I ordered a product from onlineclues.com with order id I[protected] and it was delivered to me on 22nd april 2016. On 24 april 2016 i applied a return and refund but till now there is no respose from this site.I called them many times but its always busy. The number is fake.. The entire company is fraud i guess.. I asked for a medium size shirts they gave me large and the quality is so worse.. You get better clothes on footpath..

I had ordered a combo of their so called "5 branded linen shirts" with order id - oid51539 provided by them. Firstly the products arrived were not all the same as shown in their pics, also the size did not fit me. On my intention to return the product, i tried calling on their contact no. Millions of times only to get into a conversation with the executive who took my complaint and randomly gave me a complaint number of 900. He said that i shall receive a call from the company regarding my query, which did not happen. I have been trying to get in touch with the number ever since, but the number always is either busy, or remains unanswered. The contact number provided is [protected]. I don't intend to demand unnecessary compensation, just want my money back in return of their products, which in the name of linen, is actually a "gamchha".

I ordered "branded combo of 5 premium linen shirts (Xxl size) on 18th april 2016. For that they are charging 1099 rs.(999 rs for ordered item and 100 rs for shipping).Order id no is oid52202. On 18th i got called from that onlineclues for confirming order n they said you can return product in 15 days. I got my parcel on 23rd morning as i opened that parcel i showed that all shirts are in xl size which are not suitable for me. So since next day morning i called on number [protected] between 10 am to 6 pm. Almst 5 times i called n even on 25th, 26th, 27th i called almst more than 70 times bt its continuously busy busy and busy. 3 to 4 times it was ringing and no one is receiving that call. I did e-mail on that given mail address almst 6 times bt not even single reply came. On 28th i filled that return product form on online. Bt even after that i didnt gt any sms or mail.

Now they are not giving answer what should i do now?!!!

I ordered combo of a shirt pieces nd this shirts have a low level of quality i dont want this bloody shirts whichh is bad in quality i want to return it nyhow i need my money back!! These sites are jus fake showing something nd giving something you bloody sites makes people fool i will complain for it better gave my money return it will be better for u nd take ur bloody low quality materials shirt!!

I ordered 3 Shirt on[protected] at onlineclues but i did not get shirt as per my specification. i had submitted return product application but no any action had taken on that.

I had filled complaint 3-4 time but not any response is given by this company for refund.

Plz do action against this company so that no any person get accused by it.

This is my third complaint and there is no response from you guys.
I am really loosing my patience. You are cheap and products need to be banned.
I need my refund no matter how you return my money now.

You would have to face legal actions.

I ordered a combo of 3 linen shirts of 'S' size but what i got r diffrent what i ordered. Quality is so worst, size is diffrent and colour also.
I am trying to contact them from 3 day via all sorts of mail call etc. but did not got any reply yet.

I have ordered the product and I have received it on[protected].the product is very bad and size is also different..I want to return the product.I tried more than 20 times on the phone number mentioned but there is no response.and also i raised a request of return through mails to [protected]@online clues.com which is given in onlineclues return policy note. but they did not respond. plz solve this problem.

Onlineclues — and wrong size of the shirt'.dis is bhupender singh rana. Just order on Apr 21, 2016.and delivery to me 25 april 2016.and iam sending online process return policy

But the shirt is not matching with the actual i order and
I am place the shirt's in "m" size but not comfortable to me i want large size i[censored] sending its ok othher wise. I want the my money refund.

If your not able to refund me my money i wiil go with the consumer court.

I am very disoppinted why u add on facebook making fool to people .calling u continusly but no reply.

Please note that Order no OID49424, three solid colour linen shirts which was received on 23/04/2016 through E-Com Shipment[protected] needs to be replaced as the shirts provided is of XL size instead of XXL. The product shown is completely different from the product recieved.

Moreover Customer service no provided on websites is always on busy tone. Please be kind enough to take necessary steps refund my full amount of Rs 699.00
