Company has sent a bad quality product, and now when i want to return the product, they are not refunding back.
Complain no-1126.
They do not respond to phone calls and e-mails. And when they recieve call, they ask to send the bank account number. I send them 3 times and it showed that message was delievered to them, but they ignore all times.
I want my money to be refunded. Help out.

I ordered a combo of 3 linen shirts on may 8 2016. It was delivered on may 13. The color i ordered was different from that delivered. The quality was very very poor. There was dirt on the shirts.
I requested for return of the product on may 13 itself by filling the form they mentioned in the website. I didn't get any response till may 16. So i again filled the return form on may 16. But no response. I tried to contact them through...

Hello..mene aapki shopping site se 3 shirt lenin ka combo pack manwaya tha..pr uski jagah galat product bheja ..uska colour or fabric dono hi kharab hai..to mujhe mere rupee wapas chahiye..or ap apna product wapas le jaiye..ap log jo product display krte h wahi bhejna chahiye aapko..aise to customers ko aur bhi pareshani hoti h..aapse request hai ke apna product wapas le le aur mere rupee mujhe lauta de.....

My order id is oid98412. I made this order on may 9, 2016 and received this product on may 13, 2016. It was a combo of 3 london looks jeans out of which 1 is black, 2nd is dark blue and 3rd is light blue.

But i received only 1 jean of london looks which is of dark blue color and rest of 2 are any other brands with any other style and color. I have attached some pictures.
