DO you GUYS even have a customer support? IF yes, WHY?

I have ordered shirts of white color and the delivery was of PINK color!

Can you even help in getting me the right one if not refunding my money back!

I ordered 3 combo shirts, but out these shirts one is burned. These all shirts are of cheap quality cloth, i want to refund my money. This company provide bad customer service. When i file complain they said, you would be contact by company within 2 day, but till now they have not any call me, and even they not picking my phone, so please help me for resolving this problem. And close that type of cheap company, we don't know how may customer are suffering from that fraud company. It may be onlineclues can leave india or hidden by cause of fraud. My oid. Onlineclues cheating me to provide low quality of product and size. I order for xxl premium quality 3 linen combo shirts @ rs.599 and carrying cost of rs.100 in cod mode. But the company providing me xl shirt with very low quality of materials. I want to return back my money from onlineclues. I repeatedly message to onlineclues for return back these t shirts and refund my money. But the company does not contact with me. Plz take necessary action.

I had ordered buy 1 get 2 free branded linen shirt of amount 699/- (599/- + shipping charge 100/-) with the order id - oid84476 on may 3rd 2016, 9.29pm. I have received 3 poor quality damaged shirts with different colour. There is no reply to the email for refund/return.

And their contact number ([protected]/[protected]) also says invalid/busy.

Please help me further.

I have ordered a combo of 3 shirts said to linen from onlineclues.com, they have sent the wrong product and the quality of the product is very bad, it costed me of 699. I have submitted a return form also, and i have not received any reply yet, please do not cheat people by showing something on the internet and sending some low quality goods, i need this to be re-funded asap.

I had ordered for a "branded combo of 3 pure linen shirts". I received the product that was entirely different from that was shown. Those were of very cheap quality and not at all the color which i had ordered. Then i requested for the return by filling the form. But i had not yet received any response from them. So i called their customer care number and they told that they will register my complaint. Yet not received any response and cant return my product. They are now not attending the phone and not replying for the mails.
I want my money back or else i had to file complaint in consumer court for cheating. I had full proofs with screen shots and call recordings.

I was ordered the 3 combo shirts on the onlineclues dated 24 april 2016. i was received the shipment on 6 may 2016.the order No. OID76428 and Its AWB no. is[protected]. I want to return. I tried many times for the contact of supplier but the call was coming busy always.
I can not understand how a supplier be a very greedy for sell the product and when the times come of the complain they turn their faces from it.

I have ordered Shirts in this website for Rs. 799 and the Order ID is OID62695. The products delivered was very poor in quality and i have raised a complaint to them in the email ID given in the website which seems to be a fake email ID as I am not getting any response. Also if we call their contact number the person who attends the phone talks irresponsibly and not giving any resolution. Please take action on them and assist me getting the refund amount from them with a compensation to their company for cheating me.
