    I have purchase online 5 Cotton check shirt of Rs. 999.The product was delivered on 08.05.2017. On seeing the product the colours and the quality is not good. The product shown in website is totally different from received product. I was very surprise seeing the product send.

    The discription given in the site it is very different i orderedand it is very cheap quality product. The colour is very different . The material of cloth very cheap quality. what i think and what i received is very different

    I want to return the product, I am not satisfy with the product.

          Total cost : rs. 1099/-
          Reason for return : shirts are totally different in design & colour from shown in image of site, the material of the product is also very bed quality.

          I have email to company for return of product within 24 hours and also call on his given no. But no reply received from them.

We will do our best to resolve your problem. We will get in touch with you to assist with this" . But still no further call or email received from them regarding pick - up the return parcel and refund my amount etc. So, this forum is requested to please guide me to further action may be initiated against the supplier.

          I had ordered 5 shirts in which only 2 colors were as shown as in pic but others were not instead of blue red and green i got brown cream and white

            I bought a 5-shirt combo for Rs. 1099 from onlineclues.com. When the product was delivered to me, it in now way resembled with the description given on the website. The quality was cheap, and even the color and pattern was different. I felt cheated at seeing the so called branded shirts. I emailed them, got a response. But when i tried their contact numbers it was always busy, no matter what time of day it is. I again emailed and got a reply, but nothing has been done. I want a full refund for this cheating. I have attached the bill alongside here.

                                Toooo bad i got different shirts pack of 5 totally different and i tried many times to contact with customer care but no responce from that end, even they couldnt recv the cal i just want refund colors are different and two shirts are damage very bad experience and i tried atleast 20 times to call customer care but they are not receving my phone and instead i have sended them mail also but no response from that end m really fedup now i just want my money back.

                                        Order i'd cin952178 dated 29.4.17 for rs 1099/-.
                                        Today i have received my ordered product via bluedart at 11:30 am. I am glad to receive my parcel but very much surprised when i opened the parcel. The product is totally different as shown in image. Color and pattern is totally different from image. Quality is not liked by me and my friends also. Everyone laughs at me.
                                        I wish to return back the product and get my money paid 1099/- back or else send me same item as shown in order image.
