I have ordered for London Looks 5 Mens Cotton Checks shirt! on 14/04/2017. Next day i.e., on I have received a confirmation call from [protected], confirming the order. Today i.e., on 21/04/2017 to my shock and surprise the 5 shirts delivered was 100% different than what they have showed in their website. This act shows their intention to cheat the people at large.
Hence I have raised a query to reverse pickup at their cost and refund of my amount of Rs.1, 100/-.
Below is the mail forwarded by be to the customer care:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Today the ordered product has been delivered. (Order No. CIN926016)
The image what I have order is "ordered.jpg" file attached for your reference.
The image by name "delivered.jpg" is the product delivered to me, file attached for your reference.
"parcel cover.jpg" is the image of the parcel you have forwarded to me through courier with consignment number/ Tracking ID[protected].
I have trusted onlineclues.com and ordered the product and paid Rs.1, 100/- COD.
When I opened the parcel cover I was shocked and surprised with the wrong product.
If it is by mistake I request you to replace the product at your cost. If not possible cancel the order by reverse pickup and return my money.
If your intention is to cheat me. You have to face the dire consequences. I will be constrained to approach Cyber Police to lodge a complaint against onlineclues.com and all of your will be held liable for online fraud as per the provisions of Information Technology Act & Rules.
Choice is yours I will wait for 24 hours only.
