Sent the signed copy of acknowledgement to nsdl centre, they are saying that form is old one

He has taken 600 rs for PAN correction
then after insted of name coorection PAN department have provided me new PAN card with new nummber which is not reqiored at all
and its not at all my mistake\

now i have two pan card one PAN no is DDFPS5359B name with "FORAM KALPESHKUMAR SUKHADIYA" another is HCLPS8789E name with" FORAM RUCHIR SHAH"

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of pooja bisht which dispatched our address in february 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Dear sir,

I would like to draw you attention towards an unusual event of having the same pan card number bgspk5522n issued to two different persons.

This is in reference to the my pan card number bgspk5522n issued to me in 2009. I have been using this pan card number since 2009 and paying taxes under this pan.

During e-filing registration i got information that there is another person using the same pan number and he already linked their aadhar on same pan.

In this case, i wrote a letter to the income tax department and sent many emails...

I applied for a new pan card through e-kyc system of nsdl. After successfully completing all the steps i got an acknowledgement number: n-[protected]. But when i am checking my pan status it is saying "no record found". Please confirm if my application has been accepted.

NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — pran not found in database till now

I have been contributing to apy since 17/1/2018 and my pran is[protected] as per the official system generated email i received from communications. Cra. However i have not been able to access my account or generate a statement for my account as all sites and the app keeps saying pran not found. I still keep getting the email notifications every month that the monthly contribution has been made.

Please look into this a resolve at the earliest....

I have applied for new pan card on 13th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I have already provided my electricity bill (With a dadapeer on it).
So i have also added a latest gas connection bill also where my full name (Dadapeer achukattla) is there. So why do you require another document for proof of address. Is the gas connection bill not accepted for proof of address.

Please check and let me know if i have to send it again......

I applied for the pan card approx 2days before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :since not able to send otp. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page.. But please note that i proceed the process correctly.....

I used nsdl website to apply pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 31/10/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on my registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application...

I tried to fill the pan application through the NSDL website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted, it took me to Continue with e-Sign/e-KYC and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

I applied for new pan after filling the details and payment it asks us to verify the ekyc/esign, some times after i did not get any otp. Once i checked my application it said your application could not processed what to do?

I have applied new pan card for my parents on 11/3/2018 through e-kyc. I have completed aadhar verification and payment successfully.
However when i track aplication using 15 digit acknowledgement numbers, it says no record found.
Kindly look into the issue.

You have blocked my cpse etf shares for 3 years under rgess fy -16/17, but i have never requested you for it. I even didn't claimed any tax benefit under rgess for fy -16/17, i have claimed it in fy -15/16 for which i purchased psu stocks (Bhel, ongc and ntpc) and will hold them for 3 years. I request you to please unblock them.

Below is response from my bank :-
In demat account in3x549 52xx3255 isin inf4xxm01133 ' reliance mutual fund ' was blocked for the reason ' rgess fy -16/17 ' on march 06, 2018 by nsdl.

I think out of the three things (Trees / footpaths or dogs) u have to get rid of these because its all watage to human resources. 1. Footpaths should be only on one side and other side should be fixed parking like in go streets aslo parking areas should be coloured with red tiles so that common public should know. There are many areas like model town andheri west who have installed no parking which means government road belongs to them
2. Dogs are really creating a mess biting all bikers and running after them which creates accidents dogs should be compulsarily adopted by the people who oppose...

We have applied for on line pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected]. I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and every time it says "your request can not be completed now. Please try after sometime" request you to look into this as resolve. My online payment is made through karur vysya bank and the reference no is "lkvb[protected]-nsdlpan-[protected]'

We have done this on 10th of march 2018

Request you to resolve at your earliest
