I wanted to return shirt becoz it z totally different from the product I ordered.i t is really disappointing. That I had paid 1100 for the product bt it is totally fake. The product shown in picture was different and I got different product and it's quality z really disgusting. This product is worst than the product that we get in streets .

            I ordered for a 5 combo shirts online and received the shipment on 4th of Jan. But the product i received is not the quality which shown online and even the colors are not the one which i ordered.

            I tried customer care no, It is always busy and no one responds. Please do the needful asap. I already paid my COD full amount to the delivery boy. This is the second time i complaint, no action taken against my earlier complaint too. felt so disgusted with the product, company and the customer service.

              My order was delivered today (Jan 07, 2017) but when I look the shirts which I received were not the same that I ordered. I paid 999 + 100 delivery charge ..Its looks like CHEATING...

                                I order my item on 21/12/16 pack of 5 shirt rs-999 and shipping 100 total 1099 .they delivered on 26/12/16 at that time am in chennai order address is kerala .today only i come to kerala when i open the pack i shocked when i see that i didnt receive my order you pack another type of dress .so come and collect your changed items and give my order item to me or otherwise retuen my money.this is the way you treating your customer .am totally upset i want my dress within one week otherwise i raise a complaint on you.contact me after see this msg.(note:in the below photo first image type shirt only i ordered but i receive the second image shirt so i need the first type of shirt otherwise return my money back )

                                        I have ordered London Looks Men's 3 Denim Standard- Fit Jeans amounting ₹1199 from www.onlineclues.com. I have received a product on 04th Jan, 2017. This shirts are not as the described in website. Very cheap quality material and not looks like original linen. In short, 100% fake description. Moreover, there is stated in website that 30 days "EASY" return policy but in reality, they are not picking up the call and didn't answer. I am trying the customer phone no. everyday, but all the time it is showing busy and call is cut automatically.
                                        Please take some action against this website. I have wasted my so much time and still it is going on in complaining and trying the call at this website.
