Hi, im using nokia lumia 1520. After updating the windows 10 the phone getting very slow and whatsapp not opening, most of the app doesn't work. The store app too. The next level updation any thing means pls check and revert back soon. Im tried all the things in my phone. But it's all wast of time past 3 months.

    I adv. Ghaffar ahmed, have purchased a nokia 5233 on 5/4/2017, order no. #te[protected], from sales shop. I want to refund my whole amount as the piece i got is just like a dami set. It's battery is totally dull, the memory and sim slot are not working. Displaying nothing on the screen. Customers support is not there at all only waiting tune keeps on ringing, no one is paying any heed, they ask to contact the company. And the service center is about 30 km from my residence. If i didn't get my full amount then regal proceeding will be arranged against nokia india and sales shop company in the competent court of law at my residential place. And they will be responsible for consequences.

      The nokiax operating system version number is 11.1.1 in imen/esn no. [protected] whereas the latest version of os is 1.2.4.1 which is available from internet. Because of this i am unable to upgrade the os. I went to indira nagar, bangalore service centre to find that it is shifted to an unknown location which is different from what is available in internet. Finally i approached marathahalli silk teleservices. They charged me rs 480/-. Kindly reimburse rs 480/- + 100/- additional expense for visiting indiranagar.

          Nokia asha 502 model touch was gone not working. I meet the nokia service center in ameerpet hyderabad. He said that model toch was not coming. Iam hurted that my mobile working super but touch not working from recently. Presently am not using any other mobile i like this phone.             I had purchased Nokia Asha 311 phone from a local shop about a month ago. Recently the phone started malfunctioning so I took it to service centre. The service centre person told me that they won't be able to provide any warranty as the phones service and parts have been discontinued way back. I went back to the shop from where I purchased the phone and he told me that he won't be able to help as he is not responsible for any service, only company is responsible. I have roaming from shop to service centre since days and still being helpless since a week.

            i am regular customer of your nokia. i got my phone display damaged. I repaired at nokia care centre nearest to my area but it again got damaged within months. kindly resovlve this.

              They charged an amount of 7000/- rs. And repaired the set... Soon within a month the set was in problem again. I failed to call nor hear the caller while calling. The care centre said that a machinery was not there and hence it has to be replaced by a new one some audio device or something like that and charged rs. 1850 for the same on 6/5/17... As soon as i checked my phone i found that i could not hear the caller so i requested them to check they said along with incoming device change now outgoing device also needs to be replaced and charged again. I resented to pay and then they said it was a software problem.
              But unfortunalely now the front camera was not functioning.
              When i complianed for that they said it is linked to the motherboard and they hv to change the motherboard... And offcourse a great amount of money.
              I wanted an explaination and they said the front camera's problem was there in the set from before. They reset the phone but unfortunately no repairs could be done.

              O in the end after paying so much also i am sitting with a phone whose front camera (Which was fine before) doesnt work nor the caller hears my voice.

              Kindly help to address my complain.

                I hv given my nokia e7 for repairing in silchar service centre on 6/5/15 which they have mistakenly written as n8 instead of e7. Aftr tht the center has gone from silchar while my cellphone was still lying with them. I hv alrdy complaind bt they have done nothing. I am fed up as it has been lying for 2years. Hence i am knocking ur door.

                    This is very disappointing to inform you that i did purchase nokia 230 dual sim (Dark silver) through amazon on 20'th of march, 2017. But since last week the handset mobile is defective speaker. I did contact the local nokia service centre at chennai, to replace the handset with a new one as it is under warranty period. But, they strictly deny any liability associated with the handset as it was bought through amazon and not through any local distributor. Then, i did contact with amazon and they ask me to get at least a service denial letter from local nokia service centre, so that, they can initiate...

                      My calling Mic and "back Button" Light and "Home Button" lights were faulty.
                      so i reached Nokia care Gurugram. they told me that the whole part will be changed and it will cost INR 8999. i asked them to go ahead. after a some days i got a call that my phone has been repaired. but when i checked it in front of the Nokia care employee it was still faulty. so they asked me to wait for some more days. after some days i got a cal that my phone gas been sent to Head Quarter Delhi. Still after that i was informed that my phone will not be repaired cause its not supporting the parts. they asked me to downgrade to windows 8. but when i got my phone back there was no network and the PC did not recognize the phone with any cable on any PC. i tried every method on Youtube but nothings working to get it recognized. So that i can down grade my phone through "windows device recovery tool".

                      so my point is they actually bricked my phone further instead of repairing it.
                      so what now?

                      and it is found to be defective as its hardware is way loose, its screen is bulging out, its keypad is loose, rim of the phone comes out, and this phone has a tendency to break into fragments once it falls.

                          This is very disappointing to inform you that I did purchase Nokia 230 Dual Sim(Dark Silver) through Amazon on 24 th June, 2016.But since last week the handset is not detecting the sims.I did contact the local Nokia service centre at Dibrugarh, Assam to replace the handset with a new one as it is under warranty period.But, they strictly deny any liability associated with the handset as it was bought through Amazon and not through any local distributor.Then, I did contact with Amazon and they ask me to get at least a service denial letter from local nokia service centre, so that, they can initiate the replacement for me.But, nokia service centre refused to give anything in writing of this sort.In one sentence, local nokia service centre is refusing to replace the handset and at the same time they are refusing to write the service denial letter.So, I mean to say is that, if this is the case during the warranty period, so, I don't need to explain much about your service centre facility here at Dibrugarh, Assam, if the warranty expires .Hope, you can easily understand my position.
                          Please help me in this regard.Looking forward for your kind support.

                          Same is the case here in Bangalore. Nokia 230 Dual Sim(Dark Silver) handset which I had bought in June 2016 has keypad issues and has replacement warranty till June-2017. For replacement, both Nokia service center and Amazon customer care personnel are saying same thing here as well.
                          Looks like Nokia 230 handsets are having manufacturing defects. Nokia being product manufacturer have least ethics here - denying replacement as well not giving service-denial letter, even though they have shipped faulty products. On the other hand, Amazon doesn't want to talk to Nokia folks directly and resolve the issue here. They keep asking the customers to talk to them which is not working out. Amazon seems to be selling products without entering into proper service agreement (which is a basic thing) with product manufacturer. Both companies need to be sued for lack of business ethics here.

                                Nokia having worst customer care in arundalpet guntur. They are replacing the working parts to other mobile complaints. I had given my phone (nokia x2) on 22/03/2016 to resolve the mic problem but they replaced my touch screen which is in working condition.When i asked why my touch is not working now, then they replied at the time of doing repair it has failed and that mic problem is remained same

                                    All of a sudden this Monday, my phone went into FLIGHT MODE which would not turn off. Phone rendered useless. Twice tried repair with WINDOWS REPAIR TOOL as advised by MICROSOFT, but no success. I visited Nokia Care. The person at Nokia Care told me that this is a motherboard problem and it will cost Rs. 3500 to repair, which is not guaranteed; a new instrument is better. When I checked IMEI number through *#06#, it is missing. I am depressed. I shall love using the same phone once it is operational since I like it. Can anyone help me in restoring my phone to working condition by resolving this issue and coming out of FLIGHT MODE ? I shall be obliged for this. Please send me address in Delhi where I can contact and get the fault repaired, if possible, at the minimum of cost.

                                        I have submitted my Nokia Lumia 630 in consumer care support center at Amravati, Maharashtra on date[protected]. The mobile was dead and the PCB was damaged but no physical damage happened to the mobile phone. They promised me to give return by a month but now since it's been so long. Also if I do inquiry, they give me very unsatisfactory answers. If you don't look in this matter, I will go toward consumer court to add a petition against you.
