Hi, I was recently a victim of online fraud through OLX website. The user posting fake ads and trying to lure people into buying mobiles. Profile: http://www.olx.in/userlistings/gadokimorris All the listings of the above are false and will ask you make a payment. Details of the company as they mention: THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED 11A EMPIRE PARADE, EMPIRE WAY, WEMBLEY, MIDDLESEX, HA9 0RQ, UNITED KINGDOM (Registered No[protected] The account they mention is: Bank:- ICICI BANK current A/c no:[protected] A/C Name:-Nextcare Enterprises Branch:- ghansoli (navi mumbai) Pan:- AGUPV4241J IFSC/RTGS/NEFT code:-ICIC0001484 Swift code:-ICICINBBXXX The company doesn't exist and they wont send any product even after receiving payment. Request you to remove all their listings from OLX to prevent others from getting caught. Thanks and Regards

I would like to say that some one has posted a thread ( http://panipat.olx.in/iphone-4-for-sale-iid[protected]on OLX using my mobile number and i m getting a lot of calls which are so irritating and harassing me, so i would like to say that please ban, remove or stop this ad as soon as possible otherwise i hv to register a complaint/FIR against olx.

hiii...dis is anas raza from Dahod (Gujarat) On 16th dec 2013 i saw S4 clone Add on olx of Chennai area aft dat i contact dt who posted dis add & was asking abt mobiles details than he told me first you send money on dis account no.[protected] & name of Mohd.shyinsha, SBI branch, Chennai by trust i send 4800 rs to him on 21 dec 2013 by sbi branch Dahod, aft he was sending wrong docket no. again & again, den i again contact him but he didn't send mobile to me & now days he's not replying me.he cheated me so badly & really disappointing by olx and his mobile no.[protected] So, i requesting to you pls help me to get my money back or mobile. Hope for positive reply.

help me... i have been cheated by some peoples. i am student studying in 12th standard and i was searching to buy an phone and after few search i found 1 ad on olx.in and i had msg him on 5/2/14 and he give me reply on 6/2/14 and told me to deposite cash in his account and then he will courier the phone and he send me pictures of phone with bill...and tells he lives in karnataka and then i had deposited 15000 rs in his account and then he give me courier tracking no [protected] and tell u can check it after 8 hours and on 7/2/14 when i checked the courier no its saying that this is wrong tracking no...and when i had called him on his no [protected] its switched of what should i do tell me ...i had deposited in his accountaccount details :name:olvin'dsouza a/c, [protected] branch murdeshwara state bank of indiatell me now what should i do...his ad is posted on 5th or 6th for iphone5c in karnataka in hubli...please check...he also send me some pictures of iphone5c with bill so that i can trusthim...please please please help me...

Somebody has posted a fake add about my friend selling an iphone 5 On olx.in. Her number is [protected]. She has been getting calls for the last two hours which is a major irritatnt I would like to request you to remove this add. we are from bangalore and the the number on which she is getting calls is [protected]. Hi, Olx has posted for my car Verna CRDI at 7:40 on 29 January 2014. I received more than 50 calls within 30 mintues to sell my car. Don;t they verify who has posted the advertisement. I am amazed without verifying with me they posted the advertisement. Mobile no mentioned as [protected]. Thanks & Regards SK

Received calls from buyers from OLX, and came to know some one else had intentionally put my number without my consent. Following is Number being registered ([protected]). This was surprising OLX didn't even acknowledged number being registered for ad post is valid and belongs to person posting ads. There should be two factor authentication to be put to avoid such cases. Pls stop this harassment ASAP... and prevent such cases from sprawling be it from Mobile App or from Website.. OLX should rather concentrate on identifying such flaws in their service which is affecting consumers (who are not even using OLX at all).

Somebody has mis used my phone in posting an ad on olx! i am constantly getting calls from anonymous person. Kindly help me stop this non sense & delete the ad. I will be filing an FIR in the nearest police station to find out this person.

I got a call from olx that i have placed an add to sell my cellphone on olx. When I checked it, it showed a fake add on olx, and the contact no. shown was mine. ([protected]). Hence kindly get it removed as soon as possible and I also want to know the Identity of the person who posted this add. I'm also going to lodge an FIR tomorrow regarding the same issue.

Some ads have been posted with ref to my phone number and include sale of multiple items like i20 car, iphone 5s, karizma bike, in seperate ads. Even after blocking i am getting calls. This is privacy intrusion and i want a strict action taken against OLX.
