Hi,
I had given my Nokia mobile handset(Model No: 5230) to insert additional memory card to nokia care(Address: Bharati Telecom, 1st Floor, Ananta Complex, NB Road Tezpur, Assam in the month of June 2015. At that time they told it will take one day time to resolve it. But till the date they are not returning my mobile handset. When I go and ask for my mobile they say me come tomorrow/ or the after tomorrow but they never return my mobile handset. So please help me. Otherwise I have to take personal action against them nonsense people.

    My name is AJESH.S. Nokia care job sheet number 12548. In my case it was a simple volume button and sensor complaint. On 21 st December 2014 I took my phone (Nokia Lumia 525) to Nokia care karamana, Thiruvananthapuram. They told me that since the phone is under warranty cover it will take 10 days. After 10 days they are saying that the phone is off to Bangalore for repairing. The again told me to wait for another 14 working days. Now it is the 17 th working day and they have no idea about the status of the phone. They told me to wait till some response from Bangalore based servicing agency. Fed up with the very irresponsible behaviour of Nokia care personnel's.

      Submitted my cell on 21/12/2015 for repairing and time alloted for receiving the cell back on 21/1/16 but they refuse to give saying that the cell has not arrived.

        We have upgraded the phone software with lumia nokia care. but same problem is occur. Problem- 1-Batter is not charging 2- phone got hanged atleast twice in a hour- 3- touch screen not working 4- display got black unable to see the screen 5- screen sense is not working i think you have given some used product. Request you to replace it

            I had gave my Nokia107 model to service center and they said that it will not be repaired, they said it had been approved by the company dat it will be replaced. Now after 61days later the person who took the mobile from the retailer he saying sat the phone its was water damage. i m the owner and dat service centre person threating to me dat he cant do anything bout dat mobile. p.s tapan was the staff who was disbehaving with me. so plz do something bout dis issue

                I have purchased nokia 130 from AKASH ELECTRONICS(Email - akasheectronics.[protected]@gmail.com ), Chaitanyapur, Haldia, West Bengal on 23rd September, 2015. Its problem about hearing problem. I took my hand set to the nearest nokia care centre at Haldia on 10th October 2015, they informed that the hand set is under warranty and go to that shop and they will replace whole box . Akash Elec. taken 1 months to replace but after 2 monts they not fulfil their promise. When I contact them they dont receive call and behavier is very bad. Please solve this problem Sir.

                    I had gifted a new nokia mobile hand set to my daughter named priti chaudhary on 14.2.2015 but immediately after purchase the set is creating different problems and on 18.12.2015 the same was depsited at shimla as per Microsoft Service jobsheet No.[protected]/151218/004 for replacement to new one Model Name LUMIA535 IMEI [protected].but till today no intimation has been received from the care centre.You are requested to intimate the time-limit for repair/replacement has been fixed because without mobile day-to-day work is getting affected.

                        My mobile lumia730, imei no.-[protected], is not working properly.It hangs while i recieve calls.Its battery back up is also very less, the phone is very slow.I bought it on 5th jan.2015. I went to nokia care, daltonganj, palamu, jharkhand with the problem but they told it is out of warrenty.Customer care is also not responding.Neither service centre is listening to my problems nor customer care is responding. Nokia care people told me that they will not consider my recipt as warrenty.If they will repair it they will charge 300/- and with warrenty 100/-.Their behaviour is not good at all, they are simply harrasing me.I want my mobile to be either repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

                            I purchased a Nokia handset model no. 130 on 28-Dec-2014. This handset was purchased from Hyderabad. Today the cell phone is not working and it is still in warranty. The authorised service centre in Sagar district (Madhya Pradesh) says it cannot be repaired and it has to be returned at the shop from where it was purchased. Today is the last day of its warranty and I cannot reach Hyderabad in 1 day just to return a cellphone. Why the authorized service centre people are not repairing the phone?

                                My name is Aniket. I am writing this to report extremely bad behavior by a nokia care employee at Link road Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. The employee sits at the repair counter ( aged around 30) . we visited the branch at 12:30 pm, 25/12/2015. He was so careless and busy on his phone that he did not even look up while we were talking and was also very rude in delivering services. as a result, we decided never to trust nokia care with our phone again. These employees cause bad reputation for the company and an irreparable loss of trust that nokia spends so much resource trying to establish with it's customer. I am seeking a response to my complaint as soon as possible.

                                  My Lumia 720 mobile display glass broken. when i approach nokia care, they are telling that there is no production for the said model, so no replacement. As this model is around 2 years old only, the parts had been obsolete already. This shows poor service. Being a reputed company, they should supply spare for atleast 5+ years considering the model cost.

                                        Hi Team, This is the most common issue occuring in LUMIA 520 these days. I am getting a black screen with message "Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to continue". On visiting NOKIA care, was informed that motherboard needs to changed which is costing around 3800/ INR. Which is way too much. Request to take necessary action other wise will be forced to go to consumer court .
