Company has sent a bad quality product, and now when i want to return the product, they are not refunding back.
Complain no-1126.
They do not respond to phone calls and e-mails. And when they recieve call, they ask to send the bank account number. I send them 3 times and it showed that message was delievered to them, but they ignore all times.
I want my money to be refunded. Help out.

I ordered a combo of 3 linen shirts on may 8 2016. It was delivered on may 13. The color i ordered was different from that delivered. The quality was very very poor. There was dirt on the shirts.
I requested for return of the product on may 13 itself by filling the form they mentioned in the website. I didn't get any response till may 16. So i again filled the return form on may 16. But no response. I tried to contact them through the number mentioned in website, and the number was always busy.

I want to return my products becose it's wrong products. And i have not contact it costumer care officers so pls. Yup contact me thanku sir. Your onlineclues application not available in playstore and i feel very bad in it sure and i will not do any shopping from your site thanku

My order id is oid98412. I made this order on may 9, 2016 and received this product on may 13, 2016. It was a combo of 3 london looks jeans out of which 1 is black, 2nd is dark blue and 3rd is light blue.

But i received only 1 jean of london looks which is of dark blue color and rest of 2 are any other brands with any other style and color. I have attached some pictures.

Reasons for return:
1) all 3 jeans are not of london looks brand.

2) color of jeans are not as that was showing in the picture of combo. Only 1 color is matching.

3) style of 1 jean is completely different. That style is not matching with other two jeans and not even like that as it was showing in the picture.

It's my humble request to process my return request as soon as you can and initiate the refund process.

Moreover, i followed all steps to return this product, but they are not responding on mails and their mobile is always comes busy.
