Hi Team,
I made a transaction of rs 50 for reprint for pan card on 02/09/2023.But the transaction got failure and amount debited either no confirmation for any reference no. So please look the matter and refund money ASAP.

    I am a member of NSDL APY .
    My monthly contribution is of Rs.376.
    But I AM UNABLE TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT.
    MY PRAN NUMBER IS SHOWING INVALID/NOT FOUND IN DATABASE.

    KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL SO THAT I CAN VIEW THE ACCOUNT.

      Hi Team,

      I applied a PAN card for my firm . I need PAN card number urgently to further process the GST and all. When I check the status it seems like require supporting documents. I submitted the all documents online and sent the required documents over speed post also. but still Pan Number not generated. Could you please help me in that.

      Details status in pan poratls is :: "We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to Protean to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]"

        Hello,
        I applied for pan card through e-kyc method and have done the requested payment of 106.9 rs which has been deducted from my account ( Through Google Pay UPI ). After returning to site, it showed that the session expired and now i have to refill all the details and redo the payment as your site does not save the draft even after clicking on the save icon.
        Please refund this amount in my bank account:

                      I use nsdl website to create a change pan card . Temporary token is [[protected]]. I used option for Submit digitally through e-KYC & e-Sign his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106 used by UPI. My balance was deducted from the bank on 01/09/2023 but adhar application not issued. It shows on the screen we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated tin-fc /pan centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html. kindly please refund my money in my account.

                          Hi, I have an e NPS account and invested through Kfintech NPS. Now when I am trying to open my NPS through NSDL its showing PRAN not found in Database. Any idea why is it so?

                              I have applied for new pan card on 20th August 2023 through e-sign/e-KYC mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([[protected]]). On completion of the process I have received message like below.

                              "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                              If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                              But when I checked my application status today, it shows message "sorry, no record found."

                                  During Login to NPS website getting error lik Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN
