I have recently tried to apply for a new PAN card 2 times and failed both.After deductuion of money, it asks me to authenticate AADHAR and after that it provides a message "Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.". Please help me resolve this issue by refunding my money

    Hi team,

    Hope you are doing well. Actually, I'm trying to apply for a new PAN card for my friend. And her name is in the format of HERNAME + INITIAL (as per AADHAR). At the same time, filling the name section in the PAN card application FORM - 49A individual. There is LAST NAME and FIRST NAME are mandatory to fill. And the real problem is we are unable to give a single character in the input box. So we give her name as HER NAME + HER DAD NAME. And finally while submitting the form it shows an error like NAME is not matched with UIDAI database details (as per AADHAR).

    Name in the AADHAR card = HER NAME + INITIAL (single character)

    Eg: JHANSI M

    Problem: Unable to give a single character in the LASTNAME and FIRSTNAME input box of the name section in those form.

    Please help us to resolve the problem. Thanks in advance

      Sir/ Madam,

      I have applied for pan card correction / change of my client on 11/07/2023 through e-sign/e-kyc method. I received my PAN card acknowledgement No. N-[protected] acknowledgement PDF after completion. Its been successfully completed and I received the following message along with the PAN card acknowledgement PDF:-

      "Thank you for using online facility for pan application. If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      Later when i tracked my application status, its showing as "sorry no records found."

      Proof of (1) PAN Card Acknowledgement, (2). Tax invoice of Payment Receipt are attched below. Kindly please check it.

        new registration process stuck at at payment gateway process and unable to complete new registration process of nps

        tried to retrieve form from site agagin but unable to locate fresh payment gateway screen for same or new link

          I opted for pan correction from nsdl website and I did it through e-sign.Everything went fine but after a few days I got an email from nsdl refering to me that my communicable address in not valid and asked me to submit a clear copy of the document.I sent it to them recently through email and just got an auto generated email.I need my pan card urgently and my acknowledgement no is [protected].

              Respected Sir / Madam,

              I have an APY account and a PRAN has been allotted to me. My monthly contribution is INR 990.00. However, I am unable to reset the password and whenever I am trying to the system is saying Invalid PRAN. Please find attached the error screenshot for your reference. Please help me out.

                  I have applied for pan card correction online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through paytm. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.

                    Requesting for solving mismatch issue and confirming pan card application

                    I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my friend and the Temporary token provided is [[protected]]. I used e-sign document submission in online option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106 using online merchant payment in paytm.                     I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [[protected]]. I used e-sign document submission option for aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs. 106 using online Paytm payment. My balance was deducted from the bank on 28/06/2023 but adhar application not issued. It shows on the screen we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days. The list of designated tin-fc /pan centre is available at url https://www.tin-nsdl.com/tin-pan-center.html. kindly please refund my money in my account.
                    Please kindly do solve this issue and confirm pan card application.

                      About problem in reprinting of PAN card, PAN number. The person is my grandmother, age around 68. The person is an INDIAN resident, she already has an Indian Passport which is not expired (issued in 2003- valid till 2023 around february), UTIITSL says the pan card is issued by NSDL. Called income tax also, the person said to contact NSDL as they cannot interfere in this matter. PAN helpline numbers are not working.

                        I have recd my PRAN No[protected] soft copy through mail, but when I am trying to login via PRAN no in the NPS app the message being displayed is " PRAN not found in Data Base". You are requested to look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.

                              I have applied for pan card and in tracker it shows :-
                              "your application is under process at protean - tin facilitation center.you may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you"
                              Acknowledge no :- [protected]

                              What should i do for getting status ? I dont know where that tin belongs and how to find address of that tin?

                                My date of birth is wrongly updated and I am facing issues. this is my second time correction. Such an incompetent team should be punished for his negligence .

                                  Hi, when tried to track status of the PAN it shows "we have received the documents with reference to you PAN application. However, the documents are not valid. Please click here for details". But there is no data about which document was considered invalid and why? Also no option to upload the document again. Need the updated PAN urgently as it needs to be linked to Aadhaar . Kindly help us as soon as possible

                                    I got my physical pancard from Protean on 14/06/2023. While validating this pan card in efilling portal it shows PAN DOES NOT EXIST.
