    To : General Manager Nokia centre Please note that, I have purchased Nokia 830 ([protected]) from Kailashdeep Mobil Hub, Sai Chowk, Pimpri Chowk Pune 17 (Maharastra) on 03.06.2015, but after 4 months Handset is showing that flight mode on, we cannot call any body & recive any call, I was out of station I couldnot visit service centre imediatelly, Now I have visited service centre in chinchwad, Near Darshan Hall, Link Rod, but they told us repair charges Rs.2500, but If in within 4 months handshet is faulty, then Nokia comany should replace mobile & 2 months I completelly under tension that I couldnot call my family. Nokia is brand name so we selected Nokia modile, but If we will get faulty piece then How we trust Nokia Company, so to keep your brand in world, pl.replace my faulty mobile with new one.       Its my worst experience ever..i dnt know why this leading brands are treating their coustemers like this..its been 3 months that i had usen my handset..past 3 months before i had given my lumia 1520 handset (imei: [protected]) to the service center bcz of touch issue..it tooks 1.5months to get my handset back..thank god..but the real trouble cames after..3g network mode is not working after that..they took the handset for service and given after two days by doing software update..but the problem still exists..i had given the handset agian..and they did the same..but the problem remains the same..so they met the conclusion that, its the issue regarding the mother board..i had given the handset on 21 nov..and told me to wait for 15 working days...but of no use..i went to the priority shop, where i purchased it..they told me to cal 303838 tol free no..and register a complaint..i called and got the complaint id ([protected]) nd got the reply that the back end team wil call you within 24hrs..i waited for 48hrs...but did nt get the response...again i made a cal to 303838 and report the issue again..nd got a reply with complaint id ([protected]), that am there priority coustemer bcz am using 1520 and wil get a cal back within 4 hrs..now its 48+ hrs..stil am waiting..what the hel they are treating there coustemers..i had purchased the handset for 46000rs, and am getting the worst..am not willing to use the handset for no more, i kindly request the authorities to do the neccesery and make me out of the trouble.. (plz note: am getting the worst experience from nokia service center kollam, kerala..they didnt even pick a cal, for the enquiry about my handset )

        I have purchased nokia730 from munoth industries limited s-82, 3rd phase 2nd floor, spencer plaza, Chennai-600002, on16th December 2014.the ringer tone in my hand set completely went off on12th December 2015. I took my hand set to the nearest nokia care centre:joy cell no337/10 paper mills road perambur Chennai 600011.they informed that the hand set is not covered under warranty and asked me to pay rs 950/- towards replacement of buzzar.the hand set is rectified by paying the amount. As per the warranty clause the warranty period is one year from the date of purchase of hand set.hence I request you to make arrangement to refund the amount of rs 950/- because the incident took place within one year from the date of purchase of the handset.

            I have purchased Nokia 1520 mobile handset a year back from authorized vendor, now its got corrupted and reflecting "SIM not recognized", sent to authorized Nokia care center, after keeping one month they had retuned the handset without repair and saying its not possible to repair the same. I could not understand that NOKIA do not have service / repair facility of their most expensive handset and also they are not replacing the same

              I lost my mobile in autorikshaw and complaint to local police station. Also informed to service center for the same. But, nokia(microsoft) and service center asks they dont have tracking system for mobile. also they are asking they cant lock the mobile for future use. Asking me to be in touch with police only. 1 month is near to complete but no solution. Please do the needful.

                Dear Sir / Madam, Myself yogendra from Jhajjar Haryana (India), I had bought Nokia Lumia 520 phone by flipkart in April 2014. Till date is was working fine and I handled it properly. But suddenly one day, it has started showing "Unable to find a bootable option error. Press any key to shut down" and my phone is dead. I am a very soft user, and there were no damages or action involved for this phone but it became dead. I have contacted service center they said, it need to replace the motherboard, which will cost Rs. 3800/-. I want to emphasize that, Its manufacturing defects and general issue of Nokia Lumia, where so many people are phasing this issue. We buy Nokia phone as a brand but now we are getting disappointed of such results for a trusted brand. I expect that "Nokia Lumia" must resolve such issue free of cost.                     I have given my Nokia C6 vide job sheet no 26913 to TELEMOBILE (Nokia Care) on 29/10/2015 and they confirmed that will inform me the status within 7th Nov'15. But after than I haven't found any call regarding this from Nokia Care even till date I have called 3times to know about the status they only replied that will called back me within 30 minutes but nothing... Now I want my cell on or before 30th in good condition.

                      I have a slip in it warrenty was 26-11-14 to 26-11-15, I goto nokia care last mnth bt they said that warrenty was expire, I gave them warrenty slip, bt they not understand, and say me to go anywhere police station, consumer forum, etc... bcoz in slip date written by mistake, if mistake then who responsible for it,

                        Hi I have been using my lumia 535 from last 6-8 months. Last time I faced an issue regarding my loud speaker, I went to the Nokia Care which is in Kottayam, Kerala, India.. Once they rectified it later on I faced the same problem and when I took it back they where like now there is no service here, you have to take it to ernakulam. As suggested I went to ernakulam POOVATH INTERNATIONAL and reported my complaint and they told it will take 1 week time. I have done my service on 27/10/15. Now again I am facing the same problem. I don't know why the company is starting so.                                 I have purchase WH 208 model ear phones on 07/08/2015 in Reliance Retail limited, D.no;7-15, main road near NH5 old gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam. while using i have a complaint on my ear phones and i give it to a customer service centre which is located at Ground Floor, Land Mark Complex, Sampath Vinayaka Temple Rd, Opp. Dubai Shopping Centre, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530002 on date:14/10/2015. They said it will take 15 days to get your headset back. But still now they are postponing and when iam calling them in mobile they are answering to call tommorrow. how many days it will take to solve my problem.please respond and take action .

                                  I have Nokia Lumia 625 in 2014. My device has stopped booting after successful update and the company is not providing any solution. They are saying to replace the motherboard and that would cost me a fair price. My request to company is to provide me a optimum solution of the problem as I have not violated any terms and conditions.
                                  Many of the customers like me are facing the same problem. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible

                                    I bought a new nokia wh-208 earphone 6 months back which was not working I didn't replaced or complained but just left the matter then I again bought a brand new wh-208 earphone 3 months back which is also not working from last week. I bought it from Gurgaon. I do have the bill for the same. Please assist on the same.

                                      I have purchased one NOKIA handset on 8th July.2005 but after the couple of days its charger was not working. On 13th Oct, 2015 I had given that charger to the Nokia care at ARYA INFOTECH (81/A, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700026. Phone no. : [protected]) and they informed me that most of the customer are facing problems from this Model's charger and assured me they will repair /replace it within 30-35 days. But today they returned my charger without any specific reason. Again I have visited another Nokia care near Ballygunge (1, Ekdalia Road, Ballygunge, Kolkata - 700019, Near ekdalia evergreen club) and they informed that one PIN has been broken. So, could you pls inform me whose fault is this? Why they have taken so long time and without any verification they were assuring me for replacement – I am very much upset with their behavior.
                                      Pls make necessary arrangement for its replacement as it is under warranty period.

                                        Dear Sir, I submit my Nokia Handset in Nokia care due to display touch screen not working properly on 30-Sep-2015. From this date your customer care operators give me 15 days period and still today this period is not complete from your-side. This is not proper service for customers and for companies reputation also. My mobile warranty ends in next month without mobile us, so extend my warranty period. My Job-sheet number[protected] Please do needful action regarding this.
