I do have ordered 5 linen shirts from onlineclues.com and they have delivered wrong size items and defective product to me.kindly solve my problem in this context.
i have ordered on[protected] and got delivery of it on[protected] which have defective item as well as it is not as per description. it is actually very embarrassing situation for me.
please do refer my complaint in proper way and resolve it otherwise thing would...

I have ordered combo of 10 t-shirts which were of different styles and colours. But i received 4 same t shirts and one plain t shirt and none of them were matching to the once i ordered in total i have not received a single t shirt as i have ordered.

I had ordered three Linen shirts for the cost of Rs.699/- on May 2nd, 2016 and it was delivered to me on 7th of May 2016. However when I checked the products that were delivered, never met my expectations as they were different
as compared to what was shown in the website.

Now when I am trying to return the products and opt for refund, I am not getting any response from them. I tried putting a mail across to [protected]@onlineclues.com...

Product(Shirts) is very different compare to in image that shown your site which is not similar to product which i have actually ordered the shirts are off very cheapest quality and the colors...

I ordered this product on 29th April 2016 . Delivery was done on 5th may 2016. I am not satisfied with the product. It has no quality material. The product on the site and live is very very different.i am trying to calling the site but it always saying it is busy.I want to return this product want my refund as soon as possible. the site is fake and Not worth it. I have purchased branded combo of 3 pure linen shirts from onlineclues for rs 699. After receiving the product i came to know that the quality of the shirts were very poor. Since then i have been trying to contact them via email, phone and through there return policy page but there is no response from there side till now. I received the order 6/5/16. I have been mailing...

I ordered a set of 5 branded combo of 5 pemium linen shirts. When i got the product i was disapointed with the size and the material itself amd hence decided to return the product. Its now been ober 10 days that i am not able to return nor have i been able to reach anybody on the given nbers. I have also placed a return request through their website but that also has not yeilded any result.

This company looks to be cheating...
