    I applied for PAN Reissue. After making the payment I have not received the OTP to proceed and submit the application.

      i have completed my pan card form details successfully and also paid the form fee but at the time of e-KYC i did not get OTP. kindly solve my issue.

        I didnt get the otp when at ekyc process when applying for pan card after many try it shows the message
        Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

          I had paid 106.9 rupees while applying for the pan card. The same amount was deducted from my bank account. But, it showed up on the nsdl website that the payement was cancelled and asked me to pay again. But I did not get any refund. Kindly look into it

            Have filled an application for pan card through nsdl portal. After submission, i was not able to proceed further. Thereafter, i am getting "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time" message every time I login.

              I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using net banking. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 06/09/2021 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have not got any refund.where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.
