    Sir/ Madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 23/06/2023 through e-sign/e-kyc method. I received my PAN card acknowledgement PDF after completion. Its been succesfully completed and I received the following message along with the PAN card acknowledgement PDF:-

    "Thank you for using online facility for pan application. If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    Later when i tracked my application status, its showing as "sorry no records found."

    Proof of (1) PAN Card Acknowledgement, (2). Tax invoice of Payment Receipt are attched below. Kindly please check it.

    Please check my New PAN card application.

      I have applied for pan card and in tracker it shows :-
      "your application is under process at protean - tin facilitation center.you may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you"
      Acknowledge no :- [protected]

      What should i do for getting status ? I dont know where that tin belongs and how to find address of that tin?

          Hi, when tried to track status of the PAN it shows "we have received the documents with reference to you PAN application. However, the documents are not valid. Please click here for details". But there is no data about which document was considered invalid and why? Also no option to upload the document again. Need the updated PAN urgently as it needs to be linked to Aadhaar . Kindly help us as soon as possible

            I got my physical pancard from Protean on 14/06/2023. While validating this pan card in efilling portal it shows PAN DOES NOT EXIST.

                I applied for a new PAN card from the NSDL website and initiated a transaction of Rs106.90 for the same. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and entered my Fampay UPI credentials. After successfully transferring the amount, the website returned an error message stating that the transaction failed. On raising a help ticket with Fampay, they confirmed that the money reached merchant account and initiating a refund from my end is not feasible. Although Rs106.90 is a small amount for an individual, if 1000 people transact every day and get same error message after making the payment, the scam is huge. It's Rs10, 690 per day, Rs320, 700 per month and Rs3848400 annually per 1000 people.

                  Sir, I am Gupteshwar Upadhyay recruitment ID 135055 ( HQ DGAR, Laitkor, Shillong). Sir I have participated in recruitment for above said post in Jun 2023. I have cleared written, physical and interview. But in medical I have been referred to civil hospital (NEIGRIHMS) for specialist review. Civil hospital declared me physically fit. But after all this I have declared unfit by Assam Rifles officials with remarks that the medical board will not considered civil doctors remarks for knock knee. Sir kindly accept my grievance for not accepting specialist doctors remarks if it is so then why I have referred to them for medical review. Although I have no medical issues in running & walking and I have cleared running before time. It is requested that suitable reply me made to me at the earliest.

                      I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 06.07.2023. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
                      Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

                        Pan status not changing from 15 days

                        I applied for pan update on may 19th.
                        May 22nd i got mail like this
                        "we would like to inform you that the documents received on May 20, 2023, are found to be in order during preliminary verification."
                        Means my documents are correct and accurate right?
                        But my pan status is"Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department"

                        Money deducted from the bank but the transaction failed

                        I applied for an e-PAN card from the NSDL website and initiated a transaction of Rs8.26 for the same. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and entered my PhonePe UPI credentials. After successfully transferring the amount, the website returned an error message stating that the transaction failed. On raising a help ticket with PhonePe, they confirmed that the money reached merchant account and initiating a refund from my end is not feasible....

                          It has been a month that I got my PRAN registered with CAMS CRA, till date I am not able to login to NSDL with the PRAN to take any action, major concern is to register for D-Merit. Please help!

                            My application was failed 4 times and I did not get any refund

                            Address: 5-77 ,velamavari street,bobbili,vizianagaram,Andrapradesh.

                            I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Tokens are ([protected]), , ([protected])...([protected]). I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106. using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 20/05/2023 but Aadhar verification was not completed saying that details were mismatched . though i typed correct date of birth finally it is showing wrong date of birth .Now...

                              Money not refunded as stated.

                              I was trying to apply for the PAN card for my sister through NSDL e-kyc on 16.05.23. After completing the form filling process, I made the payment of 107 rupees as required fees and after the deduction of the amount from my account, there was a message stating that they could not proceed my PAN and money will be refunded within 7 days but they didn't. Please see through it....
