touch has not been working properly; sometimes it doesn't work and other times works on its own. The service center agreed to replace the part, but informed that part will be available after 10-15 days. It is almost a month, but the part has still not been received by them.
        I hope they are not bent upon spoiling their reputation.

          Dear Rajesh Kumar Suwalka,

          This is to bring to your notice that we did receive your Nokia Promo Award Funds of 1, 200, 000 and the same we were supposed to transfer in to your nominated account. We had completed all the formalities for the transfer however the transaction was cancelled due to NON PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FEE of Rupees 24, 950 INR from your end. Moving forward we have cancelled this transaction and kept your funds in suspense account and it shall be like this till the further intimation from Nokia London. As soon as we receive the intimation from Nokia London to either transfer the funds back to them or to transfer the funds to any other winner of the funds we would proceed accordingly as per their instruction. Hence you have very limited time to re-open the transaction file and claim these funds. Now how much time is there cannot be said but you have to be very fast to claim these funds. However as of now the funds transfer has been cancelled as you refused to pay the Administration Fee.

            I'm very disappointed with the kind of service providing by Nokia through the service centers, My lumia 1520 touch was broken and given to service center to replace it which they charged Rs.14, 000/- after replacement my front camera not working and the mobile gets switched off repeatedly and the screen changes automatically with out even touching screen and few times touch itself will not work, After repeated complaints they asked me to handover the mobile (to send company) it has been 16 days now, today when i called to check they says that they couldn't resolve the issue, they are sending it back the Mobile. My Straight question is to NOKIA if you couldn't able to fix the basic issues like this, why you guys are manufacturing and selling phones . Do i need to keep my phone in showcase after spending Rs.45, 000/- in buying Nokia Phones. ???

                I had Purchased NOKIA 5235 model with Unlimited Music download facility for 1 year and its licencing for life time. But after closing of OVI.com Iam unable to get licence key which I need after formating mobile or comuter which content these downloaded licenced MUSIC, which i need desperately. No positive response till now from NOKIA on this issue even after may complains online and by phone helpline.
                I have my Nokia-OVI login-password.
                Can I use these Music provided by Nokia while purchasing and said offer of 5235. ??
                Music I have needs DRM (licencing) varification now.

                      I am having the mobile handset of Nokia Lumia 625. On 8th February, the set has automatically switched of and didn't switched on, while it has sufficient battery backup at that time. That's why, on 10th Feb, I had submitted the set with the battery to the Nokia Service Centre, Golaghata, Kolkata - 700048 for repairing it. On 19th Feb. they have given the set back and charged INR 1200/- for repairing it (They mentioned that they have solved PCB short problem). Before submitting the set to the service centre, backup of the battery of my set was nearly 36 hours. But after getting back the set from the Service Centre, the battery backup becomes only 5 to 6 hours. Not only that, if I talk only for 5 mins. then my set generates heat extremely. On yesterday (22/02/2016) after providing full charge of the mobile while talking for only 25 mins, the set showed me LOW BATTERY and switched off automatically.

                      Under this circumstances, I am very sure that the Service Centre has changed my battery. They have replaced my own battery with the rejected one.

                      I will be very much thankful to you, if you kindly resolve my problem as early as possible, as I can not use my mobile handset at all.

                              I have nokia 730 and i want to change the LCD screen of the phone which is completely broken. I enquired the rates of the screen from different nokia service centers but they are different. Some says that the screen will cost Rs. 6000 some says Rs. 6500 and some says it'll cost Rs. 7500.
                              May i know the exact price for the same.

                                My Nokia Lumia 730 Handset restarts frequently.I had been complaining this issue to my nearby nokia service center(Lower parel branch, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) but my issue is'nt resolved yet, my handset was once taken into the service center custody for some 20 days still the issue regains, and it frequently restarts, every time i visit the service center they do some work on it and says his has been resolved and the problem wont come again, but actually it is not.Please help me out with this.

                                  I bought a Nokia Lumia 925, top end Model on 04/04/2014 in India worth Rs. 28000/-

                                  Since 04/04/2014, it got 4 times damaged

                                  Some time SIM detecting Problem, Some time Audio speakers, Some time Mother board.

                                  Three time I submitted it on Nokia Care service center.

                                  Last time I went on 31/1/2016 to their Service Center ( Samvradhi Technologies ), they said its completely dead, Mother board gone, cant be repair now.

                                  I just wanted to know how can be a brand New device got such defaults. its really a disappointment for me.

                                  It can be possible that I got defective device.

                                  Please escalate my issue ASAP.

                                    I have given my nokia lumia phone 640xl for repair under warranty. I have given it to MOBILITY Solutions, Karamana, Vijaya Towers, Trivandrum, Kerala. This is the only authorized service center in trivandrum. I have given it on 22/01/2016. Till date I have not got my cell phone back. The JOB sheet number of the service center is 12803. I have even complained the NOKIA customer service about this. But No response till now. I want a complete refund now.

                                      I had given my Nokia mobile handset(Model No: 5230) to insert additional memory card to nokia care(Address: Bharati Telecom, 1st Floor, Ananta Complex, NB Road Tezpur, Assam in the month of June 2015. At that time they told it will take one day time to resolve it. But till the date they are not returning my mobile handset. When I go and ask for my mobile they say me come tomorrow/ or the after tomorrow but they never return my mobile handset. So please help me. Otherwise I have to take personal action against them nonsense people.
