Today i received my shirt. That is totally different colour and not match with onlineclues.com ads. The quality so bad.. Take your product back and refund my money.. I have very bad experience with onlineclues.com. Please return my shirts quickly.. I have no maximum time.. Please take your shirts.. Urgent return.. Because.. This product is totally different...

My order#CIN975779 (LONDON looks 5 men's cotton check shirts) was received on 22/05/2017. First of all, the product which I ordered it was completed different than from the own shown/described. Also the size which I ordered was -S but received M. I have mailed them but no replies. I tried to contact them on various numbers, but no response. I kindly request them to take back their product and do a refund of my money. Complete bad experience...

The product i oderd is not a orignal. It have a different colour that i order... So i want to teturn the product...

I ordered landon looks check shirts cambo of 5 but the product was changed please exchange the product....

I ordered 3 jeans from online clues...
Thebsize and colour both are wrong...
And also it charged 100 rupees shipping though it was written free shipping...
Its my 4th complaint...pls reply......

We had sent wrong and worst shirts what we have booked had not send please refund me...

I have placed an order with onlineclues.com my order ID- CIN979782 on 13th-may-2017 and it was delivered on 19-may-2017 the delivered product was totally different then what i have ordered. I tried call on the no.s available on the website i.e [protected]/39 but didn't get any response i have mailed them as well on [protected]@onlineclues.com but still didn't get any reply. I have never experienced such a bad service before from any other online shopping...

I have ordered London look shirts 5 nos and i received product on 19-05-17 and also paid amount of 1100 but received 4 nos and different colour and design so i want to return this product and so many times tried to contact to customer care but no response from there so please do the needfull....

I have received a product from online clues.com but I have not received the shirts which I have seen before in the site...Then i have decided to return and contacted online clues team they have given a complaint no.37835 but after that no further response form them...So, , how can return the product and how do I refund my money back......

Onlineclues refund nahi kar rahi hai. India ki kisi compony me ye rule nahi hai jo ye bata rahi hai. Ki product refund karna hai to coustomer ko speed posst se product wapas bhejna hoga. Matlab ye galti kare aur saza coustomer...
